本发明涉及用于加热液体的器具,并且更具体地但非排他地涉及电操作的罐和水壶。
背景技术
在诸如水壶的家用电器中,采用开关将电能输送到加热元件。
以上讨论的开关通常是三端双向可控硅开关,并且在操作期间产生热量。这些三端双向可控硅开关连接到散热器,以帮助耗散开关产生的热能。这种结构的缺点是散热器的尺寸很大。这导致罐或水壶的部分不期望地扩大。
另一个缺点是热量散发到大气中,因此损失了热量。
目标
本发明的目标是克服或基本上改善上述缺点中的至少一个缺点。
发明内容
本文中公开一种加热液体的器具,所述器具包括:
中空主体,其提供用于容纳液体的腔室,该主体具有底壁和从底壁向上延伸以包围腔室的侧壁;
电阻加热器,其固定在主体上并被输送电力,以使加热器具有升高的温度以加热容纳在腔室内的液体;
与加热器相邻的开关,其接收电力并向加热器输送电力,该开关安装在主体中并定位成使得由开关产生的热可以通过传导传递到液体中;并且其中

具体实施方式
在附图中,示意性地示出了用于加热水的器具,优选地,所述器具是水壶10。水壶10包括罐12和罐12搁置在其上的基座11。基座11将电力输送到罐12。
基座11包括电源13,当罐12搁在基座11上时,电源13电耦合到罐12。特别地,基座11设置有多个电缆和触头14,其与罐12的电缆和触头15接合,使得基座11可操作以向罐12提供电力以加热罐12中包含的水。
电源13包括微处理器47和电源入口48。
用户界面49与微处理器47合作,该用户界面49被操作以控制微处理器47。一系列的电缆和触头14和15用于向开关29提供电力传输以及来自温度传感器51的信号。出于控制(包括温度控制)的目的,信号被传送到微处理器47。
罐12包括中空主体16。主体16包括底壁17,侧壁18从底壁17向上延伸,侧壁18提供倾倒唇部19和边缘20。边缘20围绕由盖22封闭的上部开口21。
底壁17、侧壁18和盖22包围腔室23,腔室23容纳要被加热的水。
罐12还包括固定在底壁17上的支架24,罐12搁置在其上。
为了加热腔室23中的水,罐12设置有加热器组件25,该加热器组件25电耦合至触头15,以便从其接收电力。组件25包括印刷电路板26,其上施加有加热元件27。在该实施例中,加热元件27是电阻轨道,即低热质量加热器。
经由连接件28,加热元件27从开关29接收电力,该开关在该实施例中是三端双向可控硅开关。
在图8的实施例中,也如图4所示,开关29安装在印刷电路板26的板30上。然而,加热元件27和开关29之间的热传递被板30的厚度减小的区域31抑制,该区域31围绕开关29。由于板30的厚度减小,所以抑制了来自元件27的热通过传导传递到开关29。在其他实施例中,开关29未安装在板30上。
在图1和2的实施例中,开关29固定到散热器32,该散热器具有暴露于腔室23中的水的表面33。散热器32通过传导从开关29接收热量,并通过表面33将热量传递给水。
通过“夹在”底壁17和散热器32之间的密封件34,抑制了散热器32以及由此开关29通过传导从元件27经由底壁17接收热量。
托架35通过螺纹紧固件36将散热器32和密封件34固定至底壁17。散热器32被保持在底壁17上的孔47中。
在图3的实施例中,开关29直接固定在底壁17上。然而,开关29通过板30与散热器32之间的间隙37与板30至少部分地传导隔离。
在图5的实施例中,开关29直接安装在散热器32中的空腔39中,其中散热器32与前述实施例一样具有暴露于被加热的水的表面33。
像图2的实施例一样,密封件34有助于使散热器32以及开关29与从板30上的加热元件27传导的热量以及传递至底壁17的热量热隔离。
在图6的实施例中,散热器32再次将开关29容纳在空腔39中,但是,散热器32具有另一空腔40,该空腔40容纳散热器盖41,该散热器盖41具有暴露于水的表面42,以有助于冷却散热器32并因此冷却开关29。再次,散热器32和盖41通过密封件43安装在底壁17中,再次有助于将开关29与来自加热元件27的通过传导传递的热量热隔离。
围绕散热器32的间隙44再次有助于将开关29与元件27产生的热量进行热隔离。
在图7的实施例中,盖41具有与螺母46接合的螺纹轴45,以将盖41固定至散热器32。
上述优选实施例具有许多优点,包括抑制通过传导从加热元件27到开关29的热量传递。
上述优选实施例的另一个优点是,罐12中的水从开关29接收热量,因此热量不会损失,并且控制了开关29的温度。

Claims (8)

1.一种加热液体的器具,所述器具包括:
中空主体,其提供用于容纳液体的腔室,所述主体具有底壁和从所述底壁向上延伸以包围所述腔室的侧壁;
电阻加热器,其固定在所述主体上并被输送电力,以使所述加热器具有升高的温度以加热容纳在所述腔室内的液体;
与所述加热器相邻的三端双向可控硅开关,其接收电力并向所述加热器输送电力,所述开关安装在所述主体上并定位成使得由所述开关产生的热能够通过传导传递到所述液体中,并且抑制通过所述加热器和开关之间传导的热传递,其中所述开关安装在所述底壁中,所述器具还包括位于所述开关和所述底壁之间的绝缘构件,以抑制通过所述底壁和所述开关之间传导的热传递。
2.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其中所述绝缘构件是密封件,其将所述开关与所述底壁密封地连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的器具,还包括散热器,其中所述开关安装到所述散热器,并且其中所述底壁具有孔,所述散热器伸入所述孔中,从而暴露于所述液体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的器具,其中所述加热器安装在板上,所述板具有供所述散热器或开关伸入其中的孔。
5.一种加热液体的器具,所述器具包括:
中空主体,其提供用于容纳液体的腔室,所述主体具有底壁和从所述底壁向上延伸以包围所述腔室的侧壁;
电阻加热器,其固定在所述主体上并被输送电力,以使所述加热器具有升高的温度以加热容纳在所述腔室内的液体;
与所述加热器相邻的三端双向可控硅开关,其接收电力并向所述加热器输送电力,所述开关安装在所述主体上并定位成使得由所述开关产生的热能够通过传导传递到所述液体中,并且抑制通过所述加热器和开关之间传导的热传递,其中所述开关安装在所述底壁上,并且其中所述开关和所述加热器安装在板上,所述板的厚度减小的区域围绕所述开关,以至少抑制通过从所述加热器到所述开关的传导的热传递。
6.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其中,所述加热器是低热质量加热器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的器具,其中,所述加热器是电阻轨道加热器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的器具,其中,所述电阻轨道加热器安装到板上。
