Abstract

一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,属于汽车灯具技术领域。本发明的光源组件包括三组或以上不同位置的LED光源组和铜基板或铝基板组成。三组LED光源组分别处于多曲面反光镜各曲面的焦点处附近,不同位置LED光源组发射的光线通过与之对应曲面反光镜进行反射并聚集在透镜内焦点O处,再经挡光板射到透镜上,最后经过透镜折射形成近光截止线光型。而远光与近光共用光源和反射面,当开启远光时,电源给电磁阀供电,电磁阀磁芯运动并推动挡光板往前翻转特定角度,从而使得光照射到透镜形成远光光源。本发明结构紧凑,能提高远光和近光光型的精度,增加远光和近光光型横向照射角度,提高LED光源发光利用率,较好的解决近光光型截止线发彩的问题。

Description

一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组
技术领域
本发明属于汽车灯具技术领域,尤其与一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组有关。
背景技术
随着车灯技术的发展,汽车头灯正照得越来越亮,越来越远,与之带来的是炫目现象更为明显,远光造成对向来车司机眼睛炫目也是导致夜间交通事故的主要原因之一。目前单焦点的远近光双光透镜提供的近光光型,发光角度一般在水平面±25度内,有效路照宽度小,无法为驾驶员提供更宽的照明区域;需要采用多透镜、多反射镜才能提供更好的照明区域。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术存在的问题,本发明提出一种结构紧凑,提高远近光光型的精度,能较好的解决截止线发彩、有效增加远近光横向照明角度、区域的多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征是,所述的多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组包括散热器、光源组件、多曲面反射镜、挡光板总成和透镜总成,所述的光源组件包括基板、至少三组LED光源,LED光源通过接插器安装于基板上并设置于基板上不同位置,所述的光源组件的基板安装于所述的散热器上;散热器上设有用于安装光源组件的安装面,当光源组件工作时产生热量,散热器能有效的将热量散出;
所述的多曲面反射镜分别对应设置于所述的LED光源上方,且每一多曲面反射镜的焦点对应一所述的LED光源;通过不同位置LED光源组发射的光线通过与之对应曲面反射镜进行反射并聚集在透镜内焦点O处;
所述的挡光板总成包括挡光板、电磁阀和连动机构,电磁阀通过连动机构驱动挡光板运动。当电磁阀通电,磁芯运动,并通过连动机构带动挡光板运动,实现远近光光型切换。
工作原理:当开启远光时,电源给电磁阀供电,电磁阀磁芯运动并推动挡光板往前翻转特定角度,从而使得光照射到透镜形成远光光源。
LED光源组设置有3组LED光源,包括中间LED光源、左侧LED光源和右侧LED光源,分别处于所述的多曲面反射镜不同的焦点位置;中间LED光源对应多曲面反射镜的中间反射镜,其为远光和近光光型提供主要的亮度及近光截止线形状;两侧的左侧LED光源、右侧LED光源对应多曲面反射镜两边的左侧反射面和右侧反射镜,其为远光和近光光型提供亮度,有效照明宽度及近光截止线形状。
所述的多曲面反射镜表面具有0.5~5μm的镀铝层。
所述的基板为铜基板。
所述的透镜总成包括透镜和透镜支架,透镜通过开口钢圈固定安装于透镜支架上,透镜支架通过螺钉固定安装于所述的散热器上。
本发明可以达到以下有益效果:本发明通过将远光与近光共用光源和反射面,且通过不同位置LED光源组发射的光线通过与之对应的曲面反光镜进行反射并聚集在透镜内焦点O处,再经挡光板射到透镜上,最后经过透镜折射形成近光截止线光型。本发明结构紧凑,能提高远光和近光光型的精度,增加远光和近光光型横向照射角度,提高LED光源发光利用率,较好的解决近光光型截止线发彩的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,所描述的实施例只是对本发明的说明和解释,并不构成对本发明的唯一限定。
如图1-图5所示,本发明包括包括散热器2、光源组件5、多曲面反射镜4、挡光板总成3和透镜总成1,光源组件5包括基板5-4、至少三组LED光源,LED光源通过接插器安装于基板5-4上并设置于基板上不同位置,光源组件5的基板5-4安装于散热器2上;散热器2上设有用于安装光源组件的安装面,当光源组件工作时产生热量,散热器能有效的将热量散出;
多曲面反射镜4分别对应设置于LED光源上方,且每一多曲面反射镜的焦点对应一LED光源;通过不同位置LED光源组发射的光线通过与之对应曲面反射镜进行反射并聚集在透镜内焦点O处;挡光板总成3包括挡光板、电磁阀和连动机构,电磁阀通过连动机构驱动挡光板运动。当电磁阀通电,磁芯运动,并通过连动机构带动挡光板运动,实现远近光光型切换。透镜总成1包括透镜1-1和透镜支架1-3,透镜1-1通过开口钢圈1-2固定安装于透镜支架1-3上,透镜支架1-3通过螺钉固定安装于散热器2上。
作为实施例优选地,LED光源组设置有3组LED光源,包括中间LED光源、左侧LED光源5-1和右侧LED光源5-3,分别处于多曲面反射镜4不同的焦点位置;中间LED光源5-2对应多曲面反射镜的中间反射镜4-2,其为远光和近光光型提供主要的亮度及近光截止线形状;两侧的左侧LED光源5-1、右侧LED光源5-3对应多曲面反射镜两边的左侧反射面4-1和右侧反射镜4-3,其为远光和近光光型提供亮度,有效照明宽度及近光截止线形状。
作为实施例优选地,多曲面反射镜4的表面具有0.5~5μm的镀铝层。
作为实施例优选地,基板5-4为铜基板。

1.一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征在于:所述的多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组包括散热器(2)、光源组件(5)、多曲面反射镜(4)、挡光板总成(3)和透镜总成(1),所述的光源组件(5)包括基板(5-4)、至少三组LED光源,LED光源通过接插器安装于基板(5-4)上并设置于基板上不同位置,所述的光源组件(5)的基板(5-4)安装于所述的散热器(2)上;散热器(2)上设有用于安装光源组件的安装面;
所述的多曲面反射镜(4)分别对应设置于所述的LED光源上方,且每一多曲面反射镜的焦点对应一所述的LED光源;通过不同位置LED光源组发射的光线通过与之对应曲面反射镜进行反射并聚集在透镜内焦点O处;
所述的挡光板总成(3)包括挡光板、电磁阀和连动机构,电磁阀通过连动机构驱动挡光板运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征在于:LED光源组设置有3组LED光源,包括中间LED光源、左侧LED光源(5-1)和右侧LED光源(5-3),分别处于所述的多曲面反射镜(4)不同的焦点位置;中间LED光源(5-2)对应多曲面反射镜的中间反射镜(4-2),其为远光和近光光型提供主要的亮度及近光截止线形状;两侧的左侧LED光源(5-1)、右侧LED光源(5-3)对应多曲面反射镜两边的左侧反射面(4-1)和右侧反射镜(4-3),其为远光和近光光型提供亮度,有效照明宽度及近光截止线形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征在于:所述的多曲面反射镜(4)的表面具有0.5~5μm的镀铝层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征在于:所述的基板(5-4)为铜基板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多曲面反射聚光式LED双光透镜模组,其特征在于:所述的透镜总成(1)包括透镜(1-1)和透镜支架(1-3),透镜(1-1)通过开口钢圈(1-2)固定安装于透镜支架(1-3)上,透镜支架(1-3)通过螺钉固定安装于所述的散热器(2)上。
