The temperature sensor 35 detects temperature information in the disinfectant tank 12, the data processing unit processes the detected temperature information and sends a processing result to the controller 31, and when the detected temperature information is greater than or equal to the preset temperature information, the controller 31 controls the air inlet valve 36 to open and discharge disinfectant vapor in the disinfectant tank 12.
The disinfectant collecting box 8 is provided with an exhaust pipe 7, the bottom end of the disinfectant collecting box 8 is provided with a drain pipe 10, the drain pipe 10 penetrates into the disinfectant box 12, the drain pipe 10 is provided with a water outlet valve 9, and the water outlet valve 9 is electrically connected with the controller 31.
The inside of inner tube 20 is provided with baffle 22, and the top of baffle 22 is provided with support column 21, and support column 21 and baffle 22 formula structure as an organic whole, and one side of support column 21 is provided with pivot 19, and pivot 19 passes through the bearing and is connected with support column 21 rotation, and one side that support column 21 was kept away from to pivot 19 is provided with rotary drum 17, and rotary drum 17 passes through support and pivot 19 fixed connection, and outlet valve 9 is connected with controller 31 electricity.
The high liquid level sensor 34 detects the liquid level in the disinfectant collecting tank 8, the data processing unit processes the detected liquid level information and sends the processing result to the controller 31, and when the detected liquid level information is greater than or equal to the preset high liquid level information, the controller 31 controls the water outlet valve 9 to open and discharge the liquid in the disinfectant collecting tank 8.
The motor 14 is arranged below the partition plate 22, the gear 15 is installed on the motor 14, the fluted disc 16 is arranged on the rotary drum 17, the placing box 18 is arranged on the inner side of the rotary drum 17, the placing box 18 is fixedly connected with the rotary drum 17 through a support, the upper cover 24 is installed on the placing box 18, and the upper cover 24 is connected with the placing box 18 in a buckling mode.
The one end that the support column 21 was kept away from to inner tube 20 is provided with the closing plate 25, installs electric telescopic handle 28 on the closing plate 25, and one side that the support column 21 was kept away from to closing plate 25 is provided with heating wire 27, and one side of heating wire 27 is provided with fan 26, and one side that the support column 21 was kept away from to closing plate 25 is provided with ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp 23, and ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp 23 is to the further disinfection of instrument.
The fixed shaft 29 is arranged at one end, far away from the supporting column 21, of the rotary drum 17, the fixed shaft 29 is fixedly connected with the rotary drum 17 through a support, the fan blades 30 are mounted on the fixed shaft 29, sucked air flow can be formed through rotation of the fan blades 30, disinfectant steam is sucked into the rotary drum 17, and the flow rate of the disinfectant steam is improved.
The outer side of the disinfection box shell 3 is provided with a box door 4, and the box door 4 is rotatably connected with the disinfection box shell 3 through a hinge.
The electric heater 13, the motor 14, the electric telescopic rod 28, the fan 26, the heating wire 27 and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 23 are all electrically connected with the controller 31, and the controller 31 is electrically connected with an external power supply.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the medical box door is used, the box door 4 is opened, medical instruments to be disinfected are placed in the placing box 18, the upper cover 24 and the placing box 18 are folded, the placed medical instruments are prevented from falling out, and the box door 4 is closed again after the placing is finished.
The external disinfectant enters the disinfectant tank 12 from the water inlet pipe 2, and specifically, when the liquid level information detected by the low liquid level sensor 33 is less than or equal to the preset low liquid level information, the controller 31 controls the water inlet valve 32 to open and supplement the liquid in the disinfectant tank 12.
The sterilizing liquid generates a large amount of sterilizing liquid vapor under the heating of the electric heater 13, when the temperature information detected by the temperature sensor 35 is greater than or equal to the preset temperature information, the controller 31 controls the air inlet valve 36 to open and discharge the sterilizing liquid vapor in the sterilizing liquid tank 12, and the sterilizing liquid vapor enters the inner barrel 20 from the vapor communicating pipe 11 to sterilize the placed medical instruments.
The controller 31 controls the motor 14 to rotate, so that the gear 15 arranged on the motor 14 drives the rotary drum 17 to rotate, when the rotary drum 17 rotates, the medical instruments placed in the placing box 18 can be continuously turned over, the upper surface and the lower surface of the medical instruments can be continuously contacted with steam, and the sterilization effect is ensured.
Simultaneously, along with the rotation of rotary drum 17, flabellum 30 will also rotate to form the air current of suction, inhale rotary drum 17 with steam, improve the velocity of flow of steam, ascending steam gets into spiral condenser pipe 6 from air duct 5, and the helical structure of spiral condenser pipe 6 does benefit to the condensation of antiseptic solution vapour, and the antiseptic solution vapour of condensation is collected in antiseptic solution collecting box 8.
When the liquid level information detected by the high liquid level sensor 34 is greater than or equal to the preset high liquid level information, the controller 31 controls the water outlet valve 9 to open and discharge the liquid in the disinfectant liquid collecting tank 8. When the disinfection time preset by the timing module is reached, the controller 31 controls the exhaust valve 36 to close and no longer emit steam, and meanwhile, the disinfection liquid in the disinfection liquid tank 12 stops heating the disinfection liquid.
After the exhaust valve 36 is closed, the controller 31 controls the electric telescopic rod 28 to lift up to lift the sealing plate 25, and then the controller 31 controls the fan 26 to blow out heat generated by the heating wire 27, so that the medical instrument is dried, and disinfectant vapor is prevented from being condensed on the medical instrument; meanwhile, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp irradiates the medical instruments, and the medical instruments are further disinfected and sterilized; when the preset drying time of the timing module is reached, the controller 31 controls the electric telescopic rod 28 to drive the sealing plate 25 to reset.
