本发明适用于复合管材领域,提供了一种钢丝网增强复合管,包括塑料管、增强结构和塑料层;增强结构包覆塑料管,塑料层包覆增强结构;增强结构包括第一粘结树脂层、第一钢丝层、第二粘结树脂层、第二钢丝层和第三粘结树脂层,本发明采用塑料管、粘结树脂层和钢丝层相互叠加构成多层结构,第一粘结树脂层能够提升第一钢丝层在塑料管外表面的固定强度,第一钢丝层与第二钢丝层分别为单独的钢丝螺旋缠绕制成,且在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,以此设置能够提升钢丝网增强复合管的耐内压和耐外压强度以及刚度,且耐压性能更加稳定,不易在使用过程中损耗耐压强度,从而延长钢丝网增强复合管的使用寿命。

一种钢丝网增强复合管
技术领域
本发明属于复合管材领域,尤其涉及一种钢丝网增强复合管。
背景技术
复合管材是以金属与热塑性塑料复合结构为基础的管材,内衬聚丙烯、聚乙烯或外焊接交联聚乙烯等非金属材料,具有金属管材和非金属管材的优点。
常用的复合管材包括铝塑复合管、钢塑复合管、铝合金衬塑复合管、涂塑钢管和钢骨架管,其中,铝塑复合管是中间为一层焊接铝合金,内外各一层聚乙烯,经胶合层粘结而成的五层管子,具有聚乙烯塑料管耐腐蚀性好和金属管耐压高的优点;钢塑复合管是以无缝钢管、焊接钢管为基管内壁涂装高附着力、防腐、食品级卫生型的聚乙烯粉末涂料或环氧树脂涂料;铝合金衬塑复合管外管为铝合金管,内管为热塑性塑料管,外层铝合金不仅起阻氧作用,更主要的是起结构承载作用;涂塑钢管是在钢管内壁融溶一层的聚乙烯树脂、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、环氧粉末、无毒聚丙烯或无毒聚氯乙烯等有机物采用预热内装或内涂流平工艺制成的内涂塑复合钢管;钢丝骨架聚乙烯管是以优质低碳钢丝为增强相,高密度聚乙烯为基体,通过对钢丝点焊成网与塑料挤出填注同步进行,连续拉膜成型的双面防腐压力管道,钢丝骨架是在孔网钢带钢塑管的基础上发展的,因孔网状的钢带已经失去了耐高压、阻氧的性能,仅起到部分承压作用,并且钢带成型、对接焊又是高难度的工艺,而在管壁上缠绕编织钢丝,也可以起到承压作用,也就出现了钢丝骨架钢塑管。
但是现有的钢丝骨架聚乙烯管还存在耐压性能不稳定的问题,其在使用过程中,耐压强度会逐渐降低,相较其他类型管材的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明提供一种钢丝网增强复合管,旨在解决上述技术问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种钢丝网增强复合管,包括塑料管、增强结构和塑料层;所述增强结构包覆所述塑料管,所述塑料层包覆所述增强结构;所述增强结构包括第一粘结树脂层、第一钢丝层、第二粘结树脂层、第二钢丝层和第三粘结树脂层,所述第一粘结树脂层包覆所述塑料管,所述第一钢丝层包覆所述所述第一粘结树脂层,所述第二粘结树脂层包覆所述第一钢丝层,所述第二钢丝层包覆所述第二粘结树脂层,所述第三粘结树脂层包覆所述第二钢丝层;
所述第一钢丝层为单根钢丝沿所述塑料管的轴线方向螺旋缠绕所述第一粘结树脂层制成,所述第二钢丝层为单根钢丝沿所述塑料管的轴线方向螺旋缠绕所述第二粘结树脂层制成,所述第一钢丝层与所述第二钢丝层在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,所述第一钢丝层与所述第二钢丝层在垂直方向上的距离为0.2mm~0.4mm,所述菱形网状结构的菱形面积为0.5cm2~1cm2

更进一步地,所述第一粘结树脂层、第二粘结树脂层和第三粘结树脂层为马来酸酐改性聚乙烯树脂。

本发明提供一种钢丝网增强复合管,采用塑料管、粘结树脂层和钢丝层相互叠加构成多层结构,第一粘结树脂层能够提升第一钢丝层在塑料管外表面的固定强度,第一粘结树脂层、第二粘结树脂层和第三粘结树脂层与第一钢丝层和第二钢丝层构成三明治结构,能够有效提升整体结构的结构强度和耐压强度,第一钢丝层与第二钢丝层分别为单独的钢丝螺旋缠绕制成,且在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,以此设置能够提升钢丝网增强复合管的耐内压和耐外压强度以及刚度,且耐压性能更加稳定,不易在使用过程中损耗耐压强度,从而延长钢丝网增强复合管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参见图1~5,本发明实施例提供的一种钢丝网增强复合管包括:塑料管1、增强结构和塑料层7。
塑料管1可以为聚乙烯管,也可以是其他聚合物管材。
增强结构包覆塑料管1,塑料层7包覆增强结构,塑料层7也可以采用聚乙烯,或者其他聚合物层。
增强结构包括第一粘结树脂层2、第一钢丝层3、第二粘结树脂层4、第二钢丝层5和第三粘结树脂层6,第一粘结树脂层2包覆塑料管1,第一钢丝层3包覆第一粘结树脂层2,第二粘结树脂层4包覆第一钢丝层3,第二钢丝层5包覆第二粘结树脂层4,第三粘结树脂层6包覆第二钢丝层5。
增强结构能够增加塑料管1的耐压强度,且能够使钢丝网增强复合管在长期使用过程中的耐压强度保持在稳定水平。
本发明实施例中,第一钢丝层为3单根钢丝沿塑料管1的轴线方向螺旋缠绕第一粘结树脂层2制成,第二钢丝层4为单根钢丝沿塑料管1的轴线方向螺旋缠绕第二粘结树脂层4制成,第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,菱形网状结构的网格间距为3mm~20mm。
第一钢丝层3中的单根钢丝的螺旋缠绕方向与第二钢丝层5中的单根钢丝的螺旋缠绕方向相反,使得第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5在垂直于塑料管1的方向上构成菱形网状结构,且该菱形网状结构被第一粘结树脂层2、第二粘结树脂层4和第三粘结树脂层6夹持粘接与塑料管1和塑料层7之间。
菱形网状结构的网格间距对钢丝网增强复合管的结构稳定性以及耐压稳定性具有影响,网格间距过大则钢丝层的有效面积过小,会导致钢丝网增强复合管的耐压强度和刚度不够;网格间距过小则会导致粘结树脂对钢丝层的固定效果下降,影响使用寿命,本发明实施例中,将菱形网状结构的网格间距设置为3mm~20mm,优选为4mm,以此尺寸设置,可以另钢丝网增强复合管既具有较强的耐压强度和刚度,也具有很好的结构稳定性。
此外,本发明实施例还对菱形网状结构的面积进行优化,将菱形面积控制在0.5cm2~1cm2,优选为0.5cm2,进一步优化菱形网状结构的稳定性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一粘结树脂层2、第二粘结树脂层4和第三粘结树脂层6为马来酸酐改性聚乙烯树脂,其与聚乙烯材质的塑料管1的粘接性能更好,稳定性更好。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5在垂直方向上的距离为0.2mm~0.4mm,即第一粘结树脂层2、第二粘结树脂层4和第三粘结树脂层6对第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5包覆固定时,第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5在垂直于塑料管1的方向上的间距为0.2mm~0.4mm,优选为0.3mm。
第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5的间距对于钢丝网增强复合管的刚度以及耐压强度具有影响,第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5的间距过小,虽然会提升钢丝网增强复合管的刚度,但是由于第二粘结树脂层4的厚度会过小,就导致如前述情况所述的结构稳定性降低的情况;而如果第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5的间距的过大则会导致第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5构成的菱形网状结构的整体性下降,进而导致钢丝网增强复合管的耐压强度和刚度下降。
本发明实施例提供的一种钢丝网增强复合管采用聚乙烯管、粘结树脂层和钢丝层相互叠加构成多层结构,第一粘结树脂层2能够提升第一钢丝层3在聚乙烯管外表面的固定强度,第一粘结树脂层2、第二粘结树脂层4和第三粘结树脂层6与第一钢丝层3和第二钢丝层5构成三明治结构,能够有效提升整体结构的结构强度和耐压强度,第一钢丝层3与第二钢丝层5分别为单独的钢丝螺旋缠绕制成,且在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,以此设置能够提升钢丝网增强复合管的耐内压和耐外压强度以及刚度,且耐压性能更加稳定,不易在使用过程中损耗耐压强度,从而延长钢丝网增强复合管的使用寿命。

所述第一钢丝层为单根钢丝沿所述塑料管的轴线方向螺旋缠绕所述第一粘结树脂层制成,所述第二钢丝层为单根钢丝沿所述塑料管的轴线方向螺旋缠绕所述第二粘结树脂层制成,所述第一钢丝层与所述第二钢丝层在垂直方向上构成菱形网状结构,所述第一钢丝层与所述第二钢丝层在垂直方向上的距离为0.2mm~0.4mm,所述菱形网状结构的菱形面积为0.5cm2~1cm2
