the server 12 receives the feedback information;
correspondingly, the step A5 specifically includes: and if the feedback information is information indicating that the vehicle owner accepts the vehicle request, sending the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal.
Embodiment one:
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a first vehicle sharing method provided by an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the vehicle sharing method is a server, and the vehicle sharing method includes steps S301 to S303, which are described in detail below:
in S301, a vehicle request sent by a first electronic terminal held by a vehicle user is received, the vehicle request including vehicle identification information of a target vehicle.
The server can receive a vehicle using request sent by a vehicle user through a first electronic terminal held by the server through a network communication module of the server. Wherein the vehicle request includes at least vehicle identification information of the target vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle identification information may be a license plate number of the target vehicle, or may be another preset unique vehicle identification number. For example, the vehicle identification information may be a vehicle unique identification number that is assigned to the target vehicle in advance by the server, information of the vehicle unique identification number may be displayed outside the target vehicle (for example, the target vehicle is attached with a two-dimensional code containing the vehicle unique identification number), and then the vehicle user may acquire the unique identification number of the target vehicle as the vehicle identification information according to the information, and generate a vehicle use request according to the vehicle identification information and send the vehicle use request to the server.
In S302, vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle is queried according to the vehicle identification information.
In the embodiment of the application, the storage unit of the server stores the vehicle identification information of each vehicle and the corresponding vehicle authorization information in a binding way. After receiving the vehicle identification information, the vehicle authorization information stored corresponding to the currently received vehicle identification information can be queried from the storage unit according to the vehicle identification information, and the queried vehicle authorization information is the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle. Specifically, the vehicle authorization information may include fm carrier information corresponding to a vehicle key of the target vehicle, password information (e.g., a digital code password), and control protocol information, where the control protocol information may include instruction codes for actions such as unlocking, ignition, flameout, locking, and the like.
In S303, the vehicle authorization information is sent to the first electronic terminal.
The server sends the queried vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal, so that a vehicle user can control the target vehicle through the first electronic terminal according to the vehicle authorization information, and the sharing use of the target vehicle is realized.
Optionally, before the step S303, the method further includes:
transmitting the vehicle request to a second electronic terminal held by a vehicle owner of the target vehicle, wherein the vehicle request also comprises published information of the vehicle user;
receiving feedback information of the second electronic terminal;
correspondingly, the step S303 includes:
and if the feedback information is information indicating that the vehicle owner accepts the vehicle request, sending the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle use request also comprises published information of the vehicle user, such as name, age, sex, credibility scoring information and the like of the vehicle user. Before sending the vehicle authorization information, the server sends a vehicle request containing the published information of the vehicle user to a second electronic terminal held by the owner of the target vehicle, so that the target vehicle owner decides whether to agree with the current vehicle request according to the published information of the vehicle user. Optionally, the vehicle request sent by the first electronic terminal to the server is referred to as a first vehicle request, and the vehicle request sent by the server to the second electronic terminal is referred to as a second vehicle request, where in one embodiment, the first vehicle request and the second vehicle request each include vehicle identification information of the target vehicle and published information of the vehicle user. In another embodiment, the first vehicle request only includes the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle, and after receiving the first vehicle request, the server searches the public information of the vehicle user stored in advance by the server according to the device identification number of the first electronic terminal sending the first vehicle request or the user account registered by the first electronic terminal, and then regenerates a second vehicle request including the public information of the vehicle user and sends the second vehicle request to the second electronic terminal.
And after the server sends the vehicle-using request to the second electronic terminal, receiving feedback information of the second electronic terminal. Specifically, the feedback information may be information indicating that the vehicle owner accepts the current vehicle request, or may be information indicating that the vehicle owner refuses the current vehicle request. Illustratively, when the feedback information is "0" or "YES", it indicates that the vehicle owner accepts the current vehicle request; when the feedback information is the identification of '1' or 'NO', the vehicle owner refuses the current vehicle using request.
Correspondingly, in step S303, the server sends the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal only when it is determined that the feedback information is specifically information indicating that the vehicle owner accepts the vehicle owner to accept the vehicle request.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the vehicle request, the server firstly transmits the vehicle request containing the published information of the vehicle user to the second electronic terminal held by the vehicle owner, and after receiving the feedback information of the second electronic terminal, determines whether to transmit the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal according to the feedback information, and only when judging that the vehicle owner accepts the current vehicle request, the server transmits the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal, thereby improving the safety of vehicle sharing.
Optionally, before the step S301, the method further includes:
acquiring and storing vehicle sharing information uploaded by a vehicle owner, wherein the vehicle sharing information comprises vehicle identification information, corresponding vehicle authorization information and/or sharing identification information; the sharing identification information is used for identifying whether the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification information is subjected to sharing delivery at present.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle sharing information at least comprises vehicle identification information, and can also comprise vehicle authorization information and/or sharing identification information. The sharing identification information is used for identifying whether the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification information is currently subjected to sharing delivery or not, for example, if the sharing identification information is "sharing", a subsequent server can determine that the vehicle can be currently used for sharing by a vehicle user according to the sharing identification information; if the sharing identification information is 'not shared', the follow-up server determines that the vehicle does not carry out sharing delivery currently according to the sharing identification information, and refuses the vehicle using request of any vehicle user. In the embodiment of the application, the server can specifically acquire and store the vehicle sharing information uploaded by the vehicle owner through the electronic terminal by communicating with the electronic terminal held by the vehicle owner.
In one embodiment, when a vehicle owner needs to register a vehicle of the vehicle owner as a shared vehicle, vehicle identification information and vehicle authorization information of the vehicle are uploaded to a server as vehicle sharing information, and the server acquires and stores the vehicle sharing information, so that the vehicle registration is completed. Optionally, during registration, the vehicle sharing information further includes the sharing identification information, so as to set whether the vehicle is immediately subjected to sharing delivery for sharing use by a vehicle user after the vehicle is currently registered. Optionally, the vehicle sharing information may further include owner information of the owner, such as name, contact information of the owner, and the like. The vehicle sharing information includes a license plate number, a frequency of a vehicle key, a digital code password, an unlocking start instruction, a vehicle type and vehicle owner information, wherein the license plate number is used as vehicle identification information of the vehicle, and the frequency of the vehicle key, the digital code password and the unlocking start instruction are used as vehicle authorization information of the vehicle.
In another embodiment, the vehicle of the vehicle owner has been registered in advance as a shared vehicle, i.e. the server has currently stored vehicle identification information of the vehicle owner and corresponding vehicle authorization information. At this time, when the vehicle owner needs to set whether to share and put the own vehicle, the vehicle identification information and the sharing identification information of the vehicle are uploaded to the server as vehicle sharing information. After receiving the vehicle sharing information, the server confirms whether the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identification information can be shared by a vehicle user or not according to the sharing identification information contained in the vehicle sharing information.
In the embodiment of the application, any vehicle owner can upload the vehicle sharing information to the server when any common vehicle of the vehicle owner needs to be put in as the sharing vehicle; the server receives and stores the vehicle sharing information uploaded by the vehicle owner, and vehicle sharing management can be conveniently realized, so that vehicle authorization information of the vehicle can be conveniently and rapidly sent to a vehicle user according to the vehicle sharing information, and vehicle sharing can be intelligently and conveniently realized.
Optionally, after step S303, the method further includes:
and receiving positioning information and log information sent by the first electronic terminal, wherein the log information is recorded information of control operation of the first electronic terminal on the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the server also has the function of recording the positioning information and the log information shared by the target vehicles, so that the manager or the vehicle owner can check the related information conveniently.
Optionally, after receiving the positioning information and the log information sent by the first electronic terminal, the method further includes:
if the positioning information or the log information is detected to be abnormal, an abnormal prompt message is sent to the owner of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the server also has an abnormality detection function. When the server detects that the positioning information and/or the log information are abnormal (for example, the positioning position of the first electronic terminal is out of a preset use range area, or the ignition and flameout operation times of the first electronic terminal in a preset time period exceeds preset times, namely, the first electronic terminal frequently performs ignition and flameout operation), abnormal prompt information is sent to a vehicle owner. Specifically, the abnormality notification is conveyed by sending voice or text information to a second electronic terminal held by the owner of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the server can receive the vehicle request sent by the first electronic terminal held by the vehicle user, and after inquiring the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle according to the identification information of the target vehicle contained in the vehicle request, the server sends the vehicle authorization information to the first electronic terminal, so that the vehicle user can control the target vehicle through the first electronic terminal according to the vehicle authorization information, thereby realizing the sharing use of the target vehicle. Because the vehicle user can realize the sharing use of the target vehicle only by acquiring the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle from the server through the first electronic terminal held by the vehicle user, the vehicle user does not need to arrive at the designated position to acquire the vehicle key (namely the key held by the vehicle owner) special for the target vehicle, and therefore the convenience of the vehicle sharing use is improved. In addition, the target vehicle can be any common vehicle which uploads the vehicle authorization information to the server in advance, and is not limited to the vehicle provided with the sharing platform of the specific control device, so that the vehicle sharing device can be compatible with common vehicles on the common market, and vehicle sharing can be conveniently and effectively realized.
Embodiment two:
fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a second vehicle sharing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the vehicle sharing method is a first electronic terminal held by a vehicle user, and the vehicle sharing method includes steps S401 to S404, which are described in detail below:
In S401, vehicle identification information of a target vehicle is acquired.
The vehicle identification information in the embodiment of the application can be the license plate number of the target vehicle, and can also be the unique vehicle identification number preset for other target vehicles. The first electronic terminal may acquire the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle by receiving an input instruction of the user.
In one embodiment, the vehicle identification information is specifically a license plate number, and when a vehicle user needs to use the target vehicle, the license plate number of the target vehicle is input through an input device such as a key, a touch screen and the like of the first electronic terminal, so that the first electronic terminal obtains the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle.
In another embodiment, the vehicle identification information is specifically a preset vehicle unique identification number. The two-dimensional code is attached to the outside of the target vehicle, and the two-dimensional code contains information of the preset vehicle unique identification number. When a vehicle user needs to use the target vehicle, the two-dimensional code is scanned through the first electronic terminal, so that the first electronic terminal obtains the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle.
In S402, a vehicle use request is transmitted to a server according to the vehicle identification information.
After acquiring the vehicle identification information of the target vehicle, the first electronic terminal generates a vehicle use request and sends the vehicle use request to the server. Wherein the vehicle request includes at least vehicle identification information of the target vehicle. Optionally, the request for use of the vehicle may also contain published information such as the name, age, user name, etc. of the user of the vehicle.
In S403, vehicle authorization information returned by the server is received.
After the vehicle-using request is sent, the first electronic terminal receives vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle returned by the server according to the vehicle-using request. Specifically, the vehicle authorization information may include fm carrier information corresponding to a vehicle key of the target vehicle, password information (e.g., a digital code password), and control protocol information, where the control protocol information may include instruction codes for actions such as unlocking, ignition (starting), flameout, locking, and the like.
In S404, the target vehicle is controlled according to the vehicle authorization information.
After receiving the vehicle authorization information, the first electronic terminal can generate a corresponding control signal according to the vehicle authorization information to control the target vehicle, so that the sharing use of the target vehicle is realized.
Optionally, the vehicle authorization information includes fm carrier information, password information and control protocol information corresponding to a vehicle key of the target vehicle, and correspondingly, the step S404 includes:
generating a control signal according to the frequency modulation carrier information, the password information and the control protocol information;
and sending the control signal to the target vehicle so as to control the target vehicle to execute a target action.
In the embodiment of the application, the frequency modulation carrier information comprises information of target frequency of a signal which can be received by a target vehicle; the password information can be a digital coding password and is used for encrypting the instruction information related to control; the control protocol information may include instruction codes for unlocking, ignition (start), flameout, locking, etc., and the target actions may include unlocking, ignition (start), flameout, and locking actions, respectively.
The first electronic terminal obtains a control instruction (for example, pressing an unlock button, triggering an unlock instruction) operated by a vehicle user, and searches a corresponding instruction code (for example, an instruction code corresponding to the unlock instruction) from control protocol information in the vehicle authorization information according to the control instruction. And then, encrypting the instruction code according to the password information in the vehicle authorization information to obtain the encrypted instruction code. And then, generating a control signal with the frequency being the target frequency according to the encrypted instruction code and the frequency modulation carrier information. After the control signal is generated, the control signal is sent to the target vehicle, so that the target vehicle can complete a corresponding target action (such as an unlocking action), and control of the target vehicle is achieved.
Optionally, if the target vehicle has a keyless entry and start system (Passive Entry Passive Start, PEPS), the controlling the target vehicle according to the control information of the target vehicle includes:
and if the first frequency signal sent by the target vehicle is received, generating a second frequency signal according to control information of the target vehicle such as frequency modulation carrier information, password information and control protocol information, and sending the second frequency signal to the target vehicle so as to control the target vehicle to execute unlocking action and/or starting action.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first electronic terminal obtains the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle, when the target vehicle detects that the vehicle user approaches the target vehicle with the first electronic terminal (namely, when the distance between the first electronic terminal and the target vehicle is smaller than the second preset distance), or when the vehicle user is detected to pull the door handle of the target vehicle, or when the vehicle user is detected to press a one-key starting button of the target vehicle, the target vehicle judges that a trigger instruction is received, and a first frequency signal is sent to the first electronic terminal through the low-frequency antenna. After the first frequency signal is received by the first electronic terminal, an instruction code corresponding to unlocking action and/or starting action in the control protocol information is obtained from the vehicle authorization information, the instruction code is encrypted through the password information, and the encrypted instruction code is modulated through the frequency modulation carrier information to generate a second frequency signal with higher frequency. And then, the second frequency signal is sent to the target vehicle through the high-frequency antenna, so that the target vehicle automatically executes unlocking action and/or starting action after receiving the second frequency signal, and automatic unlocking/starting of the target vehicle is realized, or one-key unlocking/starting is realized, and a vehicle user can conveniently use the target vehicle.
Optionally, before the step S404, the vehicle sharing method further includes:
and establishing Bluetooth connection with a second electronic terminal held by a vehicle owner of the target vehicle and/or sending a vehicle using request to the second electronic terminal, and receiving vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle, which is directly sent to the first electronic terminal by the second electronic terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic terminal can directly communicate with the second electronic terminal held by the owner of the target vehicle, and the authorization information of the target vehicle is directly obtained from the second electronic terminal.
In one embodiment, the first electronic terminal establishes a bluetooth connection with a second electronic terminal held by a vehicle owner of the target vehicle, and receives vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle sent by the second electronic terminal to the first electronic terminal through a bluetooth channel. In one application scenario, when an owner of the target vehicle needs to put the target vehicle as a sharing vehicle, the second electronic terminal is placed in the target vehicle. When a vehicle user needs to use a target vehicle, the first electronic terminal is carried to approach the target vehicle until the first electronic terminal detects Bluetooth information of the second electronic terminal, and Bluetooth connection is established with the second electronic terminal. And after detecting the Bluetooth connection of the first electronic terminal, the second electronic terminal sends the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle to the first electronic terminal through a Bluetooth channel. Further, after the first electronic terminal establishes the bluetooth connection with the second electronic terminal, the first electronic terminal may also send a vehicle-using request to the second electronic terminal through the bluetooth channel, and correspondingly, the second electronic terminal specifically sends vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle to the first electronic terminal after receiving the vehicle-using request. And then, the first electronic terminal receives the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle, which is sent by the second electronic terminal.
In another embodiment, after the first electronic terminal obtains the vehicle identification information, the first electronic terminal searches a communication identification (such as a user account number or a mobile phone number) of the second electronic terminal stored corresponding to the vehicle identification information in its own storage unit, and sends a vehicle use request to the second electronic terminal according to the communication identification; and then, receiving the authorization information of the target vehicle returned by the second electronic terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic terminal can actively establish Bluetooth connection with the second electronic terminal held by the owner of the target vehicle and/or send a vehicle-using request, and directly acquire the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle from the second electronic terminal, so that the vehicle authorization information can be directly and conveniently acquired from another channel to realize shared use of the target vehicle.
Optionally, the vehicle sharing method further includes:
and sending the positioning information and the log information of the first electronic terminal, wherein the log information is recorded information of the control operation of the first electronic terminal on the target vehicle.
The first electronic terminal can record information of control operation of the first electronic terminal on the target vehicle when the first electronic terminal controls the target vehicle according to the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle, for example, when the first electronic terminal controls the target vehicle to unlock, the current control operation is recorded as the unlock operation, and the execution time point of the unlock operation is recorded. And then, the first electronic terminal can directly send the positioning information and the log information of the first electronic terminal to a server or a second electronic terminal held by an owner of the target vehicle in real time or at intervals of a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the application, the first electronic terminal can send the positioning information and the log information of the first electronic terminal, so that a manager or a vehicle owner can monitor the service condition of a vehicle user on a target vehicle through the server or the second electronic terminal, and the intelligent and safety of vehicle sharing can be improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle user can receive the control information of the target vehicle through the held first electronic terminal and realize the control of the target vehicle according to the vehicle authorization information of the target vehicle, so that the vehicle user does not need to arrive at a designated position to acquire a key special for the target vehicle, and the target vehicle also does not need to be limited to a vehicle provided with a sharing platform of a specific control device (namely, the target vehicle can be a common vehicle of any vehicle owner and does not need to be customized or modified in advance), and the control of the target vehicle can be realized, thereby conveniently and effectively realizing the sharing use of any vehicle.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
