本发明公开了一种瞬态偏置超线性音频功率输出电路,将TR1、TR2的基极合并作输入端,TR1、TR2的集电极电流分别控制TR3、TR4的基极电流,由TR3、TR4集电极作输出端。本发明具有结构简单,能使放大器的音质大幅度提高的特点。

Description

音频功率输出电路
本发明涉及一种音频功率输出电路,确切地说,它是一种瞬态偏置超线性音频功率输出电路。
众所周知,当今的晶体管音频功率放大器的功率输出电路大多数均采用互补推挽输出电路。传统的电路,通常是因输出晶体管的BE结存在非线性输出阻抗,输出晶体管在整个工作电流范围内难以摆脱其非线性的影响,放大器的音质难以提高。
本发明就是为了克服传统互补推挽电路的非线性输出特性而提出的一种功率输出电路。
本发明的任务是这样实现的,由TR1、TR2作为控制输入管TR1、TR2的基极合并作输入端,TR1、TR2的集电极电流分别与TR3、TR4的基极相连,也就是说,TR1、TR2的集电极电流分别控制TR3、TR4的基极电流。TR3、TR4作为功率输出管,TR3TR4集电极相连作输出端,由R1、R2、R3R4组成的偏置电路能起到瞬态偏置的作用,从而保证TR1、TR2始终工作在线性区域,保证输出的线性,R3、R4一端直接与输出端连接,另一端分别接在TR1TR2的发射极上,电阻R1一端接在TR1的发射极上,另一端接在电源1EC上,电阻R2一端接在TR2发射极上,另一端接在电源1EE上。
本发明具有电路结构简单,能使放大器的音质能够大幅度提高的特点。
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
附图为本发明的电路图。
图中R1、R2即是TR1、TR2的射随器负载电阻,又是瞬态偏置电阻,当电压变化时,R1R2产生电流变化ΔI,ΔI将在R3、R4产生电压变化,从而对TR1、TR2的偏置产生影响,ΔI必须大于TR3、TR4基极的变化电流,因此,R1R2要取小于TR3、TR4的β值与负载阻抗RL的乘积。

1、一种音频功率输出电路,其特征在于:TR1、TR2的基极合并作输入端,TR1、TR2的集电极分别与TR3、TR4基极相连,TR3、TR4集电极相连作输出端,R3、R4一端直接与输出端连接,另一端分别接在TR1、TR2的发射极上,电阻R1一端接在TR1的发射极上、另一端接电源1EC,电阻R2一端接在TR2发射极上,另一端接在电源1EE上
