two first springs (13) are arranged, and are mounted between the first sliding rod (12) and the shell (1);
a transverse plate (14) mounted on the first slide bar (12);
at least two awls (15) are arranged on the transverse plate (14);
a guide rod (16) mounted on the housing (1);
a sliding sleeve (17) which is arranged on the guide rod (16) in a sliding way;
the second spring (18) is arranged between the sliding sleeve (17) and the guide rod (16);
the connecting rod (19) is rotatably arranged on the sliding sleeve (17), and the connecting rod (19) is rotatably connected with the transverse plate (14);
the number of the contact rods (191) is two, the two contact rods (191) are all installed on the sliding sleeve (17), and the contact rods (191) are matched with the square plate (8).

at least two arc blocks (20) are arranged and are rotatably arranged on the wheel (4);

and the pressure plate (32) is arranged on the first sliding rod (12), and the pressure plate (32) is matched with the contact plate (31).

at least two second scraping plates (33) are arranged on the arc-shaped baffle (51) in a rotating mode, and the second scraping plates (33) are matched with the first scraping plates (29);
