技术领域
本发明涉及不锈钢加工领域,尤其是涉及一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法。
背景技术
不锈钢由于其良好的防腐蚀特性,在电梯、五金家电、厨卫用具和建筑装饰等领域应用广泛。在经过镜面与镀黄钛工艺处理之后,其高度光滑的表面和纯正柔和的色泽作为装饰更显得高端华丽,大大提高产品附加值和市场竞争力。
现有的雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹产品仅有板材的镀钛无指纹产品,这类板材雪花砂玫瑰金能够通过一次或多次加工得到良好的抗腐蚀、抗指纹能力以及具备良好的耐磨性能的高质量雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹产品,但目前整卷玫瑰金抗指纹产品却无法通过加工获取良好的抗腐蚀、抗指纹能力以及具备良好的耐磨性能的产品,导致整卷雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹产品未能生产出来,面对市场需求,需要通过技术改造优化生产出整卷镜面抗指纹产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,采用整卷连续式生产工艺,通过各步骤工艺参数调控,获得产品质量稳定的整卷雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹产品,提高了生产效率。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1)冷轧处理:选用表面粗糙的≤2.4μm的不锈钢热轧素材进行压延,且压下率控制在65~68%,产出的冷轧硬板粗糙度控制≤0.15μm;经过退火酸洗钝化后冷轧不锈钢粗糙度≤0.25μm;
2)砂光处理:冷轧不锈钢卷带再通过砂光机加工,控制砂光段的研磨液浓度在1.5%~2.2%,清洗段清洗水的电导率120us/cm以内,制得冷轧不锈钢的表面处理为400#雪花砂表面;
3)整卷镀膜处理:将步骤(2)加工的钢卷送入整卷钛金炉内进行镀玫瑰金色,采用纯钛靶作为溅射靶材,控制不同镀膜室中氩气与氮气气体流量为60:40~200:150,控制电源偏压为20~50V,控制工艺段张力为2000~3000N,镀色速度保持在2-10m/min,控制玫瑰金颜色Lab色值,其中,a值控制在8~10范围内,b值控制在17~19范围内;
4)清洗处理:经过整卷镀玫瑰金工艺后,把整卷雪花砂玫瑰金产品进行清洗烘干,清洗水的电导率控制在120us/cm以内;
5)抗指纹处理:将清洗过后的雪花砂玫瑰金不锈钢卷在无指纹产线上进行辊涂抗指纹油处理,控制油的黏度为18~20s,油膜厚度约为0.1~2μm,涂油工艺后对表面进行烘烤,控制烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间约为5min。
进一步地,所述步骤5)中,所述辊涂抗指纹油的方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备抗指纹油:将高光亮漆、稀释剂和助剂以2:1.5:1的比例混合搅拌均匀,其中,高光亮漆采用丙烯酸树脂,稀释剂为松香水,助剂采用三聚氰胺树脂或环氧树脂;
b)抗指纹油上辊:将制备好的抗指纹油连续均匀地覆着到压辊表面;
c)辊压涂油:将待加工的不锈钢卷从所述压辊的下侧穿过,且压辊以设定的压力压紧不锈钢带表面,将覆着在压辊上的抗指纹油传递到不锈钢带表面。
进一步地,所述步骤2)中,所述砂光机加工包括:使用五组砂光研磨机组对冷轧不锈钢表面进行打磨,其中,前二组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为150目数,后三组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为180目数,砂带压下电流在70~75A,砂带转动频率为50hz,转速为2950r/min。
进一步地,所述步骤3)中,采用在线Lab色值检测方法对所述Lab色值进行控制,通过在线Lab色差检测仪对钢卷表面进行实时监测。
本发明的有益效果是:

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
请参照附图1所示,本发明的实施例公开一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,冷轧处理:选用表面粗糙的≤2.4μm的不锈钢热轧素材进行压延,且压下率控制在65~68%,产出的冷轧硬板粗糙度控制≤0.15μm;经过退火酸洗钝化后冷轧不锈钢粗糙度≤0.25μm。
步骤二,砂光处理:冷轧不锈钢卷带再通过砂光机加工,所述砂光机加工包括使用五组砂光研磨机组对冷轧不锈钢表面进行打磨,其中,前二组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为150目数,后三组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为180目数,砂带压下电流在70~75A,砂带转动频率为50hz,转速为2950r/min,并控制砂光段的研磨液浓度在1.5%~2.2%,清洗段清洗水的电导率120us/cm以内,同时确保各辊系的清洁度,经过此工艺后,制得冷轧不锈钢素材的表面处理为400#雪花砂表面,以确保后续镀钛工艺的稳定性和表面均匀性。
步骤三,整卷镀膜处理:将步骤二加工的钢卷产品送入整卷钛金炉内进行镀玫瑰金色,利用PVD(物理气相沉积)技术在不锈钢表面镀上玫瑰金颜色。该整卷镀膜工艺采用纯钛靶作为溅射靶材,控制不同镀膜室中氩气与氮气气体流量为60:40~200:150,控制电源偏压为20~50V,控制工艺段张力为2000~3000N,镀色速度保持在2~10m/min;并采用在线Lab色值检测方法对所述Lab色值进行控制,通过在线Lab色差检测仪对钢卷表面进行实时监测,将玫瑰金颜色Lab色值控制在一个稳定的范围,其中,a值控制在8~10范围内,b值控制在17~19范围内。
步骤四,清洗处理:经过整卷镀玫瑰金工艺后,把整卷雪花砂玫瑰金不锈钢在磨砂线进行清洗烘干,本道工序不需要开启磨砂机,仅利用整卷磨砂线的清洗烘干功能对雪花砂玫瑰金不锈钢卷进行清洗以及表面质量检测,磨砂线的清洗段的清洗水的电导率控制在120us/cm以内,保证板面的清洗效果。
步骤五,抗指纹处理:将清洗过后的雪花砂玫瑰金不锈钢卷在无指纹产线上进行辊涂抗指纹油处理,控制油的黏度为18~20s,油膜厚度约为0.1~2μm,涂油工艺后对表面进行烘烤,保证油膜的均匀性和附着力,控制烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间约为5min。
参照附图2所示,在本实施例中,还公开一种辊涂抗指纹油的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备抗指纹油:将高光亮漆、稀释剂和助剂以2:1.5:1的比例混合搅拌均匀,其中,高光亮漆采用丙烯酸树脂,稀释剂为松香水,助剂采用三聚氰胺树脂或环氧树脂;
b)抗指纹油上辊:将制备好的抗指纹油连续均匀地覆着到压辊表面;

综上所述,本发明的方法采用整卷连续式生产工艺,相比于现有单块板材一次或多次加工的制作工艺,本方法通过合理设置各步骤及它们之间的工艺参数精准调控,获得产品质量稳定的整卷雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹产品,提高了生产效率。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1)冷轧处理:选用表面粗糙的≤2.4μm的不锈钢热轧素材进行压延,且压下率控制在65~68%,产出的冷轧硬板粗糙度控制≤0.15μm;经过退火酸洗钝化后冷轧不锈钢粗糙度≤0.25μm;
2)砂光处理:冷轧不锈钢卷带再通过砂光机加工,控制砂光段的研磨液浓度在1.5%~2.2%,清洗段清洗水的电导率120us/cm以内,制得冷轧不锈钢的表面处理为400#雪花砂表面;
3)整卷镀膜处理:将步骤(2)加工的钢卷送入整卷钛金炉内进行镀玫瑰金色,采用纯钛靶作为溅射靶材,控制不同镀膜室中氩气与氮气气体流量为60:40~200:150,控制电源偏压为20~50V,控制工艺段张力为2000~3000N,镀色速度保持在2-10m/min,控制玫瑰金颜色Lab色值,其中,a值控制在8~10范围内,b值控制在17~19范围内;
4)清洗处理:经过整卷镀玫瑰金工艺后,把整卷雪花砂玫瑰金产品进行清洗烘干,清洗水的电导率控制在120us/cm以内;
5)抗指纹处理:将清洗过后的雪花砂玫瑰金不锈钢卷在无指纹产线上进行辊涂抗指纹油处理,控制油的黏度为18~20s,油膜厚度约为0.1~2μm,涂油工艺后对表面进行烘烤,控制烘烤温度为300~350℃,烘烤时间约为5min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中,所述辊涂抗指纹油的方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备抗指纹油:将高光亮漆、稀释剂和助剂以2:1.5:1的比例混合搅拌均匀,其中,高光亮漆采用丙烯酸树脂,稀释剂为松香水,助剂采用三聚氰胺树脂或环氧树脂;
b)抗指纹油上辊:将制备好的抗指纹油连续均匀地覆着到压辊表面;
c)辊压涂油:将待加工的不锈钢卷从所述压辊的下侧穿过,且压辊以设定的压力压紧不锈钢带表面,将覆着在压辊上的抗指纹油传递到不锈钢带表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,所述砂光机加工包括:使用五组砂光研磨机组对冷轧不锈钢表面进行打磨,其中,前二组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为150目数,后三组砂光研磨机组使用的砂带为180目数,砂带压下电流在70~75A,砂带转动频率为50hz,转速为2950r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪花砂玫瑰金抗指纹不锈钢卷的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,采用在线Lab色值检测方法对所述Lab色值进行控制,通过在线Lab色差检测仪对钢卷表面进行实时监测。
