Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料，它是将白里透红素、甘草黄酮、GTCC、油溶性维生素E、霍霍巴油、植物角鲨烷、15号白油、科腾1701和乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质，再采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将制备的凝胶状物质涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干制备。经检测，本发明产品对皮肤无刺激性、符合卫生规范、消费者使用具有明显粉嫩皮肤效果。本发明产品可广泛应用于在日常用品中，如卫生巾、卫生扩垫、乳贴等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域，特别涉及到一种具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料。
背景技术
女性身体某些部位容易变黑，如阴道周围、乳晕等。尤其是女性私处变黑会在一定程度上影响女性的美观，因此有越来越多的女性希望自己的私处部位能恢复到嫩红色。
目前私处部位红润主要是通过如下四种途径：①镭射：它的优点是见效快，缺点则是伤口复原时间长、费用昂贵，但是3-6个月又会恢复原本的颜色；②刺青：它的优点是效果永久，但痛苦较大，而且红色系刺青难以去除，一旦纹上，若想要去除，可能有所困难；③染色：它的优点是很快速，但只要一洗澡，乳晕颜色就会恢复到原来颜色，而且多数染料含有对人身体有毒有害的原料；④普通美白产品：有些人用普通的美白产品用在私处部位上，但收效甚微。
导致女性某些皮肤部位变黑的主因有黑色素的沉淀、细胞老化和雌性荷尔蒙分泌等多种因素，它与皮肤变黑的主因不完全一样，另外，其变黑的程度相对于身体其他皮肤变黑的程度一般要更深，而且其黑素和黑色细胞所在皮肤的位置也相对于其他皮肤要更深，美白有效成份更难以吸收，所以市场上普通美白产品往往效果并不明显。
针对这种情况，本发明是开发一种具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料，可以将它应用在日常用品中，如卫生巾、卫生护垫、乳贴等，从而实现粉嫩皮肤的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料。
本发明要解决的技术问题是由以下两个步骤制做而成。
按一定的比例以白里透红素、甘草黄酮、GTCC、油溶性维生素E、霍霍巴油、植物角鲨烷、15号白油、科腾1701和乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质。
采用刮涂或印花生产工艺用制备的凝胶状物质涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可。
本发明所述的白里透红素、甘草黄酮、GTCC、油溶性维生素E、霍霍巴油、植物角鲨烷、15号白油、科腾1701和乳酸的重量百分比分别为2%~8%、0.5%~2%、3%~10%、2%~5%、0.3%~2%、0.3%~2%、50%~85%、5%~15%和0.01%~0.05%。
本发明所述的白里透红素是采用印度东北部山区一种指甲花（又名凤仙花）的新鲜花瓣，利用先进的提取设备与工艺，超临界萃取法，将花瓣中的指甲花醌分离而成。
本发明所述的GTCC是由辛酸/癸酸和甘油酯化而成的高纯度油脂。
本发明所述的凝胶状物质涂覆的重量为无纺布重量的10~30%。
本发明的有益效果如下：1）白里透红素中含有指甲花醌与皮肤角质的亲和力强，可长久停留在皮肤表面，在皮肤的PH值改变下发生色泽变化，从而使皮肤变红，达到红润嫩白的效果，此外，它还具有高效保湿及润肤的功效；由于白里透红素能长久停留在皮肤表面，因此它的红润嫩白效果能保持较长时间；2）甘草黄酮是从特定品种甘草中提取的天然美白剂，它能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性，又能抑制多巴色素互变和DHICA氧化酶的活性，是一种快速、高效、绿色的美白祛斑材料；3）本发明是安全且效果持久的植物嫩红素与美白材料共同使用，既实现了快速粉嫩效果，也实现了长久粉嫩皮肤的效果；4）本发明创造性地将制成具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料，可以方便应用在卫生巾、卫生护垫、乳贴产品中，让消费者在使用普通的日用品的同时能实现粉嫩皮肤效果，非常方便消费者使用。
为了验证本发明是否对人体的安全性，本发明样品经第三方权威检测机构测定，测试过程及结果如下。
受试对象：普通级新西兰白兔，体重2.0~2.5Kg。
检测方法：选取3只普通级新西兰白兔，测试前24小时剪去背部脊柱两侧的毛，不得弄伤皮肤，去毛范围，左右各3cm×3cm。次日取送检样品覆盖在白兔一侧剪去毛的部位，样品剪裁面积为2.5cm×2.5cm，然后用两层纱布覆盖，再用无刺激性胶布加以固定，另一侧剪去毛部位作为空白对照，4小时后去除测试物，分1小时、24小时和48小时观察皮肤反应，然后按《消毒技术规范》的规定进行皮肤反应积分和刺激强度评价。
测试结果如下表。
测试结论：送检样品对实验动物皮肤反应积分均值为0，一次接触动物未引起动物皮肤刺激反应，属于为无刺激性物质。
为了验证本发明是否符合卫生规范，本发明样品经第三方权威检测检测测定，测
试过程及结果如下。

检验结果表明：本发明样品符合《化妆品卫生规范》2015的检测标准。
为了验证本发明对的美白粉嫩效果，本发明人组织进行了大量的临床试验，从得到的信息反馈：经过1~3个月的连续使用，能明显地感觉皮肤的颜色逐渐向红润转变，同时皮肤变得比原来光滑，并且更具弹性。以下采用几例典型的临床病例进行分析。
临床病例1：张××，女，34岁，已婚，6年前曾生育一子，私处颜色为黑色，经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生巾、非经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生护垫，第一次使用能明显感觉到私处皮肤有粉嫩色，连续使用三个月后，再改用没有使用本发明的卫生巾与卫生护垫，私处的皮肤依旧粉嫩，没有出现明显地返黑现象，同时私处皮肤比原来更光滑更有弹性了。
临床病例2：肖××，女，27岁，未婚，有同居男友，私处颜色为褐色，经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生巾、非经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生护垫，第一次使用能明显感觉到私处皮肤有粉嫩色，连续使用两个月后，再改用没有使用本发明的卫生巾与卫生护垫，私处的皮肤依旧粉嫩，没有出现明显地返黑现象，同时私处皮肤比原来更光滑更有弹性了。
临床病例3：杨××，女，41岁，曾生育三子，私处颜色为黑色，经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生巾、非经期使用本发明产品制备的卫生护垫，第一次使用能明显感觉到私处皮肤有粉嫩色，连续使用四个月后，再改用没有使用本发明的卫生巾与卫生护垫，私处的皮肤依旧粉嫩，没有出现明显地返黑现象，同时私处皮肤比原来更光滑更有弹性了。
临床病例4：李××，女，33岁，已婚，曾生育一女，乳晕颜色为褐色，使用本发明制备的乳贴两个月后，乳晕颜色变成红褐色了，再连续使用两个月后，乳晕颜色已经变成红色了，同时乳晕皮肤比原来更光滑更有弹性了。
临床病例5：邓×，女，24岁，未婚，有同居男友，乳晕颜色为红褐色，使用本发明制备的乳贴一个月后，乳晕颜色就已经变成红色了，连续使用两个月后，乳晕颜色已经恢复少女时的粉红色了，同时乳晕皮肤比原来更光滑更有弹性了。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将2份白里透红素、2份甘草黄酮、3份GTCC、5份油溶性维生素E、0.3份霍霍巴油、5份植物角鲨烷、67.69份15号白油、15份科腾1701和0.01份乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质；采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的凝胶状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可即得实施例1。
实施例2
将5份白里透红素、1份甘草黄酮、6份GTCC、3.5份油溶性维生素E、5份霍霍巴油、0.3份植物角鲨烷、69.17份15号白油、10份科腾1701和0.03份乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质；采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的凝胶状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可即得实施例2。
实施例3
将8份白里透红素、0.5份甘草黄酮、10份GTCC、2份油溶性维生素E、1份霍霍巴油、1.2份植物角鲨烷、72.25份15号白油、5份科腾1701和0.05份乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质；采用刮涂或印花生产工艺将所制备的凝胶状物质按无纺布重量比的15%的比例涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可即得实施例3。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有粉嫩皮肤的无纺布材料，其特征在于，它是由以下两个步骤制做而成：
A. 按一定的比例以白里透红素、甘草黄酮、GTCC、油溶性维生素E、霍霍巴油、植物角鲨烷、15号白油、科腾1701和乳酸为原材料，制备成凝胶状物质；
B. 采用刮涂或印花生产工艺用步骤A制备的凝胶状物质涂覆在无纺布表面上，之后经连续烘干设备烘干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤A中所述的白里透红素、甘草黄酮、GTCC、油溶性维生素E、霍霍巴油、植物角鲨烷、15号白油、科腾1701和乳酸的重量百分比分别为2%~8%、0.5%~2%、3%~10%、2%~5%、0.3%~2%、0.3%~2%、50%~85%、5%~15%和0.01%~0.05%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤A中所述的白里透红素是采用印度东北部山区一种指甲花（又名凤仙花）的新鲜花瓣，利用先进的提取设备与工艺，超临界萃取法，将花瓣中的指甲花醌分离而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤A中所述的GTCC是由辛酸/癸酸和甘油酯化而成的高纯度油脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤B中所述的凝胶状物质涂覆的重量为无纺布重量的10~30%。
