Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the label supporting portion 510 includes a label supporting surface for supporting the label received by the label supporting portion 510, a label moving opening 511b for moving the label away from the label supporting surface is provided on the label supporting surface, two outer side parts of the label moving opening 511b in the depth direction of the cylinder chamber constitute the label supporting portion 510 to support two side parts of the label, in other words, two outer side parts of the label moving opening 511b in the depth direction of the cylinder chamber constitute the label supporting portion 510 to have the label supporting surface, and the labeling portion 520 moves downward from the upper side of the label moving opening 511b to press the label to be separated from the label supporting surface and to be adhered to the inner wall of the cylinder chamber on the lower side.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in order to prevent label receiving portion 520 from interfering with label receiving portion 510 when label receiving mechanism 500 is in state a1, it is preferable to offset labeling portion 520 from label receiving portion 510 so that labeling portion 520 avoids label receiving portion 510. When the label receiving portion 510 completes the label receiving, the labeling portion 520 moves to the upper side of the label receiving portion 510, and when the label receiving mechanism 500 is in the state of a2, the label on the label receiving portion 510 is pressed by moving the labeling portion 520 downward, so that the label is separated from the label receiving surface and is removed from the label moving opening 511b, and then is adhered to the inner wall of the lower cartridge chamber.
Referring to fig. 19 to 22, in the aspect that the label supplying mechanism 200 supplies labels to the label supplying mechanism 500, the label discharging portion 210 of the label supplying mechanism 200 is arranged corresponding to the label supporting portion 510 in a state of a1, the air distribution assembly 230 is arranged above the outside of the label discharging portion 210, the air outlet direction of the air distribution assembly 230 is downward, the label supporting portion 510 moves from the lower side of the air distribution assembly 230, and the labels sent out by the label discharging portion 210 are transferred onto the label supporting portion 510 from the lower side of the air distribution assembly 230. The label supporting part 510 moves along the circular conveying line 100 along with the tool unit 300, passes through the lower side of the label distributing assembly 230 in the moving process, meanwhile, the label discharging part 210 of the label supplying mechanism 200 discharges labels, so that the labels discharged from the label discharging part 210 are gradually moved to the label supporting part 510 by the label distributing assembly 230 through air blowing, and after the label supporting part 510 completes label receiving, the received labels are transferred to the inner wall of a product cylinder cavity on the same tool unit 300 at a subsequent labeling station.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tooling body 310 is movably mounted on the tooling base 320 along the vertical direction, the circulating conveyor line 100 is provided with a body guiding and conveying rail 110 and a base guiding and conveying rail 120 for respectively guiding and conveying the tooling body 310 and the tooling base 320, and the base guiding and conveying rail 120 is mounted on the lifting frame. Of course, the body delivery rail 110 may be installed on the crane, and the base delivery rail 120 may be installed on the frame. Therefore, the tool body 310 is movably mounted on the tool base 320 along the vertical direction, so that the height of the tool body 310 relative to the tool base 320 can be adjusted, when cylindrical products with different sizes are pasted, the relative position of the mark receiving mechanism 500 along the vertical direction and the center of the cylindrical product can be adjusted, and the pasting is stably and reliably performed.
When the relative position of the label receiving mechanism 500 and the center of the cylindrical product in the vertical direction is adjusted, the relative position can be adjusted by adjusting the positions of the clamping mechanism 400/the label receiving mechanism 500, and only one of the clamping mechanism and the label receiving mechanism is required to be adjusted. When the base guide rail 120 is installed on the lifting frame, that is, the height of the base guide rail 120 can be adjusted by the height of the lifting frame, so that the height of the tooling base 320 can be adjusted, and further the height of the label receiving mechanism 500 on the tooling base 320 can be adjusted; if the body guide rail 110 is installed on the crane, the clamping mechanism 400 is installed on the tool body 310, and the tool body 310 is movably installed on the tool base 320, so that the purpose of adjusting the height of the clamping mechanism 400 relative to the label receiving mechanism 500 can be achieved by adjusting the height of the body guide rail 110.
Referring to fig. 2 to 9, the embodiment further provides a labeling mechanism for labeling labels, which includes the label supporting portion 510 and the label sticking portion 520, the label supporting portion 510 and the label sticking portion 520 are movably mounted along the depth direction of the cylinder cavity of the product to be labeled, the label sticking portion 520 is also movably mounted along the radial direction of the cylinder cavity, the label supporting portion 510 and the label sticking portion 520 are connected to the label adjusting mechanism 600, the label adjusting mechanism 600 adjusts the label sticking portion 520 and the label supporting portion 510 to be in a label receiving state and a label sticking state, wherein the label receiving state is: the labeling part 520 and the label supporting part 510 are both positioned at the outer side of the product, the label supporting part 510 supports the label sent by the label discharging part 210 of the label supplying mechanism 200, and the labeling part 520 avoids the label supporting part 510; labeling state is as follows: the labeling part 520 and the label supporting part 510 both move into the cylinder cavity of the product, and the labeling part 520 transfers the label supported on the label supporting part 510 to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product.
When the labeling part 520 and the label supporting part 510 are in a label receiving state, the label supporting part 510 and the labeling part 520 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the labeling part 520 avoids the label supporting part 510 from receiving a label; when the labeling part 520 and the label supporting part 510 are switched to the labeling state, both move into the cylinder cavity of the product, then the labeling part 520 is moved to the upper side of the label supporting part 510, so that the labeling part 520 and the label supporting part 510 are switched to the labeling state, then the labeling part 520 moves downwards to remove the label supported on the label supporting part 510 from the label supporting surface, moves to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product through the label moving port 511b, and performs the labeling operation.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4, in the labeling state, the labeling part 520 moves along the radial direction of the cylinder cavity, the label on the label supporting part 510 has a label surface and a glue coating surface, the glue coating surface is arranged corresponding to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity, the label supporting part 510 has a label supporting surface, the label supporting surface has a label moving port 511b for moving the label on the label supporting surface, the label edges on two outer sides of the label moving port 511b are overlapped on the label supporting surface, and the labeling part 520 moves from the outer side of the label surface to the side close to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity to press the label to be separated from the label moving port 511b and adhered to the wall of the inner wall of the cylinder cavity. The label supporting surface is provided with a label moving opening 511b, and the supporting surfaces on two outer sides of the label moving opening 511b are used for lapping the edge parts of the label, so that the contact area between the adhesive covering surface and the label supporting surface can be reduced, the carrying of the label can be realized on one hand, and the probability of adhesion between the label and the supporting surface can be reduced when the labeling action is carried out by the labeling part 520, and the label can be smoothly and reliably transferred to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product. Labeling part 520 moves along the radial direction of the cylinder cavity, so that the label can be reliably pressed and pasted on the inner wall of the cylinder cavity, labeling part 520 is contacted with the identification surface of the label to be pressed, the adhesion of the label and labeling part 520 is avoided, and the labeling operation is further smooth.
More preferably, in the label applying state, the label holding surface is horizontally arranged, and the label holding portion 520 is moved radially downward along the vertical cylinder chamber to press the label to remove the label from the label holding surface. Through the horizontal arrangement of the label supporting surface in the labeling state, the labeling adjusting mechanism 600 can adjust the downward movement of the labeling part 520 at the labeling station, so that the structure of the labeling adjusting mechanism 600 is optimized, and the position of the labeling adjusting mechanism 600 is conveniently and reasonably arranged.
Referring to fig. 4, the label supporting surface is composed of two label supporting rod pieces 511 arranged at intervals, and the interval area between the two label supporting rod pieces 511 constitutes the label moving opening 511 b.

Further, the lever portion 511a is rotatably installed around the center line thereof. Because the label supporting rod part 511a is overlapped with the adhesive-coated surface of the label, in the process that the labeling part 520 presses the label surface of the label to make the label separate from the label supporting rod part 511a, the label supporting rod part 511a can generate retention tension on the label due to the action of the adhesive, if the label supporting rod part 511a cannot change the posture in a self-adaptive manner, the label paper can be torn off, therefore, the label supporting rod part 511a is rotatably assembled in the embodiment, when the labeling part 520 removes the label from the label supporting rod part 511a, the label supporting rod part 511a can adapt to the removal of the label paper to rotate, which is beneficial to the smooth separation of the label paper and the prevention of the damage of the label paper.
Of course, the outer surface of the lever portion 511a may be provided with a cut, as shown in fig. 2 to 4. When the label lever portion 511a receives a label, if the height of the label lever portion 511a is initially equal to the height of the label discharge portion 210, interference with the label discharge portion 210 of the label supply mechanism 200 may occur. In contrast, referring to fig. 13 to 16, the height of the label supporting rod 511a is adjustable and mounted on the label support 515, the label supporting rod 511a is at a low position when the lower side of the label discharging portion 210 on the label supplying mechanism 200 moves, when the label supporting rod 511a moves to the label discharging end of the label discharging portion 210, the label supporting rod 511a is turned from the low position to the high position, and the height of the label supporting rod 511a at the high position is consistent with the height of the label moved out by the label discharging portion 210, at this time, the label moved out by the label discharging portion 210 can be received.
In order to reduce the hindrance to the removal of the label when the label lever portion 511a receives the label removed from the label portion 210, it is preferable that the label lever portion 511a or the surface of the label lever portion 511a is made of an anti-adhesive material. As an embodiment of the way of mounting the target lever portion 511 a: the end part of the label supporting rod part 511a far away from the product is hinged and installed on the label supporting frame 515, the label supporting rod part 511a is connected with an A reset spring for adjusting the label supporting rod part to reset from a low position to a high position, when the label supporting rod part 511a moves from the lower side of the label discharging part 210 on the label supplying mechanism 200, the A abutting part 220 arranged on the moving path abuts against the A reset spring to be in the low position, when the label supporting rod part 511a moves to the label discharging end of the label discharging part 210, the A abutting part 220 is separated from the label supporting rod part 511a, the A reset spring drives the label supporting rod part 511a to restore to the high position, and the height of the label supporting rod part 511a is consistent with the label height of the label discharging part 210. The a abutment 220 may be a torsion spring disposed at the hinge of the token lever portion 511a and the token frame 515.
As another embodiment of the way of mounting the target lever portion 511 a: referring to fig. 2 to 4, a tag mounting block 512 is disposed at an end of the tag rod portion 511a away from the product, the tag mounting block 512 is floatingly mounted on the tag frame 515 through an a floating spring 513, the tag rod portion 511a is abutted by an a abutting piece 220 disposed on a moving path of the tag mounting block 512 when the tag output portion 210 on the tag mechanism 200 moves from the lower side thereof, the a abutting piece 220 is separated from the tag mounting block 512 when the tag rod portion 511a moves to a tag output end of the tag output portion 210, and the a floating spring 513 drives the tag rod portion 511a to return to a high position, so that the height of the tag rod portion 511a is consistent with the label height of the tag output portion 210.
In order to adjust the distance between the two label supporting rod portions 511a, so as to meet the labeling requirements of cylindrical products with different sizes, the preferred embodiment of the present embodiment is that one or both of the two label supporting rod portions 511a are movably mounted along the direction of the distance between the two label supporting rod portions 511a, the label supporting rod portions 511a are connected to a label supporting rod distance adjusting mechanism, and the distance between the two label supporting rod portions is adjusted by the label supporting rod distance adjusting mechanism.
When the supporting rod part 511a is assembled on the supporting frame 515 by adopting a hinged installation mode, the embodiment of the supporting rod spacing adjusting mechanism is as follows: two support mark pole portions 511a are respectively installed on the support mark installation block 512, the two support mark installation blocks 512 are movably installed on the support mark frame 515 along the direction of the distance between the two support mark installation blocks, the support mark distance adjusting mechanism comprises a support mark distance transmission assembly located on the tool body 310 and a distance adjusting unit arranged at the upstream of the labeling station, the support mark distance transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the two support mark installation blocks 512, and the distance between the two support mark installation seats 514 is adjusted when the support mark distance transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the distance adjusting unit.

Before the tubular product with the same size is labeled, the distance between the two label supporting rod parts 511a only needs to be adjusted once, so that the distance adjusting unit is usually movably arranged at the side of the circulating conveying line 100, and once the adjustment is finished, the distance adjusting unit needs to be moved to an avoiding position when the equipment runs.
Referring to fig. 4, the distance transmission assembly includes a distance adjustment rod 811, two screw thread sections with opposite screw thread turning directions are respectively arranged on the rod body at two ends of the distance adjustment rod 811, the two screw thread sections respectively form a screw nut adjustment mechanism with two label mounting blocks 512/two label mounting seats 514, a distance transmission gear 812 is further arranged on the distance adjustment rod 811, a distance adjustment gear 370 is further arranged on the tool body 310, the distance adjustment gear 370 and the distance transmission gear 812 are connected through a distance transmission unit joint, the center line of the distance adjustment gear 370 is vertically arranged, the distance adjustment unit includes a movably mounted B1 and B2 adjustment racks and a rack state adjustment assembly for adjusting the states of the B1 and B2 adjustment racks, B1, the B2 adjusting rack adjusting distance adjusting gear 370 rotates in the opposite direction, and the rack state adjusting assembly adjusts the adjusting states of the B1 and the B2 adjusting racks and the distance adjusting racks.
The distance transmission unit section comprises a distance transition gear 813 in meshed transmission connection with the distance transmission gear 812, the distance transmission gear 812 and the distance transition gear 813 are both bevel gears, and the distance transition gear 813 and the distance adjusting gear 370 are in coaxial transmission connection through a distance transmission shaft 380.

In terms of implementing the conversion from the label receiving state to the label sticking state of the label holder 515, especially moving the label holder 515 from the outside of the product into the tube cavity of the product, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 6, preferably, the tool body 310 is provided with an a transmission unit, the a transmission unit includes an a sliding rack 330 slidably mounted on the tool body 310, one end of the a sliding rack 330 is connected with the label holder 515, the other end of the a sliding rack 330 is in meshing transmission connection with an a1 transmission gear 340, the tool body 310 is further rotatably mounted with an a transmission shaft 350, the a transmission shaft 350 is vertically arranged, the a1 transmission gear 340 is assembled at the upper end of the a transmission shaft 350, the lower end of the a transmission shaft 350 is provided with an a2 transmission gear 360, the label sticking adjustment mechanism 600 includes an a adjustment unit for adjusting the label holder 515 to move along the depth direction of the tube cavity, the a adjustment unit includes an a1 for adjusting the a2 transmission gear, A2 adjusting rack 612, A1 adjusting rack 612 and A2 adjusting rack 612 are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the circulating conveying line 100 at the labeling station in sequence, A1 adjusting rack 612 and A2 adjusting rack 612 adjust the rotating direction of A2 transmission gear 360 to be opposite, A1 adjusting rack 611 is used for adjusting the position that carrier 515 moves into the cavity of the product along the cavity depth direction when adjusting A2 transmission gear 360 to rotate, and A2 adjusting rack 612 is used for adjusting the position that carrier 515 moves into the cavity of the product along the cavity depth direction when adjusting A2 transmission gear 360 to rotate.
When the depth sizes of products are different or the positions to be labeled in the cylinder cavities of the products are changed along the depth direction of the cylinder, the stroke of the label carrier 515 moving along the depth direction of the cylinder cavities needs to be adjusted, so that the A1 adjusting racks 611 and the A2 adjusting racks 612 are detachably assembled on the conveying path of the circulating conveying line 100, and the A1 adjusting racks 611 and the A2 adjusting racks 612 with different lengths are replaced to realize the sliding adjustment of the different strokes of the label carrier 515.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 to fig. 9, the embodiment further provides a labeling part 520 for pasting a label, the labeling part 520 is installed on a labeling movable support 522, the labeling movable support 522 is movably installed on a labeling frame 523 along the vertical direction, a support adjusting assembly is further arranged on the tool body 310, and the support adjusting assembly adjusts the labeling part 520 to move along the vertical direction. The labeling part 520 is adjusted to move in the vertical direction by the holder adjusting assembly so that the labeling part 520 can perform the transfer of the label on the label holding part 510 onto the inner wall of the cartridge cavity of the product.
Wherein, the labeling part 520 comprises a pressing component 521, and the pressing component 521 is used for pressing the label to be coated on the inner wall of the cylinder cavity through the label moving port 511b on the label supporting part 510.
On the basis of the above embodiment, that is, the pressing member 521 passes through the label moving opening 511b and presses the label to be transferred and pasted on the inner wall of the cylinder cavity, at this time, the middle part of the label is mainly stressed and pasted on the inner wall of the cylinder cavity, and the two side edges of the label are not reliably pasted on the inner wall of the cylinder cavity. Since the inner wall of the cartridge cavity is generally circular, the a1 hold-down assembly and the a2 hold-down assembly cannot reliably smooth or roll both sides of the label if they cannot be reliably pressed against the label all the time or even if they are disengaged during separation from each other. The upper end of the lower pressing frame 521a is rotatably installed on the labeling movable support 522, the lower pressing adjusting mechanism 620 for adjusting the lower pressing frame 521a to rotate is arranged on the labeling movable support 522, the label pressing adjusting mechanism for adjusting the label pressing member 521b to move is further arranged on the labeling movable support, and the label pressing adjusting mechanism adjusts the label pressing member 521b to move along the height direction of the label pressing frame.

Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 to 9, the pressing adjustment mechanism 620 includes a pressing adjustment member 621 and a pressing adjustment assembly 623 movably mounted along a direction b, the direction b is parallel to the pressing installation shaft 522a, the pressing adjustment member 621 is respectively connected to two pressing members 521b through a pull rope 622, and the pressing adjustment assembly 623 adjusts the pressing adjustment member 621 for movement. The label pressing adjusting part 621 is connected to the two label pressing parts 521b through a pulling rope 622, that is, one end of the pulling rope 622 is connected to the label pressing adjusting part 621, and the other end of the pulling rope 622 is directly/indirectly connected to the label pressing part 521b, and of course, in the preferred embodiment, the other end of the pulling rope 622 is connected to the lower pressing frame 521 a. The label pressing adjusting component 623 can pull the two label pressing pieces 521b to move away from each other by adjusting the label pressing adjusting piece 621 to move along the direction b, so that the two sides of the label are stroked or rolled.
The weight adjusting component 621 is a plate, a block, a hook, or a ring, as long as it can be assembled with the pull rope 622 and the weight adjusting assembly 623.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 to 7, the label pressing adjustment assembly 623 includes a label pressing adjustment rod 623a, the label pressing adjustment rod 623a is disposed along a direction b, the label pressing adjustment rod 623a is movably mounted along a rod length direction thereof, one end of the label pressing adjustment rod 623a is connected to the label pressing adjustment piece 621, a label pressing adjustment portion 623a1 is disposed at the other end of the label pressing adjustment rod 623a, a label pressing abutting adjustment piece 623b abutting against the label pressing adjustment portion 623a1 is disposed at the labeling station, and a label pressing return spring 623c for returning the label pressing adjustment rod 623a is further disposed on the tool body 310. The label pressing abutting adjusting piece 623b is formed by abutting a label against a wedge surface, the label pressing abutting is vertically arranged along the wedge surface, the label pressing abutting is arranged along the conveying direction of the circulating conveying line 100, the label pressing abutting is abutted against the wedge surface and abuts against the label pressing adjusting part 623a1 to move along the direction b, so that the label pressing adjusting rod 623a is pulled to move along the direction b, then the two label pressing pieces 521b are pulled to move away from each other through the pull rope 622, and the two sides of the label are smoothed or rolled on the inner wall of the cavity of the product cylinder; when the weight is disengaged from the weight adjustment portion 623a1 by abutting the wedge surface, the weight return spring 623c returns the weight adjustment lever 623a, and then the two weight members 521b approach each other and return.

Referring to fig. 7, the movable labeling bracket 522 is movably mounted on the label sticking frame 523 in the vertical direction, the bracket adjusting assembly comprises a bracket adjusting rod 531 movably mounted on the label sticking frame 523 in a lifting manner and a label pressing adjusting unit arranged at a labeling station, the lower end of the bracket adjusting rod 531 is connected with the movable labeling bracket 522, a label pressing adjusting rack section 532 is arranged at the upper end of the bracket adjusting rod 531, an a1 label pressing adjusting gear 533 engaged with the label pressing adjusting rack section 532 in a transmission manner is arranged beside the label pressing adjusting rack section 532, the a1 label pressing adjusting gear 533 is coaxially connected with the a1 label pressing bevel gear 534 in a transmission manner, the a1 label pressing bevel gear 534 is in transmission engagement with the a2 label pressing bevel gear 535, the a1 label pressing bevel gear 534 is coaxially connected with the a2 label pressing adjusting gear 536 in a transmission manner, the axis of the a2 label pressing adjusting gear 536 is vertically arranged, and the label pressing adjusting unit comprises a1 label pressing adjusting rack, a label pressing adjusting rack, the A2 pressure mark adjusting rack, the A1 pressure mark adjusting rack and the A2 pressure mark adjusting rack adjust the A2 pressure mark adjusting gear 536 to rotate in opposite directions. A1 pressure mark adjusting rack adjusts movable labeling support 522 to move down, so that pressure mark piece 521b presses the label on label supporting part 510 against the inner wall of the product cylinder cavity, and a2 pressure mark adjusting rack adjusts movable labeling support 522 to move up and reset to the initial height. When movable labeling rack 522 is lifted and lowered by adopting the installation and adjustment method, a damping structure is required to be arranged on tool unit 300, so that a2 pressure mark adjusting gear 536 is limited to rotate when a1 pressure mark adjusting rack and a2 pressure mark adjusting rack are separated from a2 pressure mark adjusting gear 536.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 to 6, the movable labeling rack 522 may also be implemented in another installation and adjustment manner, specifically, the movable labeling rack 522 is installed on the label rack 523 in a floating manner in the vertical direction through a floating spring B and a guide structure, the rack adjustment assembly includes a B abutting portion 537 disposed on the movable labeling rack 522 and a B wedge 538 disposed at the labeling station, a wedge surface on the B wedge 538 is arranged corresponding to the B abutting portion 537 for forming a wedge driving fit with the B abutting portion 537, so as to adjust the downward movement of the movable labeling rack 522 and press the label on the label supporting portion 510 against the inner wall of the cartridge cavity; when wedge 538 disengages from abutment 537, labelling movable support 522 moves upwards to return under the elastic return action of the B floating spring.
When label receiving mechanism 500 is in state a1, that is, the label receiving state, labeling portion 520 avoids receiving a label by label receiving portion 510, and label receiving portion 510 and labeling portion 520 in the label receiving state are therefore arranged offset from each other. Through the cooperation of the transmission unit a and the adjustment unit a, the adjustment of the label support 515 to move close to the product along the depth direction of the cylindrical cavity of the product on the tooling unit 300 can be realized, so that the label support 510 extends into the cylindrical cavity of the product. Then, in order to move the labeling part 520 to a position corresponding to the upper side of the label holding part 510 and up and down to the label holding part 510, the label holding frame 523 needs to be adjusted to move relative to the label holding frame 515 in the depth direction of the cylinder cavity of the product. In this regard, referring to fig. 2, 3, 5 to 6, and 23 to 24, the labeling frame 523 is slidably mounted on the label frame 515 through a C floating spring and a C guide rod in the depth direction of the cylinder cavity, a C abutting portion 551 is provided on the labeling frame 523, a C wedge 552 capable of forming a wedge surface driving fit with the C abutting portion 551 is provided at the labeling station, the C wedge 552 has a wedge surface matching with the wedge surface of the C abutting portion 551, the C wedge 552 abuts against the C abutting portion 551, so that the labeling frame 523 slides relative to the label frame 515 and approaches the product until the labeling portion 520 moves to a position corresponding to the label on the label portion 510.
When the tooling unit 300 moves to the labeling station along the circulating conveying line 100, firstly, the a1 adjusting rack 611 is in transmission connection with the a2 transmission gear 360, the label carrier 515 is driven to move close to the product until the label supporting part 510 and the supported label reach the position to be labeled in the cylinder cavity, then, the C abutting part 551 on the label carrier 523 abuts against the C wedge 552 on the moving path, so that the label carrier 523 slides relative to the label carrier 515 and moves close to the product until the labeling part 520 and the label on the label supporting part 510 are arranged up and down correspondingly, then, the labeling part 520 is adjusted to move downwards to press the label on the label supporting part 510 downwards, so that the label and the label supporting part 510 are separated from and are transferred to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product. When labeling is complete, C abutment 551 disengages C wedge 552, label holder 523 is returned away from the product by the action of the C float spring, and A2 drive gear 360 is drivingly connected to A2 adjustment rack 612 along the way, so that label holder 515 is returned away from the product in the direction of the depth of the cartridge cavity.
Referring to fig. 23 and 24, the stamp abutting adjustment member 623B, the wedge B member 538 and the wedge C member 552 are mounted on a profile bracket 900, the profile bracket 900 has a cross section including a first horizontal portion 910, a second horizontal portion 920 and a connecting portion 930 therebetween, the first horizontal portion 910 and the second horizontal portion 920 are disposed in an up-down correspondence, the wedge C member 552 is mounted on a lower side of the second horizontal portion 920, the stamp abutting adjustment member 623B is mounted on an upper surface of the second horizontal portion 920, and the wedge B member 538 is mounted on a lower surface of the first horizontal portion 910. The arrangement ranges of the C-wedge 552, the B-wedge 538, and the weight abutment adjuster 623B decrease in this order along the endless conveying line 100, and both ends of the C-wedge 552 extend outward of both ends of the B-wedge 538 in the conveying direction of the endless conveying line 100, and both ends of the B-wedge 538 extend outward of both ends of the weight abutment adjuster 623B in the conveying direction of the endless conveying line 100.
Referring to fig. 2, 10 to 18, the embodiment further provides a clamping mechanism for the tubular product, the clamping mechanism is movably mounted on the tool body, the clamping mechanism includes a clamping assembly plate 440 and a clamping unit, the clamping unit clamps and positions the product horizontally, the assembly plate is connected with the discharging adjustment mechanism, and the discharging adjustment mechanism adjusts the posture of the clamping assembly plate 440 to realize the discharging of the product on the clamping assembly plate 440.
The clamping unit comprises a material fixing component 450, and a V-shaped material fixing clamping opening 451c with an upward opening is formed in the material fixing component 450. The tubular product to be labeled is positioned through the material fixing port, so that the tubular product is placed on the clamping and assembling plate 440 in a horizontal lying posture.
The material fixing component 450 comprises two material fixing components 451 arranged at intervals along the length direction of a product, the two material fixing components 451 are respectively and fixedly installed on the clamping and assembling plate 440, a first material fixing surface 451a and a second material fixing surface 451b are arranged on the material fixing components 451, the first material fixing surface 451a and the second material fixing surface 451b are arranged in a V shape to form a material fixing clamping opening 451c, an interval area between the two material fixing components 451 is used for assembling the restraining component 460, the restraining component 460 is movably assembled on the tool body, and the restraining component 460 is located on the outer sides of the material fixing components 451 and the clamping and assembling plate 440 when in an avoiding state.
The material-fixing member 451 corresponds to the fixing plate member in the above-described embodiment, and is used for fixing the tubular product.
The clamping unit further comprises two restraining components 460, the two restraining components 460 are movably mounted on two sides of the material fixing clamping opening 451c respectively, the two restraining components 460 are connected with a restraining and adjusting mechanism, and the restraining and adjusting mechanism adjusts the two restraining components 460 to be close to each other to restrain movement of products on the material fixing component 450 or adjusts the two restraining components 460 to be away from each other to avoid unloading of the products on the material fixing component 450.
Specifically, the restricting assembly 460 is composed of vertically arranged restricting claws 461, the lower end of the restricting claw 461 is slidably assembled with the tool body, the upper end of the restricting claw 461 protrudes towards the inner side of the material fixing clamping opening 451c to form a restricting portion 461a, and the restricting adjusting mechanism adjusts the restricting claw 461 to slide, so that the two restricting claws 461 approach or separate from each other in a sliding manner.
The constraint adjusting mechanism is positioned at the lower side of the tool body, the constraint adjusting mechanism comprises two constraint abutting parts 1110 and two constraint assembling parts 1120, the two constraint abutting parts 1110 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of a product, the two constraint abutting parts 1110 are respectively assembled in a sliding manner along the length direction of the product, the two constraint assembling parts 1120 are respectively assembled at the lower ends of the constraint claws 461, the constraint assembling parts 1120 and the tool body are installed in a sliding manner along the distance direction between the two constraint claws 461, the two constraint abutting parts 1110 and the two constraint assembling parts 1120 are respectively arranged at four vertex points of a rhombus, a constraint adjusting rod 1130 is arranged between the adjacent constraint abutting parts 1110 and the constraint assembling parts 1120, two ends of the constraint adjusting rod 1130 are respectively hinged with the constraint abutting parts 1110 and the constraint assembling parts 1120, the two constraint assembling parts 1120 are respectively connected with a constraint driving spring 1140, the constraint driving spring 1140 drives the two constraint assembling parts 1120 to approach each other, clamping the product; the restraining abutting part 1110 is provided with a restraining adjusting abutting part matched with the restraining abutting part on a walking path, the restraining adjusting abutting part is used for abutting against and adjusting the two restraining abutting parts 1110 to be close to each other, and then the two restraining assembling parts 1120 are far away from each other to discharge the product to avoid the product.
The two sides of the clamping and assembling plate 440 are respectively provided with the vacant parts towards the inner opening part, the vacant parts provide space for the movement of the restraining claws 461, after the product on the clamping mechanism is labeled, the two restraining claws 461 are adjusted to be away from each other, the clamping of the product is removed, and meanwhile, the clamping and assembling plate 440 and the material fixing component 450 are turned over to be avoided, so that the movable space can be provided for the movement of the restraining claws 461 by arranging the vacant parts.
The above embodiment is an embodiment of the restriction adjusting mechanism, in which the restriction claw 461 is slidably assembled with the tool body, and the restriction adjusting mechanism is disposed on the tool body and does not turn over along with the clamping assembly plate 440 when the clamping mechanism is in the unloading state.
As another embodiment of the restriction adjusting mechanism, a part of the restriction adjusting mechanism is configured as a detachable structure, specifically: the lower ends of the restraining claws 461 are assembled with the clamping assembly plate 440 in a sliding manner, the two restraining abutting parts 1110 are arranged at intervals along the body length direction of the product, the two restraining abutting parts 1110 are assembled on the tool body in a sliding manner along the body length direction of the tubular product, the two restraining assembly parts 1120 are assembled at the lower ends of the restraining claws 461 respectively, the restraining assembly parts 1120 and the clamping assembly plate 440 are installed in a sliding manner along the direction of the distance between the two restraining claws 461, the lower sides of the two restraining assembly parts 1120 are respectively and correspondingly provided with transition assembly parts, the two transition assembly parts and the tool body are installed in a sliding manner along the direction of the distance between the two restraining claws 461, the lower surfaces of the restraining assembly parts 1120 are provided with bulges or grooves, the upper surfaces of the transition assembly parts are provided with grooves or bulges, the restraining assembly parts 1120 and the transition assembly parts are in lap joint fit through the bulges and the grooves, and the bulges are matched to limit the relative movement of the restraining assembly parts 1120 and the, the two restraining abutting parts 1110 and the two transition assembling parts are arranged at four vertices of a diamond, a restraining adjusting rod 1130 is arranged between the adjacent restraining abutting parts 1110 and the transition assembling parts, two ends of the restraining adjusting rod 1130 are respectively hinged with the restraining abutting parts 1110 and the transition assembling parts, the two restraining assembling parts 1120/the transition assembling parts are respectively connected with a restraining driving spring 1140, and the restraining driving spring 1140 drives the two restraining assembling parts 1120/the transition assembling parts to respectively approach to each other to clamp a product; the restraining abutting part 1110 is provided with a restraining adjusting abutting part matched with the restraining abutting part on a walking path, the restraining adjusting abutting part is used for abutting against and adjusting the two restraining abutting parts 1110 to be close to each other, and then the two restraining assembling parts 1120 are far away from each other to discharge the product to avoid the product.

The end part of the clamping assembly plate 440 far away from the label receiving mechanism is connected with the tool body through the discharging articulated shaft 430, and the discharging adjusting mechanism adjusts the clamping assembly plate 440 to rotate around the discharging articulated shaft 430 for discharging.
In the process of the walking of the clamping mechanism, firstly, the restraining abutting part 1110 abuts against the restraining adjusting abutting part on the moving path of the clamping mechanism, the two restraining abutting parts 1110 are adjusted to be close to each other, so that the two restraining assembling parts 1120 are far away from each other, and further the restraining claws 461 connected with the restraining assembling parts 1120 are far away from each other and move until the outer side of the material fixing piece 451 is moved, so that the clamping of the product is released, and meanwhile, the material fixing piece 451 and the clamping assembling plate 440 are turned over to avoid; then, the discharging abutting part abuts against a discharging adjusting abutting part arranged on the moving path of the discharging abutting part to adjust the rotation of the clamping assembly plate 440 around the discharging hinge shaft 430, so that the product is automatically moved out of the material fixing clamping opening 451c, and the discharging is realized.

Referring to fig. 1 to 24, this embodiment further provides a method for labeling an inner cylinder wall of a product, which may be applied to the above embodiments, and may also be specifically implemented based on the above embodiments, where the method includes arranging tooling units 300 on the circulating conveyor line 100 at intervals, clamping and fixing the product by clamping mechanisms 400 arranged on the tooling units 300, further arranging label receiving mechanisms 500 for receiving labels on the tooling units 300, supplying labels to the label receiving mechanisms 500 by the label supplying mechanisms 200 during the product conveying process, adjusting the labels received on the label receiving mechanisms 500 to move into an inner cavity of the product during the subsequent conveying process of the tooling units 300, transferring the labels to an inner wall of the inner cavity after moving into the inner cavity of the product, and withdrawing the label receiving mechanisms 500 from the inner cavity of the product after labeling.

The method can realize the purpose of continuously labeling the inner wall of the cylindrical product, and improves the automation degree of labeling operation of the inner cylinder wall of the cylindrical product, thereby being beneficial to improving the labeling efficiency.
When the label supplying mechanism 200 supplies labels to each label receiving mechanism 500, the labels are received by the label supporting part 510 arranged on the label receiving mechanism 500, the labeling part 520 is also arranged on the label receiving mechanism 500, when labeling operation is carried out at a labeling station, the label supporting part 510 and the labeling part 520 are adjusted to move into the inner cavity of a product, and then the labeling part 520 is adjusted to transfer the labels received on the label supporting part 510 to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product.
When the label receiving portion 510 receives a label, the labeling portion 520 is adjusted to be at a position to avoid an operation of receiving the label by the label receiving portion 510. After the label supporting portion 510 supports the label, the label supporting portion 520 is adjusted to correspond to the label supporting portion 510.
By adopting the two label receiving rod pieces to receive the label, the labeling part 520 abuts against the label from the outer side of the identification surface of the label, moves out of the middle part of the two label receiving rod pieces by the label receiving rod pieces and sticks to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product.
After the label is pressed against the inner wall of the cylinder cavity by the labeling part 520, the label is stroked or rolled from the middle part to the two outer sides of the label, so that the label is reliably attached to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity. Specifically, the label is stroked or rolled from the middle to both outer sides of the label using a brush/label roller 521 c.
The label discharging direction of the label supplying mechanism 200 is set to be consistent with the conveying direction of the circulating conveying line 100, and the two label connecting rod pieces are arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the circulating conveying line 100 to sequentially support the two sides of the label.
The label receiving rod piece is movably installed along the height direction, the height of the label receiving rod piece is adjusted to be at a low position before the label receiving rod piece is connected with the edge of the label, so that the label outlet portion 210 on the label supply mechanism 200 is avoided, and when the label receiving rod piece moves to correspond to the label outlet end of the label outlet portion 210, the height of the label receiving rod piece is adjusted to be consistent with the height of the label outlet end of the label outlet portion 210, so that the label moved out by the label outlet portion 210 is connected.
By arranging the labeling adjusting mechanism 600 beside the conveying path of the circulating conveying line 100 and adjusting the running state of the labeling mechanism 500 through the labeling adjusting mechanism 600, the labeling mechanism 500 is positioned outside the product when being positioned at the upstream of the labeling station so as to receive the labels supplied by the labeling mechanism 200; when the label receiving mechanism 500 is at the labeling station, the label receiving mechanism 500 is adjusted to move the received label into the inner cavity of the product, and then the label is transferred to the inner wall of the cylinder cavity of the product.
The labels with different sizes can be accommodated by adjusting the distance between the two label connecting rod pieces. Before the equipment is started, the distance between the two label receiving rod pieces is adjusted according to the size of an inner cavity of a product to be labeled.
The clamping of different sizes of products is accommodated by adjusting the state of the clamping mechanism 400 and the tooling guide rails.
