Material management system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the catering industry, in particular to a material management system.
Background
In the food and beverage retail industry, sales outlets are mostly equipped with warehouses. These warehouses typically require personnel to perform the operations and management on a manual basis. The work of material feeding, material discharging, material checking, validity period management, first-in first-out management and the like is completely executed by workers. However, the manual operation process has the disadvantages of low working efficiency, high error rate and the like.
Among the prior art, there is the mode of using the two-dimensional code to assist and carrying out warehouse management, and in the material management process, the staff utilizes handheld machine or sweeps a yard rifle and scans the two-dimensional code of pasting on the material one by one to acquire the relevant information of material. However, this method also has the disadvantage of low working efficiency because workers are required to scan the codes one by one.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a material management system, which solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.

Optionally, the background server further stores stock data of the warehouse, where the stock data includes names, quantities, specifications, and/or validity period information of all materials in the warehouse, and the background server adjusts the stock data of the warehouse after the materials on the tray are confirmed to be taken out from the warehouse.
Optionally, when the background server determines that the similar material with the validity period earlier than that of the material shot by the camera exists in the warehouse according to the inventory data, the human-computer interaction interface sends out a reminding signal.
Optionally, the reminding signal is a text or image signal displayed on a display screen of the human-computer interaction device, and/or a voice signal sent by the human-computer interaction device.
The material management system of the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages:
according to the material management system provided by the invention, the camera, the background server and the human-computer interaction device enable workers to quickly acquire the related information of all materials on the tray in batches, so that the quick batch ordering and delivery of the materials are realized.
According to the material management system provided by the invention, when similar materials with the valid period earlier than the taken materials exist in the warehouse, the human-computer interaction device can remind workers of the materials which need to be preferentially taken out of the warehouse and are close to the valid period, so that the materials are prevented from being wasted due to the fact that the materials exceed the valid period.
According to the material management system, the materials placed on the tray are illuminated by the light supplementing lamp, so that image labels on the materials are fully and uniformly illuminated, and the problem that the quality of images shot by a camera is influenced due to insufficient light or shadow is avoided.
The material management system provided by the invention is used for adjusting the focal length and the aperture of the camera by means of the lens, thereby being beneficial to acquiring clear images of the image labels of the materials contained on the tray.
Drawings
FIG. 1 illustrates one embodiment of a materials management system according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of, and enabling description for, those skilled in the art. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. Furthermore, it should be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described. Rather, any combination of the features and elements described below is contemplated as carrying out the invention, whether or not they relate to different embodiments. Thus, the following aspects, features, embodiments and advantages are merely illustrative and are not considered elements or limitations of the claims except where explicitly recited in a claim.
FIG. 1 illustrates one embodiment of a materials management system according to the present invention. The material management system can be used for warehouse management and can also be used in the fields of file archive management and the like. As shown in fig. 1, the material management system mainly includes: the system comprises an image tag 1, a tray 2, a trigger device 3, a camera 4, a man-machine interaction device 5, a supplementary lighting lamp 6, a lens 7 and a background server (not shown).
The image label 1 can be attached to the item 8, for example to an outer packaging of the item. The image tag 1 can be recognized by an image recognition technology to obtain information corresponding to the image tag 1. The image tag 1 may include, but is not limited to, a bar code, a two-dimensional code, and a special image that can be recognized.
The tray 2 is used for containing at least one material 8. After the staff has taken the material 8 from the warehouse, the material 8 is placed on the pallet 2. The items 8 should be placed so as to avoid overlapping and the image labels 1 on the outer package of each item 8 are placed face up to ensure that the image labels 1 on each item 8 can be captured by the camera 4.
The triggering device 3 is used for triggering the camera 4 to work. The triggering device 3 may be, for example, a spring switch that can send a triggering signal to the camera 4 to trigger the camera 4 to operate after being pressed by the tray 2.
The camera 4 is used to take images of all the items 8 contained on the tray 2.
A background server (not shown) and the human-computer interaction device 5 form a computer control system. The background server stores the related information of the materials 8 corresponding to each image tag 1, and after the images from the camera 4 are acquired, the background server can acquire the related information of the materials 8 stored on the tray 2 according to the image tags 1 in the images. The human-computer interaction device 5 is configured to display the relevant information of each material 8 acquired by the background server, and preferably, display all the relevant information on the display screen of the human-computer interaction device 5 one by one at the same time. The human-computer interaction device 5 may be any suitable human-computer interaction device, such as a touch-screen voice interaction control all-in-one machine. The information related to the material 8 may include, but is not limited to, the name, specification, and expiration date information of the material 8. According to the invention, through the camera, the background server and the human-computer interaction device, workers can quickly acquire relevant information of all materials on the tray in batches, so that the materials can be quickly ordered and delivered from a warehouse in batches.
The background server also stores stock data of the warehouse, and the stock data can include, but is not limited to, the name, the quantity, the specification and the valid period information of all materials in the warehouse. When the background server judges that the similar materials with the validity period earlier than that of the materials 8 shot by the camera 4 exist in the warehouse according to the inventory data, a reminding signal can be sent out through the man-machine interaction device 5. The reminding signal may be a text or image signal displayed on the display screen of the human-computer interaction device 5, or may be a voice signal sent by the human-computer interaction device 5. According to the invention, the situation that the materials are wasted due to the fact that the materials exceed the period of validity is avoided by reminding workers of needing to preferentially deliver the materials close to the period of validity.
After the material 8 on the tray 2 is confirmed to be removed (e.g., a worker may click on the touch screen voice interactive control kiosk to confirm the removal of the selected material from the warehouse), the backend server adjusts the inventory data of the warehouse.
Light filling lamp 6 is used for providing the illumination to the material 8 that holds on tray 2 to make image label 1 on the material 8 obtain abundant and even illumination, in order to avoid because not enough or the shadow influences the image quality that camera 4 shot.
The lens 7 is used to adjust the focus and aperture of the camera 4 to facilitate the capture of a sharp image of the image tag 1 of the material 8 contained on the tray 2.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, one of ordinary skill in the art can understand that the disclosed system can be implemented in other ways.
