Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that:
the fourth stage of the step (5) of the preparation process of the rainbow golden rabbit hair cup is furnace shutdown; the fifth stage: naturally cooling and discharging from the kiln.
Comparative example 1 when the furnace was stopped and cooled to 1100 c, the second group of firewood was not added, but was allowed to cool naturally.
Thus, the cup obtained in comparative example 1 produces rabbit hair crystals, but the rabbit hair crystals are not completely crystallized, and the crystals are hidden and invisible, have no stereoscopic impression and are dark in color.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that:
the second stage of the step (5) of the preparation process of the rainbow golden rabbit hair marigold is as follows: keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ for 1h, keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ after 1h, and throwing pine wood from a kiln hole for 4 times at an interval of 10min every time, wherein 500g of pine wood is thrown in a kiln space with the dosage of 1 cubic meter every time;
comparative example 2 after the firewood feeding in the second stage of the step (5), the furnace is not kept for 40min, but is stopped after the firewood feeding.
Thus, the cup obtained in comparative example 2, although producing rabbit hair crystals, the rabbit hair crystals did not completely crystallize and the oil droplets were not full of crystals.
Comparative example 3
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that:
the second stage of step (5) of the preparation process of comparative example 3 is: keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ for 1h, keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ after 1h, and throwing pine wood from a kiln hole for 4 times at an interval of 10min every time, wherein 500g of pine wood is thrown in a kiln space with the dosage of 1 cubic meter every time; keeping the temperature at 1300 ℃ for 10min after the pine wood is added;
and a third stage: stopping the furnace, reducing the furnace temperature to 1100 ℃, and then feeding the pine wood once every 10 ℃, wherein the feeding is carried out for 4 times, and 200g of pine wood is fed into the furnace space with the dosage of 1 cubic meter each time;
comparative example 3, the amount of pine wood put in each time is a little bit more, so, the obtained cup has the defects of too strong vitrification feeling, too flat surface, rabbit hair crystal lack of stereoscopic impression, and rainbow golden rabbit hair cannot be obtained.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 differs from example 1 in that:
the second stage of step (5) of the preparation process of comparative example 4 is: keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ for 1h, keeping the temperature of 1300 ℃ after 1h, and throwing pine wood from a kiln hole for 4 times at an interval of 10min every time, wherein 500g of pine wood is thrown in a kiln space with the dosage of 1 cubic meter every time; keeping the temperature at 1300 ℃ for 10min after the pine wood is added;
and a third stage: stopping the furnace, reducing the furnace temperature to 1100 ℃, and then feeding the pine wood once every 10 ℃, wherein the feeding is carried out for 4 times, and 200g of pine wood is fed into the furnace space with the dosage of 1 cubic meter each time;
thus, in the cup obtained in comparative example 4, although rabbit hair crystals were produced, rabbit hair crystals were not completely crystallized and the rabbit hair patterns were incomplete.
In conclusion, the preparation process has unique innovation, the fired rabbit hair built with the black tea is thick and colorful, crystallization is thorough, and the three-dimensional stereoscopic impression of the crystal is strong.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
