Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有美白自修复功能的牙齿抛光膏及其制备方法与应用,属于口腔护理材料技术领域。本发明所述抛光膏用于洁牙后牙齿表面粗糙或牙齿表面有污渍,酸蚀产生的脱矿等现象,进行的牙齿表面处理,主要成分为摩擦剂,生物活性材料氟基硅酸钙,二氧化钛组成。该产品使用简单,使用时将少量膏剂黏附在抛光刷上,对牙齿进行抛光,以实现牙面的光滑。同时,生物活性材料黏附在牙釉质表面,在口腔唾液下可进行仿生矿化,同时一定含量的二氧化钛具有抗菌杀毒和美白的功效。本发明不仅能够抛光牙齿,使牙齿表面光亮,该产品可用于牙齿清洁后的抛光、美白、修复多重作用,保持牙齿清洁同时,重构光亮清新。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于口腔护理材料技术领域。具体涉及一种具有美白自修复功能的牙齿抛光膏及其制备方法与应用。
技术背景
牙齿是人体最硬的组织,主要成分是磷灰石还有少量的磷酸盐晶体。它没有血管和神经,受损后不能再生。食物通过牙齿的咀嚼,才能更好的被人体吸收。长期的咀嚼和摩擦,会导致牙齿表面粗糙,磨损,甚至一些酸性的食物会导致牙釉质表面的矿物质流失,牙齿失去光泽,且长期的牙齿使用,也会导致牙齿表面会有结石,牙垢等产生,这就需要到牙科诊所及相关的诊疗美容机构去处理,如洁牙,使用相关的产品进行养护。
洁牙是牙齿的清洁处理最基础,也是最常规的一个方法。正常的人,每半年需要到正规的牙科诊所去清洁牙齿一次,并且对牙齿进行全方位的体检,包括牙齿的矫正,龋齿的早期预防等。洁牙后,牙齿表面在超声波的作用下,釉质会变得粗糙,没有光泽。因此,洁牙后通常会使用研磨膏,对牙釉质进行抛光处理。现有的研磨膏产品中有些也会加入抗菌消炎的药物,避免牙周炎或者牙齿过敏损伤,使得研磨膏兼具消毒的功效。然而,这些研磨膏产品普遍存在性能单一等不足,目前,临床上常规的美白材料主要是过氧化物,(如过氧化氢或过氧化脲),美白的原理就是将过氧化物可以产生活性氧对牙釉质进行氧化漂白,宏观上看是接近无损的牙齿美白技术,但是,由于过氧化物具有强腐蚀性和强氧化性,这会在一定程度上对牙齿造成损伤,如矿化质疏松进一步导致脱矿,牙齿敏感,牙龈刺激疼痛,严重者会造成牙髓炎。这也是常常洁牙患者洁牙后感觉不适的重要原因。目前市场上还没有一种兼具美白、抗菌和再修复等多种功能的研磨膏或抛光膏产品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有美白自修复功能的牙齿抛光膏及其制备方法与应用,本发明所述牙齿抛光膏不仅能够抛光牙齿,使牙齿表面光亮,该产品可用于牙齿清洁后的抛光、美白、抗菌、脱矿在修复等多重作用,保持牙齿清洁同时,重构光亮清新。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种具有美白自修复功能的牙齿抛光膏,包括美白抗菌剂和生物活性剂,所述美白抗菌剂为二氧化钛,所述生物活性剂为生物活性陶瓷材料。所述生物活性陶瓷材料,具有较好的生物活性和骨诱导性,在口腔微环境中,可粘附在牙釉质表面,和唾液中的有机/无机成分相互作用,在牙釉质表面形成新的仿生矿化层(纳米羟基磷灰石层),而这种纳米羟基磷灰石,主要是牙齿及骨的主要成分,从而实现牙齿的自修复效果,并且能够在一定程度上防止了洁牙后的不适,如牙齿敏感,酸痛甚至引起牙周炎等症状。使用所述抛光膏可以在清洁牙齿同时,释放生物活性材料,在唾液作用下,修复脱矿的牙釉质,保护牙齿矿物质的流失。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,所述生物活性陶瓷材料为钙硅基(如硅酸钙,氟基硅酸钙,生物玻璃)和/或钙磷基(如磷酸三钙)材料。进一步的,所述生物活性陶瓷材料为氟基硅酸钙和/或氟基磷酸钙。在诱导磷灰石形成过程中,氟离子半径比羟基小,形成的氟基磷灰石晶体表面积变小,晶粒更加致密,且氟可加速磷灰石的沉积,促进晶粒的有序化,尤其是在牙齿的修复应用上,可抵制外来酸性物质的侵蚀。在磨损的牙釉质表面,可在一定程度上进行及时的修复。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,所述生物活性剂的粒径控制在纳米级和微米级,进一步的,所述纳米级生物活性剂粒径范围为100-500nm,所述微米级生物活性剂粒径范围为1-5um。
优选地,生物诱导仿生矿化材料为氟基硅酸钙,粒径可控制在纳米和微米级,分别为100-500nm和1-5um之间。材料溶解形成的富硅层为磷灰石的形成提供形核位点,同时氟的离子半径小于氢氧根,形成的氟基磷灰石更加致密。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,所述二氧化钛为纳米二氧化钛,其粒径范围在100-500nm。所述纳米二氧化钛不但具有抗菌的功效,能够防止洁牙后的牙齿敏感口腔细菌侵入造成牙龈发炎;还能够美白牙齿,可以通过光催化作用,在可见光蓝光和紫光范围内与水作用可以生成大量的活性氧簇(ROS-),超氧离子自由基和羟基自由基,而这两种自由基具有较强的氧化性可以有效的分解色素,达到美白的功效。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,还包括摩擦剂。进一步的,所述摩擦剂为摩擦型二氧化硅、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙中的一种或多种。所述摩擦剂优选是摩擦型的二氧化硅,而增稠型的二氧化硅不在摩擦剂的使用范围内。同时,二氧化硅的制备方法也会影响着摩擦剂的使用,常规的干凝胶法优于气凝胶和热解凝胶。考虑到价格,摩擦剂也可选择碳酸钙,较贵的也可以是碳酸氢钙。由于二氧化硅的粒径大小及形状结构影响着摩擦的光洁度,作为可选,所述摩擦剂粒径在3-15um,在抛光膏整体中所占重量比在5-30%。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,还包括保湿剂和粘结剂,本发明的抛光洁齿用品,是以膏体形式存在,因此,它包含着一定数量的润湿剂和粘结剂,以保证良好的流动性。作为可选方式,所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种,在抛光膏整体中所占重量比在25-50%。所述粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉、果胶、阿拉伯树胶及琼脂中的一种或几种,在抛光膏整体中所占重量比在1-25%。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,还包括稳定剂。作为可选方式,所述稳定剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、尼泊金酯、黄原胶中的一种或几种,在抛光膏整体中所占重量比在0.1-2%。
作为可选方式,在上述牙齿抛光膏中,按重量计的原料配比如下:摩擦剂15-30%;保湿剂25-50%;粘结剂1-25%,稳定剂0.1-2%,美白抗菌剂0.1-2,生物活性剂10-30%。
本发明还提供了一种生物活性陶瓷材料与二氧化钛复合物在牙齿抛光膏中的应用,通过将生物活性陶瓷材料与二氧化钛联用制成牙齿抛光膏,集抛光、美白、抗菌及脱矿再修复等多重功效为一体,构建高效清洁健康的口腔微环境。
本发明还提供了一种上述的牙齿抛光膏的制备方法,其特征在于,按配比将各原料混合搅拌均匀后装入容器中。
作为可选方式,在上述制备方法中,包括以下步骤
(1)将保湿剂加热到50~70°;
(2)将摩擦剂均匀分布在保湿剂中;
(3)加入粘结剂;
(4)加入美白抗菌剂和生物活性剂;
(5)最后加入稳定剂,将其搅拌均匀,装入容器中。
本发明还提供了一种上述的牙齿抛光膏的使用方法,将所述抛光膏应用于洁牙后牙齿的研磨抛光,或用于牙齿平常的日用清洁美白。
作为可选方式,在洁牙后使用,具体为:将所述抛光膏用水扩散后,施用在抛光仪器上使用,对牙齿表面进行抛光处理,达到去除表面附着物,抗菌美白的功效,兼具修复牙釉质表面的脱矿作用。
作为可选方式,在日常的牙齿美白修复中进行使用,具体为:将所述抛光膏将膏剂挤在牙刷上,正常刷牙3-5分钟,然后漱口清洁。
本说明书中公开的所有特征,或公开的所有方法或过程中的步骤,除了互相排斥的特征和/或步骤以外,均可以以任何方式组合。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述抛光膏不但可使牙齿光泽,同时,对磨损的牙釉质可进行仿生再矿化修复,且可进行有效的美白,抗菌多重功效。所述抛光膏用于洁牙后牙齿表面粗糙或牙齿表面有污渍,酸蚀产生的脱矿等现象,进行的牙齿表面处理,主要成分为摩擦剂,生物活性材料氟基硅酸钙,二氧化钛组成。该产品使用简单,使用时将少量膏剂黏附在抛光刷上,对牙齿进行抛光,以实现牙面的光滑。同时,生物活性材料黏附在牙釉质表面,在口腔唾液下可进行仿生矿化,同时一定含量的二氧化钛具有抗菌杀毒和美白的功效。
本发明产品具有抛光剂的特点,因里面添加的摩擦型二氧化硅;同时,又具有修复功效,添加的生物活性材料,氟基硅酸钙可使脱矿的牙釉质再口腔唾液作用下进行再修复;添加的美白和抗菌功效的纳米二氧化钛,再一定程度上可提高牙齿的美白,预防牙龈的出血及出血后导致的牙齿细菌感染。

具体实施方式:
以下通过实施例的具体实施方式再对本发明的上述内容作进一步的详细说明。但不应当将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明的精神和原则之内做的任何修改,以及根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的等同替换或者改进,均应包括在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1按照表1的方案配置4款不同比例的抛光膏
将甘油加热到60°后,将摩擦型二氧化硅均匀分布在甘油中,加入粘结剂羧甲基纤维素钠,为重量比1-25%,在调配美白抗菌剂纳米二氧化钛和生物活性剂氟基硅酸钙,最后加入稳定剂,将其搅拌均匀,管装。
如图1所示,其中生物活性剂粒径控制在纳米和微米级,分别为100-500nm和1-5um之间。所述纳米二氧化钛粒径为100-500nm。

美白实验:将配置好的以上四种膏剂以及两种对照样品(现有的研磨膏和30%过氧化氢),分别在牙釉质表面进行涂布均匀,然后浸泡在模拟口腔唾液中24小时后,取出用清水冲洗,进一步用LED蓝光距离牙齿1-2cm进行照射,照射半小时后,,采用数码照相计算机色度分析系统,进行Vita比色并记录亮度分值及数码照相录入计算机,读取并计算光亮度(L*),色调(a*)及色度(b*),和之前未处理的样品基线对比,通过色差公式求得ΔE,即为实验前后牙齿颜色的色差比。
结果显示:
2-4%的二氧化钛+20-30%氟基硅酸钙处理的样品,其结果如下表1所示。经过处理后光亮性和美白性均优于两种对照样品且色差值差异有显著性(p﹤0.01)。而且本实施例制备的四种膏剂不但有较好的矿化效果,而且在有美白功效,两种对照样品则可能导致牙齿脱矿。

抗菌实验:
将配置好的方案3膏剂与市面上在售的研磨膏进行对比,将牙齿样品模拟刷牙处理,同时附加上蓝光刷,处理后与菌液(金黄色葡萄球菌)放在37°的生化恒温箱中共培养24小时取出,将其共培液稀释1000倍后在涂板上计算菌落数,以此来定量评定牙齿表面残留的细菌数量,每组样品做三次,根据统计学分析,计算抗菌率。
结果表明:采用3组方案的研磨膏,有较好的抗菌性,除菌率达到95%以上,效果超过在售的研磨膏,且实用3组方案+蓝光刷表面清除金黄色葡萄菌的百分率更高。这是因为二氧化钛在光催化下产生的ROS,对细菌具有较好的抑制作用。无论是否加入蓝光,该研磨膏均具有较好的抗菌功效。
实施例2
参照实施例1所述方法,分别采用氟基磷酸钙、羟基磷灰石、磷酸三钙、硅酸钙、镁蔷薇辉石替换实施例1中的氟基硅酸钙,结果显示:所得抛光膏的再修复功能与实施例1略有差异,其修复能力强弱关系如下:氟基硅酸钙>氟基磷酸钙>羟基磷灰石>磷酸三钙>硅酸钙>镁蔷薇辉石,本实施例所得抛光膏在抛光、美白、抗菌方面的效果基本与实施例1所得抛光膏一致。
实施例3
参照实施例1所述方法,分别采用碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙替换实施例1中的摩擦型二氧化硅,结果显示:所得抛光膏的抛光效果与实施例1略有差异,其抛光效果强弱关系大致如下:摩擦型二氧化硅>碳酸氢钙>碳酸钙,本实施例所得抛光膏在再修复、美白、抗菌方面的效果基本与实施例1所得抛光膏一致。
实施例4
参照实施例1所述方法,分别采用山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇替换实施例1中的甘油,结果显示:本实施例所得抛光膏在抛光、在修复、美白、抗菌方面的效果基本与实施例1所得抛光膏一致。
实施例5
参照实施例1所述方法,分别采用淀粉、果胶、阿拉伯树胶及琼脂替换实施例1中的羧甲基纤维素钠,结果显示:本实施例所得抛光膏在抛光、在修复、美白、抗菌方面的效果基本与实施例1所得抛光膏一致。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,对本发明而言仅是说明性的,而非限制性的;本领域普通技术人员理解,在本发明权利要求所限定的精神和范围内可对其进行许多改变,修改,甚至等效变更,但都将落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有美白自修复功能的牙齿抛光膏,其特征在于,包括美白抗菌剂和生物活性剂,所述美白抗菌剂为二氧化钛,所述生物活性剂为生物活性陶瓷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏,其特征在于,还包括摩擦剂、保湿剂、粘结剂和稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏,其特征在于,所述生物活性剂的粒径控制在纳米级和微米级,进一步的,所述纳米级生物活性剂粒径范围为100-500nm,所述微米级生物活性剂粒径范围为1-5um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏,其特征在于,所述摩擦剂为摩擦型二氧化硅、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙中的一种或多种;所述保湿剂为甘油、山梨醇、丙二醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种;所述粘结剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉、果胶、阿拉伯树胶及琼脂中的一种或几种;所述稳定剂为苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、尼泊金酯、黄原胶中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏,其特征在于,按重量计的原料配比如下:摩擦剂15-30%;保湿剂25-50%;粘结剂1-25%,稳定剂0.1-2%,美白抗菌剂0.1-2,生物活性剂10-30%。
6.生物活性陶瓷与二氧化钛复合物在牙齿抛光膏中的应用。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏的制备方法,其特征在于,按配比将各原料混合搅拌均匀后装入容器中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤
(1)将保湿剂加热到50~70°;
(2)将摩擦剂均匀分布在保湿剂中;
(3)加入粘结剂;
(4)加入美白抗菌剂和生物活性剂;
(5)最后加入稳定剂,将其搅拌均匀,装入容器中。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏的使用方法,其特征在于,在洁牙后使用,具体为:将所述抛光膏用水扩散后,施用在抛光仪器上使用,对牙齿表面进行抛光处理,达到去除表面附着物,抗菌美白的功效,兼具修复牙釉质表面的脱矿作用。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的牙齿抛光膏的使用方法,其特征在于,在日常的牙齿美白修复中进行使用,具体为:将所述抛光膏将膏剂挤在牙刷上,正常刷牙3-5分钟,然后漱口清洁。
