In the embodiment of the invention, the outer wall of the box body 1 is fixed with the heat insulation board 14, so that heat insulation is facilitated, scalding is avoided, and heat insulation is facilitated, so that the heating efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the box cover 2 is provided with the inductive switch 15 for sensing the opening and closing of the box cover 2, the inductive switch 15 is electrically connected with the ultraviolet lamp 5, and when the inductive switch 15 senses that the box cover 2 is closed, the ultraviolet lamp 5 is triggered to irradiate, so that the ultraviolet lamp 5 can be automatically closed when the box cover is opened, and the condition that the irradiation energy consumption is wasted when the box cover is opened for a long time and surrounding personnel are irradiated when the box cover is opened is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the temperature sensor 16 is arranged in the disinfection chamber 3 and used for detecting the temperature in the disinfection chamber 3, the temperature sensor 16 is externally connected with the display screen 17 through a lead and used for displaying the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 16, and the display screen 17 is outwards fixed on the outer wall of the box body 1, so that the temperature in the disinfection box can be intuitively monitored in real time, and high-temperature scald can be avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the side wall of the cleaning cavity 8 is communicated with a liquid inlet pipe 18 and a liquid outlet pipe 19, the liquid inlet pipe 18 and the liquid outlet pipe 19 penetrate through the box body 1 outwards, and one ends penetrating through the box body 1 are provided with stop valves 20 so as to facilitate the supplement or liquid change of the disinfecting and cleaning liquid.
In the embodiment of the invention, the top end of the cleaning cavity 8 is connected with the side wall of the disinfection cavity 3 in a closed manner so as to seal the cleaning cavity 8, thereby preventing the disinfection cleaning solution from spilling out of the cleaning cavity 8 when the disinfection box is moved for use.
In the embodiment of the invention, the contact switch 21 is fixed on the inner wall of the disinfection chamber 3, when the bottom plate 4 is reset upwards to close the disinfection chamber 3, the contact switch 21 can be contacted to trigger the contact switch 21, the contact switch 21 is connected in series in a loop formed by connecting the humidity sensor 7 and the heating pipe 6 in series, the humidity detected by the humidity sensor 7 is greater than a preset value, and when the contact switch 21 is triggered, the heating pipe 6 is triggered to heat, so that only when the disinfection chamber 3 is closed through the bottom plate 4, the heating pipe 6 can be triggered to heat, and the heating energy consumption waste caused by triggering the heating pipe 6 to heat in the cleaning process is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, two electric telescopic pushing rods 12 are provided and symmetrically fixed on two sides of the inner side wall of the disinfection chamber 3, so as to facilitate the stability of the mechanical transmission of the device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, at least two ultraviolet lamps 5 are provided, which is favorable for further enhancing the sterilization effect.

Claims (10)
1. A portable sterilization case, comprising:
a box body;
the box cover is hinged on the top wall of the box body;
the disinfection cavity is fixed at the upper end in the box body and is positioned below the box cover, and a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom end of the disinfection cavity;
the ultraviolet lamp is fixed on the inner wall of the disinfection cavity and is used for irradiating to disinfect and sterilize;
the heating pipe is fixed on the side wall of the disinfection cavity and used for heating the disinfection cavity;
the humidity sensor is fixed in the disinfection cavity and used for detecting the air humidity in the disinfection cavity, the humidity sensor is connected with the heating pipe in series through a lead, and the heating pipe can be triggered to heat when the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is greater than a preset value;
the cleaning cavity is fixed at the lower end in the box body;
one end of the screw rod is fixed on the bottom wall in the cleaning cavity, the other end of the screw rod can penetrate out of the bottom plate upwards, and the inner wall which is in penetrating connection with the bottom plate is in threaded engagement with each other, so that the bottom plate can axially rotate along the screw rod and can slide up and down;
the torsion spring is spirally wound along the periphery of the side wall of the screw rod, one end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected to the bottom wall in the cleaning cavity, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the bottom plate;
the one-way valve penetrates through the bottom plate, and an outlet of the one-way valve faces to the bottom end of the cleaning cavity;
the electric telescopic push rod is fixed on the side wall of the disinfection cavity;
the controller, with the electric telescopic push rod electricity is connected, through the controller is steerable electric telescopic push rod stretches out, in order to promote the bottom plate moves to wash intracavity bottom, through torsion spring can promote the bottom plate rebound resets, in order to can seal the disinfection chamber.
2. The portable sterilizing case according to claim 1, wherein a heat insulating plate is fixed on an outer wall of the case body.

The portable sterilizing case of claim 1, wherein the case cover is provided with a sensing switch for sensing the opening and closing of the case cover, the sensing switch is electrically connected to the ultraviolet lamp, and the sensing switch senses the closing of the case cover to trigger the ultraviolet lamp to irradiate.

The portable sterilizing box of claim 1, wherein a temperature sensor is disposed in the sterilizing chamber for detecting the temperature in the sterilizing chamber, the temperature sensor is externally connected with a display screen through a wire for displaying the temperature detected by the temperature sensor, and the display screen is fixed to the outer wall of the box body.

The portable sterilizing box according to claim 1, wherein a liquid inlet pipe and a liquid outlet pipe are connected to the side wall of the cleaning chamber in a communicating manner, the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe outwardly penetrate through the box body, and a stop valve is arranged at one end of the liquid inlet pipe and one end of the liquid outlet pipe which penetrate through the box body.
6. A portable disinfection box as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wash chamber top is closed on said chamber side walls to close said wash chamber.
7. The portable sterilizing box of claim 1, wherein a contact switch is fixed on the inner wall of the sterilizing chamber, the bottom plate can contact to trigger the contact switch when being reset upwards to close the sterilizing chamber, the contact switch is connected in series in a loop formed by connecting the humidity sensor and the heating pipe in series, the humidity detected by the humidity sensor is greater than the preset value, and the contact switch is triggered to trigger the heating pipe to heat.
8. The portable sterilizing case according to claim 1, wherein two electric telescopic pushing rods are provided and symmetrically fixed on both sides of the inner wall of the sterilizing chamber.
9. A portable disinfection case as claimed in claim 1, wherein said uv lamps are provided in at least two numbers.
10. A portable disinfection case as claimed in claim 1, wherein said one-way valves are provided in at least two numbers.
