The method comprises the following steps: 1) respectively weighing the raw materials; 2) dissolving the powder raw materials to prepare a liquid solution; 3) adding a surfactant and vegetable oil into a reaction kettle to be fully emulsified; 4) adding cosolvent and additive, stirring, and stirring until the mixture is yellow to brownish red viscous liquid. The formula for improving the crop yield and the preparation method thereof have obvious effects of controlling and killing pests, germs, viruses and other harm and weeding, reduce the using amount of pesticides, and have the effects of promoting the growth of plants, improving the yield, improving the quality and improving the immunity.

The surfactant comprises 60g of at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol ethoxylate, sorbitan monooleate polyoxyethylene ether or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and 5g of at least one of polyvinyl alcohol and polyethylene glycol dioleate.
The vegetable oil is at least one of rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, tea seed oil and peanut oil, and the mass of the vegetable oil is 20 g.
The cosolvent is at least one of dimethylformamide, ethanol and glycerol N-R-2-pyrrolidone, and the mass of the cosolvent is 10 g.
The additive is at least one of chitosan oligosaccharide, DA-8 and EGF, and the mass is 5 g.
6. A method of preparing a formulation for increasing crop yield, comprising the steps of:
1) respectively weighing the raw materials;
