Abstract
The invention relates to a water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating grey desert soil and a preparation method thereof. The water-retaining bio-protein fertilizer comprises: the water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for the grey desert soil has the advantages of drought resistance, water retention, good fertilizer retention, low cost and simple application method, and can improve the nutrients and the water-retaining and fertilizer-retaining capacity of the irrigated and ploughed grey desert soil.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fertilizer production process, in particular to a water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating grey desert soil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The desert soil is distributed in the northwest corners of Mongolian river sleeve plain and Ningxia Yinchuan plain in the marginal zone of the desert, the frontier inclined plain, the ancient alluvial plain and the denuded plateau in the north and south sides of the Xinjiang quasi-Sabourbon desert, and the west section of the West corridor of the Gansu river. Since the 50 s, part of the grey desert soil is reclaimed into farmlands, unreasonable management and utilization, excessive fertilization and excessive development are realized, and the salinization, alkalization and desertification phenomena of the grey desert soil are more and more serious, so that certain threats are brought to agricultural production.
In view of the above, there is a need for a water-retaining bio-protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating desert soil and a preparation method thereof. By utilizing the organic carbon rich in the vegetable protein, the organic carbon content of the soil and the organic matter or humus content of the soil are increased, and the nutrient water absorption capacity and the water holding capacity of the soil can be improved through the water-retaining agent.

The invention aims to provide a water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating grey desert soil and a preparation method thereof.

The water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating the grey desert soil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of plant protein fertilizer, 5-15 parts of water-retaining agent, 10-20 parts of bentonite and 1-3 parts of beneficial biological agent.
The vegetable protein fertilizer is selected from fermentation products taking sunflower kernel meal and cottonseed cypress as main raw materials;
the water-retaining agent is preferably selected from one or more of polyacrylamide, cellulose-acrylic acid graft copolymer and potassium polyacrylate;
the beneficial biological agent is selected from one or more of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens and bacillus brevis;
preferably, the biological protein fertilizer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 72 parts of plant protein fertilizer, 15 parts of water-retaining agent, 10 parts of bentonite and 3 parts of beneficial biological agent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating the grey desert soil, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sunflower kernel meal and cottonseed and cypress are selected as main raw materials, and the weight ratio of the sunflower kernel meal to the cottonseed and cypress is 1: 1, uniformly mixing the ingredients in proportion, crushing the mixed materials to 40 meshes, adding water to the mixed protein meal for conditioning, inoculating an organic material decomposing microbial inoculum (saccharomyces cerevisiae, bacillus subtilis and aspergillus niger) after conditioning, uniformly stirring and fermenting, controlling the total fermentation time within 72-120 hours, drying at 90-100 ℃ after fermentation is finished until the water content of the product is less than 10%, and cooling and crushing to obtain the vegetable protein fertilizer;
step two: weighing the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of plant protein fertilizer and 25-40 parts of bentonite;
step three: putting the components into a rotary drum granulator, spraying proper steam moisture, mixing, granulating and screening to obtain particles with the particle diameter of phi 1-4.75mm, conveying the particles into a drying cylinder, drying at 135 ℃, then transferring into an air cooling cylinder for cooling, and screening to obtain protein fertilizer particles;
step four: and (3) taking 850 portions of 750 plus protein fertilizer particles, wetting the surfaces with water, coating the protein fertilizer particles after the surfaces are wetted with water by using a water retention agent and a beneficial biological agent which are premixed in advance according to a formula to obtain water retention type biological protein fertilizer particles, and quantitatively packaging to obtain the product.

The water-retaining biological protein fertilizer suitable for irrigating grey desert soil is characterized by comprising 65 parts of plant protein fertilizer, 10 parts of polyacrylamide, 10 parts of cellulose-acrylic acid graft copolymer, 14 parts of bentonite, 0.5 part of bacillus subtilis and 0.5 part of brevibacillus laterosporus.

step four: and (2) taking 850 parts of protein fertilizer particles, wetting the surfaces of the protein fertilizer particles with water, coating the protein fertilizer particles with the wetted surfaces with 150 parts of polyacrylamide, cellulose-acrylic acid graft copolymer, bacillus subtilis and brevibacillus laterosporus premixed according to a formula in advance to obtain water-retaining biological protein fertilizer particles, and quantitatively packaging to obtain the product.
