技术领域
本公开的示例性实施例涉及对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法。
背景技术
有机发光二极管(“OLED”)显示器使用其亮度由电流或电压控制的OLED和驱动OLED的薄膜晶体管(“TFT”)。OLED包括形成电场的阳极层和阴极层,以及通过电场发光的有机发光材料。根据有源层的类型,TFT分为非晶硅(非晶-Si)TFT、低温多晶硅(“LTPS”)TFT和氧化物TFT。
像素由于OLED和TFT的劣化而劣化,并且像素的劣化引起像素的亮度降低。即使当恒定电压被施加到像素时,由于OLED和TFT的劣化,流经像素的电流减小,因此,像素的亮度降低。
发明内容
考虑到像素的劣化,可以在产品出厂时设置提供像素的驱动电流的电源电压,但是在这种情况下,甚至在有机发光二极管(“OLED”)和薄膜晶体管(“TFT”)劣化之前供应高于理想电压的电压,这增加了显示装置的功耗。
本公开要解决的问题是提供一种对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法,该方法能够在像素驱动电流不能被直接测定时对像素的劣化进行补偿。
本公开的问题不限于上述问题,并且本领域技术人员可以从下面的描述清楚地理解未描述的其他技术问题。
根据解决上述问题的本公开的对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法的示例性实施例包括:感测流经连接至像素的感测线的第一感测电流,其包括用于将预定颜色的数据电压写入所述像素的存储电容器的编程时段;感测所述感测线的感测电压,其包括用于对连接至所述感测线的线性电容器充电的时段;使用从所述第一感测电流和所述感测电压估计的第二感测电流来估计有机发光二极管的阳极电极的电压;以及使用所述阳极电极的所述电压确定劣化补偿值。
在示例性实施例中,所述像素可以包括:第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管包括连接至施加有所述数据电压的数据线的第一端子、连接至第一节点的第二端子、以及连接至施加有第一扫描信号的第一扫描线的第一栅极端子;第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管包括连接至施加有第一电力信号的第一电力线的第三端子、连接至第二节点的第四端子、以及连接至所述第一节点的第二栅极端子;第三晶体管,所述第三晶体管包括连接至所述感测线的第五端子、连接至所述第二节点的第六端子、以及连接至施加有第二扫描信号的第二扫描线的第三栅极端子;所述存储电容器,所述存储电容器包括连接至所述第一节点的第一电极、以及连接至所述第二节点的第二电极;和所述有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括连接至所述第二节点的所述阳极电极、以及连接至第二电力线的阴极电极,所述第二电力线施加有电平低于所述第一电力信号的电平的第二电力信号。
在示例性实施例中,所述第二晶体管可以响应于所述第一扫描线的逻辑而导通,以在所述编程时段中将所述数据电压写入所述存储电容器。
在示例性实施例中,所述数据电压可以具有通过将所述像素的阈值电压补偿数据的值与所述像素的基准电压的值相加而获得的值。
在示例性实施例中,在将所述数据电压写入所述存储电容器之后,所述第三晶体管可以响应于所述第二扫描线的逻辑而导通,以将初始化电压从所述感测线施加到所述第二节点。

参照图1和图2,显示装置可以包括显示单元100、扫描驱动器120、数据驱动器130、感测单元140和时序控制器110,其中,所述显示单元100包括多个像素PX。
显示装置可以包括在其上发光元件发光的显示表面,并且可以通过该显示表面显示图像。在示例性实施例中,显示装置可以是有机发光显示装置。然而,本公开不限于此,并且除非本公开的精神被改变,否则本公开可以应用于使用有机发光二极管(“OLED”)作为发光装置的显示装置,诸如量子点OLED装置,或应用于在背板上包括OLED的显示装置,诸如液晶显示装置。
时序控制器110可以通过向数据驱动器130、扫描驱动器120和感测单元140提供预定的控制信号来控制显示装置的操作。时序控制器110可以基于从外部输入的信号生成扫描驱动控制信号和数据驱动控制信号DCS。由时序控制器110生成的扫描驱动控制信号可以被供应到扫描驱动器120,并且数据驱动控制信号DCS可以被供应到数据驱动器130。
扫描驱动控制信号可以包括多个时钟信号CLK和扫描开始信号SSP。扫描开始信号SSP可以控制第一扫描信号的输出时间。
数据驱动控制信号DCS可以包括源极起始脉冲和时钟信号。源极起始脉冲可以控制数据的采样起始时间,并且时钟信号可以用于控制采样操作。
扫描驱动器120可以响应于扫描驱动控制信号将扫描信号输出到扫描线SC1至SCn和SS1至SSn,其中n是大于1的自然数。扫描驱动器120可以顺序地将扫描信号供应到扫描线SC1至SCn和SS1至SSn。这里,可以将扫描信号设置为扫描导通电压(例如,高电平的电压),从而可以使包括在像素PX中的晶体管导通。
扫描驱动器120包括移位寄存器,该移位寄存器响应于来自时序控制器110的扫描驱动控制信号,以顺序方法或隔行方法分别驱动连接至显示单元100的扫描线SC1至SCn和SS1至SSn。扫描驱动器120在扫描线SC1至SCn和SS1至SSn的驱动时段中供应扫描导通电压的扫描脉冲以启用相应的扫描线,并在其余时段中供应扫描截止电压以禁用相应的扫描线。在示例性实施例中,扫描驱动器120设置在一个外侧区域中,但是本公开不限于此,并且扫描驱动器120可以设置在显示单元100的至少两个外侧区域中。
数据驱动器130可以响应于数据驱动控制信号DCS将数据信号输出到数据线D1至Dm,其中,m是大于1的自然数。数据驱动器130可以通过使用数模转换器(“DAC”)将在每个帧周期接收的输入图像的数字数据转换成补偿数据来输出数据信号。
可以将供应到数据线D1至Dm的数据信号供应到供应有扫描信号的像素PX。为此,数据驱动器130可以与扫描信号同步地将数据信号供应到数据线D1至Dm。
感测单元140可以通过感测线R1至Rm向像素PX供应初始化电压Vref,并且可以响应于初始化电压Vref,通过输出至感测线R1至Rm的感测电流来测定像素PX的劣化信息。在图1中,感测单元140被示为单独的配置,但是在另一示例性实施例中,感测单元140可以被包括在数据驱动器130中。
在示例性实施例中,多个像素PX可以以行方向和列方向的矩阵形状设置。在说明书中,行方向表示在附图上的水平方向,并且列方向表示作为与行方向交叉的方向的在附图上的垂直方向,但是不限于此。在示例性实施例中,行方向和列方向可以理解为彼此交叉的相对方向。
沿行方向排列的多个像素PX中的一行像素PX可以连接至相同的第一扫描线SC1至SCn和第二扫描线SS1至SSn。另外,沿列方向排列的多个像素PX中的一列像素PX可以连接至相同的数据线D1至Dm。即,一个像素PX可以连接至数据线D1至Dm中的一条数据线Dj、第一扫描线SC1至SCn中的一条第一扫描线SCi、第二扫描线SS1至SSn中的一条第二扫描线SSi以及感测线R1至Rm中的一条感测线Rj,其中,i和j是自然数。
每个像素PX由多个晶体管T1、T2和T3独立驱动。可以使用非晶硅(α-Si)晶体管、多晶硅(poly-Si)晶体管、氧化物晶体管或有机晶体管等作为晶体管T1、T2和T3。在示例性实施例中,像素PX可以包括第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3、存储电容器CST和OLED。在示例性实施例中,第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2和第三晶体管T3可以分别为驱动晶体管、开关晶体管和感测晶体管。
像素PX可以通过第一电力线从外部接收高电位的第一电力信号ELVDD,并且可以通过第二电力线从外部接收低电位的第二电力信号ELVSS。
第二晶体管T2可以包括连接至数据线Dj的第一端子、连接至第一节点Nl的第二端子和连接至第一扫描线SCi的栅极端子。这里,第一节点N1可以是由第二晶体管T2的第二端子、第一晶体管T1的栅极端子以及存储电容器CST的第一电极提供的节点。
第二晶体管T2可以响应于从扫描驱动器120施加的扫描信号,将从数据驱动器130提供的数据信号传输到存储电容器CST和第一晶体管T1的栅极端子。
存储电容器CST可以包括连接至第一节点N1的第一电极和连接至第二节点N2的第二电极。这里,第二节点N2可以是与存储电容器CST的第二电极、第一晶体管T1的第二端子、第三晶体管T3的第二端子以及OLED的阳极电极电连接的节点。
存储电容器CST可以存储通过第二晶体管T2传输的数据信号。存储电容器CST可以在预定时间内将等于或大于第一晶体管T1的阈值电压的电压存储在第一电极和第二电极之间。
第一晶体管T1可以包括连接至第一电力信号ELVDD传输所至的第一电力线的第一端子,连接至第二节点N2的第二端子以及连接至第一节点N1的栅极端子。第一晶体管T1可以根据存储在存储电容器CST中的数据信号导通或截止。在示例性实施例中,当将大于第一晶体管T1的阈值电压的电平的数据信号施加到栅极端子时,例如,第一晶体管T1可以导通并且驱动电流可以从第一晶体管T1的第一端子流向第二端子。
OLED可以包括连接至第二节点N2的阳极电极和连接至第二电力线的阴极电极。在第一晶体管T1导通的同时,OLED可以基于从第一电力线流向第二电力线的驱动电流发光。OLED可以包括在阳极电极和阴极电极之间的发光元件层,并且可以与驱动电流的电流量成比例地发光。
第三晶体管T3可以包括连接至感测线Rj的第一端子、连接至第二节点N2的第二端子以及连接至第二扫描线SSi的栅极端子。第三晶体管T3进行操作以将通过感测线Rj传输到第一端子的初始化电压Vref供应到与第一晶体管T1的第二端子连接的第二节点N2,或者感测与第一晶体管T1的第二端子连接的第二节点N2的电压或电流。
第三晶体管T3可以根据第二扫描线SSi的逻辑状态导通,以将初始化电压Vref供应给第二节点N2。当初始化电压Vref被供应到第二节点N2时,可以初始化写入OLED的阳极电极的数据电压。
根据外部补偿算法(未示出),第三晶体管T3的操作时间可以与第二晶体管T2的操作时间相似/相同或不同。在示例性实施例中,第二晶体管T2的栅极端子可以连接至第一扫描线SCi,并且第三晶体管T3的栅极端子可以连接至第二扫描线SSi。在这种情况下,扫描信号被传送到第一扫描线SCi,并且感测信号被传送到第二扫描线SSi。在另一示例性实施例中,连接至第二晶体管T2的栅极端子的第一扫描线SCi和连接至第三晶体管T3的栅极端子的第二扫描线SSi可以被公共地连接以便被共享。
可以通过感测线Rj从感测单元140提供初始化电压Vref。在这种情况下,在图像的非显示周期或至少一个帧周期期间,感测单元140可以实时地感测像素PX的第二节点N2,并且可以产生感测结果。在示例性实施例中,初始化电压Vref可以为例如大约2伏(V)。
可以通过第三晶体管T3和感测线Rj来感测第一晶体管T1的阈值电压和电子迁移率,并且可以生成阈值电压补偿数据Vth,该阈值电压补偿数据Vth用于与感测值和基准电压之间的差成比例地对阳极电极的数据电压进行补偿,其中感测值例如是与第一晶体管T1的阈值电压和电子迁移率对应的值,基准电压是通过数据线Dj施加至用于感测的第一晶体管T1的栅电极。

根据示出的示例性实施例的包括三个晶体管T1、T2和T3以及一个电容器CST的像素PX的结构可以更适合于显示装置的扩大化,但是不限于此。本示例性实施例不限于形成像素PX的晶体管的数量和电容器的数量。在另一示例性实施例中,像素PX可以包括七个晶体管和一个电容器,并且在这种情况下,像素PX可以更适合于显示装置的小型化。
显示装置可以包括连接至感测线Rj的一端的模数转换器(“ADC”)和感测开关电路等。感测开关电路可以包括第一开关元件T4和第二开关元件T5。在示出的示例性实施例中,第一开关元件T4和第二开关元件T5被示出为分别以薄膜晶体管(“TFT”)的形式提供。显示装置还可以包括线性电容器CLINE,线性电容器CLINE连接至感测线Rj并执行充电操作以感测第一晶体管T1的电流。
在示例性实施例中,感测线Rj可以感测第一晶体管T1的第二端子(例如,源电极)的电压(第二节点N2的电压)以感测第一晶体管T1的电气特性。
第一开关元件T4可以向感测线Rj供应预定的初始化电压Vref,以将第一晶体管T1的第二端子的电压(第二节点N2的电压)初始化为初始化电压Vref。
第二开关元件T5可以在第一开关元件T4截止之后导通,以将第一晶体管T1的第二端子的电压(第二节点N2的电压)供应给ADC。ADC将模拟感测电压转换为数字感测数据,并将该数字感测数据传输至补偿器210。根据感测方法,第一晶体管T1的第二端子的电压(第二节点N2的电压)可以表示第一晶体管T1的阈值电压或电子迁移率。通过感测线Rj感测第一晶体管T1的阈值电压的方法或通过感测线Rj感测第一晶体管T1的电子迁移率的方法可以使用已知的感测方法。ADC、补偿器210和DAC可以被包括在应用处理器(“AP”)200或驱动器芯片(驱动器IC)200中,可以被设置为单独的组件或者与数据驱动器130集成在一起。在示例性实施例中,在AP200或驱动器芯片(驱动器IC)200中还可以包括初始化电容器CINT,该初始化电容器CINT包括连接至第二开关元件T5和感测线Rj的第一电极以及接地的第二电极。
在正常像素PX中,第一晶体管Tl的阈值电压和电子迁移率特性反映在驱动电流中。参照图3,在发生劣化的像素PX_aging的情况下,由于OLED的特性改变,第一晶体管T1的电流值改变,因此劣化补偿数据可以被期望。图3示出了等效电路,其中由于OLED的特性变化,发生劣化的像素PX_aging具有劣化电容CEL。
在示例性实施例中,可以根据连接至第一晶体管T1的OLED的劣化后的阳极电极的电压与劣化前的阳极电极的电压的比率确定劣化补偿数据。然而,在某些情况下,可能无法针对每个像素PX直接测定阳极电极的电压。在这种情况下,可以通过以下方法来估计阳极电极的电压,并且可以通过所估计的电压生成劣化补偿数据。
图4是示出对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法的示例性实施例的流程图。
参照图4,对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法可以包括:将预定颜色的数据电压写入像素的存储电容器,并且感测流经感测线的第一感测电流(S100),对连接至感测线的线性电容器进行充电并感测感测线的感测电压(S200),通过感测电压估计第二感测电流(S300),通过第一感测电流和第二感测电流估计阳极电极的电压(S400),确定劣化补偿值(S500)以及生成劣化补偿数据(S600)。
在说明书中,将每个操作描述为根据流程图依次执行,但是除非改变本公开的精神,否则被示出为相继执行的一些操作可以被同时执行,每个操作的顺序可以改变,一些操作也可以省略,或者可以在每个操作之间进一步包括另一操作。
首先,共同参照图5至图9,对感测第一感测电流(S100)进行说明。
图5是示出感测第一感测电流的过程的时序图。图6至图9是示出图5的每个时段的像素中的电流流动的电路图。图5至图9通过用虚线指示劣化电容示出了可以在像素劣化前和劣化后均等地应用该操作。
参照图5,感测第一感测电流(S100)可以包括复位时段TRESET、发光时段TEL_PFOG、初始化时段TTFT_INIT和感测时段TSENSE。
当OLED发出预定颜色时,流经OLED的电流可以用于估计阳极电极的电压(第二节点N2的电位)。
在示例性实施例中,可以通过对存储电容器CST编程来感测流经用于预定颜色的OLED的电流。通常,通过感测线Rj提供给第二节点N2的初始化电压Vref被公共地施加至发出红色、绿色和蓝色光的像素。因此,为了感测流经用于预定颜色的OLED的电流,可以对存储电容器CST进行编程。在示例性实施例中,预定颜色可以是例如灰色。在下文中,作为示例,通过感测灰色来执行操作和部分,但是预定颜色的类型不限于此。
首先,下面的[等式3]可以应用于流经OLED的电流与阳极电极的电压之间的关系。

第三晶体管T3可以响应于第二扫描线SSi的高逻辑状态(即,将具有高电平的第二扫描信号Si+1施加到第二扫描线SSi的状态)而导通,以将初始化电压Vref施加到第二节点N2。感测线和阳极电极可以具有与第二节点N2相同的电位。第二节点N2可以被初始化为具有与初始化电压Vref相同的电压电平。在示例性实施例中,初始化电压Vref可以为例如大约2V。
可以将与第一节点N1和第二节点N2之间的电位差相对应的电压写入存储电容器CST。即,对于每个像素,通过将基准电压Vref_el的值和第一晶体管T1的阈值电压补偿数据Vth相加而获得的值中减去初始化电压Vref的值而获得绝对值,可以将等于所述绝对值的电压写入存储电容器CST。
这里,第一节点Nl和第二节点N2之间的电位差可以是第一晶体管T1的栅极-源极电压。
在示例性实施例中,发光时段TEL_PFOG可以是OLED发光期间的时段。
参照图5和图7,在发光时段TEL_PFOG中,第二晶体管T2可以响应于第一扫描线SCi的高逻辑状态而保持导通状态,并且第三晶体管T3可以响应于第二扫描线SSi的低逻辑状态而截止。第一电力信号ELVDD可以通过第一晶体管T1施加到第二节点N2。第一电力信号ELVDD可以逐渐增加,并且当第一电力信号ELVDD达到预定电压时,OLED可以发光。
流经OLED的电流可以逐渐增加,并且可以与流经第一晶体管T1的电流形成平衡状态。处于平衡状态的阳极电极的电位可以是Vanode,其是上述阳极电极的电压。然而,每个像素PX的OLED的Vanode的值可以根据劣化状态而改变。
参照图5和图8,在初始化时段TTFT_INIT中,第二晶体管T2可以响应于第一扫描线SCi的低逻辑状态而截止,并且第三晶体管T3可以响应于第二扫描线SSi的高逻辑状态而导通。
初始化电压Vref可以通过感测线Rj施加到与阳极电极连接的第二节点N2。第二节点N2的电位可以再次具有与初始化电压Vref的电压电平相同的电压电平的电位。
在复位时段TRESET中,由于反映阈值电压补偿数据Vth的数据电压被写入存储电容器CST,因此在初始化时段TTFT_INIT中,阈值电压补偿数据Vth可以在存储电容器CST的电压中偏移,并且存储电容器CST的电压可以具有等于基准电压Vref_el与阳极电极的电压之差的电压。
也就是说,下面的[等式4]可以应用于第一晶体管T1的栅极-源极电压。

即使当第二晶体管T2由于存储电容器CST充电的电压而截止时,第一晶体管T1也可以导通,并且电流可以流经第一晶体管T1。由于OLED的电阻相对大于感测线Rj的电阻,所以大部分电流不流到OLED,而是可以流经感测线Rj作为第一感测电流。即,第一感测电流可以具有与OLED发光时的驱动电流基本相似的值,并且第一感测电流可以在感测时段TSENSE中通过感测线Rj来感测。
接下来,将共同参照图10和图11描述对连接至感测线的线性电容器进行充电并感测感测线的感测电压(S200)和通过感测电压估计第二感测电流(S300)进行说明。
图10是示出测定感测电压的过程的时序图。图11是示出根据图10的时序图的电流流动的电路图。在图11中,基准电压和初始化电压Vinit的附图标记以及应用于操作的等式的符号与上述操作的附图标记和符号不同,以便与上述操作区分。
在示例性实施例中,对连接至感测线Rj的线性电容器CLINE进行充电并感测感测线Rj的感测电压(S200)以及基于感测电压估计第二感测电流(S300)可以是感测流经第一晶体管T1和OLED的电流的电子迁移率。
在示例性实施例中,对连接至感测线Rj的线性电容器CLINE进行充电并感测感测线Rj的感测电压(S200)可以包括用于对线性电容器CLINE进行充电的时段TINT。
第二晶体管T2可以响应于第一扫描线SCi的脉冲响应而导通。在存储电容器CST被充电之后,第二晶体管T2可以截止,并且,第三晶体管T3可以响应于第二扫描线SSi的高逻辑状态而导通并且可以保持导通状态。
当第二晶体管T2导通并且第三晶体管T3导通时,第一晶体管T1的栅极-源极电压可以是基准电压和初始化电压Vinit之间的差。另外,在存储电容器CST中,可以以与基准电压和初始化电压Vinit之间的差相对应的电荷进行充电。
当第三晶体管T3保持导通状态并且第二晶体管T2截止时,第一晶体管T1可以通过在存储电容器CST中充电的电压保持导通状态,并且驱动电流可以沿感测线Rj流动并且增加。因此,在施加的电压增加的同时,可以对连接至感测线Rj的线性电容器CLINE进行充电。线性电容器CLINE的电压可以被测定。
基于线性电容器CLINE中充电的电荷量,可以通过应用下面的[等式5]来估计第二感测电流。如上所述,第二感测电流可以与当OLED发光时流动的电流基本相似。

图12是示出流经OLED的驱动电流相对于驱动晶体管的栅极-源极电压的图。图13是用于示意性地描述生成劣化补偿数据的方法的示意性框图。图14和图15是示出在一些示例性实施例中劣化后的阳极电极的电压与劣化前的阳极电极的电压的比率作为函数的图。在图12的图中,表示了劣化前(老化前)的第一感测电流Iel1和第二感测电流Iu1以及劣化后(老化后)的第一感测电流Iel2和第二感测电流Iu2。
参照图12,随着阳极电极的电压增加,OLED的电阻组件可以增加。电阻组件的尺寸通常可以与劣化量成比例。因此,可以与阳极电极的电压成比例地确定劣化补偿值。
参照图13,补偿器210可以接收预定位置的像素的预定颜色的数据信号Gray_in(i,j)、劣化前的阳极电极的电压Vanode_init(i,j)、劣化后的阳极电极的电压Vanode(i,j)和像素劣化之前的阳极电极平均电压Vanode_init_avg。这里,可以通过经过图5至图11的过程针对每个像素估计劣化前的阳极电极的电压Vanode_init(i,j)并且计算所有像素劣化前的阳极电极的电压Vanode_init(i,j)的平均值,来估计所有像素劣化前的阳极电极的平均电压Vanode_init_avg。
补偿器210可以使用预定位置的像素的预定颜色的数据信号Gray_in(i,j)以及劣化后预定位置的像素的阳极电极的电压Vanode(i,j)与劣化前预定位置的像素的阳极电极的电压Vanode_init(i,j)的比率Vanode(i,j)/Vanode_init(i,j)来确定劣化补偿值,可以使用所述比率生成补偿数据,并且可以输出应用了补偿数据的数据信号Gray_out(i,j)。
在可选示例性实施例中,补偿器210可以使用预定位置的像素的预定颜色的数据信号Gray_in(i,j)以及劣化后预定位置的像素的阳极电极的电压Vanode(i,j)与所有像素劣化前的阳极电极的平均电压Vanode_init_avg的比率Vanode(i,j)/Vanode_init_avg来确定劣化补偿值,可以使用所述比率生成补偿数据,并且可以输出应用了补偿数据的数据信号Gray_out(i,j)。可以通过将材料特性、劣化特性和亮度特性中的至少一个面板特性反映为劣化后预定位置的像素的阳极电极的电压Vanode(i,j)与所有像素劣化前的阳极电极的平均电压Vanode_init_avg的比率Vanode(i,j)/Vanode_init_avg的值,并执行函数运算来生成补偿数据。除了灰色之外,还可以生成红色、绿色和蓝色的补偿数据。
用于生成红色、绿色和蓝色的补偿数据的函数可以表示为如图14中所示的线性函数或如图15中所示的非线性函数。
显示装置的劣化可以通过上述过程来补偿。
感测流动的第一感测电流(S100)、对连接至感测线的线性电容器进行充电并感测感测线的感测电压(S200)以及通过感测电压估计第二感测电流(S300)的顺序可以进行各种更改。

Claims (17)
1.一种对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
感测流经连接至像素的感测线的第一感测电流,其包括用于将预定颜色的数据电压写入所述像素的存储电容器的编程时段;
感测所述感测线的感测电压,其包括用于对连接至所述感测线的线性电容器进行充电的时段;
使用从所述第一感测电流和所述感测电压估计的第二感测电流来估计有机发光二极管的阳极电极的电压;以及
使用所述阳极电极的所述电压确定劣化补偿值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述像素包括:
第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管包括连接至施加有所述数据电压的数据线的第一端子、连接至第一节点的第二端子、以及连接至施加有第一扫描信号的第一扫描线的第一栅极端子;
第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管包括连接至施加有第一电力信号的第一电力线的第三端子、连接至第二节点的第四端子、以及连接至所述第一节点的第二栅极端子;
第三晶体管,所述第三晶体管包括连接至所述感测线的第五端子、连接至所述第二节点的第六端子、以及连接至施加有第二扫描信号的第二扫描线的第三栅极端子;
所述存储电容器,所述存储电容器包括连接至所述第一节点的第一电极、以及连接至所述第二节点的第二电极;和
所述有机发光二极管,所述有机发光二极管包括连接至所述第二节点的所述阳极电极、以及连接至第二电力线的阴极电极,所述第二电力线施加有电平低于所述第一电力信号的电平的第二电力信号。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第二晶体管响应于所述第一扫描线的逻辑而导通,以在所述编程时段中将所述数据电压写入所述存储电容器。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述数据电压具有通过将所述像素的阈值电压补偿数据的值与所述像素的基准电压的值相加而获得的值。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在将所述数据电压写入所述存储电容器之后,所述第三晶体管响应于所述第二扫描线的逻辑而导通,以将初始化电压从所述感测线施加到所述第二节点。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第一感测电流是在所述编程时段之后当所述第二晶体管响应于所述第一扫描线的所述逻辑而截止时流经所述感测线的电流。
7.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述阳极电极的所述电压是当流经所述第一晶体管的电流和流经所述有机发光二极管的电流平衡时的电压。
8.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述感测所述感测线的所述感测电压中,所述第二晶体管响应于所述第一扫描线的逻辑而导通和截止,并且所述第三晶体管响应于所述第二扫描线的逻辑保持导通状态。
9.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述线性电容器中充电的电压增加。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述显示装置包括模数转换器,所述模数转换器感测在所述线性电容器中充电的所述电压。
11.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述感测所述感测线的所述感测电压用于感测所述第一晶体管的电子迁移率。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在劣化前和劣化后执行所述感测所述第一感测电流、所述感测所述感测线的所述感测电压以及所述估计所述阳极电极的所述电压。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,在所述确定所述劣化补偿值时,将所述劣化补偿值确定为所述劣化后的所述阳极电极的所述电压与所述劣化前的所述阳极电极的所述电压的比率。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,在所述确定所述劣化补偿值时,通过将所述显示装置的面板特性反映为所述比率的函数计算来确定所述劣化补偿值。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
在所述确定所述劣化补偿值之后,生成劣化补偿数据。
16.一种对显示装置的劣化进行补偿的方法,所述显示装置包括像素,其中,所述像素包括:
第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管包括连接至施加有数据电压的数据线的第一端子、连接至第一节点的第二端子、以及连接至施加有第一扫描信号的第一扫描线的第一栅极端子;
第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管包括连接至施加有第一电力信号的第一电力线的第三端子、连接至第二节点的第四端子、以及连接至所述第一节点的第二栅极端子;
