The valve core is driven by switching of the front, middle and rear states of the control rod to control the conduction of the first air inlet 549 and the first air outlet 551, the second air outlet 552 or the air outlet 553, so that the state switching is realized. In use, the second air outlet 552 communicates with the suction cup 4: when the watch cover needs to be detached, a worker adsorbs the sucker 4 on the glass cover, then the control mechanism 542 controls the valve core to act, so that the first air inlet 549 is communicated with the first air outlet 551, namely, positive pressure gas enters the negative pressure generator 543 through the first air outlet 551, the negative pressure generator 543 converts the positive pressure gas into negative pressure gas and then inputs the negative pressure gas into the valve body 541 from the second air inlet 550, so that the second air outlet 552 outputs the negative pressure gas to the sucker 4, and the sucker 4 can stably suck up the glass cover; when the glass cover needs to be put down, the worker controls the valve core to act through the control mechanism 542, so that the first air inlet 549 is communicated with the second air outlet 552, namely, positive pressure gas is directly introduced into the sucker 4, and the effect of blowing the glass cover away from the sucker 4 is achieved.
In this embodiment, the present invention further includes an air outlet member 544, a pressure regulating assembly 545 and a conducting assembly 546, wherein the first air outlet 551, the air outlet member 544 and the pressure regulating assembly 545 are communicated through the conducting assembly 546, the air outlet member 544 is configured to output air, and the pressure regulating assembly 545 is configured to regulate an air pressure of the output air. The air outlet member 544 is preferably an air duct, that is, the second air outlet 552 is communicated with the suction cup 4 through the air duct, so as to achieve an air output effect; the pressure regulating assembly 545 is used for regulating the air pressure of the output physical force to prevent the glass cover from being damaged due to over-high negative pressure or blown away due to over-high positive pressure.
Specifically, the conducting assembly 546 includes a first conducting member 556, a second conducting member 557 and a one-way valve 558, an output end of the one-way valve 558, the first air outlet 551 and an input end of the pressure regulating assembly 545 are communicated through the first conducting member 556, and an input end of the one-way valve 558, an output end of the pressure regulating assembly 545 and the air outlet member 544 are conducted through the second conducting member 557; actually, the first conduction member 556 is preferably a three-way joint 42, the second conduction member 557 is a four-way joint 42, and a pressure gauge 547 for detecting a gas pressure is further connected to the second conduction member 557.
Taking the positive pressure gas output as an example, the relationship between the conducting assembly 546 and the pressure regulating assembly 545 is as follows: the second gas outlet 552 outputs positive pressure gas, and due to the existence of the one-way valve 558, the positive pressure gas enters the pressure regulating assembly 545 through the first conducting piece 556 and enters the second conducting piece 557 through the pressure regulating assembly 545, and at this time, the positive pressure gas is output from the gas outlet piece 544 and the pressure value is measured in real time by the pressure gauge 547; when the positive pressure air pressure value is too large or too small, the positive pressure air pressure can be intuitively reflected by the pressure gauge 547, and the worker can adjust the air pressure through the pressure adjusting assembly 545.
Similarly, when outputting the negative pressure gas, since the negative pressure gas is realized by the gas flowing back to the second gas outlet 552, the gas in the gas outlet 544 enters the second gas outlet 552 through the check valve 558 or the pressure regulating assembly 545, and is discharged from the second gas inlet 550; at this time, the effect of controlling the pressure value of the negative pressure gas can be achieved by controlling the gas passing through the pressure regulating assembly 545.
Preferably, the pressure regulating assembly 545 includes an air pressure regulator 554 and a throttle valve 555, the air pressure regulator 554 is disposed between the first conducting member 556 and the second conducting member 557, and the throttle valve 555 is disposed between the air pressure regulator 554 and the second conducting member 557. That is, the pressure regulating assembly 545 regulates the pressure by changing the cross-section of the throttle 555 or the length of the throttle 555 to control the gas flow. Specifically, the second conducting member 557 is further connected to a pressure gauge 559 for monitoring the pressure of the gas output by the present invention, so as to facilitate timely adjustment.
In conclusion, the invention realizes the effect of outputting positive pressure or negative pressure gas only through one gas source by matching of simple structures, thereby saving the cost and being suitable for the movement or the disassembly and the assembly of fragile products with low cost.
In summary, the watch case dismounting device of the present embodiment has the following effects.
According to the watchcase dismounting device, the objective table 2, the watchcase fixing mechanism 3, the sucking disc 4, the sucking disc lifting mechanism 5 and the objective table lifting mechanism 6 are adopted, when the watchcase needs to be dismounted, only a watch needs to be placed on the objective table 2, then the objective table lifting mechanism 6 is operated to enable the watchcase to abut against the watchcase fixing mechanism 3 and the sucking disc lifting mechanism 5 is operated to enable the sucking disc 4 to be close to the objective table 2, the sucking disc 4 can suck the watchcase from the exposed watchcase of the watchcase fixing mechanism 3, finally the watchcase is separated from the watchcase, the operation dismounting of the watchcase and the watchcase is achieved, compared with the traditional mode of vacuum sucking of the watchcase, the effect is similar, and the popularization is convenient.
