Abstract
The invention discloses a method for using a dyeing liquid of Rayleigh-Giemsa, which comprises the steps of firstly uniformly mixing the dyeing liquid A with the dyeing liquid B, then uniformly coating vaginal secretion on a glass slide, and solidifying the vaginal secretion on the glass slide; the vaginal secretion is dyed, and then visible components in the vaginal secretion are dyed, the dyeing mode has proper cell coloring depth, is beneficial to observation and judgment, has lighter background color and is basically colorless, forms of various cells and microorganisms are clearly presented, misjudgment on the visible components can not be caused, especially, the dyeing effect of fine particles such as fungi, bacteria and the like is clear and visible, and meanwhile, the dyeing time is greatly shortened.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical reagents, in particular to a method for using a dyeing liquid of Rayleigh-Giemsa.
Background
The examination of vaginal secretion is one of the routine items in clinical examinations of modern medicine such as gynecology and obstetrics, and plays an important role in the diagnosis of diseases. s4: and drying the cleaned vaginal secretion, and then performing microscopic examination.
The dyeing solution A is a Ruhrstan's dyeing solution, the dyeing solution B is a Jimsan dyeing solution, and in the step of mixing the dyeing solution A and the dyeing solution B according to a quantitative ratio to obtain a mixed dye, the dyeing solution A and the dyeing solution B are stirred and mixed in an environment at 30-34 ℃; in the step of washing the stained vaginal discharge with purified water: and sucking the purified water by using a pipette, and then squeezing the pipette to slowly drip the purified water from the upper end of the glass slide. The application method of the dyeing liquid of the Rayleigh-Giemsa comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the staining solution A and the staining solution B in a quantitative ratio in an environment of 30 ℃ to obtain a mixed dye; then coating the vaginal secretion on a glass slide uniformly, putting the glass slide coated with the vaginal secretion into an oven, and baking at 40 ℃ to finish solidification; and then, the glass slide is inclined by 20 degrees, the mixed dye is dripped on the solidified vaginal secretion for dyeing, the dyeing time is 20s, then, the glass slide is cleaned by purified water, the purified water is sucked by a suction tube and then is slowly dripped from the upper end of the glass slide by squeezing the suction tube, the glass slide is inclined by 20 degrees, the back surface of the glass slide is prevented from being polluted by the dye, the process of cleaning the back surface of the glass slide can be reduced, and the time is saved. The application method of the Reishi-Giemsa staining solution is applied to staining of vaginal secretion, can stain visible components of the vaginal secretion, clearly shows the forms of various cells and microorganisms, and greatly shortens the staining time.
Example 2, referring to fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for using giemsa, comprising the following steps:

The application method of the Reishi-Giemsa staining solution is applied to staining of vaginal secretion, can stain visible components of the vaginal secretion, clearly shows the forms of various cells and microorganisms, and greatly shortens the staining time.

The application method of the Reishi-Giemsa staining solution is applied to staining of vaginal secretion, can stain visible components of the vaginal secretion, clearly shows the forms of various cells and microorganisms, and greatly shortens the staining time.

The background color is easily misjudged as bacteria. The dyeing method of the invention has appropriate cell coloring depth, is beneficial to observation and judgment, has lighter background color which is basically colorless, and has clear shapes of various cells and microorganisms without causing misjudgment on visible components, particularly has clear and visible dyeing effect on fine particles such as fungi, bacteria and the like, and greatly shortens the dyeing time.

Claims (6)
