技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢领域,尤其涉及一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜。
背景技术
近年来,作为用于削减二氧化碳的节能措施之一而要求环境负载较少的产品、所谓的环保产品,且针对汽车和建筑物等的窗户的日照调整薄膜和隔热薄膜备受瞩目。隔热薄膜是指通过贴合于窗户等而使屋内侧与屋外侧的热交换变得缓慢的薄膜,通过使用该隔热薄膜来减少冷暖气的使用量,从而可期待省电效果。隔热性可通过传热系数来定义。由国家等进行的与环境物品等的采购的推进等相关的法律(所谓的绿色采购法)中的窗户用日照调整薄膜的采购基准中,针对隔热性,以基于JIS(JapaneseIndustrialStandards)A5759“建築窗户玻璃用薄膜”的测量方法来测定时,要求传热系数小于5.9W/(m2·K),该数
字越小隔热性越高。根据JISA5759,能够从波长5μm~50μm的远红外线的发射光谱求出传热系数。即,为了降低传热系数,优选提高波长5μm~50μm的远红外线的反射率。
目前,由于纳米透明隔热涂料能够很好的透过可见光和阻隔光,得到了越来越多涂料生产商的重视。现在,在国内,关于这种涂料的研究还处于初级阶段,也仅仅应用于运行空调系统的建筑物和运输工具上。
在公开号CN101585954的专利中将单分散二氧化硅的空心球分散在高分子聚合物的基体中,具有良好的隔热效果,在该发明中所使用的聚合物包括环氧、聚氨酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,其中聚氨酯为不溶于水的聚氨酯单体,改性二氧化硅具有较强的疏水性,将聚氨酯单体和改性二氧化硅的空心球通过原位反应得到该复合材料,虽然通过该方法制备得到的复合材料虽然具有良好的隔热性能,由于该复合材料中二氧化硅的空心球发生团聚而不具有透光的性能,因此限制了该复合材料的应用。由于现有的纳米二氧化硅涂料的制备方法的不足,制备的涂料中二氧化硅粒径分布不均,影响隔热效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,包括以下重量份原料:十溴二苯乙烷30-40份、三氧化二锑15-20份、PET15-25份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2-2.5份、茚三酮3-8份,1010抗氧剂1-1.5份,168抗氧剂 0.3-0.8份,硼酸锌0.7-1.5份、纳米二氧化硅粉末2-5份、防水隔热粉末3-7份和其他助剂2-4份。
优选的,十溴二苯乙烷30份、三氧化二锑15份、PET15份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2份、茚三酮3份,1010抗氧剂1份,168抗氧剂 0.3份,硼酸锌0.7份、纳米二氧化硅粉末2份、防水隔热粉末3份和其他助剂2份。
优选的,十溴二苯乙烷35份、三氧化二锑17份、PET18份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2.3份、茚三酮5份,1010抗氧剂1.3份,168抗氧剂0.5份,硼酸锌1份、纳米二氧化硅粉末3份、防水隔热粉末5份和其他助剂3份。

S1:按照比例将十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、PET、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、茚三酮,1010抗氧剂,168抗氧剂、硼酸锌和其他助剂,放入加温混料机中,启动加温混料机进行搅匀并搅拌均匀,形成PET薄膜原料;
S2:向纳米二氧化硅粉末和防水隔热粉末中加入去离子水搅拌均匀,配制成浆;
S3:将浆料放进雾化室内,形成浆料液滴,由下向上向雾化室内通入高压惰性气体撞击浆料液滴;
S4:从雾化室上侧回收惰性气体,从雾化室下侧收集隔热混合浆料;
S5:再将S4中形成的隔热混合浆料放置进入到S1中的加温混料机中,隔热混合浆料和PET薄膜原料混合后进行拉伸成膜,即得到所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜。
优选的,所述加温混料机在工作时的温度为78-120℃,时间为 20-45分钟。
优选的,所述S3的雾化室内,惰性气体的流向与水平方向的夹角为45°—90°,惰性气体的流速为35m/s。
优选的,所述其他助剂为紫外线吸收剂、着色剂、抗静电剂和润滑剂中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的高隔热功能的PET薄膜的力学性能、耐疲劳性能、难燃性、尺寸稳定性和电性能都好,成型收缩率小,耐油、一般酸和有机溶剂,不耐碱,有优良的耐摩擦,可在建筑、汽车玻璃、航天领域中应用,二氧化硅粉末为绿色环保的反射隔热材料,隔热效果好,保护环境。

实施例1:
十溴二苯乙烷30份、三氧化二锑15份、PET15份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2份、茚三酮3份,1010抗氧剂1份,168抗氧剂0.3份,硼酸锌0.7份、纳米二氧化硅粉末2份、防水隔热粉末3份和其他助剂 2份。
S1:按照比例将十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、PET、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、茚三酮,1010抗氧剂,168抗氧剂、硼酸锌和其他助剂,放入加温混料机中,启动加温混料机进行搅匀并搅拌均匀,形成PET薄膜原料;
S2:向纳米二氧化硅粉末和防水隔热粉末中加入去离子水搅拌均匀,配制成浆;
S3:将浆料放进雾化室内,形成浆料液滴,由下向上向雾化室内通入高压惰性气体撞击浆料液滴;

S1:按照比例将十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、PET、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、茚三酮,1010抗氧剂,168抗氧剂、硼酸锌和其他助剂,放入加温混料机中,启动加温混料机进行搅匀并搅拌均匀,形成PET薄膜原料;
S2:向纳米二氧化硅粉末和防水隔热粉末中加入去离子水搅拌均匀,配制成浆;
S3:将浆料放进雾化室内,形成浆料液滴,由下向上向雾化室内通入高压惰性气体撞击浆料液滴;

实施例3:
十溴二苯乙烷40份、三氧化二锑20份、PET25份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2.5份、茚三酮8份,1010抗氧剂1.5份,168抗氧剂0.8份,硼酸锌1.5份、纳米二氧化硅粉末5份、防水隔热粉末7份和其他助剂4份。
S1:按照比例将十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、PET、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、茚三酮,1010抗氧剂,168抗氧剂、硼酸锌和其他助剂,放入加温混料机中,启动加温混料机进行搅匀并搅拌均匀,形成PET薄膜原料;
S2:向纳米二氧化硅粉末和防水隔热粉末中加入去离子水搅拌均匀,配制成浆;
S3:将浆料放进雾化室内,形成浆料液滴,由下向上向雾化室内通入高压惰性气体撞击浆料液滴;
S4:从雾化室上侧回收惰性气体,从雾化室下侧收集隔热混合浆料;
S5:再将S4中形成的隔热混合浆料放置进入到S1中的加温混料机中,隔热混合浆料和PET薄膜原料混合后进行拉伸成膜,即得到所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜。
试验例:将实施例1、2和3生产出来的高隔热功能的PET薄膜,进行试验,分别选取实施例1、2和3生产出来的高隔热功能的PET 薄膜各100张,用加热灯对高隔热功能的PET薄膜隔热效果进行测试:将加热灯照射高隔热功能的PET薄膜,将温度传感器放置于高隔热功能的PET薄膜的下方即可,加热灯温度为60℃。
可以得知:实施例2的高隔热功能的PET薄膜的性能最好。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,其特征在于,十溴二苯乙烷35份、三氧化二锑17份、PET18份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2.3份、茚三酮5份,1010抗氧剂1.3份,168抗氧剂0.5份,硼酸锌1份、纳米二氧化硅粉末3份、防水隔热粉末5份和其他助剂3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,其特征在于,十溴二苯乙烷40份、三氧化二锑20份、PET25份、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐2.5份、茚三酮8份,1010抗氧剂1.5份,168抗氧剂0.8份,硼酸锌1.5份、纳米二氧化硅粉末5份、防水隔热粉末7份和其他助剂4份。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按照比例将十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、PET、氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐、茚三酮,1010抗氧剂,168抗氧剂、硼酸锌和其他助剂,放入加温混料机中,启动加温混料机进行搅匀并搅拌均匀,形成PET薄膜原料;
S2:向纳米二氧化硅粉末和防水隔热粉末中加入去离子水搅拌均匀,配制成浆;
S3:将浆料放进雾化室内,形成浆料液滴,由下向上向雾化室内通入高压惰性气体撞击浆料液滴;
S4:从雾化室上侧回收惰性气体,从雾化室下侧收集隔热混合浆料;
S5:再将S4中形成的隔热混合浆料放置进入到S1中的加温混料机中,隔热混合浆料和PET薄膜原料混合后进行拉伸成膜,即得到所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,其特征在于,所述加温混料机在工作时的温度为78-120℃,时间为20-45分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,其特征在于,所述S3的雾化室内,惰性气体的流向与水平方向的夹角为45°—90°,惰性气体的流速为35m/s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热功能的PET薄膜,其特征在于,所述其他助剂为紫外线吸收剂、着色剂、抗静电剂和润滑剂中的一种或多种。
