alkali decrement: the weight loss rate is controlled to be 23 percent, and the process flow is as follows: charging → alkali weight loss (100 ℃, 50min) → soaping (80 ℃) → water washing → acid neutralization → water washing, and the alkali weight loss process formula is 5 g/L of sodium hydroxide, 4 g/L of accelerator (quaternary ammonium salt) and 1.5 g/L of cationic surfactant.
And (3) the mass loss rate refers to GB/T21196.3-2007 determination of textile Martindall method fabric wear resistance part 3: determination of mass loss for carrying out wear test on the fabric.
The fuzzing and pilling performance of the polyester interlaced yarn linen-like fabric is measured by referring to GB/T4802.1-2008 'determination of fuzzing and pilling performance of textile fabric part 1: circular track method'.
The air permeability of the fabric was measured using a YG461E digital fabric air permeability apparatus, the area measured was 20cm 2, and the pressure difference was 100 Pa.
The results of the yarn abrasion resistance test are shown in table 1, the frictional properties of the fabric are shown in table 2, and the air permeability of the fabric is shown in table 3.

The data can be used for observing that the fabric has good wear resistance, uniform wear resistance and good air permeability. The terylene jacquard fabric with the linen-like effect has simple production method and low processing cost, not only has rough and stiff surface style of pure linen fabric, but also has the air permeability of linen fabric.
Claims (4)
1. A terylene jacquard fabric with linen-like effect is characterized in that warp and weft yarns are respectively selected from 166.7dtex/96fFDY terylene drawn yarns, the twisting direction arrangement of 2S2Z is adopted to strengthen twisting, the twisting degree is 100 twisting/10 cm, the fabric structure adopts crepe tissue, and the weaving method comprises the following process steps: yarn preparation, warping, slashing, weaving and fabric after-finishing, wherein:
preparing yarns: DWP-2 is selected as the winding equipment, the speed is 800r/min, the winding tension is 29.4cN, and the winding length is 780 m; DWT-6 is selected as the two-for-one twisting equipment, the ingot speed is 10000r/min, the twist and the twisting direction are 100T/10cm, and S/Z; DM471 is selected as a setting device, the setting parameter is the heat preservation temperature of 95 ℃, the heat preservation time is 90min, and the initial vacuum degree is 0.07 MPa;
warping: adopting sectional warping, adopting one-time tube replacement, selecting YHS07 as equipment, having the speed of 85 m/min and the tension of 14.7 cN;
sizing: the sizing parameters are 5% sizing rate, 30 m/min sizing machine speed, 98 ℃ of a slasher, 2.5% moisture regain and 0.3% elongation;
weaving: weaving by adopting an LW551-210 Nisang water-jet loom, wherein the technological parameters comprise the rotating speed of the loom of 530 revolutions per minute, the heald leveling time of 320 degrees, the opening stroke of 100mm, the height of a back beam of 2 grids, the height of a heald frame of 100mm, the number of turns of a buffer spring of 9 and the water pressure of 333 Pa;
fabric after finishing:
(1) desizing and refining: desizing and refining by adopting a high-temperature jet overflow dyeing machine;
(2) alkali decrement: the weight loss rate is controlled to be 20-25%, and the process flow is as follows: charge → alkali weight loss (100 ℃, 30-60min) → soaping (80-85 ℃) → water washing → acid neutralization → water washing.
2. The terylene jacquard fabric with linen-like effect according to claim 1, wherein the sizing agent used in the slashing is prepared from 37.5 kg of JS-1PVA sizing agent, 12.5 kg of PVA-1799, 2.5 kg of high-concentration low-viscosity modified starch FZ-26, 2 kg of 963 antistatic agent and 2 kg of SLMO-96, the viscosity of the sizing agent is 8s, and the pH value is 7-8.
3. The terylene jacquard fabric with linen-like effect according to claim 1, wherein in the desizing and refining of the fabric after finishing, the desizing agent has the following technical formula: 2-5 g/L of sodium hydroxide, 0.5 g/L of trisodium phosphate, 0.5 g/L of penetrating agent, 1 g/L of smoothing agent and 0-0.4 g/L of sodium hydrosulfite.
4. The terylene jacquard fabric with linen-like effect according to claim 1, wherein the alkali weight reduction process formula of the fabric after-finishing comprises 2-5 g/L of sodium hydroxide, 2-4 g/L of accelerator (quaternary ammonium salt) and 1.5 g/L of cationic surfactant.
