Abstract

一种可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,是由伸缩杆、激光扫描仪、安装环、轴承、底座、可改变轨迹的轨道和螺栓螺母组成的,其特征在于:伸缩杆安装在安装环底盘与触头底盘中间;激光扫描仪安装在安装环的六个空格子内,出现故障后可以通过旋转的方式换新;安装环用来安装固定激光扫描仪;轴承安装在箱体与轴之间,轴的内圈与轴径配合,并跟随轴一起做旋转运动,轴的外圈与箱体的孔配合;底座用来固定整个装置,防止装置侧倾;可改变轨迹的轨道在箱体的外圈上,用来让触头所在的轴做圆周运动;螺栓螺母用来固定各个位置的构件。整个机械系统既满足了可安装多个激光扫描仪的要求,又满足了可以调节整个角度的要求,还可以利用伸缩杆控制取像距离。

技术领域
本发明属于盾构机激光扫描仪装置领域,特别提供一种可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,具体地说是通过由伸缩杆、激光扫描仪、安装环、轴承、底座、可改变轨迹的轨道和螺栓螺母组成的机械系统,属于隧道施工技术领域。
背景技术
目前,盾构机在隧道施工中,其掘进系统(即挖掘系统和推进系统)已基本实现全过程自动化控制,而盾构管片拼装则尚未实现自动化控制,且绝大多数仍采用人工拼装。管片拼装作为盾构施工中最关键的过程之一,实现自动化控制及检测有非常重要的意义;一方面可以保证盾构机管片的拼装精度,使盾构管片的错位、缝隙等拼装缺陷大幅减少,衬砌强度增强,隧道使用寿命延长且更可靠。另一方面从长远发展来看,采用自动化控制的施工方法能有效节约资金,降低人力成本,同时提高施工人员的安全性,又鉴于目前盾构管片质量检测装置的不足,因此急需设计一种可调角度的机械系统的检测装置。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供了一种可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,是由伸缩杆、激光扫描仪、安装环、轴承、底座、可改变轨迹的轨道和螺栓螺母组成的,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆安装在安装环底盘与触头底盘中间;所述激光扫描仪安装在安装环的六个空格子内,这样一个坏了可以通过旋转的方式换上另外一个,省去了不必要的麻烦;所述安装环用来安装固定激光扫描仪,防止在工作过程中意外掉出;所述轴承安装在箱体与轴之间,轴的内圈与轴径配合,并跟随轴一起做旋转运动,轴的外圈与箱体的孔配合;所述底座是用来固定整个装置的,防止因为轻微碰撞而使整个装置侧倾;所述可改变轨迹的轨道在箱体的外圈上,用来改变触头的运动轨迹,从而让触头所在的轴做圆周运动;所述螺栓螺母用来固定各个位置的构件。
此方案的有益之处是整个机械系统既满足了可安装多个激光扫描仪的要求,又满足了可以调节整个角度的要求,还可以利用伸缩杆控制取像距离。

3.根据权利要求2所述的可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,其特征在于:所述的激光扫描仪安装在安装环的六个空格子内,以便于及时更换。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,其特征在于:所述安装环在伸缩杆的一端,用来安装固定激光扫描仪。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,其特征在于:所述的轴承安装在箱体与轴之间,轴的内圈与轴径配合,并跟随轴一起做旋转运动,轴的外圈与箱体的孔配合。

7.根据权利要求6所述的可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,其特征在于:所述的轨道在箱体的外圈上,用来改变触头的运动轨迹,从而让触头所在的轴做圆周运动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可更换盾构机激光扫描仪装置,其特征在于:所述的螺栓螺母在底座上,用于固定。
