Abstract
本发明公开了一种冰沙喷雾,主要是通过0.01%‑1%琼脂糖和0.05%‑0.5%丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物按照一定比例的复配,能够提升成膜性,使得形成的薄膜具有均匀、丝滑、清爽、保湿效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别是涉及一种冰沙喷雾及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市售的喷雾类化妆品物理形态都为液体形态,通过泵头雾化,能使产品均匀吸附在皮肤上且被快速吸收,但一般化妆品中添加物可能会含有金属离子和有机物,当有这些物质存在的时候,液体形态配方悬浮力度不好体系不容易稳定,容易产生絮状物或者沉淀。如果做成固体冰沙形态,则不会出现上述问题。
中国专利申请201810762512X公开了一种可水洗面膜,其说明书摘要记载了“以N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酰胺丙基二甲基胺等为原料聚合得到弹性成膜剂的描述”。但是,实际上该专利说明书和权利要求书都没有描述上述两种物质,本领域技术人员无法从该专利中得知乙烯基吡咯烷酮的用量等参数,乙烯基吡咯烷酮是否能够形成薄膜也是未知的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种冰沙喷雾,形成的薄膜具有均匀、丝滑、清爽、保湿效果好的优点。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的
一种冰沙喷雾,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
琼脂糖 0.1-1%;
丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物 0.05-0.5%;
填充剂 70.5-98%;
保湿剂 1-15%;
防腐剂 0.01-4%;
皮肤调理剂 0.01-5%;
抗敏剂 0.01-3%;
香精 0.001-0.5%;
增溶剂 0.001-1%;
琼脂糖与丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物的重量比为10:1-2:1。
优选的,琼脂糖与丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物的重量比为5:1-3:1。
所述的填充剂选自去离子水。
所述保湿剂包括甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇和山梨醇中的至少一种。
所述防腐剂包括宣称为无添加的防腐剂和传统防腐剂,包括对羟基苯乙酮,1,2-己二醇,1,2-戊二醇,咪唑烷基脲、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、苯氯甘醚、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯中的一种或多种的复配物。
例:
对羟基苯乙酮:1,2-己二醇的重量比为1:1-1:3
苯氯甘醚:苯氧乙醇的重量比为1:1-1:3
1,2-己二醇,1,2-戊二醇的重量比为1:1-1:4
所述皮肤调理剂为聚乙二醇-8、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20,甘油聚醚-26,聚季铵盐-7和甲基丙二醇中的至少一种。
所述抗敏剂为甘草酸二钾、马齿苋提取物、金盏花提取物、芦荟提取物、尿囊素和金缕梅提取物中的至少一种。
所述香精包括花香、果香中的至少一种。
所述增溶剂为化妆品领域常用原料,包括吐温-20、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种。
上述的冰沙喷雾的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用保湿剂分散琼脂糖、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物,成浆状后加入填充剂,缓慢搅拌加热至85±2℃,保温条件下300~400r/min搅拌5-10分钟后,缓慢降温至50±2℃;
(2)加入防腐剂,皮肤调理剂和抗敏剂,搅拌溶解;
(3)将香精和增溶剂混合加入,搅拌溶解;
(4)保持料体50±2℃温度,灌装入透明PET瓶,即刻旋喷雾泵头完成小包装工序,然后静置固化完全后大力摇匀即可。
本发明就有如下有益效果
本发明创造性的采用琼脂糖协同丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物作为成膜剂,使得冰沙喷雾实现喷雾后成膜均匀的效果,并且成膜稳定性性强,使成膜后具有均匀、丝滑、清爽、保湿效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
本发明采用的主要原料来源于市售:
琼脂糖(SeaPureTM Agarose,龙沙):
丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物(Aristoflex AVC,科莱恩):
聚乙二醇-8(Macrogol 400,陶氏化学)
甘草酸二钾(GLYTINON K2,常磐制药)
对羟基苯乙酮(SymSave® H,Symrise)
丙二醇(Propylene glycol USP,陶氏化学)
聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油(NIKKOL HCO-60,NIHON SURFACTANT)
玫瑰香精(GF-833539,上海爱普)
实施例和对比例冰沙喷雾的制备方法:
(1)用保湿剂分散琼脂糖、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物,成浆状后加入填充剂,缓慢搅拌加热至85±2℃,保温条件下300~400r/min搅拌5-10分钟后,缓慢降温至50±2℃;
(2)加入防腐剂,皮肤调理剂和抗敏剂,搅拌溶解;
(3)将香精和增溶剂混合加入,搅拌溶解;
(4)保持料体50±2℃温度,灌装入透明PET瓶,即刻旋喷雾泵头完成小包装工序,然后静置固化完全后大力摇匀即可。
各项性能测试方法:
(1)保湿测试方法:
产品涂抹区和空白对照区应随机分布于左右手臂标定区域,确保所有产品和空白区域位置在统计学上达到平衡。测试样品按(2.0±0.1) mg/cm2的用量进行单次涂布,使用乳胶指套将试样均匀涂布于试验区内,并记录实际涂样量。按电容法皮肤水分测定仪使用说明书调整仪器后,进行产品区域和对照区域的测量,每个区域平行测定至少3次。先测量各测试区域的初始值(样品使用前) ,然后在设定时间后测定受试区域和对照区域的皮肤水分含量。设定时间应大于1h,可根据产品评价需要设定2h、3h等多个测定点,通常不超过24h。同一个受试者的测试必须使用同一仪器由同一个测量人员完成,两次测量之间应清洁测量探头。产品使用期间如志愿者皮肤出现不良反应,应立即终止测试 并对志愿者进行适当医治。对不良反应应予以记录。
(2)成膜测试方法:将产品喷在备好的(5cm*5cm)纸板上,放置于(105±1)恒温烘箱内烘3h后取出,置干燥器内冷却至室温。用裁纸刀将含有产品的纸板裁成细丝状,再利用全功能研究级生物显微镜(型号:BX53)观察细丝的横截面。如膜状平滑、厚度均匀则说明成膜效果好,反正则不好,主观评分1-5分,分数越高成膜性越好。

上表中,防腐剂采用:对羟基苯乙酮:0.4%,1,2-己二醇:0.5%;
香精采用:花香(玫瑰香精):0.02%。
对比例2虽然采用0.55份丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物,成膜厚度较厚,但是膜的厚度均匀性不好,导致一部分水分会通过较薄的膜出挥发掉,导致保湿性下降。
Claims (10)
1.一种冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:
琼脂糖 0.1-1%;
丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物 0.05-0.5%;
填充剂 70.5-98%;
保湿剂 1-15%;
防腐剂 0.01-4%;
皮肤调理剂 0.01-5%;
抗敏剂 0.01-3%;
香精 0.001-0.5%;
增溶剂 0.001-1%;
琼脂糖与丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物的重量比为10:1-2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,琼脂糖与丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物的重量比为5:1-3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述的填充剂选自去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丁二醇、丙二醇和山梨醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括宣称为无添加的防腐剂和传统防腐剂,包括对羟基苯乙酮,1,2-己二醇,1,2-戊二醇,咪唑烷基脲、甲基异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇、苯氯甘醚和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯中的一种或多种的复配物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂选自聚乙二醇-8、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20,甘油聚醚-26,聚季铵盐-7、甲基丙二醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述抗敏剂选自甘草酸二钾、马齿苋提取物、金盏花提取物、芦荟提取物、尿囊素、金缕梅提取物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述香精包括花香、果香中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的冰沙喷雾,其特征在于,所述增溶剂为化妆品领域常用原料,包括吐温-20、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油中的至少一种。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的冰沙喷雾的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用保湿剂分散琼脂糖、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP 共聚物,成浆状后加入填充剂,缓慢搅拌加热至85±2℃,保温条件下300~400r/min搅拌5-10分钟后,缓慢降温至50±2℃;
(2)加入防腐剂,皮肤调理剂和抗敏剂,搅拌溶解;
(3)将香精和增溶剂混合加入,搅拌溶解;
(4)保持料体50±2℃温度,灌装入透明PET瓶,即刻旋喷雾泵头完成小包装工序,然后静置固化完全后大力摇匀即可。
