一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯75‑78份,环氧树脂23‑26份,聚三氟氯乙烯8‑11份,空心玻璃微珠8‑11份,超细碳酸钙14‑15份,沉淀硫酸钡4‑5份,海泡石粉1‑3份,钛酸酯偶联剂KR‑TTS1.5‑1.8份、水性甲醚化氨基树脂7.2‑9份、耐磨陶瓷微粉1.5‑2.5份、烷氧基硅烷6.2‑9.5份、聚丙烯酰胺4.5‑5.8份,助剂12‑24份。本发明具有优异的憎水憎油性、防污性和耐腐蚀性,海洋生物难以附着,适于船舶表面的使用环境。

Description

一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料。
背景技术
防污涂料,是防止船舶在海洋航行时,海洋生物附着而造成船舶行进受阻,导致污损。防污涂料能保持浸水部位光滑无污物附着。防污涂料可分为:接触型、增剂型、扩散型、自抛型,主要用在海水、淡水中的船舶、海洋结构物、管道等防污工程中,世界各海区的生物有18000多种是附着动物,600多种是附着植物。船底附着海洋生物后,增加阻力,降低航速,燃料耗用量增加,机械的磨损增大。海洋生物的附着还破坏漆膜,加速钢板的腐蚀,不仅增加了船舶的维修保养次数和时间,而且降低了船舶的在航率。对舰艇来说,海洋生物极大地影响航速,若海洋生物附着在声呐罩上,则干扰声呐的侦察性能,削弱了军舰的战斗力。迄今为止,涂覆船舶防污涂料仍然是防止海洋生物附着的最经济而有效的措施,因此,船舶表面需要涂装防污涂料。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供具有优异的憎水憎油性、防污性和耐腐蚀性,海洋生物难以附着,适于船舶表面的使用环境的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯75-78份,环氧树脂23-26份,聚三氟氯乙烯8-11份,空心玻璃微珠8-11份,超细碳酸钙14-15份,沉淀硫酸钡4-5份,海泡石粉1-3份,钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS1.5-1.8份、水性甲醚化氨基树脂7.2-9份、耐磨陶瓷微粉1.5-2.5份、烷氧基硅烷6.2-9.5份、聚丙烯酰胺4.5-5.8份,助剂12-24份。
进一步的,所述蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂和聚三氟氯乙烯的重量比为76-77:24-25:9-10。
进一步的,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.1-0.2当量/100克。
进一步的,所述空心玻璃微珠为700-800目。
进一步的,所述活性硅酸钙、超细碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡和海泡石粉的重量比为16-17:5.5-6.7:4.2-4.5:11.7-12.3。
进一步的,所述蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯和空心玻璃微珠的重量比为64-65:25-26:13-14:12-13。
进一步的,所述助剂包括:分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及固化剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂选自有机硅消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚乙二醇形成的混合物。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂,所述流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯的混合物,所述固化剂选自脂环族多胺、叔胺、三氟化硼络合物、芳香族多胺、双氰胺中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果是,优异的憎水憎油性、防污性和耐腐蚀性,海洋生物难以附着,适于船舶表面的使用环境。

实施例1:一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯75份,环氧树脂26份,聚三氟氯乙烯11份,空心玻璃微珠8份,超细碳酸钙14份,沉淀硫酸钡5份,海泡石粉3份,钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS1.5份、水性甲醚化氨基树脂9份、耐磨陶瓷微粉1.5份、烷氧基硅烷6.2份、聚丙烯酰胺4.5份,助剂12份;蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂和聚三氟氯乙烯的重量比为76:24:10;环氧树脂的环氧值为0.1当量/100克;空心玻璃微珠为700目;活性硅酸钙、超细碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡和海泡石粉的重量比为16:5.5:4.5:12.3;蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯和空心玻璃微珠的重量比为64:26:14:13;助剂包括:分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及固化剂;消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚乙二醇形成的混合物;消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯的混合物,固化剂为脂环族多胺。
实施例2:一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯78份,环氧树脂26份,聚三氟氯乙烯8份,空心玻璃微珠11份,超细碳酸钙15份,沉淀硫酸钡5份,海泡石粉3份,钛酸酯偶联剂KR-TTS1.7份、水性甲醚化氨基树脂8份、耐磨陶瓷微粉2份、烷氧基硅烷8份、聚丙烯酰胺5份,助剂20份;蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂和聚三氟氯乙烯的重量比为76:24:10;环氧树脂的环氧值为0.1当量/100克;空心玻璃微珠为700目;活性硅酸钙、超细碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡和海泡石粉的重量比为16:6.7:4.5:11.7;蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯和空心玻璃微珠的重量比为64-65:25-26:13-14:12-13;助剂包括:分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、防沉剂以及固化剂;消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂;分散剂为聚乙烯蜡和聚乙二醇形成的混合物;消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂,流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯的混合物,固化剂为叔胺。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂和聚三氟氯乙烯的重量比为76-77:24-25:9-10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的环氧值为0.1-0.2当量/100克。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述空心玻璃微珠为700-800目。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述活性硅酸钙、超细碳酸钙、沉淀硫酸钡和海泡石粉的重量比为16-17:5.5-6.7:4.2-4.5:11.7-12.3。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防止海洋生物附着的船舶涂装用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述蓖麻油改性水性聚氨酯、环氧树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯和空心玻璃微珠的重量比为64-65:25-26:13-14:12-13。
