The details of the partition 4 and the pocket space P1 will be described later. The placement portion 22 is a splice-shaped member that can be deformed in accordance with the posture change of the two side walls 11L and 11R. The front edge 22a of the placement portion 22 is recessed rearward from the front ends of the side walls 11L and 11R. That is, the front edge 22a of the placement portion 22 in plan view is positioned further to the rear than the front edge 21a of the placement portion 21 on the lower layer side in plan view. In the storage space S2 on the upper side, stored items such as stationery including a ballpoint pen, an oil pen (english pen), compasses, a glue stick, a shortened pencil, a general mechanical pencil Pa, and a fluorescent pen Pb can be stored. The anti-dropping members 31 and 32 are integrally provided so as to stand from the front edges 21a and 22a of the placement portions 21 and 22, respectively.
The lower-layer falling protector 31 is a splice-shaped member made of opaque cloth or the like stretched between the front edges of the paired side walls 11L and 11R, and functions to suppress small articles accommodated in the accommodating space S1 on the lower layer side from falling to the outside. The falling off prevention tool 31 is in a tensioned state by the elastic repulsive force of the core member 16 when the side walls 11L, 11R of the container body 1 are in the expanded posture (e). Reinforcing bands 311 are disposed at both side edges of the drop preventer 31, and the drop preventer 31 and the reinforcing bands 311 are sewn to the outer package 13, the inner package 14, the foam member 15, and the core member 16 of the container body 1. As shown in fig. 5, the reinforcing tape 311 extends along the peripheral edge of the lower-stage mounting portion 21 and is sewn to the lower-stage mounting portion 21.
The upper-layer-side fall preventer 32 is a split-joint-shaped member that is stretched between the partition 4 supported by the left sidewall 11L and the right sidewall 11R, and functions to suppress small items such as writing instruments stored in the storage space S2 on the upper layer side from falling to the outside. As shown in fig. 1, 6, and 8, the drop preventer 32 is net-shaped and is in a tensioned state by the elastic repulsive force of the core member 16 when the side walls 11L, 11R of the container body 1 are in the expanded posture (e). In addition, reinforcing tapes 321 are disposed at both side edge portions of the drop preventer 32. The left reinforcing band 321 is sewn to the vicinity of the front edge of the partition 4. The right reinforcing band 321 is sewn to the vicinity of the front edge of the right sidewall 11R of the container body 1.
The partition portion 4 to which the drop preventer 32 is engaged by locking is provided at a portion of the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1 corresponding to the left side wall 11L, and a pocket space P1 which is open in the vertical direction is formed between the partition portion 4 and the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 8, and 10, the partition 4 is a band-shaped member that is continuously disposed in the region from the front end to the rear end of the left side wall 11L in the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1, and is engaged with the front and rear 2 stopper engagement positions T1 and T2 set in the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1, and forms a pocket space P1 between these stopper engagement positions T1 and T2. In the present embodiment, the stopper engagement position T1 is set at the front end portion of the side wall 11L, and the stopper engagement position T2 is set at the rear end portion of the side wall 11L. That is, both ends of the partition 4 are connected to the side walls 11L. The pocket space P1 is a through-portion through which long-sized storage items such as the cap-equipped writing instrument CP and the ruler R can be stored, and the placement portion 21 on the lower layer side is positioned below the pocket space P1. The upper edge 4a of the partition 4 is located below the intermediate boundary 1 b.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, the belt 5 is a rubber member provided at a portion corresponding to the right side wall 11R of the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1. The band 5 is provided to hold an article such as scissors or a protractor which is easily fallen down in an upright state between the band 5 and the inner circumferential surface 1a of the container body 1. Specifically, the article is disposed between the belt 5 and the inner circumferential surface 1a of the container body 1 in a state where the belt 5 is elastically deformed, and the article is held by applying an elastic biasing force of the belt 5 in a direction toward the inner circumferential surface 1a of the container body 1 to the article.
That is, according to the present embodiment, since the position of the front edge 22a of the upper mounting portion 22 in a plan view is located further to the rear side than the front edge 21a of the lower mounting portion 21 in a plan view, the front end portion of the lower storage space S1 is released upward, and small articles placed in the lower storage space S1 can be easily visually checked and taken out. Further, by positioning the front edge 22a of the upper-stage mounting portion 22 in plan view at a position further to the rear than the front edge 21a of the lower-stage mounting portion 21 in plan view, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a problem that an article accommodated in the accommodation space S2 on the upper-stage side protrudes from the front to the outside of the accommodation space S when the side walls 11L, 11R are brought into the retracted posture (c).
In the present embodiment, by providing the wire-bonding tool 6 for opening and closing the side walls 11L and 11R from the front edge 11a to the upper edge 11b of the side walls 11L and 11R and positioning the front edge 22a of the upper-stage placement portion 22 at a position farther from the front edge 21a of the lower-stage placement portion 21 as described above, the opening and closing operation of the wire-bonding tool 6 is not easily hindered by the article placed on the upper-stage drop preventer 32 or the upper-stage placement portion 22, that is, the article placed in the upper-stage accommodation space S2, and the opening and closing operation of the wire-bonding tool 6 can be smoothly performed.
Since one end of the upper-stage mounting portion 22 is fixed to the partition 4 that partitions between the side walls 11L and 11R and a through-shaped pocket space P1 is formed between the partition 4 and the left side wall 11L, a long-sized article such as the cap-equipped writing instrument CP can be accommodated in the pocket space P1.
Since the upper-layer-side falling protector 32 is net-shaped, the visual confirmation inside the upper-layer-side storage space S2 can be improved.
Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, the present invention may be applied to a small article storage container provided with 3 or more layers of storage spaces having placement portions on which small articles can be placed.
The pair of side walls may be held in a retracted position in which they are close to each other by a stopper tool (japanese stopper tool) other than the fastener. As examples of such a stopper-engaging tool, surface-engaging members, hooks, buttons, and the like can be considered.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment in which one end of the placement portion is fixed to the partition portion that partitions between the paired side walls, and a configuration in which both ends of the placement portion are directly fixed to both side walls, or a configuration in which partition portions are provided at positions corresponding to both side walls and both ends of the placement portion are fixed to the partition portion may be adopted.
The material and shape of the anti-drop member may be any material, whether or not the anti-drop member is provided, or the like. For example, a drop preventer made of opaque cloth as a whole may be used, or a drop preventer made of a sheet material such as resin having translucency as a whole may be used.
The back wall connecting the rear ends of the side walls is not limited to the arc-shaped member as in the above-described embodiment, and may be a member having an angular shape or a member having an extremely narrow width. Alternatively, the back wall may be made of a thin material in a splice shape. Also, the back wall may be removed and the rear ends of the side walls may be directly connected to each other.
In the above-described embodiment, the front edge position in plan view of the entire upper-stage mounting portion is located further to the rear side than the lower-stage side, but the front edge position in plan view of one side edge of the upper-stage mounting portion may be located further to the rear side than the lower-stage side, and the front edge position in plan view of the other side edge may be aligned with the lower-stage side.
In addition, various modifications may be made within a range not to impair the gist of the present invention.
