Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,包括压气机机匣、外环、内环、静叶片、蜂窝密封,外环和内环构成静叶环,静叶环安装在压气机机匣的环槽中,静叶片的顶部为榫舌,静叶片的底部为榫头,榫舌插到内环的安装槽中,榫头安装到外环的榫槽中,外环与压气机机匣通过径向销钉链接,蜂窝密封通过旋压卷边的方式将其板片挂到内环的凸肩处,蜂窝密封与压气机转子的密封齿相配合实现密封,所述内环的凸肩位于内环内侧,并于左右两个方向伸出其凸起部分。本发明可降低因变形及缺陷造成的废品率,大大提高了生产过程的经济成本与工期。

一种燃气轮机静叶环结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种燃气轮机,具体地说是燃气轮机的压气机。
背景技术
燃气轮机静叶环传统上通常采用焊接与热墩铆的连接形式,焊接的连接方式会造成焊接热影响区内的零件变形以及裂纹,热墩铆的连接方式同样具有裂纹的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可以降低变形及废品率的一种燃气轮机静叶环结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本发明一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:包括压气机机匣、外环、内环、静叶片、蜂窝密封,外环和内环构成静叶环,静叶环安装在压气机机匣的环槽中,静叶片的顶部为榫舌,静叶片的底部为榫头,榫舌插到内环的安装槽中,榫头安装到外环的榫槽中,外环与压气机机匣通过径向销钉链接,蜂窝密封通过旋压卷边的方式将其板片挂到内环的凸肩处,蜂窝密封与压气机转子的密封齿相配合实现密封,所述内环的凸肩位于内环内侧,并于左右两个方向伸出其凸起部分。
本发明还可以包括:
1、所述压气机机匣包括压气机上半机匣和压气机下半机匣,与其对应的静叶环包括上半环和下半环,上半环与压气机上半机匣相对应,下半环与压气机下半机匣相对应;所述蜂窝密封沿内环圆周包括6份。
2、外环的榫槽底部开有凹槽,榫槽底部的其余部位与榫头底面、榫头榫槽均为外环与静叶片连接的工作面;内环的安装槽的槽形与榫舌的形状相同,通过墩铆的方式将榫舌冲压变形,使榫舌固定到内环的安装槽中。
3、静叶片榫舌的墩铆,采用电极接触静叶片的方式对静叶片进行加热,对电极施加径向载荷,将静叶片的榫舌压缩变形。
4、蜂窝密封通过滚压方式安装到内环的凸肩上。
本发明的优势在于:本发明可降低因变形及缺陷造成的废品率,大大提高了生产过程的经济成本与工期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图举例对本发明做更详细地描述:
结合图1-3,本发明一种燃气轮机静叶环,包括外环1、静叶片2、内环3、蜂窝密封4、压气机机匣5、压气机转子6。静叶片2的榫头与外环1的榫槽相配合,静叶片2的榫舌与内环3通过墩铆的方式进行连接,静叶片固定在机匣后可实现对气流的导流作用,蜂窝密封4与压气机转子6的气封齿实现了对高压空气密封的作用。静叶环安装压气机机匣5的环槽中,静叶外环1与压气机机匣5通过径向销钉连接,实现了静叶环与机匣间的固定。
参照图2,为了便于与压气机转子装配,压气机机匣5设计为上、下半的圆筒结构形式,为了便于静叶环与压气机机匣5的安装,静叶环在近中分面处,分为上下两半,上下半静叶环分别与其对应的上下半机匣安装,最终机匣装配后形成静叶环整环。
参照图3,静叶片的上部为榫头结构形式,静叶片的下部为榫舌的结构形式。
外环1与内环3通过静叶片2连接,静叶片2的榫头安装到外环1的榫槽中,静叶片2的叶顶部榫舌插到内环3的槽中,实现了三者的结构关联。蜂窝密封4整环分为6份,每一部分采用旋压卷边的方式将蜂窝密封4的板片挂到内环的凸肩处,实现与压气机转子6的密封齿配合,达到密封高压空气的效果。
静叶片2与外环1间采用榫头与榫槽的连接方式,为了减小安装过程中的接触面积,外环1的榫槽底部开有凹槽,榫槽底部的其余部位与榫头底面,榫头榫槽两斜面,均为外环1与静叶片2连接的工作面。
静叶片与内环间采用榫舌与安装槽的连接方式,安装槽的槽形与榫舌的形状相同,通过墩铆的方式将榫舌冲压变形,使榫舌固定到内环的槽中。
密封带的左侧结构为带槽的环形,右侧结构为直板形状,蜂窝密封4带内孔尺寸在留有余量的条件下,通过滚压方式将密封带安装到内环3的凸肩上。
蜂窝带材与安装的基体板材采用钎焊的结构连接形式。
静叶片2榫舌的墩铆,采用电极接触静叶片2对静叶片2进行加热,使其材料软化,对电极施加径向载荷,将静叶片2的榫舌压缩变形。
本专利的工作原理:静叶环便于与压气机机匣5的安装,静叶环为上下分半的结构形式,图2的近水平中心线位置为切口,静叶2通过榫头与外环1的榫槽连接,静叶2的榫舌与内环3通过热墩铆相连接,蜂窝密封片4通过滚压的变形方式安装于内环3的凸肩处,蜂窝密封与转子的气封齿形成对高压气流的轴向密封结构形式。
本发明可应用于燃气轮机静叶环的结构设计方面。

1.一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:包括压气机机匣、外环、内环、静叶片、蜂窝密封,外环和内环构成静叶环,静叶环安装在压气机机匣的环槽中,静叶片的顶部为榫舌,静叶片的底部为榫头,榫舌插到内环的安装槽中,榫头安装到外环的榫槽中,外环与压气机机匣通过径向销钉链接,蜂窝密封通过旋压卷边的方式将其板片挂到内环的凸肩处,蜂窝密封与压气机转子的密封齿相配合实现密封,所述内环的凸肩位于内环内侧,并于左右两个方向伸出其凸起部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:所述压气机机匣包括压气机上半机匣和压气机下半机匣,与其对应的静叶环包括上半环和下半环,上半环与压气机上半机匣相对应,下半环与压气机下半机匣相对应;所述蜂窝密封沿内环圆周包括6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:外环的榫槽底部开有凹槽,榫槽底部的其余部位与榫头底面、榫头榫槽均为外环与静叶片连接的工作面;内环的安装槽的槽形与榫舌的形状相同,通过墩铆的方式将榫舌冲压变形,使榫舌固定到内环的安装槽中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:静叶片榫舌的墩铆,采用电极接触静叶片的方式对静叶片进行加热,对电极施加径向载荷,将静叶片的榫舌压缩变形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种燃气轮机静叶环结构,其特征是:蜂窝密封通过滚压方式安装到内环的凸肩上。
