Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a small article storage device that can be carried and used in a posture of standing on a desk or a table top.
Background
Conventionally, a storage case called a pen bag has been proposed which is in a bag shape and can efficiently store pens and other rod-shaped stationery products (for example, see patent documents 1 and 2). The storage case described in these patent documents can efficiently store not only a pen or a rod-shaped stationery product as one form of small articles, but also a rod-shaped small article such as a rod-shaped cosmetic tool called a cosmetic brush. It is needless to say that tableware such as forks and spoons can be efficiently stored as long as the tableware is a small rod-shaped object. Therefore, the storage case described in these patent documents can also be referred to as a small stick-shaped article storage tool as one form of the small article storage tool.
Further, the storage box described in this patent document can be a self-standing state in which at least one end of the small article is opened outward and the end is positioned upward and a wall body covering the small article is self-standing, in addition to storing the small article. By setting the self-standing state, the small object is easy to identify and take and place.
In order to further realize a stable self-standing state, the storage case of the patent document has a substantially cylindrical hard wall body on a lower side which is in contact with a desk or the like in the self-standing state when storing small articles. With this configuration, a stable self-standing state can be realized, and the overall shape of the small article can be hardly changed even when the small article is stored in a different amount and/or shape, so-called shape retention is high.
Patent document 1: japanese patent No. 3473507
Patent document 2: japanese patent No. 4617597
However, the shape retention property is high as described above, and the shape is the same even when small articles are stored in a small amount, and the appearance is unnecessarily increased in volume. In addition, it is also considered that an unnecessary gap is formed in the storage space even in a state where small articles smaller than the allowable capacity are stored, and the small articles are unnecessarily moved inside during transportation.
Moreover, there is a current requirement for: a self-standing state in which small articles are easily taken and placed and are stable is realized, and the small articles can be stored in a compact state and can be effectively protected regardless of the amount of the small articles.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a small article storage device which is capable of achieving a stable self-standing state in which small articles can be easily taken and placed, and which is also capable of achieving compactness in storing small articles.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical means.
That is, the small article storage device according to the present invention includes: a pair of planar side wall bodies forming a storage space for storing small articles between the opposite inner surfaces; and a front connection section and a rear connection section that connect front edge sections and rear edge sections of the side wall bodies, respectively, so that the side wall bodies can selectively assume a contracted posture in which the side wall bodies approach to each other to sandwich the small article therebetween and an expanded posture in which the small article can freely move by expanding the small article over the entire upper and lower regions, and the small article storage device can make the side wall bodies in the expanded posture stand upright with the front edge sections and the rear edge sections thereof.
Here, the concept of "side wall body" includes a member that cannot be bent halfway, and the concept of "flat side wall body" includes not only a completely flat member but also a member that is slightly bent, but does not include a member that does not adopt a contracted posture in which the small object is held in close proximity. The "planar side wall body" is not limited to a member obtained by using a flat resin plate over the entire area or a part of the area and covering the resin plate with an exterior material such as cloth, and for example, a member in which the exterior material covers the outside of the wire frame may be applied in a form that functions similarly to the above-described resin plate.
With such a member, the pair of flat side wall bodies can hold the small article without a gap in the collapsed position, and therefore, a compact collapsed position can be achieved. Further, similarly to the storage case of the patent document, when the storage case takes the expanded posture, the pair of flat side wall bodies spread over the entire vertical area with the front connection portion and the rear connection portion interposed therebetween, whereby a stable self-standing state can be achieved. That is, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a small article storage tool which realizes a stable self-standing state in which small articles can be easily taken and placed and which also realizes compactness in storing small articles.
Further, as one mode that can realize a more stable self-standing state, the following modes can be mentioned: one of the connecting portions is a deformable wall-shaped member that connects the front edge portions of the side wall bodies so as to be able to be brought into contact with and separated from each other and is foldable inward in a contracted posture, and the other connecting portion is a hinge-shaped member that connects the rear edge portions of the side wall bodies so as to be able to rotate.
Here, the "deformable wall-like" member includes not only a wall that can be folded in two but also a wall that is corrugated. The "hinge-like" member includes not only a member in which a hinge is formed of a flexible exterior material but also a member in which core members of side wall bodies are integrally connected to each other by a resin hinge (preferably, two wires).
In order to simultaneously achieve the achievement of the stable self-standing state and the improvement of the visibility of the small object in the self-standing state, it is preferable that: the side wall body and the one connecting portion are arranged to be substantially triangular in a plan view in the self-standing state. In order to achieve a more stable self-standing state, a more preferable mode can be mentioned: the side wall body and one of the connection portions have substantially the same lateral width dimension, and the side wall body and one of the connection portions are arranged to have substantially an equilateral triangle in a plan view in a self-standing state.
In order to realize a self-standing state in which the visibility of the small object is further improved, it is preferable that: the side wall body includes a lower region having a flat surface and a rigidity allowing self-support, and an upper region continuous to the lower region via a virtual boundary line, and is configured to be able to fold a portion of the virtual boundary line and fold the upper region toward an outer surface side of the lower region.
As described above, the "planar shape" includes not only a member along a complete plane but also a member gently bent. That is, the "lower region of the side wall body" is not limited to a member in which a flat resin plate is covered with an exterior material such as cloth, and may be a member in which the outside of a wire frame is covered with an exterior material, for example.
Further, if an inner bag is added on the inner surface side of the lower region, the inner bag is naturally a planar member because it is disposed along the lower region having rigidity. Therefore, the card pocket can be protected effectively by preventing deformation while facilitating the taking and placing of the card.
In addition, as a configuration for realizing a self-standing state in which a more stable expanded state is maintained, the following configuration can be cited: the other connecting portion includes a lower connecting region corresponding to the lower region of the side wall body and an upper connecting region corresponding to all or a part of the upper region of the side wall body, and the upper connecting region is configured to be foldable toward the outer surface side of the lower connecting region together with the upper region of the side wall body.
In order to establish easy access to and storage of small articles in the expanded posture and stable storage of small articles in the contracted posture simultaneously, it is preferable that: slide fasteners are provided between at least the front edge portions and the upper edge portions of the paired side wall bodies.
As a configuration for simultaneously establishing compactness in the collapsed posture and stable support of the small object in the self-standing state, it is preferable that: a flexible bottom wall is provided between the lower edge portions of the pair of side wall bodies.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a small article storage tool which realizes a stable self-standing state in which small articles can be easily taken and placed and which also realizes compactness in storing small articles.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The writing instrument case a, which is one form of the small-article storage instrument according to the present embodiment, mainly stores writing instruments such as a pen P and/or a pencil, not shown, and can efficiently store other small articles used together with the writing instrument, such as an eraser, not shown. That is, although the writing instrument case a as the small article storage tool according to the present embodiment is described as a storage case for storing the pen P as one form of the "small article", it is needless to say that not only the pen or the rod-shaped stationery product as one form of the small article but also a rod-shaped small article such as a stick-shaped cosmetic tool like a cosmetic brush can be efficiently stored. In addition, it is needless to say that if the small rod-shaped articles are used, tableware such as forks and spoons can be efficiently stored. That is, the writing instrument case a may be referred to as a rod-shaped "small-instrument container" as one form of the "small-instrument container".
The writing instrument case a is mainly made of a synthetic fiber material and is sewn as appropriate, and as shown in fig. 1 to 8, includes: a side wall body 1 forming a front surface and a back surface; a front connection part 2 and a rear connection part 3 that connect the side wall bodies 1 to each other in the front and rear direction; a bottom wall 4 connecting the lower edges 1d of the side walls 1 to each other; and a slide fastener 5 disposed over at least the entire regions of the front edge portion 1a and the upper edge portion 1e of the side wall body 1.
The slide fastener 5 is disposed over the entire regions of the front edge 1a and the upper edge 1e of the side wall 1 and in the vicinity of the upper edge 1e of the rear edge. The slide fastener 5 has: a band 53 whose proximal end is directly sewn to the side wall 1; an engaging member 50 provided on the tip end side of the belt 53 and capable of being separated from and contacted with each other; and a first slider 51 and a second slider 52 for operating contact separation of these engaging elements 50 by a sliding action. In the present embodiment, both ends of the band 53 and the engaging element 50 are sewn so as to be folded toward the side wall body 1, and these both ends are set as the operation ends of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52, but of course, different members such as stoppers for restricting the operations of the first slider 51 and the second slider 52 may be fixed to both ends of the engaging element 50. In addition, since the structure of the slide fastener 5 can be made by using a conventional appropriate structure in addition to the present embodiment, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Here, the writing instrument cartridge a according to the present embodiment includes: a pair of planar side wall bodies 1 having a storage space S formed between opposing inner surfaces for storing a small object such as a pen P; and a front connection part 2 and a rear connection part 3 which connect the front edge part 1a and the rear edge part 1b of the side wall bodies 1, respectively, so that the side wall bodies 1 can selectively take a contraction posture (C) in which the side wall bodies are close to each other to hold a pen P or the like and an expansion posture (E) in which the pen P or the like is freely movable over the entire vertical region, and the side wall bodies 1 in the expansion posture (E) can be made self-supporting in such a manner that the front edge part 1a and the rear edge part 1b thereof stand up. In fig. 6, a part of the cut portion is shown as a portion on the side opposite to the cut portion.
The structure of the writing instrument cartridge a will be specifically described below.
The side wall 1 is mainly formed by sewing an outer covering 13 exposed to the outside and an inner covering 14 capable of coming into direct contact with a storage material such as a pen P. The side wall 1 is configured such that the upper edge 1e and the front edge 1a can be brought into contact with and separated from each other via the slide fastener 5. The lower edge portion 1d and a part of the lower side of the front edge portion 1a of the pair of planar side wall bodies 1 are connected to each other so as to be separable from each other via the foldable front connection portion 2 and the bottom wall body 4. Similarly, the rear edge portions 1b of the pair of side wall bodies 1 are connected to each other via the rear connecting portion 3. Thus, when the front edge portion 1a of the side wall body 1 is brought into contact with and separated from each other, the rear connection portion 3 functions as a so-called hinge due to the flexibility of the rear connection portion 3. The side wall 1 further includes: a lower region 11 which is planar and has a rigidity capable of standing by itself; an upper region 12 continuous to the lower region 11 via an imaginary boundary line; a core material 15 disposed between the exterior material 13 and the interior material 14 for securing rigidity of the lower region 11; and an inner bag 16 disposed on the side of the grip surface 1c, which is the inner surface of the lower region 11.
In the present embodiment, the core material 15 is illustrated by giving a pattern while showing an outline by a phantom line in fig. 2 to 5. That is, in the present embodiment, the portion of the side wall body 1 where the core 15 is disposed corresponds to the lower region 11 having rigidity. In the present embodiment, the inner bag 16 is a flat portion by being disposed along a portion where the core material 15 is provided. Therefore, the card can be easily taken and placed, and the deformation can be prevented, so that the card can be effectively protected. In the present embodiment, the interior material 14 exposed inward and the inner bag 16 form a holding surface 1c as an inner surface of the side wall body 1 directly contacting the stored material.
In the present embodiment, the core member 15 is not disposed in the upper region 12, and therefore the upper region 12 can be folded back toward the outer surface 11a of the lower region 11. Specifically, the position of the core member 15 is not displaced in the vertical direction when the folded-back edges 17 are formed by sewing the exterior material 13 and the interior material 14. Since the upper region 12 has flexibility, it can be folded from any position. In the present embodiment, the folded edge 17 at the position where the side wall body 1 is divided into two upper and lower parts corresponds to a virtual boundary portion that is the lower end position within the foldable position. The folded-back edge 17, i.e., the position of the virtual boundary portion, is not limited to the illustrated form parallel to the lower edge of the side wall 1, and may be provided obliquely by appropriately changing the shape of the core 15.
The front connecting portion 2 is a deformable wall-like member that connects the front edge portions 1a of the side wall bodies 1 so as to be able to contact with and separate from each other and is foldable inward in the collapsed posture (C). The front linking portion 2 has substantially the same size as the size between the front edge portion 1a and the rear edge portion 1b of the side wall body 1, and thus, in the expanded posture (E), a substantially equilateral triangle can be formed by the paired side wall bodies 1 and the front linking portion 2. Needless to say, however, the planar shape of the expanded posture (E) is not limited to a substantially equilateral triangle, and may be an isosceles triangle.
The front coupling portion 2 includes: a front cloth 21 integrated with the bottom wall 4; and a front pocket 22 provided by sewing a different cloth to a part of the front cloth 21. The front cloth 21 has: a toppling prevention edge 23 sewn with a different cloth for reinforcing the upper end; and a middle folding line 24 provided at the center in the longitudinal direction for facilitating folding into the storage space S in the collapsed posture (C).
In the present embodiment, the height dimension, which is the position where the falling prevention edge 23 is provided, is set to a dimension that allows the upper end side of the pen P to be exposed and prevents the pen P from falling outside in the self-standing state (T) in which the side wall body 1 is self-standing. Specifically, the position of the falling prevention edge 23 having the height dimension is set to a position approximately equal to or slightly lower than the upper edge of the core member 15, i.e., about half of the side wall body 1.
In the present embodiment, the rear connecting portion 3 is a hinge-like member that rotatably connects the rear edge portions 1b of the side wall bodies 1 to each other. The rear connecting portion 3 is mainly composed of an outer surface member 33 formed integrally with an outer covering member 13 as a fabric constituting the side wall body 1 and an inner surface member 34 formed integrally with an inner covering member 14. The rear coupling portion 3 includes: a lower connection region 31 corresponding to the lower region 11 of the side wall 1; and an upper connection region 32 corresponding to all or a part of the upper region 12 of the side wall body 1, wherein the upper connection region 32 is configured to be foldable together with the upper region 12 of the side wall body 1 toward the outer surface side of the lower connection region 31.
The bottom wall 4 is a flexible member provided between the lower edge portions 1d of the paired side wall bodies 1. The bottom wall 4 is mainly composed of a gusset 41 having a substantially equilateral triangular shape and formed integrally with the front connecting portion 2. The gusset 41 is provided with a folding line 42 for facilitating folding toward the storage space S in the retracted posture (C).
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the self-standing state (T) in which the front edge portion 1a and the rear edge portion 1b of the side wall body 1 can be made self-standing can be stably obtained in the expanded posture (E) shown in fig. 1 and 6, and the storage can be performed while maintaining compactness according to the amount of the stored material such as the pen P in the contracted posture (C) shown in fig. 2 to 5.
In the extended posture (E) shown in fig. 1 and 6, the pen P is appropriately positioned at the falling prevention edge 23 of the front coupling portion 2, whereby the stored pen P is easily visible to the user, and the case is effectively prevented from falling over by the pen P from the upper portion of the front coupling portion 2.
In the retracted posture (C) shown in fig. 2 to 5, the capacity of the housing space S can be appropriately changed according to the amount of the pen P housed in the housing space S. That is, the core material 15, which is provided on the side wall body 1 and has a flat shape in the drawing, does not deform when the amount of the pen P stored is small as shown in the drawing, and maintains the posture in which the holding surface 1c is in close contact with the pen P, and the core material 15 is appropriately deformed by bending outward as the amount of the stored material such as the pen P increases, whereby the posture in which the holding surface 1c is in close contact with the pen P is maintained and the storage space S becomes large in accordance with the amount of the stored material such as the pen P.
In the present embodiment, the visibility of the pen P can be further improved from the state shown in fig. 1 and 6. That is, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the upper region 12 is folded back to the outer surface 11a of the lower region 11 at the position of the folding edge 17, whereby the self-standing state (T) in which the visibility of the pen P is further improved is realized. In the self-standing state (T) shown in the figure, the upper coupling portion of the rear coupling portion 3 folded together with the upper region 12 and the left and right side wall bodies 1 are stretched with each other. This causes a force to act to further separate the front edge portions 1a of the side wall bodies 1 from each other. As a result, the front connection portion 2 is stretched and tensioned from both sides by the side wall bodies 1. At this time, the outward visibility of the pen P is further improved, and even if more pens P than those shown are placed on the falling prevention edge 23, the stability of the front connecting portion 2 in the tensioned state, the visibility, and/or the self-standing state (T) is not impaired.
With the above-described configuration, the writing instrument case a as the small storage instrument according to the present embodiment can hold the pen P between the pair of side wall bodies 1 without a gap in the retracted posture (C), and thus a compact retracted posture (C) can be achieved. When the extended posture (E) is assumed, the paired side wall bodies 1 are spread over the entire vertical area via the front coupling portion 2 and the rear coupling portion 3, thereby achieving a stable self-standing state (T). That is, according to the embodiment, the pen P is easily taken and placed and the self-standing state (T) is stably realized, and the pen P is stored in the most compact outer shape according to the amount of the pen P.
In the present embodiment, the following modes are applied as one mode that can realize a more stable self-standing state (T): the front connecting portion 2, which is one connecting portion, is a deformable wall-like member that connects the front edge portions 1a of the side wall bodies 1 so as to be able to contact and separate from each other and is foldable inward in the collapsed posture (C), and the rear connecting portion 3, which is the other connecting portion, is a hinge-like member that connects the rear edge portions 1b of the side wall bodies 1 so as to be able to rotate.
In the present embodiment, in order to achieve both the achievement of the stable self-standing state (T) and the improvement of the visibility of the small article in the self-standing state (T), the side wall body 1 and one of the connecting portions are arranged to have substantially the same lateral width dimension, and the side wall body 1 and the front connecting portion 2 are arranged to have substantially an equilateral triangle in a plan view in the self-standing state (T).
In the present embodiment, in order to realize the self-standing state (T) in which the visibility of a small object such as a pen P is further improved, the side wall body 1 is configured to have a lower region 11 which is flat and has rigidity capable of standing alone and a portion of an upper region 12 which is continuous with the lower region 11 via a virtual boundary line, and the portion of the virtual boundary line is configured to be capable of being bent so as to fold the upper region 12 toward the outer surface 11a of the lower region 11.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since the inner bag 16 is added on the inner surface side of the lower region 11, the inner bag 16 is naturally a flat member by being arranged along the lower region 11 having rigidity by the core material 15, and as a result, the taking and placing of the cards are facilitated and the deformation can be prevented, and the cards can be effectively protected.
In the present embodiment, as a configuration for realizing the self-standing state (T) for maintaining a more stable expanded state, the rear connection portion 3 is provided as a portion including the lower connection region 31 corresponding to the lower region 11 of the side wall body 1 and the upper connection region 32 corresponding to all or a part of the upper region 12 of the side wall body 1, and the upper connection region 32 is configured to be able to be laterally folded together with the upper region 12 of the side wall body 1 toward the outer surface side of the lower connection region 31.
In the present embodiment, in order to establish easy taking and putting of small articles in the expanded posture (E) and stable storage of small articles in the contracted posture (C), zippers 5 are provided between at least the front edge portions 1a and between the upper edge portions 1E of the paired side wall bodies 1.
In the present embodiment, as a configuration for simultaneously establishing compactness in the collapsed posture (C) and stable support of a small article in the self-standing state (T), a flexible bottom wall body 4 is provided between the lower edge portions 1d of the paired side wall bodies 1.
While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the specific configurations of the respective parts are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
First, the "front connection portion and the rear connection portion" may be any shape such as a deformable wall shape, a hinge shape, or a wrinkle shape as long as both side wall bodies can be brought into both the contracted posture and the expanded posture. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the rear connecting portion as the other connecting portion is formed in a hinge shape, but may be formed in a deformable wall shape and/or a corrugated shape similar to the front connecting portion, so as to be configured in a rectangular shape in a plan view in the expanded posture and the self-standing state.
In addition, although the embodiment described above discloses a form in which the lower region having rigidity is formed in a flat shape, it is needless to say that if the lower region is formed in a slightly curved shape in a plan view and the small articles can be sandwiched between the pair of side wall bodies even when the small articles having the lowest limit are accommodated in the contracted position, the curvature of the curved shape can be set to an appropriate curvature.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the form in which the expanded region extends upward to the upper edge portion is disclosed as the pair of side wall bodies capable of achieving the expanded posture in which the expanded region is expanded over the entire upper and lower regions, but of course, the form in which the expanded region is expanded upward to the upper edge portion may be achieved. As an example of this, for example, a member having the same configuration as that of the bottom wall body is applied to the upper edge portions of the paired side wall bodies.
The specific form of the kind and/or the whole size of the raw material constituting the whole is not limited to the above embodiment, and various forms including the conventional form can be applied.
The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
The present invention can be used as a small article storage device that can be carried and used in a posture of standing on a desk or a table top.
