本发明公开了一种能作书画的纸巾及其制作工艺,纸巾包括通过浆糊粘合相连的纸巾层和宣纸层,纸巾层通过在制作时加入了季铵淀粉醚和粘胶纤维,使纸巾在具有良好柔软性和吸水性的同时也具备了较好的韧性,遇水后不易破损,芦荟汁的加入使纸巾具有抑菌效果,无需添加其他抑菌剂,使纸巾更加卫生;宣纸层采用生宣或者半生熟宣,与纸巾层复合后使纸巾整体更适合书画,也可以当做平常的纸巾来实用,吸水性有益,使用范围更广。

本发明涉及橡胶与造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种能作书画的纸巾及其制作工艺。
背景技术
纸巾是目前人们家庭中必备的生活用品之一。人们坐在沙发上一边看电视一边吃零食时,随手抽取一张,擦擦手,擦擦嘴,还可以擦拭茶几上的污渍,使用起来非常方便。纸巾虽然是纸的一种,但是由于采用原料和制作工艺的不同,一般的纸巾都具有优秀的吸水性和柔软度,因此无法用于书画创作。宣纸是中国独特的手工艺品,也是我国的文房四宝之一,具质地绵韧、光洁如玉、不蛀不腐、墨韵万变之特色。但是随着目前电子科技的发展,宣纸的需求也变得越来越少,人们只有在特定的文具用品才能买到宣纸,非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种能作书画的纸巾及其制作工艺,该纸巾在具有良好柔软性和吸水性的同时,还能够题字作画,应用范围广。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种能作书画的纸巾,包括通过浆糊粘合相连的纸巾层和宣纸层。
优选的,所述纸巾层包括第一纸巾层和第二纸巾层,所述第一纸巾层和第二纸巾层分别通过浆糊粘合在宣纸层的正反两侧,所述第一纸巾层与宣纸层之间形成第一浆糊粘合层,所述第二纸巾层于宣纸层之间形成第二浆糊粘合层。
一种能作书画的纸巾的制作工艺,包括如下步骤,
S1、取纸巾层原料:木浆纤维55-70份,竹浆纤维13-22份,芦荟汁3-8份,季铵淀粉醚2-3份,粘胶纤维7-11份;
S2、按照质量份数将木浆纤维、竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维放入锥形磨浆机进行打浆处理,形成打浆浓度为4.6-5.5%,最终叩解度为34-38°SR的浆料,然后在浆料中按照质量份数加入芦荟汁和季铵淀粉醚搅拌均匀形成纸浆;
S3、将纸浆送至抄纸机,使其在造纸网上脱水相互交织,上网的纤维过滤水分过程中粘结在一起,然后进入烘缸进行干燥处理得到初步干燥的纸巾;
S4、在宣纸上涂上浆糊液放入复合机与纸巾进行复合;
S5、将复合后的纸巾从复合机内取出,风干1-2天,裁剪后得到所述能作书画的纸巾。
优选的,所述步骤S4中在宣纸上涂上浆糊液后还包括对浆糊液进行抹平和去气泡的操作。
优选的,所述步骤S3中烘缸的干燥温度为92-98摄氏度。
优选的,所述步骤S4中宣纸与纸巾的克重比为65:20。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种能作书画的纸巾及其制作工艺,纸巾包括通过浆糊粘合相连的纸巾层和宣纸层,纸巾层通过在制作时加入了季铵淀粉醚和粘胶纤维,使纸巾在具有良好柔软性和吸水性的同时也具备了较好的韧性,遇水后不易破损,芦荟汁的加入使纸巾具有抑菌效果,无需添加其他抑菌剂,使纸巾更加卫生;宣纸层采用生宣或者半生熟宣,与纸巾层复合后使纸巾整体更适合书画,也可以当做平常的纸巾来实用,吸水性有益,使用范围更广。

如图1所示的一种能作书画的纸巾,包括通过浆糊粘合相连的纸巾层2和宣纸层3。优选的,所述纸巾层2包括第一纸巾层21和第二纸巾层22,所述第一纸巾层21和第二纸巾层22分别通过浆糊粘合在宣纸层3的正反两侧,所述第一纸巾层21与宣纸层3之间形成第一浆糊粘合层11,所述第二纸巾层22于宣纸层3之间形成第二浆糊粘合层12。采用两层纸巾复合一层宣纸的结构,使纸巾具有较好的厚度,不易破损,而且此结构使纸巾在柔软性、吸水性和韧性上均有一定的提升。
一种能作书画的纸巾的制作工艺,包括如下步骤,
S1、取纸巾层原料:木浆纤维55-70份,竹浆纤维13-22份,芦荟汁3-8份,季铵淀粉醚2-3份,粘胶纤维7-11份;
S2、按照质量份数将木浆纤维、竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维放入锥形磨浆机进行打浆处理,形成打浆浓度为4.6-5.5%,最终叩解度为34-38°SR的浆料,然后在浆料中按照质量份数加入芦荟汁和季铵淀粉醚搅拌均匀形成纸浆;
S3、将纸浆送至抄纸机,使其在造纸网上脱水相互交织,上网的纤维过滤水分过程中粘结在一起,然后进入烘缸进行干燥处理得到初步干燥的纸巾;
S4、在宣纸上涂上浆糊液放入复合机与纸巾进行复合;
S5、将复合后的纸巾从复合机内取出,风干1-2天,裁剪后得到所述能作书画的纸巾。
优选的,所述步骤S4中在宣纸上涂上浆糊液后还包括对浆糊液进行抹平和去气泡的操作,使纸巾层2和宣纸层3复合时更加平整,两层之间不易分离。使用浆糊液作为纸巾层2和宣纸层3之间的粘合剂,更加环保卫生,不会对人体健康造成影响。所述步骤S3中烘缸的干燥温度为92-98摄氏度,92-98摄氏度的恒定烘干温度下纸巾不易变形,而且烘干效率高。所述步骤S4中宣纸与纸巾的克重比为65:20,中间的宣纸层3与两侧的纸巾层2具有约3:1的克重比,使两者结合更加稳定。

3.一种根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的能作书画的纸巾的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
S1、取纸巾层原料:木浆纤维55-70份,竹浆纤维13-22份,芦荟汁3-8份,季铵淀粉醚2-3份,粘胶纤维7-11份;
S2、按照质量份数将木浆纤维、竹浆纤维和粘胶纤维放入锥形磨浆机进行打浆处理,形成打浆浓度为4.6-5.5%,最终叩解度为34-38°SR的浆料,然后在浆料中按照质量份数加入芦荟汁和季铵淀粉醚搅拌均匀形成纸浆;

4.根据权利要求4所述的能作书画的纸巾的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中在宣纸上涂上浆糊液后还包括对浆糊液进行抹平和去气泡的操作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能作书画的纸巾的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中烘缸的干燥温度为92-98摄氏度。
