本发明涉及煤气锅炉技术领域,具体为一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其能够有效的完成兰炭尾气的处理,其包括炉膛、转向室、下降烟道、上升烟道,所述炉膛的前后水冷壁和包墙均为膜式结构,所述前后水冷壁在下部倾斜拉至炉膛中心线位置形成炉底,所述炉膛的炉底铺设耐火砖,所述炉膛前墙安装有至少两层燃烧器,所述转向室内顺次布置有高温过热器和低温过热器,所述转向室与所述下降烟道连接处设置有蒸发受热面,所述下降烟道内从上至下顺次设置有上组省煤器、脱硝设备、下组省煤器,所述上升烟道内设置有空气预热器。

一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及煤气锅炉技术领域,具体为一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉。
背景技术
兰炭利用神府煤田盛产的优质侏罗精煤块烧制而成的,作为一种新型的炭素材料,以其固定炭高、比电阻高、化学活性高、含灰份低、铝低、硫低、磷低的特性,以逐步取代冶金焦而广泛运用于电石、铁合金、硅铁、碳化硅等产品的生产,成为一种不可替代的炭素材料。 兰炭可代替焦炭(冶金焦)而广泛用于化工、冶炼、造气等行业兰炭尾气是采用洁净煤生产中产生的副品,如果直接排放,会对环境造成严重影响。目前常见的没气锅炉无法很好的完成兰炭尾气的处理,导致排放超标,不符合环保要求。
发明内容
为了解决现有兰炭尾气处理困难的问题,本发明提供了一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其能够有效的完成兰炭尾气的处理。
其技术方案是这样的:一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其包括炉膛、转向室、下降烟道、上升烟道,其特征在于,所述炉膛的前后水冷壁和包墙均为膜式结构,所述前后水冷壁在下部倾斜拉至炉膛中心线位置形成炉底,所述炉膛的炉底铺设耐火砖,所述炉膛前墙安装有至少两层燃烧器,所述转向室内顺次布置有高温过热器和低温过热器,所述转向室与所述下降烟道连接处设置有蒸发受热面,所述下降烟道内从上至下顺次设置有上组省煤器、脱硝设备、下组省煤器,所述上升烟道内设置有空气预热器。
其进一步特征在于,所述蒸发受热面采用螺旋翅片管;
所述前后水冷壁在下部倾斜5°拉至炉膛中心线位置形成炉底;
所述燃烧器包括三层,每层所述燃烧器包括并排的三只;
所述高温过热器和所述低温过热器连接一级喷水减温器;
所述空气预热器包括两组,分别为位于上方的冷段和下方的热段。
采用本发明后,兰炭尾气经过燃烧器进入炉膛燃烧,燃烧后形成的气体顺次经过转向室的高低温过热器、下降烟道的省煤器和脱硝装置、上升沿道的空气预热器,将有害物质去除,得到符合排放要求的气体。

具体实施方式
见图1所示,一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其包括炉膛1、转向室2、下降烟道3、上升烟道4,炉膛1的前后水冷壁和包墙均为膜式结构,前后水冷壁在下部倾斜5°拉至炉膛1中心线位置形成炉底5,炉膛1的炉底5铺设耐火砖,炉膛1前墙安装有三层燃烧器6,每层燃烧器6包括并排的三只,通过九只燃烧器6完成燃烧,转向室2内顺次布置有高温过热器7和低温过热器8,高温过热器7和低温过热器8连接一级喷水减温器来进行过热蒸汽温度调节。
转向室2与下降烟道3连接处设置有蒸发受热面9,蒸发受热面9采用垂直布置的螺旋翅片管,能够获得合适的脱硝温度,同时防止省煤器产生沸腾。
下降烟道3内从上至下顺次设置有上组省煤器11、脱硝设备12、下组省煤器13,上升烟道4内设置有空气预热器10,空气预热器10包括两组,分别为位于上方的冷段和下方的热段。
兰炭尾如果直接排放尾气中的氮氧化物数值达到了600~700mg/Nm3
本发明采用了低氮燃烧器,通过设置主燃烧器+燃尽风的配置方式,使燃烧区形成低过剩空气系数,产生还原性气氛,从而使NO还原成N2,减少NOX的生成
本发明的项目已经投入商业运行,目前锅炉原始排放可控制在<450mg/Nm3,经脱硝设备后氮氧化物排放可控制在≤100mg/Nm3。

1.一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其包括炉膛、转向室、下降烟道、上升烟道,其特征在于,所述炉膛的前后水冷壁和包墙均为膜式结构,所述前后水冷壁在下部倾斜拉至炉膛中心线位置形成炉底,所述炉膛的炉底铺设耐火砖,所述炉膛前墙安装有至少两层燃烧器,所述转向室内顺次布置有高温过热器和低温过热器,所述转向室与所述下降烟道连接处设置有蒸发受热面,所述下降烟道内从上至下顺次设置有上组省煤器、脱硝设备、下组省煤器,所述上升烟道内设置有空气预热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其特征在于,所述蒸发受热面采用螺旋翅片管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其特征在于,所述前后水冷壁在下部倾斜5°拉至炉膛中心线位置形成炉底。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧器包括三层,每层所述燃烧器包括并排的三只。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其特征在于,所述高温过热器和所述低温过热器连接一级喷水减温器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃用兰炭尾气低排放的煤气锅炉,其特征在于,所述空气预热器包括两组,分别为位于上方的冷段和下方的热段。
