Abstract

“双向活塞”机械设计是使柴油机和汽油机这两类热机既能省油,又能减少环境污染,降低气缸温度等技术问题得到了很好解决。它把原来气缸的单向活塞变为双向活塞;把单向活塞做功转变为双向活塞同时做相等的两个功,并通过连杆把这两个功加到同一根曲轴上;把燃烧室由原气缸顶部移到气缸中部。

Description

双向活塞
本设计是对柴油机、汽油机两类热机的一次大改进,是力争把热机中热能所做的无用功降到最低点,而使热机既能省油,又能减少环境污染,延长热机寿命等作用。
由于改进前油料在汽缸的燃烧室爆发时,除四周外,就只有一半的热能转变成机械能推动活塞做了功,而另一半则冲击气缸顶造成机械振动,同时也使气缸温度升高。改进后,若以单向而论,设曲柄原质为M1,增质为M2,则M1≤M2,增质后的曲柄质则为M1+M2=2M;设曲柄原半径为R,则改进后为1/2R。由于曲柄在作圆周运动,故a=ω2Ra=ω2R。根据惯性定律,F=M1a=M1ω2R;F=2M1a=2M1ω2·1/2R=M1ω2R,故F=F,但由于改进后的气缸活塞是双向运动,若保持原功率不变,则省油一半,也减省了热机对大气污染的一半,减少了热机的振动,降低了热机的温度,有效地延长热机的寿命。但本设计使热机的体积、质量较以前有所增加,这有待着进一步的改进。

在图中:1上连杆、2气缸压板,3气缸垫圈,4上活塞,5气缸,6燃烧室,7下活塞,8下连杆,9曲柄,10曲轴,11支架,12上连杆孔,13过水道,14火花塞,15进排气阀,16进排气孔,17紧固螺孔,18弹簧。
图一中,气缸5是一无底的圆筒形,燃烧室6置于气缸5的正中部;上活塞4与下活塞7置于燃烧室6上下两方;上活塞4通过上连杆1倒插与下活塞7的下连杆8同时作用于曲轴10上。
图二实施例中,先让上连杆套上气缸垫圈和气缸压板,再与上活塞接上,置于气缸内,并让上连杆通过上连杆孔插下与下活塞的下连杆同时与曲轴连接。再装上火花塞进排气阀,上紧气缸盖,气缸压板,垫圈的紧固螺丝。
图三、图五实施中,进、排气阀、火花塞既可以装在同侧,也可以装在对侧。
由于各厂家生产的机型大小不一,档次不一,故对机型尺寸、所用的材料不作统一规定。

  1. 这一设计是对柴油机和汽油机这两类热机气缸的一次大的改进,是把柴油机和汽油机的气缸原来的单向活塞变为双向活塞;把单向活塞做功变为双向活塞同时做两个相等的均为原功率二分之一的功,并通过连杆把这两个功同时加在同一根曲轴上,保证了原热机的功率不变,构成改进后的柴油机和汽油机既能省油,又能减少环境污染,延长热机寿命等作用。
