Description

Device and method for carrying out conventional urine detection without using conventional urine detection test paper
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device and a method for carrying out conventional urine detection without using conventional urine detection test paper, belonging to the technical field of medical detection.

The urine conventional test paper strip is formed by attaching detection reagents with different components to a paper block on a test paper substrate strip, drying the paper block to obtain the urine conventional test paper, and during detection, a urine sample is required to be smeared on the test paper strip and then put into a detection port of a detector for detection. For ease of writing and description, the part names are adjusted as follows: firstly, a physical examination person and a patient who need to do routine urine examination are called a person to be examined; secondly, the test strip for routine urine detection is called test paper; ③ the conventional urine detection reagent is called reagent; the urine conventional detector is called a urine detector.
The current routine urine detection procedure is as follows: the method comprises the steps that a person to be detected gets a urine cup from a window of a test room, then goes to a toilet to collect a middle section urine sample, then sends the urine sample to the test room, a doctor introduces the urine sample to be detected into a test tube, then dips test paper into the test tube filled with the urine sample, takes out and beats off the urine on the surface of the test paper after the urine sample is completely soaked, puts the test paper in a urine detector for detection after the test paper is placed for 90 seconds, takes out the test paper after the detection is finished, and outputs a detection report by the urine detector. Problems with the prior art urine routine detection procedure: 1) the operation of the personnel to be detected is complicated; 2) the doctor has more links in the operation process; 3) the whole process is insanitary when the urine sample is frequently contacted; 4) high cost and large amount of medical waste, such as disposable sampling containers, disposable pipettes, disposable test tubes and test paper used in the detection process.
