Description

Pneumatic type eel grass plant transplanting device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electromechanics, in particular to a pneumatic eel grass plant transplanting device.
Background
The seaweed bed is one of three typical ecosystems near the sea, and has important ecological function and economic value. As the most important primary producer on earth, the bed of seaweed provides food and diverse habitats for a wide variety of marine organisms. For coastal ecosystems, the seaweed bed plays a vital role in capturing sediments, stabilizing bottom mud, preventing wind and fixing dike, purifying water, circulating nutrient substances, fixing carbon (accounting for about 15% of the carbon fixing amount of the whole marine ecosystem every year) and the like, and is often used as a biological indicator for water quality and ecosystem health.
Due to the transition of natural conditions and the interference of human activities, almost all of the seaweed beds around the world are in decline. In order to recover seaweed resources, researchers in various countries have developed a number of seaweed recovery methods and techniques, and they have been summarized as a habitat recovery method, a plant transplanting method and a seed sowing method. The plant transplanting method is to collect the seedling or mature plant of seaweed in healthy seaweed bed by utilizing the asexual propagation mode of seaweed and then transplant the seedling or mature plant to a sea area suitable for the growth of seaweed. The survival rate of plant transplantation is higher, can form a large-scale grassland in a short time, and is generally applied at present. Plant transplantation methods currently developed can be classified into two major categories, one being turf method and turf method, which are formed by interweaving many rhizomes and include complete ground substance, according to the difference of basic units of transplantation (i.e., transplantation units); the second type is the rhizome method, which consists of one or several rhizome containing intact branches constituting the transplanting unit, but does not include the substrate, wherein the rhizome method can be divided into the staple method, the frame method, the shell method and the clip system method. The turf method is simple to plant, and the seaweed turf containing the complete substrate is directly paved on a transplanting place. The transplanting unit of the grass block method is usually a cylinder, a cuboid or other irregular bodies, the collected tools mainly comprise PVC pipes, shovel blades or machines, the planting process is simpler, namely pits with the same specification as the transplanting unit are dug in the transplanting place, and the transplanting unit is placed into the transplanting place and then compacted all around. The transplanting unit of the staple method is a section of rhizome containing two complete branches, the rhizome is buried in the substrate at the depth of 2cm, and then two ends of the rhizome are fixed by staples. The shell method adopts shells as carriers of rhizomes, binds two sections of rhizomes containing a whole branch on one shell as a transplanting unit, and then slowly sinks into the sea bottom. The clamping method, also called a lattice method or a net hanging method, is a method of transplanting a plant in which a leaf sheath portion of a transplant unit is clamped in a gap between objects such as a lattice or a rope, and the lattice or the rope is fixed to the bottom of the sea in the area of transplantation.
Among the various seaweed plant transplantation methods, the turf method has a low plant transplantation survival rate, and does not survive the transplantation of seaweed plants of sea ; the grass block method enhances the fixation of the transplanting unit, the transplanting survival rate is higher, but the collection of the transplanting unit needs to be dug, the damage to the existing seaweed bed is larger, the formation of the plaque is easy, and meanwhile, the collection, the preservation, the transportation, the planting and the like of the transplanting unit all need a large amount of manpower and financial resources; the survival rate of the plants transplanted by the staple method is high, and the influence on the existing seaweed bed is small, but the method needs to manually fix the transplanting unit, and the underwater operation is needed in the sub-tidal zone, so that the workload is large and the cost is high; the shell method is simple, the used shells are from the ocean, pollution cannot be caused, but when the transplanting unit sinks, the landing points of the transplanting unit can be changed by water flow, and the transplanting unit is not buried in the substrate, so that the survival rate is low, and the time for establishing the population is long; the clamping and tying method has good fixing effect on the transplanting unit, can obviously improve the survival rate of plants, but has lower transplanting efficiency and higher labor cost.
In summary, in the current known seaweed plant transplanting methods, the turf method and the grass block method have great damage to the current seaweed bed and need a large amount of manpower and material resources; the rootstock method requires a large amount of work and is expensive, or the fixing of the transplanted unit is insufficient, resulting in a low survival rate and a slow growth of the transplanted plant. Therefore, the research and development of the seaweed plant transplanting method and device which are simple in operation, low in cost, small in damage to the existing seaweed bed and beneficial to fixing and rooting of the transplanting unit are key problems which need to be solved urgently by transplanting the seaweed plants to repair the damaged seaweed bed.
