Problems to be solved by the invention
However, the conventional sheet cosmetic has the following problems: after use, a dry feeling can be imparted to the skin and the skin feels dry. By blending a humectant such as a polyhydric alcohol in a sheet cosmetic, the dry touch (dry touch) can be suppressed, but the dry touch by the powder is impaired. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a sheet cosmetic which does not have a dry touch and can impart a dry touch.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic composition which can suppress the dry touch to the skin after use and can impart a dry touch to the skin.
Means for solving the problems
The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to achieve the above object and as a result, have found that a dry touch can be suppressed and a dry feeling can be imparted to the skin after use by using a composition for a skin cosmetic containing component (a): talc and/or silica, component (B): aluminum starch octenylsuccinate, component (C): ethanol, and component (D): water, wherein the content of the component (A) is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, the content of the component (B) is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, the content of the component (C) is 20.0 to 70.0% by mass, and the content of the component (D) is 10.0 to 75.0% by mass. The present invention has been completed based on these technical ideas.
That is, the present invention provides a composition for a skin cosmetic, comprising the following component (a), the following component (B), the following component (C), and the following component (D), wherein the content ratio of the component (a) is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, the content ratio of the component (B) is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, the content ratio of the component (C) is 20.0 to 70.0% by mass, and the content ratio of the component (D) is 10.0 to 75.0% by mass.
Component (A): talc and/or silica
Component (B): aluminum starch octenyl succinate
Component (C): ethanol
Component (D): water (W)
The content ratio of at least one oily component selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon oils, ester oils, silicone oils, oils and fats, and aliphatic alcohols having 12 to 22 carbon atoms is preferably 1.0% by mass or less.
The present invention also provides a sheet cosmetic comprising a sheet base and the skin cosmetic composition impregnated into the sheet base.

Detailed Description
[ composition for skin cosmetics ]
The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention contains at least talc and/or silica, aluminum starch octenyl succinate, ethanol, and water. In the present specification, talc and/or silica are sometimes referred to as "component (a)", aluminum starch octenylsuccinate as "component (B)", ethanol as "component (C)", and water as "component (D)".
That is, the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention contains at least component (a), component (B), component (C), and component (D). The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain components other than the above components (a) to (D). The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention may contain only one component, or may contain two or more components, for example, component (a), component (B), component (C), component (D), and other components.
[ component (A) ]
The component (A) is talc and/or silica. That is, the component (a) is one or both of talc and silica. It is considered that the use of the component (a) causes the particles to spread on the skin (particularly, skin mounds), reduces friction, and can impart a dry feeling to the skin after the use of the skin cosmetic composition. The component (A) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The talc is not particularly limited, and any talc that is generally used in cosmetic compositions can be used.
The oil absorption of the talc is not particularly limited, but is preferably 18ml/100g to 50ml/100 g. The average particle diameter D50 of the talc is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 25.0. mu.m.
The silica is not particularly limited, and silica (silicic anhydride) generally used in cosmetic compositions can be used. The silica may be a silicic anhydride (hydrophilic silica) which has not been subjected to hydrophobization treatment, or may be a hydrophobized silicic anhydride. The silica may be surface-treated with an amino acid, an ester, lecithin, or the like. The silica is preferably spherical silica, and more preferably spherical silica, in view of excellent reduction in frictional resistance against the skin.
The oil absorption of the silica is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20ml/100g to 300ml/100g, more preferably 20ml/100g to 120ml/100 g. The average particle diameter D50 of the silica is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1 to 15 μm.
In the present specification, the oil absorption of the component (a) is a value measured according to the measurement method described in JIS K5101. In the present specification, the average particle diameter D50 of the component (a) is a value measured by a laser diffraction method.
Commercially available products may be used as the component (A). Commercially available products of talc include trade name "talc MS" (manufactured by Nippon talc Co., Ltd.). Examples of commercially available products of SILICA include the trade name "SILICA PEARL P-4M", the trade name "SILICA PEARL 20 CG", the trade name "HCS 160M 5", and the trade name "SILICA MICRO BEAD BA-1" (manufactured by NIGHT CATALYST FORMATION CO., LTD.).
The content of the component (a) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, preferably 0.7 to 14.0% by mass, and more preferably 2.0 to 13.0% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. By setting the content ratio to 0.5% by mass or more, frictional resistance against the skin can be reduced, and a dry feeling can be imparted to the skin after use. By setting the content to 15.0 mass% or less, whitening can be suppressed. The content ratio of the component (a) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (a) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention.
[ component (B) ]
The component (B) is aluminum starch octenyl succinate. The aluminum starch octenylsuccinate described above is sometimes referred to as starch octenylsuccinate Al or aluminum starch corn octenylsuccinate. By using the component (B), the skin after use can be provided with a coating feel while maintaining a dry feel by the component (a), and thus a dry feel can be suppressed. The component (B) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
In the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention, the component (B) is blended as a powder. Starch aluminum octenyl succinate is sometimes used as a thickener derived from starch aluminum octenyl succinate in a state of not being in a powder form by heating to a relatively high temperature for hydrophilization and gelatinization (so-called "gelatinization"). However, in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention, the component (B) is contained in a powder state by blending at a relatively low temperature of, for example, 50 ℃ or lower. By compounding the component (B) in the form of powder, an effect of suppressing a dry feeling while maintaining a film feeling can be exerted on the skin after use.
As the component (B), commercially available products can be used. Examples of commercially available products of component (B) include the trade name "DRY-FLO PURE" (manufactured by Akzo Nobel Chemicals) and the trade name "オクティエ" (manufactured by Nissan chemical Co., Ltd.).
The content of the component (B) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is 0.5 to 15.0% by mass, preferably 1.0 to 14.0% by mass, and more preferably 2.0 to 13.0% by mass, based on 100% by mass of the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. By setting the content ratio to 0.5% by mass or more, the composition can be uniformly applied to the skin, and a dry feeling due to the component (a) can be maintained and a film feeling can be imparted, whereby a dry feeling can be suppressed. By setting the content to 15.0 mass% or less, whitening can be suppressed. The content ratio of the component (B) is the total of the content ratios of all the components (B) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention.
[ component (C) ]
The component (C) is ethanol. By using the component (C), the hydrophobic component (B) can be dispersed in the skin cosmetic composition. In addition, quick-drying and refreshing feeling in use can be imparted.
The content of the component (C) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is 20.0 to 70.0 mass%, preferably 22.0 to 65.0 mass%, and more preferably 25.0 to 60.0 mass% with respect to 100 mass% of the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. If the content ratio is less than 20.0 mass%, the component (B) cannot be uniformly dispersed in the skin cosmetic composition. If the content exceeds 70.0 mass%, a dry feeling tends to occur.
[ component (D): water ]
Component (D) is water, but is not particularly limited, and is preferably purified water. The content of the component (D) in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is 10.0 to 75.0 mass%, preferably 30.0 to 70.0 mass%, based on 100 mass% of the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention.

Among them, the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention preferably does not contain a polyol or contains a polyol in a proportion of 1.0% by mass or less, from the viewpoint of particularly excellent effect of imparting a dry touch.
The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be produced by a known or conventional method. For example, the following methods can be mentioned: the components are mixed and homogenized by a method of stirring using a known stirring apparatus such as a dispersion mixer or a paddle mixer.
The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention can impart a dry feeling to the skin after use by blending talc and/or silica [ component (a) ] with water [ component (D) ]. Further, by using aluminum starch octenylsuccinate [ component (B) ] in combination at a specific ratio, it is possible to impart a coating feeling and suppress a dry feeling. This makes it possible to achieve both a dry feeling of the skin after use and a moist feeling due to the inhibition of a dry feeling. The mechanism of this effect is presumed as follows. It is considered that the component (a) spreads out the projections (skin hills) of the uneven portions on the skin to reduce friction, and can impart a dry feeling to the skin after the skin cosmetic composition is used. However, the component (a) hardly enters concave portions (furrows) of unevenness on the skin. Therefore, the skin after use cannot be provided with a film feeling by only the component (a). On the other hand, the component (B) of the powder has high hydrophobicity, has high affinity with the skin, and is likely to enter concave portions (furrows) of irregularities on the skin due to surface properties such as shape. Thus, by using the component (a) and the component (B) in combination, the powder can cover the entire skin, and can provide an excellent film feeling. In addition, whitening of the skin after use can be suppressed. By blending ethanol [ component (C) ] at a specific ratio, component (B) which has high hydrophobicity and is not normally blended in the form of powder in an aqueous medium can be dispersed in component (D). In addition, quick drying properties can be imparted.
The skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is a cosmetic composition for application to the skin (skin). The part to which the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is applied is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include face (e.g., forehead, eye periphery, canthus, cheek, mouth periphery, etc.), arm, elbow, back of hand, finger tip, foot, knee, heel, neck, underarm, back, etc.
[ sheet cosmetics ]
The sheet cosmetic is obtained by impregnating the sheet base material with the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. That is, the sheet cosmetic pack contains a sheet base material and the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention impregnated into the sheet base material. In the present specification, the sheet cosmetic is sometimes referred to as "the sheet cosmetic of the present invention". The sheet cosmetic of the present invention may contain a sheet base material and a constituent component other than the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention.
The sheet base is a sheet-like support that can be impregnated with the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. The sheet base is preferably a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric. The sheet base may be a laminate (i.e., a laminated sheet), and examples thereof include a laminate of woven fabric, a laminate of nonwoven fabric, and a laminate of woven fabric and nonwoven fabric. From the viewpoint of the feeling of use, the ease of processing, and the like, the sheet base is preferably a sheet base including a nonwoven fabric, and more preferably a nonwoven fabric.
Examples of the nonwoven fabric include a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a thermal bond nonwoven fabric, a needle punched nonwoven fabric, and a stitch-bonded nonwoven fabric.

Examples of the natural fibers include cotton, pulp, silk, cellulose, hemp, linter, and kapok. Examples of the synthetic fibers include nylon fibers, polyester fibers (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate fibers, polybutylene terephthalate fibers, etc.), acrylic fibers, polyolefin fibers (e.g., polypropylene fibers, polyethylene fibers, etc.), and the like. Examples of the semi-natural fibers include rayon and acetate. The above-mentioned fibers may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Further, a blend fiber composed of two or more of the above fibers may be used.
The sheet base material may be subjected to an embossing treatment. The embossing treatment is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method of pushing the back surface upward to float (so that the back surface is recessed), a method of forming a convex portion by adhering a special ink to the surface (so that the back surface is not recessed), and the like.
The basis weight of the sheet base is not particularly limited, but is preferably 20g/m2~100g/m2More preferably 30g/m2~80g/m2. When the basis weight is within the above range, the sheet base material does not curl when rubbed on the skin, and the feeling of use is excellent. In addition, the sheet cosmetic has an increased amount of the skin cosmetic composition impregnated per unit area. This increases the amount of powder such as silica adhered to the skin, and thus improves the feeling of coating the skin and the feeling of dryness after use. In addition, sufficient effects can be obtained even when the skin is used over a wide range, and the use in particular when the cosmetic is used as a sheet cosmetic for the body or the like is further improved, which is preferable.
The sheet base may be produced by a known or conventional production method depending on the type of woven fabric, nonwoven fabric or the like. Further, commercially available products may be used as the sheet base. The commercially available product of the sheet base is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a product name "RH", a product name "PLDF-40D", a product name "AS-40" (manufactured by Daihe Gaoki Co., Ltd.), a product name "TCF 404 WJ" (manufactured by Bimura chemical Co., Ltd.), a product name "COTTOACE A060S/A18", a product name "COTTOACE C030S/A18" (manufactured by Unitika Co., Ltd.), a product name "Kuraflex JP2445B 019", the trade name "Kuraflex JP0509B 056", the trade name "Kuraflex JP4250H 023" (manufactured by KURARARAAY Co., Ltd.), the trade name "Bemliese JP 254", the trade name "Bemliese RE 75K" (manufactured by Asahi Kasei-Kasei Co., Ltd.), the trade name "SANMORE SP 8740", the trade name "SANMORE SP 8748" (manufactured by Showa paper Co., Ltd.), the trade name "M1-30-2 PE" (manufactured by Yiye paper Co., Ltd.), and the like.

The material of the packaging container is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include resins such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyethylene (PE), and polypropylene (PP); metals such as aluminum, and the like. As the packaging container, a resin packaging container (particularly, a packaging bag) having a metal layer laminated or evaporated on the surface thereof is preferable, and a resin packaging bag having an aluminum evaporated on the surface thereof is more preferable, from the viewpoint of light weight and excellent volatilization prevention effect.
The sheet cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by impregnating the sheet base with the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention. The method for impregnating the sheet base with the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include: a method of impregnating a sheet base material in a folded state with the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention; a method of spraying the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention onto a sheet base; a method of impregnating the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention into a sheet base material by a printing method; a method of immersing a sheet base in the skin cosmetic composition of the present invention; and so on.
The sheet cosmetic of the present invention is used for wiping the skin (skin). The part to be wiped with the sheet cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include the face (e.g., forehead, eye periphery, canthus, cheek, mouth periphery, etc.), arm, elbow, back of hand, finger tip, foot, knee, heel, neck, underarm, back, and the like. Examples of the sheet cosmetic of the present invention include sheet facial cleansers (facial cleansers), body wipes, wet wipes, disposable hand towels, hip wipes, and makeup removing sheets (cleansing sheets). Among these, the sheet cosmetic of the present invention is particularly preferably used for wiping the body because it can provide a feeling of a film while suppressing the dry feeling to the skin after use. The sheet cosmetic of the present invention may be any of cosmetics, quasi drugs, pharmaceuticals, and miscellaneous goods, for example.
The method of using the sheet cosmetic of the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a method of wiping off dirt on the skin, old keratin, sebum, and the like. The sheet cosmetic of the present invention can wipe off dirt and the like only by wiping it on the skin, and not only can suppress the dry touch feeling of the skin after use but also can impart a touch feeling like a coating film, and therefore, it is preferable as a wiping sheet cosmetic for wiping it on the skin.
Examples
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. The compounding amounts shown in the tables are the amounts of the respective components mixed (i.e., the amounts of the effective components mixed in the respective raw materials, so-called pure components), and are expressed as "% by mass" unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 5
The skin cosmetic compositions of examples and comparative examples were prepared by a conventional method using the components (a) to (D)) shown in the table. The skin cosmetic composition was impregnated at a basis weight of 40g/m in a proportion of 290 parts by mass of the cosmetic composition per 100 parts by mass of the nonwoven fabric2Each of the cosmetics (sheet size: 14 cm. times.20 cm, rectangular shape) of examples and comparative examples was prepared by the spunlace nonwoven fabric of (1).
(evaluation)
The cosmetic materials obtained in examples and comparative examples were evaluated as follows. The evaluation results are set forth in the table. Of these, in comparative example 5, the component (B) was not uniformly dispersed, and thus other evaluations were not performed.
(1) Dry and comfortable feeling
Using 1 piece of each cosmetic preparation obtained in examples and comparative examples, wiping was performed three times in a 20cm width round trip on the inner side of one forearm, and the dry feeling (feeling of reduced friction with the palm due to powder present on the skin) was evaluated for the wiped portion after 10 minutes. The above evaluation was carried out under conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity at 25 ℃ and a humidity of 50% RH. The evaluation was carried out according to the following evaluation criteria, and the results are shown in the table.
[ criterion for determining a dry feeling ]
Excellent: the feeling of dryness is obviously felt.
O (good): a slight dry feeling was felt.
X (bad): no dry and refreshing feeling was felt.
(2) Sense of film coating
The dry feeling was evaluated and the coating feeling was also evaluated. The evaluation was carried out according to the following evaluation criteria, and the results are shown in the table.
[ criterion for determining coating feeling ]
Excellent: the film coating feeling was clearly felt.
O (good): the film feeling was slightly felt.
X (bad): no film coating was observed.
(3) Whitening of the skin
Using 1 piece of each cosmetic obtained in examples and comparative examples, rubbing was performed three times in a reciprocating manner with a width of 20cm on the inner side of one forearm, and whitening was visually evaluated on a rubbed portion after 10 minutes. The above evaluation was carried out under conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity at 25 ℃ and a humidity of 50% RH. The evaluation was carried out according to the following evaluation criteria, and the results are shown in the table.
[ criterion for whitening ]
Excellent: the coated portion was not whitened.
O (good): a part of the coated portion was whitened, but it can be used.
X (bad): whitening occurs in the entirety of the coated portion.
(4) Dispersibility
In the production of the skin cosmetic compositions in examples and comparative examples, the component (a) and the component (B) were added to a solution obtained by mixing water and ethanol, and the dispersibility of the powder when stirred for 10 minutes was visually evaluated. The evaluation was carried out according to the following evaluation criteria, and the results are shown in the table.
[ criterion for determining dispersibility ]
O (good): and (4) uniformly dispersing.
X (bad): not uniformly dispersed.

The sheet cosmetic (example) using the composition for skin cosmetics of the present invention had a dry feeling, and a film feeling was obtained and the dry feeling was suppressed. In addition, whitening can be suppressed. On the other hand, when the content ratio of the component (a) is small (comparative example 1), a dry feeling is not obtained. When the content ratio of the component (a) is large (comparative example 2), the whole coated portion is whitened. When the content ratio of the component (B) is small (comparative example 3), a coating feeling is not obtained, and a dry feeling cannot be suppressed. When the content ratio of the component (B) is large (comparative example 4), the whole coated portion is whitened. When the content ratio of the component (C) is small (comparative example 5), the powder is not uniformly dispersed.
