Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a herbicide composition containing pyroxsulam and flufenacet, which is used for preventing and treating annual weeds in wheat fields.
Background
Pyroxsulam is a triazolopyrimidine systemic herbicide and a branched chain amino acid synthesis inhibitor; the drug is absorbed from the leaf surface, the bud and the root and conducted to the meristem through the conduction of the phloem and the xylem; symptoms include stunting and chlorosis followed by necrosis and even death; the herbicide composition is mainly used for preventing and removing annual gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds in the cereal field and has the characteristic of wide weed control spectrum.
Flufenacet (flufenacet) is an aryloxide systemic herbicide, belongs to unclassified cell division and cell growth inhibitors, and has a main target site for fatty acid metabolism; tolerance is primarily due to rapid detoxification of glutathione transferase; pre-or post-emergent early use, has systemic activity, is conducted and distributed by apoplast, and has meristem activity; is a broad-spectrum selective herbicide for preventing and killing gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds.
The herbicide mixture has the advantages of wide weeding spectrum, improvement of actual effect, delay of weed drug resistance, time saving and labor saving. Through pesticide formula screening, the control effect can be effectively improved, the dosage is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the generation of drug resistance of diseases, insects and weeds is delayed, so that the method is an important means for agricultural comprehensive treatment. The inventor carries out intensive research on the formulas of pyroxsulam and flufenacet, finds that the mixing of the pyroxsulam and the flufenacet has a synergistic effect on annual weeds in wheat fields in a certain mixing proportion range, and further researches complete the invention.

The test method comprises the following steps: respectively sowing the quantified grass seeds in pots with the diameter of 9cm, culturing in a light incubator, and performing spray treatment on 20 plants per pot when weeds grow to the 1-3 leaf stage. The cultivation is continued in the greenhouse after the treatment, the weed control effect of each treatment is regularly observed, and the fresh weight of each treated weed is recorded after 14 days.
And (3) test treatment: repeat for 4 times in each treatment setting, and set clear water as a control.
Data investigation: calculating fresh weight control effect of each treatment 21 days after spray treatment, and obtaining EC of each treatment through linear regression analysis between the probability value and concentration logarithm value of control effect50Value, calculate co-toxicity coefficient by Sun Yunpei method.
The calculation formula is as follows:
fresh weight control effect (fresh weight in control area-fresh weight in treatment area) x 100/fresh weight in control area
Measured toxicity index (ATI) ═ standard medicament EC50X 100/test agent EC50
The Toxicity Index (TTI) of the mixed agent is A agent, the toxicity index of A agent, the percentage content of A agent, the toxicity index of B agent and the percentage content of B agent
Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) of the mixture (measured virulence index of the mixture/theoretical virulence index of the mixture) × 100
CTC is less than or equal to 80, and the antagonism is shown; 80 < CTC < 120, showing additive effect; CTC is more than or equal to 120, and the effect is synergistic.
