To prevent clogging of the filter assembly 6; as shown in fig. 4, the filter assembly 6 includes a filter box 22, a filter screen 23, and an arc-shaped filter box 24; the inner wall of one side of the filter box 22 is fixedly connected with the peripheral outer wall of the filter screen 23 through screws; the outer wall of the top end of the arc-shaped filter box 24 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the bottom end of the filter box 22 through screws; the material of the filter screen 23 is activated carbon; filter screen 23 for the active carbon through the material adsorbs the impurity in the cooling water, guarantees the clean of recovered water, guarantees through semicircular arc filter box 24 that the large-scale impurity that is taken out by suction pump 5 can not gather in rose box 22, and when suction pump 5 shut down, large-scale impurity can be along arc inner wall landing of arc filter box 24 to sinking end box 9.
In the use of the embodiment, when the device is used, power supplies of various electric equipment are turned on, cooked broiler food is placed in the bearing box 14, the bearing box 14 is placed on the bearing plate 16, the bearing plate 16 is pushed into the sterilizing tank 1 through the guide rail 11 and the inclined hole 12, when the cooked broiler food is sterilized at high temperature, the temperature in the bearing box 14 is finely detected by the temperature probe 34, when the internal temperature of the bearing box 14 reaches the sterilizing temperature and lasts for one minute, the indicator lamp 25 is turned on, and the electric push rod 29 starts to operate, so that the push plate 30 starts to move with the heat-insulating baffle plate 33, the bearing box 14 becomes a closed box, the meat chicken food taste is prevented from being excessively sterilized at high temperature, and the indicator lamp 25 and the electric push rod 29 do not operate because cold spots exist in the sterilizing tank 1, the internal temperature of one bearing box 14 cannot reach the sterilizing temperature all the time, the bearing box 14 is kept in an initial state, when workers recover disinfected cooked broiler food, only the bearing box 14 with the indicator lamp 25 being lighted needs to be recovered, the bearing box 14 with the indicator lamp 25 not being lighted is disordered and mixed with next disinfection processing, each food is disinfected in the food processing process, meanwhile, the problem that the taste of the food is excessively influenced by disinfection in the food processing and disinfection process is solved, the food can be conveniently and quickly placed in the bearing box 14 or taken out of the bearing box 14 through the box cover 26, the bearing box 14 is well sealed through the elastic buckle 27 and the buckle hole 28, the effectiveness of the disinfection process is guaranteed, the food is prevented from falling off from the bearing box 14, heat can be mutually transferred among the bearing boxes 14 through the vent holes 15, each food is guaranteed to be disinfected, and the disinfection completeness is guaranteed, injecting water into the water storage tank 20 through the water inlet 4, opening the device, gradually forming high-pressure high-temperature steam under the operation of the plate type heat exchanger 19, releasing the steam into the disinfection tank 1 through the electric valve 2 for disinfection, monitoring the temperature inside the water storage tank 20 in real time through the temperature sensor 21, adjusting the temperature of the steam inside the water storage tank 20 through the plate type heat exchanger 19, avoiding the problem of poor taste of food due to overlarge temperature difference, enabling the water formed inside the disinfection tank 1 through the inclined holes 12 to enter the bottom of the disinfection tank 1 through the inclined holes 12 along the tank wall, avoiding the accumulation and corrosion of the guide rail 11 at the guide rail 11, prolonging the service life of the device, cooling a large amount of steam to form water which flows into the bottom sinking box 9 through the delivery pipe 7 after disinfecting the food inside the disinfection tank 1, and precipitating impurities in the bottom sinking box 9, water in the bottom sinking box 9 is finally conveyed to the water storage tank 20 through the conveying pipe 7 and the filtering component 6 to form circulating water utilization through the water suction pump 5, water resources are saved, energy consumption is reduced, the filtering component 6 can further filter water, the health and cleanness of water quality are guaranteed, no stain is left on the surface of food during food processing, impurities in cooling water are adsorbed through the filter screen 23 made of active carbon, the cleanness of recycled water is guaranteed, the large impurities pumped up by the water suction pump 5 are guaranteed not to be gathered in the filter box 22 through the semicircular arc-shaped filter box 24, and when the water suction pump 5 stops operating, the large impurities can slide to the bottom sinking box 9 along the arc-shaped inner wall of the arc-shaped filter box 24.
