The upper anti-drop member 32 is a spliced member stretched between the partition 4 supported by the left side wall 11L and the right side wall 11R, and serves to prevent small objects such as writing implements stored in the upper storage space S2 from dropping to the outside. As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 8, the drop preventing member 32 is net-shaped, and is put in tension by the elastic resilience of the core material 16 when the side walls 11L and 11R of the container body 1 are in the expanded posture (e). Further, reinforcing belts 321 are disposed at both side edges of the drop preventing member 32. The left reinforcing band 321 is sewn to the vicinity of the front edge of the partition 4. The right reinforcing band 321 is sewn to the vicinity of the front edge of the right side wall 11R of the container body 1.
The partition 4 to which the drop preventing member 32 is engaged in a stopper manner is provided at a portion of the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1 corresponding to the left side wall 11L, and a pocket space P1 that opens vertically is formed between the partition 4 and the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 8 and 10, the partition 4 is a band-shaped member disposed continuously in a region from the front end to the rear end of the left side wall 11L in the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1, and is engaged with the front and rear 2 stop engagement positions T1 and T2 set in the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1, and a pocket space P1 is formed between these stop engagement positions T1 and T2. In the present embodiment, the stopper engagement position T1 is set at the front end portion of the side wall 11L, and the stopper engagement position T2 is set at the rear end portion of the side wall 11L. That is, both ends of the partition portion 4 are connected to the side wall 11L. The pocket space P1 is a through portion capable of accommodating objects of the same size as the writing implement CP with a cap and the ruler R, and the lower-layer-side placement portion 21 is positioned below the pocket space P1. The upper edge 4a of the partition 4 is positioned below the intermediate dividing line 1 b.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, the band 5 is a rubber member provided on the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1 at a portion corresponding to the right side wall 11R. The band 5 is provided to hold articles such as scissors and a protractor which are easily fallen down in an erected state between the band 5 and the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1. Specifically, the article is placed between the band 5 and the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1 in a state where the band 5 is elastically deformed, and the article is held by applying an elastic force of the band 5 in a direction toward the inner peripheral surface 1a of the container body 1.
That is, according to the present embodiment, since the front edge 22a of the upper stage side mounting portion 22 in a plan view is positioned further toward the inner side than the front edge 21a of the lower stage side mounting portion 21 in a plan view, the front end portion of the lower stage side storage space S1 is released upward, and small objects placed in the lower stage side storage space S1 can be easily visually confirmed and easily taken out. Further, by positioning the front edge 22a of the upper stage side mounting portion 22 in a plan view to a position further to the rear side than the front edge 21a of the lower stage side mounting portion 21 in a plan view, it is possible to suppress occurrence of a problem that the article stored in the storage space S2 on the upper stage side protrudes from the front to the outside of the storage space S when the side walls 11L, 11R are brought into the retracted posture (c).
In the present embodiment, the wire bonding tool 6 for enabling the opening and closing of the side walls 11L and 11R is provided from the front edge 11a to the upper edge 11b of the side walls 11L and 11R, and the front edge 22a of the upper mounting portion 22 is positioned further toward the inner side than the front edge 21a of the lower mounting portion 21 as described above, whereby the opening and closing operation of the wire bonding tool 6 can be smoothly performed without being obstructed by the falling-preventing tool 32 on the upper side or the article in the upper mounting portion 22, that is, the article stored in the storage space S2 on the upper side.
One end of the upper mounting portion 22 is fixed to the partition portion 4 that partitions the side walls 11L and 11R, and a pocket space P1 having a through shape is formed between the partition portion 4 and the left side wall 11L, so that an article of equal length of the capped writing implement CP can be accommodated in the pocket space P1.
Since the upper-layer anti-drop member 32 is mesh-shaped, the visibility of the inside of the upper-layer storage space S2 can be improved.
Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, the present invention may be applied to a small article storage container provided with 3 or more layers of storage spaces having a placement portion in which small articles can be placed.
The pair of side walls may be held in a retracted position close to each other by a stopper engagement tool (japanese stopper tool) other than the engagement tool. As examples of such a stopper engagement tool, surface engagement pieces, hooks, buttons, and the like can be considered.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment in which one end of the mounting portion is fixed to the partition portion that partitions the pair of side walls, and a form in which both ends of the mounting portion are directly fixed to the two side walls, or a form in which the partition portion is provided at a position corresponding to the two side walls and both ends of the mounting portion are fixed to the partition portion may be adopted.
The presence or absence of the anti-drop member, and the material and shape of the anti-drop member may be arbitrary. For example, a fall-preventing member made of a cloth, which is entirely opaque, may be used, or a sheet-like material such as a resin, which entirely has light transmittance, may be used.
The back wall connecting the rear ends of the side walls is not limited to the arc-shaped member as in the above embodiment, and may be a member having an angular edge, a member having an extremely narrow width, or the like. Alternatively, the back wall may be made of thin material in the form of a splice. Also, the back wall may be removed and the rear ends of the side walls may be directly connected to each other.
In the above-described embodiment, the front edge position in plan view of the entire upper stage mounting portion is located further toward the inner side than the lower stage side, but the front edge position in plan view of one side edge of the upper stage mounting portion may be located further toward the inner side than the lower stage side, and the front edge position in plan view of the other side edge may be aligned with the lower stage side.
Further, various modifications may be made within a range not impairing the gist of the present invention.
