In the prior art, third-party merchants are often weak in funds, and need to sell goods by means of an e-commerce platform. After a third-party merchant enters an e-commerce platform, the third-party merchant usually needs to build a supply chain by himself, find suppliers to purchase articles, store articles, and find logistics companies to deliver goods, sell goods and the like.
Therefore, for third-party merchants, not only the article sales is maintained, but also the purchase and the delivery are carried out, and meanwhile, the operation cost of multiple spare warehouse allocation is high, and the risk of lost sales or broken goods exists; for the e-commerce platform, third-party merchants independently deliver goods and are difficult to control after sale, public praise of users can be influenced, platform flow is reduced, and meanwhile, the e-commerce platform adopts a self-selling mode and lacks full-channel sales; for suppliers, dealers are excessively scattered, multi-channel stock is needed, the real market condition of articles is difficult to track, the bullwhip effect is caused, and the logistics cost and the inventory cost are high.
Therefore, in view of the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides an order fulfillment management method, which optimizes the supply chain mode of the existing third party selling products by building a platform capable of integrating supply, storage and fulfillment services to the third party merchant, thereby solving the problems of difficult source of goods, weak fund, high storage cost, untimely delivery timeliness and the like of the merchant; and the brand trader/supplier only has one inventory, thus reducing the intermediate storage and logistics cost; and then the resources of enterprises in each link of the supply chain are integrated, so that the cooperative efficiency among the enterprises in the supply chain is improved, the waste of logistics resources is reduced, and the cost is reduced and the efficiency is improved.
Implementation details of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure are set forth in detail below.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flowchart of an order fulfillment management method in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the order fulfillment management method includes steps S101 to S104:
s101, displaying an article to a user; wherein the items comprise a first item provided by a first supplier and a second item provided by a second supplier based on a fulfillment platform;
s102, acquiring an item creating order selected by a user, and extracting the item type of each item in the order;
s103, when the type of the article is a first article, obtaining performance information of the article; when the type of the article is a second article, obtaining, from the fulfillment platform, fulfillment information of a first article having a mapping relationship with the article, as fulfillment information of the article;
and S104, establishing a distribution task of the order based on the performance information of the article.
In the technical solution provided by some embodiments of the present disclosure, through a mapping relationship between a first item corresponding to a first supplier and a second item corresponding to a second supplier, which is constructed by a fulfillment platform, when a user purchases the second item on a trading platform, the fulfillment capability of the first supplier corresponding to the trading platform may be shared to perform order delivery. On one hand, the pressure of supplying and delivering articles by a second supplier can be reduced, autonomous purchasing, storing and delivering of articles are avoided, and the logistics cost is reduced; on the other hand, the distribution resources of the trading platform are adopted, so that the trading platform is more favorable for controlling the logistics quality, the user experience is improved, and the platform flow is improved. Furthermore, logistics resources are efficiently integrated and shared, order fulfillment is more standard and efficient, industry chain enabling of enterprises in each link of the supply chain is achieved, collaboration efficiency among the enterprises in the supply chain is improved, and logistics resource waste is reduced.
Hereinafter, each step of the order fulfillment management method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings and the examples.
In step S101, an item is presented to a user; wherein the items include a first item provided by a first supplier and a second item provided by a second supplier based on a fulfillment platform.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, the order fulfillment management method is applied to a trading platform. The transaction platform provides a platform for article transaction for users and article suppliers, faces to the users, can display articles on terminal equipment, such as mobile phones, PCs and the like, and can be used for the users to select articles.
The displayed articles can include two types, one type is a first article provided by a first supplier, the first supplier is an article supplier corresponding to the transaction platform, and the article provided by the first supplier is regarded as the first article; the second is a second item provided by a second supplier, the second supplier is the second supplier establishing a performance relationship with the first supplier, and the item provided by the second supplier is regarded as the second item. For example, in the case of the trading platform being a APP in the kyoto store, the first supplier may be a self-owned kyoto store corresponding to the kyoto store, and the second supplier may be a third party store (POP store) residing in the kyoto store. The present disclosure does not limit the specific form of the first supplier and the second supplier.
The fulfillment platform is a platform that completes order fulfillment establishment for the trading platform and the second supplier. The transaction platform can audit the second supplier through the fulfillment platform, and after the audit is passed, a fulfillment relationship is established with the second supplier, and the second supplier can provide the second item to the transaction platform through the fulfillment platform.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, prior to said presenting the item to the user, the method further comprises: obtaining a fulfillment request of the second supplier through the fulfillment platform, and auditing the fulfillment request; and after the approval of the fulfillment request is passed, establishing an association relationship with the second supplier so as to display a second item provided by the second supplier based on a fulfillment platform.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method for constructing a fulfillment relationship in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the specific process of the transaction platform establishing the fulfillment relationship with the second supplier is as follows:
step S201, the merchant logs in the performance platform.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the second provider may be a merchant of the entity. The merchant inputs a login ID and a password to log in the fulfillment platform.
Step S202, the fulfillment platform checks whether the merchant information passes.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the merchant that may build a fulfillment relationship must be a merchant that cooperates with the transaction platform. And after the fulfillment platform interacts with the transaction platform, obtaining cooperation information of each merchant and the transaction platform, after obtaining a login ID of the merchant, inquiring whether the merchant and the transaction platform have a cooperation relationship or not according to the login ID, if so, the merchant passes the audit, executing step S203, and if not, the merchant does not have permission, namely, step S206.
Step S203, applying for the merchant authority.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, after the merchant logs in successfully, the merchant enters a cooperation request page to fill in application information so as to submit an authority application to a fulfillment platform. Specifically, the application information may include applicant attribute information and procurement advance information. The system comprises a client, a server and a system server, wherein the client comprises client attribute information, such as a client name, a contact address, a merchant mailbox and the like, and the system server comprises pre-purchasing information, such as a pre-sold item line, a purchasing plan and the like.
And step S204, the trading platform checks whether the qualification of the merchant passes.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, the transaction platform obtains a fulfillment request of the second supplier through the fulfillment platform and audits the fulfillment request. Specifically, a trading platform administrator checks the authority application submitted by the merchant after logging in the fulfillment platform, the trading platform calls a merchant background interface to acquire information such as a store name, a merchant ID, a business license and the like corresponding to the authority application, and then acquires a supplier brevity code corresponding to the merchant and the merchant business license based on the information to perform qualification review. The transaction platform performs qualification audit on the merchant through the performance platform, so that the incidence relation between the merchant and the platform side main body can be avoided, and fair audit is ensured. If the qualification of the merchant passes, step S205 is executed, and if the qualification fails, the merchant has no authority, step S206.
Step S205, a performance contract is created.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, after the approval of the fulfillment request is passed, the transaction platform establishes an association relationship with the second supplier. The performance platform inquires the company body of the merchant and the company body of the platform side, calls a contract creation interface to create a performance contract, and further establishes an association relation. For example, if the fulfillment platform is a disc delivery system created in the kyoto, the disc delivery system queries a supplier brevity code (rendred) of a merchant, obtains company theme information of the merchant according to the rendred, calls an EBS contract interface with information of an OU institution inside the kyoto to create a contract, and stores the contract in the EBS system.
After creating the fulfillment contract, the fulfillment platform creates a merchant account for the merchant based on the merchant's login account, merchant information, application information, etc. for the merchant to sign the fulfillment contract, and subsequently logs in to the fulfillment platform.
Step S206, the fulfillment platform displays no permission on the login page.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, if the merchant does not have cooperation information with the transaction platform, or the merchant's permission application is not approved, the merchant does not have permission to enter the fulfillment platform.
The transaction platform audits the second supplier to ensure quality management of the qualification of the second supplier, and further establishes a mutual trust performance relationship, so that the transaction platform shares part of logistics resources with the second supplier, thereby realizing information sharing of enterprises in all links of the supply chain and realizing mutual profit and win-win through negotiation and cooperation.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after the association relationship is established, the method further includes: the fulfillment platform obtaining a first item selected by the second supplier; the fulfillment platform configures the selected first item as a second item and constructs a mapping between the first item and the second item.
Specifically, the second supplier-selectable items are pushed by the trading platform to the fulfillment platform, and the sources of the items are the first suppliers corresponding to the trading platform, and the items are of the first item type and used for selection of the second supplier. When the article is pushed, the transaction platform can provide the fulfillment platform according to the stored inventory information of the article.
In this way, the items selected by the second supplier are all the items with complete supply chain systems, so that a supply chain is not required to be built to find the goods source of the items, the inventory pressure is reduced, and the logistics cost is reduced; and for the trading platform, the selling pressure can be transferred according to the article selling condition of the trading platform, so that the selling channel of the first article can be widened, the profit is improved, and on the other hand, the lost articles can be sold, and the inventory turnover cost is reduced.
When the second supplier selects the article, the second supplier logs in the performance platform, the selection can be directly inquired according to the article code, or the selection can be selected from the articles pushed by the performance platform, and the submission is carried out on a submission interface of the performance platform after the selection is finished.
The fulfillment platform acquires the item selected by the second supplier according to the submission instruction of the second supplier, configures the selected first item as a second item, and constructs a mapping relation between the first item and the second item. Specifically, the fulfillment platform establishes a mapping relationship between the first item and the second item before and after submission, and the mapping relationship corresponds to the first item and the second item one to one. The first item and the second item having the mapping relationship have different item types. In addition, an item mapping relation query interface is provided for the outside to provide for a settlement central station and an inventory central station of the trading platform.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the second supplier may also submit a new request for a new item to the fulfillment platform. If the second supplier is not satisfied with the existing goods or can provide a good quality and stable supplier or brand, the second supplier can initiate a new request, the platform side can check the supplier or brand, and new goods can be added for selection after the request is passed. By adopting the method, high-quality supply resources can be further shared, and the types of the sold articles are widened.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, if the second supplier selects among the items pushed by the fulfillment platform, the method further comprises: the fulfillment platform makes a first item recommendation to a second supplier, comprising: the fulfillment platform acquires pre-purchasing information of a second supplier, and sales information and inventory information of a transaction platform; the fulfillment platform employs a recommendation algorithm to calculate recommended first items for selection by the second supplier based on the pre-procurement information, sales information, and inventory information.
Wherein the second supplier submits the pre-procurement information upon the application of the authority. Specifically, the pre-procurement information may be a line of articles pre-sold in the trading platform submitted by the second supplier, such as "large household appliance-air conditioner", "large household appliance-refrigerator", or "small household appliance-induction cooker", and the like.
Meanwhile, the fulfillment platform may acquire sales information and inventory information of the first item up to the present by interacting with the trading platform and by accessing an item sales database of the trading platform.
And finally, recommending the articles by adopting a recommendation algorithm based on the pre-purchase information, the sales information and the inventory information, wherein the recommendation algorithm can adopt an association rule recommendation algorithm, a collaborative filtering algorithm and the like, the management personnel of the fulfillment platform configures the recommendation algorithms in the background, then, the recommended articles are collected into an article pool, and the article pool is pushed to the corresponding merchant for the second supplier to select.
When recommending articles, the sales information and the inventory information of the transaction platform are used as data bases, and articles lost in the transaction platform or articles with larger inventory information can be provided to a second supplier for selling, so that the inventory pressure of the transaction platform is reduced, and the sales channel is widened; by adopting the pre-purchasing information submitted by the second supplier, the article pool can be directly displayed after logging in, so that the second supplier can conveniently select articles, and the program is saved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after constructing the mapping relationship between the first item and the second item, the method further comprises: acquiring the price report of the second supplier to the second article through the fulfillment platform, and auditing the price report; and displaying the second article to the user after the price submission is approved.
First, the second supplier submits a submission request on a price submission page of the fulfillment platform. If the second supplier is not satisfied with the price of the submit page, the price can be modified to achieve consensus through negotiation with the trading platform.
The fulfillment platform then calculates profit information for the item based on the item price submission. It should be noted that the calculated profit information of the item is based on the item purchase price provided by the trading platform, and the item purchase price may be set to a standard price of the same price or may be set to a specific supply price for a different second supplier. And the performing platform calculates profits according to the submitted articles, the quantity of the articles and the purchase price to obtain profit information. The profit information may include gross profit and/or discount rates for the price.
And secondly, the fulfillment platform sends an audit request to the transaction platform. In the auditing process, different profit intervals can be preset according to the calculated profit information, and different levels of auditing nodes are set according to different interval thresholds.
And finally, after the transaction platform checks the submitted price, the performance platform displays that the submitted is passed on a price submitted page, and the second supplier logs in the performance platform and selects the articles to be put on shelves.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after the second supplier selects the item for shelving, the fulfillment platform pushes the item selected by the second supplier to the trading platform for displaying to the user a second item provided by the second supplier based on the fulfillment platform.
It should be noted that the second item type identifier may also be configured for the item selected by the second supplier. The item submitted by the second supplier is used for the sales of the trading platform, and the right of the item is transferred in order to identify the source information of the item sold by the trading platform, so that a second item type identifier needs to be configured for the item for management in the order fulfillment process.
Specifically, the configuration type identifier may be completed by the fulfillment platform, and the configuration type identifier is configured for the article selected by the second supplier after the article is acquired; or may be accomplished by the trading platform, which is configured with a type identifier when acquiring the item selected by the second supplier pushed by the fulfillment platform.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for submitting an item by a second supplier in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, where, as shown in fig. 3, the method for submitting an item by a second supplier includes the following specific steps:
step S301, the merchant logs in the performance platform. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the merchant logs in through a merchant account number created by the fulfillment platform and completes the basic information of the merchant.
Step S302, whether a new article line is applied. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the merchant may determine whether to apply for a new item line according to the item sales condition of the merchant, that is, whether the merchant needs to increase the types of the items to be sold. If no new item line is applied, step S303 is executed, and if applied, step S307 is executed.
Step S303, the fulfillment platform pushes the article pool. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the fulfillment platform employs an association rule recommendation algorithm for item recommendation based on the pre-procurement information, the sales information, and the inventory information.
And step S304, selecting products by the merchant. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a merchant selects an item from a pool of items.
Step S305, binding the article. In one embodiment of the disclosure, the fulfillment platform establishes a mapping relationship for the item selected by the merchant to bind, and assigns 1 to the ninth digit of the skumark of the item to identify.
And step S306, putting the goods on shelves. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the shelved item, i.e., the trading platform, presents the item provided by the second supplier based on the fulfillment platform to the user.
And step S307, checking the qualification of the supplier. In an embodiment of the disclosure, the transaction platform obtains a request of a merchant for applying for a new item line through the fulfillment platform, extracts a provider corresponding to the item information, and verifies whether the provider has a qualification, such as a stable supply capacity.
And step S308, adding the new product line into the article pool after the audit is passed for selection of the second supplier.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating an order fulfillment method according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, where as shown in fig. 4, a trading platform establishes fulfillment relationship with a second supplier, and the order fulfillment flow includes the following steps:
step S401, generating a user order according to the operation of a user on a ordering page, then synchronizing the order to a trading platform, and simultaneously providing after-sales for the user by the trading platform; step S402, the trading platform generates a purchase order based on the user order; step S403, the supplier/brand supplier supplies goods to the first supplier based on the purchase order; step S404, after the transaction platform receives the goods, the first supplier produces the goods in a warehouse; step S405, the first supplier carries out order distribution; step S406, the user receives the order and feeds back the logistics information of the order to display the logistics information to the user.
It should be noted that the supplier/brand is the true source of the item, i.e. the merchant producing the manufactured item, and the first supplier and the second supplier are the suppliers of the item divided in order to distinguish the items originating from different retailers when selling the item.
In step S102, an item creation order selected by the user is obtained, and an item type of each item in the order is extracted.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, before creating the order, the method further comprises: acquiring a pre-order of a user, and extracting the article type of each article in the pre-order; inquiring inventory information according to the article type, and if the article type is a second article, inquiring the inventory information from the fulfillment platform; and judging whether the requirements of the pre-order are met or not based on the inventory information, and creating the order when the requirements are met.
Specifically, the settlement center of the trading platform extracts the item information of the user order form and extracts the item type of each item in the order form. And then inquiring inventory information of the items according to the types of the items, directly acquiring the inventory information of the first item if the first item is the first supplier corresponding to the trading platform when the types of the items in the pre-order are different, and calling a mapping relation inquiry interface of the items of the fulfillment platform to acquire the inventory information of each item in the pre-order if the types of the items in the pre-order are different from those of the second item. And after the stock information is inquired, generating a user order after the quantity of the articles in the user pre-order is met, otherwise, displaying the out-of-stock information by the trading platform.
Because the inventory information of the articles is changed and updated in real time, the articles are inquired in inventory before the order is placed by the user, and the problem that the articles cannot be delivered due to shortage of the articles after the order is placed by the user is solved.
In step S103, when the item type is a first item, obtaining fulfillment information of the item; and when the type of the article is a second article, obtaining the fulfillment information of a first article which has a mapping relation with the article from the fulfillment platform to serve as the fulfillment information of the article.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the logistics distribution of each first item is performed by the trading platform when the item type is a first item. The trading platform directly extracts the information of the first article and obtains offer information corresponding to the first article.
When the order selected by the user includes the second item, the second supplier needs to perform the fulfillment because the owner of the second item is the second supplier. However, since the second supplier and the trading platform construct a fulfillment relationship, and may share fulfillment resources of the trading platform, the first item corresponding to the second item is queried according to the mapping relationship as fulfillment information of the item.
The fulfillment information of the article is that the trading platform allocates logistics resources for the article to transport according to the order information so as to complete order distribution. Specifically, the article ID of the first article may be extracted, the warehouse corresponding to the article may be queried based on the article ID, the fulfillment information of the article may be obtained, the production time and the delivery time of the article in the order may be determined according to the fulfillment information according to the requirement of article delivery on the trading platform, and then the logistics resources may be allocated to complete the order delivery.
The trading platform shares the logistics distribution resources of the trading platform with the second supplier, and the second supplier does not need to find a proper logistics enterprise again for order distribution, so that the distribution cost is reduced; meanwhile, the logistics distribution resources of the trading platform are adopted, so that the trading platform can control the logistics quality, the user experience is improved, and the platform flow is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after creating the order, the method further comprises: and if the order comprises a second article, transferring the order to the fulfillment platform for generating a second supplier purchase order.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the user order may include the first item and/or the second item, and if the order includes the second item, the right of the second item is mainly at the second supplier, and the second supplier needs to pay the purchase cost of the second item, so that the second supplier purchase order needs to be generated for settlement.
Specifically, since the second supplier has made a price submission and approved before the transaction platform presents the item to the user, a purchase price consensus has been reached with the transaction platform. Therefore, after the trading platform creates the order, the order information is sent to the fulfillment platform, and the fulfillment platform generates a second supplier purchase order according to the set purchase price.
In step S104, a delivery task for the order is established based on fulfillment information for the item.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, both the first item and the second item use logistics distribution resources of the trading platform. For the second supplier, the pressure for distributing the articles is reduced, the articles are prevented from being stored and distributed independently, and the logistics cost is reduced; for the trading platform, the self distribution resources of the trading platform are adopted, so that the trading platform is more favorable for controlling the logistics quality, the user experience is improved, and the platform flow is improved.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, after establishing the order delivery task, the method further comprises: acquiring logistics node information of the order distribution task; pushing the logistics node information to a user; and sending the logistics node information to the fulfillment platform for a second supplier to view the logistics node information at the fulfillment platform.

According to the order fulfillment management method provided by the disclosure, the fulfillment platform is built, so that when a user purchases a second article, the fulfillment capability of the trading platform can be shared for order distribution, and meanwhile, upstream supply of the article can be directly obtained from a supplier.
From the perspective of a second supplier, the independent establishment of the supply chain is changed into the independent establishment of the supply chain, and the supply chain is only responsible for selecting and selling, so that the logistics cost brought by purchasing, storing and delivering articles is reduced, the sale channel is integrally widened for the supply chain, and the sale scale is enlarged.
From the perspective of the trading platform, high-quality distribution resources of the platform side are provided for a supply chain, so that the trading platform is more favorable for controlling the logistics quality, the user experience is improved, and the platform flow is improved; meanwhile, sales channels can be widened for a trading platform, and the inventory pressure of the lost goods is reduced.
From the perspective of the supplier, the supplier can shorten the stock channel to sell and pick, and reduce the logistics cost; the real market data of the article can be effectively tracked, the influence of the bullwhip effect is reduced, and the production waste is avoided.
The advantages of supplying enterprises in all links are complemented, logistics resources are efficiently integrated and shared, order fulfillment is more standard and efficient, industrial chain enabling of the enterprises in all the links of the supply chain is realized, the cooperation efficiency among the enterprises in the supply chain is improved, and logistics resource waste is reduced.
