Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition capable of treating wind-cold type common cold, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with active ingredients or effective ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition, a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation, and application of the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil composition in preparation of a medicine for treating wind-cold type common cold.
Background
The common cold is the most common acute respiratory infectious disease of human beings, and is suffered from the common cold 2 to 6 times per year in average for adults and 6 to 8 times per year in average for children. Cold can cause a significant social and economic burden, and it has been shown by us data that cold causes 23 billion days of miscarriage and 25 billion days of miswork each year, 27 billion visits each year for cold, over-the-counter medication costs nearly $ 20 billion per year to relieve cold symptoms such as cough, and 22.7 billion dollars for antibacterial drugs. In addition, repeated medication, improper combination medication and abuse of antibiotics are frequently used for clinically treating cold, and in addition, the treatment of the cold becomes more and more troublesome due to the continuous variation of viruses in recent years, and the subsequent side effects, complications and drug resistance increase the burden of diseases and even threaten the life of patients.
Early symptoms of the cold mainly comprise nasopharynx catarrhal symptoms, symptoms such as chills, sneezes, nasal obstruction, watery nasal discharge, coughs, fever, headache and the like can be seen, if the early symptoms cannot be effectively treated in time, complications such as bronchitis, rhinitis, pharyngitis, otitis media and the like or primary diseases can be worsened, the health and daily work and life of patients are influenced, and the risk of infecting other people exists, so the early treatment of the cold is very important. The cold is mostly caused by virus infection, however, no specific antiviral drug exists at present, only symptomatic treatment can be realized clinically, and the abuse of antibiotics aggravates the drug resistance of diseases. (Ringjiang waves. experts in normative diagnosis and treatment of common cold J. China department of internal medicine J2012, (4):330 + 333.)
In 2020, the traditional Chinese medicine is deeply involved to play an important role in resisting novel coronavirus pneumonia, and the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine in treating exogenous diseases are also paid attention to by people. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the cold is the symptom of disharmony between defensive surface and upper energizer caused by invasion of lung defense by exogenous pathogenic factors, and the cold is mainly wind pathogen. The book Su Wen, Taiyin Yangmen wheel is characterized by: wind pathogen invades from the mouth, nose or skin and fur and often invades the lung and respiratory tract of the upper energizer, so that symptoms of lung dysfunction such as nasal obstruction and watery nasal discharge appear.
Because six qi at four times are different and the quality of human body is different, the cold has different symptoms such as wind cold, wind heat, summer heat and the like in clinic, wherein the early cold is most common due to cold evil, namely the common language of catching cold, and the wind-cold is manifested as severe chillness, light fever, head and body pain, nasal obstruction, watery nasal discharge, pharynx itch and cough, and the symptoms are light and shallow; if the condition is delayed, swollen and sore throat, cough with yellow sputum and yellow and thick nasal discharge may occur, and at this time, cold pathogen is transformed into heat, the condition is aggravated, and the disease is difficult to treat, and is easy to prolong and other diseases are complicated, so the medicines should be applied as early as possible to dispel pathogenic wind-cold and suppress the cold in the light and shallow stage. (Wu Weihua, Wang Xinyue, Chinese medicine science [ M ]. Chinese traditional medicine Press, 7 month 3 rd edition 2012: 69-72.)
