Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
The present embodiment is an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a case for storing small stick-shaped articles (hereinafter, referred to as a case a) mainly for storing writing instruments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the storage case a includes: a box main body 1 having a housing space S between inner surfaces of a pair of walls 31, and having an opening 1S for opening the housing space S to the outside formed between edge portions of the walls 31, more specifically, between front edge portions 31a and between upper edge portions 31 b; and a slide fastener 2 for bringing the opening 1s of the box main body 1 into an open state (O) as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 7 or a closed state (C) as shown in fig. 3 to 6, and 9.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the cartridge main body 1 includes: a peripheral wall 3 having the paired wall bodies 31 and a back wall body 32 connecting rear edge portions 31c of the paired wall bodies 31 to each other; a fall-preventing gusset 4 provided between the edge portions of the pair of wall bodies 31, more specifically, between the front edge portions 31a, and blocking a part of the opening 1S in the open state (O) to prevent a small rod-shaped object such as a pen P stored in the storage space S from falling to the outside; a bottom gusset 5 disposed between the lower edge portions 31d of the paired wall bodies 31; and a pocket-forming piece 6 provided on the inner surface side of the drop-preventing gore 4 and having a size that can maintain a loose state even if the drop-preventing gore 4 is tightened.
The peripheral wall 3 includes: a lower half-zone 3b having a degree of rigidity that is self-standing in the open state (O); and an upper half region 3a having flexibility provided continuously with an upper edge of the lower half region 3 b. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the upper half region 3a is configured to be foldable toward the outer surface side of the lower half region 3b at a position of a folding line. In more detail, the lower half region 3b of the peripheral wall 3 includes: an externally exposed fabric outer package member 33 made of a synthetic fiber material; an inner material 34 made of cloth mainly made of synthetic fiber material and capable of directly contacting with a container such as a pen P; a sponge-like foaming member 35 disposed between the outer member 33 and the inner member 34; and a core 36 made of polypropylene and having a plate shape, which is disposed between the outer package 33 and the foam member 35, and the peripheral edge portions of the outer package 33, the inner package 34, the foam member 35, and the core 36 are sewn together. In the present embodiment, the side edge portion of the outer package 33 is folded inward to wrap the side edge portion of the core 36. Further, the side edge portion of the inner material 34 is folded outward to wrap the side edge portion of the foaming member 35. That is, the core member 36 is incorporated in the lower half region 3b, and the wall bodies 31 are elastically urged in the opening direction by the elastic repulsive force of the core member 36. The elastic repulsive force is a force of a degree that the fall-preventing gores 4 can be tensioned in the open state (O). On the other hand, the upper half region 3a of the peripheral wall 3 includes: an externally exposed fabric outer package member 33 made of a synthetic fiber material; an inner member 34 made of a fabric mainly composed of a synthetic fiber material and capable of directly contacting with the contents; and a foam member 35 in the form of a sponge sheet disposed between the outer package 33 and the inner package 34, which are not shown. In addition, the peripheral edges of the outer package 33, the inner package 34, and the foaming member 35 are sewn.
The fall prevention gusset 4 is provided in tension between lower portions of the front edge portion 31a of the wall body 31. In other words, the fall prevention gores 4 are disposed in the lower half area 3b of the peripheral wall 3. Further, a reinforcing tape T is arranged inside both side edge portions 4a of the fall prevention gore 4, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the fall prevention gore 4 and the reinforcing tape T are sewn to the exterior 33, the interior 34, the foaming member 35, and the core 36. The lower edge 4b of the fall prevention strip 4 is continuous with the front edge 5a of the bottom strip 5.
The bottom gusset 5 forms the bottom surface of the storage space S, and both side edges 5b and rear edge 5c are connected to the lower edges of the peripheral wall 3, that is, the lower edge portions 31d of the paired wall bodies 31 and the lower edge portions 32d of the back wall body 32.
Both side edge portions 6a of the pocket forming sheet 6 are connected to the front edge portions 31a of the pair of wall bodies 31, and a pocket PP capable of accommodating a small article such as a rubber is formed between the front surface 6x of the pocket forming sheet 6 and the rear surface 4x of the fall prevention gore 4. In the pocket-forming sheet 6, the upper edge 6b and the lower edge, not shown, are free ends, and both side edge portions are sewn to the outer package 33, the inner package 34, the foaming member 35, and the core 36, as shown in fig. 7 and 8. The upper edge 6b of the pocket forming piece is positioned above the upper edge 4c of the drop preventing gusset 4. As described above, the pocket-forming sheet 6 has a size that can maintain a loose state even if the fall-preventing gores 4 are stretched.
The slide fastener 2 is located outside the fall prevention gusset 4 and is provided at an edge of the wall body 31. More specifically, the slide fastener 2 is disposed over the entire front edge portion 31a and the upper edge portion 31b of the wall body 31. The slide fastener 2 has: a band 2a whose proximal end side is directly sewn to the wall body 31; fastener elements 2b provided on the distal end side of the tape 2a and capable of meshing with and separating from each other; and a first slider 2c and a second slider 2d for operating the engagement and disengagement of the fastener elements 2b by a sliding motion. In the present embodiment, the lower ends of the tape 2a and the fastener element 2b are folded toward the wall body 31 and sewn together, and these two lower ends are used as the lower operating ends of the first and second sliders 2c and 2 d. On the other hand, the upper ends of the tape 2a and the fastener elements 2b are sewn to one end of the tape-like fastener tail end 2e to serve as upper operating ends of the first and second sliders 2c, 2 d. A hook-shaped female member 2f is provided at the other end of the zipper tail 2e, and the female member 2f is engaged with a hook-shaped male member, not shown, provided on the back wall body 32. Of course, another member such as a stopper for restricting the movement of the first and second sliders 2c and 2d may be fixed to both ends of the fastener element 2 b. Note that, since the structure of the slide fastener 2 can be formed using an existing appropriate member other than the present embodiment, detailed description thereof is omitted. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the base end portion of the slide fastener 2 is disposed between the folded portions of the outer package 33 and the inner package 34, and is sewn together with the reinforcing tape T, the fall prevention gore 4, the pocket forming sheet 6, the outer package 33, the inner package 34, the foaming member 35, and the core 36. In fig. 5, the upper end of the slide fastener 2 and the slide fastener tail end 2e are not shown.
However, in the storage case a according to the present embodiment, when the opening 1S is changed from the open state (O) to the closed state (C), the fall prevention gores 4 are likely to be folded toward the inside of the storage space S as shown in fig. 9. At this time, since the pocket forming piece 6 is provided on the inner surface side, i.e., the rear side, of the fall prevention gore 4 and has a size longer than the fall prevention gore 4, it is folded toward the inside of the storage space S as shown in fig. 9 while maintaining the state of being arranged between the fall prevention gore 4 and the interior material 34.
Therefore, according to the structure of the storage case a according to the present embodiment, since the pocket forming piece 6 and the stored material such as the pen P stored in the pocket PP are disposed behind the fall prevention gore 4, when the sliders 2c and 2d of the slide fastener 2 are slid to close the opening 1s, the possibility that the stored material in the pocket PP and/or the pocket forming piece 6 move to the front of the slide fastener 2 and interfere with the sliders 2c and 2d is low, and smooth operation can be performed when the opening 1s is closed.
Further, since the walls 31 are elastically biased in the opening direction by the elastic repulsive force of the core 36 constituting the peripheral wall 3, the storage case a can be placed in a self-supporting manner in a state where the opening 1s is opened (O).
Further, by folding the upper half region 3a back toward the outer surface side of the lower half region 3b, the visibility of the pen P and the like inside the housing space S can be improved.
Further, since the core member 36 is embedded in the lower half region 3b of the peripheral wall 3, the core member 36 can exert an elastic repulsive force to such an extent that the drop-preventing gores 4 can be tensioned in the open state (O), and therefore, the articles in the storage space S can be effectively prevented or suppressed from dropping over the drop-preventing gores 4.
Since the lower edge 4b of the fall-preventing gusset 4 is continuous with the front edge 5a of the bottom gusset 5, the number of components and the number of assembly steps can be reduced, and the upper edge 6b and the lower edge of the pocket-forming sheet 6 are free ends, the fall-preventing gusset 4 and the pocket-forming sheet 6 can be folded smoothly without interfering with each other when the opening 1s is brought from the open state (O) to the closed state (C).
Further, since the upper edge 6b of the pocket forming piece 6 is positioned above the upper edge 4c of the drop preventing gusset 4, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a problem that the articles inside the pocket PP get over the pocket forming piece 6 and get mixed into the storage space S.
Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, in order to facilitate the taking and placing of the small rod-like articles into and out of the storage space, the cartridge main body includes: the pair of wall bodies forming an opening between the front edge portions and between the upper edge portions; the drop-preventing gusset provided in tension between lower side portions of the front edge portions of the wall bodies; and the pocket-forming sheet disposed on the inner surface side of the gore, the present invention can be applied to, for example, a stick-shaped small article storage case having a structure in which an opening is formed only between the front edge portions of the wall bodies.
In the above-described embodiment, as described above, the two wall bodies are elastically urged in the opening direction by the elastic repulsive force of the core member constituting the peripheral wall so that the storage case can be placed in a self-standing state with the opening portion opened, but a structure may be adopted in which the two wall bodies are elastically urged in the opening direction by the elastic repulsive force of an elastic urging member provided separately from the core member and/or the elastic repulsive force of the external member or the internal member itself.
In the above-described embodiment, in order to improve visibility of the pen or the like in the storage space, the peripheral wall includes: a lower half region having a degree of rigidity capable of standing by itself in an open state; and a flexible upper half region provided continuously with an upper edge of the lower half region, and configured to be able to fold the upper half region laterally toward an outer surface of the lower half region, but the present invention is of course applicable to a small stick-shaped article storage case in which the upper half region cannot be folded toward the outer surface of the lower half region.
In the above-described embodiment, the box main body has the bottom gusset between the lower edge portions of the paired wall bodies, the lower edge of the fall-preventing gusset is continuous with the front edge of the bottom gusset, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the pocket-forming piece are free ends, but it is needless to say that the main configuration of the present invention, that is, the configuration in which the pocket-forming piece is provided on the inner surface side of the fall-preventing gusset and the pocket-forming piece can be maintained in a loose state even if the fall-preventing gusset is stretched, may be adopted for a small bar-shaped article storage box in which the fall-preventing gusset and the bottom gusset are formed by different members, or a small bar-shaped article storage box in which the lower edge of the pocket-forming piece is fixed to the bottom gusset.
In the above-described embodiment, in order to suppress the occurrence of a problem that the articles inside the pocket get over the pocket forming piece and get mixed into the storage space, the upper edge of the pocket forming piece is located above the upper edge of the drop preventing gore, but it is needless to say that the main structure of the present invention, that is, the structure in which the pocket forming piece is provided on the inner surface side of the drop preventing gore and the pocket forming piece is maintained in a loose state even if the drop preventing gore is tensioned, may be adopted for the stick-shaped small article storage box in which the height position of the upper edge of the pocket forming piece is the same as the height position of the upper edge of the drop preventing gore or is set at a position further below.
The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. That is, in order to enable smooth operation when closing the opening, it is needless to say that any other part may be employed as long as the most important configuration of the present invention, that is, a configuration in which the pocket forming piece is provided on the inner surface side of the fall prevention gusset and the pocket forming piece is maintained in a loose state even if the fall prevention gusset is tightened is employed.
