As shown in fig. 3 and 4, since the storage box 134 is installed in the cabinet 21, the steam generator 133 is installed in the first door body 11, and the first door body 11 is reciprocally rotated with respect to the cabinet 21. Thus, the delivery pipe 135 needs to be extended out of the first door 11 and then inserted into the cabinet 21 to connect the storage box 134 and the steam generator 133. Therefore, in order to prevent duct 135 from being directly exposed to the outside, the overall appearance is not impaired. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting shaft 142 is a hollow shaft having a through hole, so that the conveying pipe 135 can pass through the through hole inside the first connecting shaft 142, thereby not only meeting the connection requirement, but also preventing the conveying pipe 135 from being directly exposed due to the limitation of the mounting position of the conveying pipe 135 by the first connecting shaft 142, and preventing the exposed conveying pipe 135 from affecting the overall aesthetic property. In the present embodiment, the two first hinges 14 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the first door 11, and the applicant has found that the first hinge 14 at the lower end mainly receives the upward supporting force, so that in the present embodiment, only the first connecting shaft 142 of the first hinge 14 at the lower end of the first door 11 is provided as a hollow shaft having a through hole, which has little influence on the overall strength; the first hinge 14 at the upper end of the first door body 11 can adopt a solid structure, so that the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced; in some embodiments of the present invention, the hinge at the upper end of the first door body 11 may also take other forms, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some possible embodiments, air outlet 1131 and steam inlet 1132 are both disposed at the bottom of first protrusion 113, and air outlet 1121 is disposed at the top of first door frame 112. Thus, the drying air or steam is blown upwards from the bottom of the door body nursing cavity 111 to the clothes and is exhausted from the air outlet 1121 at the top, so that the air circularly flows in such a way, and the corresponding nursing function is realized on the clothes. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the air outlet 1131, the steam input ports 1132 and the air outlet 1121 may be disposed at other positions without limitation, provided that the functions of arrangement and use are satisfied.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the door structure 1 further includes a filter cassette 16 and a filter 17. The filter box 16 is installed on the top of the first protruding portion 113, and the filter 17 is detachably disposed in the inner cavity of the filter box 16 for filtering the passing air, and the inner cavity of the filter box 16 is respectively communicated with the door body nursing cavity 111 and the air outlet 1121. Thus, the discharged gas is filtered by the filter 17, so that the gas can be filtered, such as hair, dander or peculiar smell can be filtered, the discharged gas is kept clean, and the air purification effect is achieved. Moreover, the filter 17 can reduce the speed of gas exhaust, and when clothes are dried, steam ironed or aromatherapy and other nursing is carried out, the contact time between gas and clothes can be prolonged, and the corresponding treatment effect is enhanced. Preferably, the filter 17 is a HEPA filter 17 (referred to as a high efficiency air filter), and is mainly used for collecting particulate dust and various suspended matters below 0.5um to achieve the purpose of air purification.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the top of the first protruding portion 113 is provided with an air passing opening 1133, the door body structure 1 further includes an exhaust switching assembly 18 for adjusting the opening size of the air passing opening 1133, and the exhaust switching assembly 18 is installed on the top of the first protruding portion 113 adjacent to the air passing opening 1133. By the arrangement, the air in the door body nursing cavity 111 can flow from the inner cavity of the filter box 16 and the air passing opening 1133 to the air exhaust opening 1121 to be exhausted, and the opening size of the inner cavity of the filter box 16 is fixed and can not change, so that the air can be adjusted by the adjusting function of the air exhaust switching assembly 18 to adjust the opening size of the air passing opening 1133. Therefore, the flow speed and the flow direction of the gas in the door body care cavity 111 can be controlled according to different care requirements. If in the middle stage of drying, the opening of the air passing opening 1133 can be opened to a large extent by the exhaust switching component 18, so as to facilitate the rapid discharge of the damp and hot air, thereby improving the drying efficiency, and in the initial stage (requiring the temperature rise as soon as possible) or the later stage of drying, the air passing opening 1133 can be adjusted to be small or closed by the switching component 18, so that the air can be discharged through the filter box 16 to achieve the purpose of purifying the discharged air. When the drying function is not in use, such as when the heating assembly is turned off, the air passing opening 1133 is turned off by the switching assembly 18, so that the laundry care device 2 can be used as an air cleaner.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the second door body 12 includes a second seal 121. This second sealing washer 121 is connected on second door body 12 to according to the edge setting of the shape encircleing door body nursing chamber 111 of door body nursing chamber 111, be used for with door body nursing chamber 111 edge seal, like this, when second door body 12 lid was established on first door body 11, through second sealing washer 121 with door body nursing chamber 111 edge seal, can improve the reliability sealed with door body nursing chamber 111.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a clothes care device 2, which can be used for performing daily care on clothes, such as drying, steam ironing, wrinkle removing, sterilization, aromatherapy and the like on the clothes, so as to improve convenience of clothes care in daily life of people. The clothes care device 2 comprises a cabinet 21 and the door body structure 1. A cabinet body care cavity 211 for placing clothes to be cared is formed inside the cabinet body 21, and a processing assembly for inputting a processing medium into the cabinet body care cavity 211 is installed inside the cabinet body 21. The door body structure 1 is movably connected with the cabinet body 21 and is used for closing or opening the cabinet body care cavity 211. In particular, the cabinet body nursing cavity 211 has a larger accommodating space, and can realize the simultaneous nursing of large or more clothes, and the door body structure 1 also has the function of nursing clothes, and can be used for nursing single or a small amount of clothes. Therefore, through the arrangement mode, the cabinet body 21 and the door body can be used for nursing clothes, the use function of the clothes nursing device 2 is improved, the working modes of the processing assembly and the nursing assembly 13 can be carried out simultaneously or independently, and the use convenience is good. In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cabinet 21 is respectively provided with an air inlet 22 and an air outlet 23 which are communicated with the cabinet care cavity 211, an air outlet end of a fan for blowing air generated by the processing assembly into the cabinet care cavity 211 is positioned in the air inlet 22 so as to blow air for caring clothes into the cabinet care cavity 211, and an air inlet end of the processing assembly is conveniently communicated with the air outlet 23 so as to discharge the air in the cabinet care cavity 211 from the air outlet 23 into the processing assembly under the suction force of the fan. The clothes are dried and nursed continuously by the circulation operation. The circulation of the gas throughout the closed channel is achieved by the suction of a fan. The cooling and dehumidifying of the warm and humid gas in the evaporator is achieved by the heat and cold exchange of the refrigerant, the circulation of the refrigerant in the closed-loop refrigerant circuit is achieved by the operation of the compressor, and the water precipitated during the operation is finally collected in the water box 19.

Claims (10)
