Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and known technical parts will be omitted or compressed for simplicity of description.
Structure of portable toilet seat and related description of its use form
A portable toilet seat 200 for enhancing stability is explained with reference to fig. 1 to 9, the portable toilet seat 200 including: the first drop seat body 210, the second drop seat body 220, the third drop seat body 230, the first connecting body 240, the second connecting body 250, the third connecting body 260, the first cover 270, the second cover 280, the third cover 290, and the antibacterial storage container (not shown).
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the first seat body 210 is formed in a plate shape, and a seating area directly contacting the buttocks of the user is disposed at an upper portion thereof, and a mounting area directly contacting the toilet seat is disposed at a lower portion thereof.
Here, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 9, the first seating body 210 has at least one first folding portion 210G, and the first folding portion 210G is used for folding or unfolding the whole seat body.
According to the embodiment, such a first folding portion 210G may be formed along the width direction of the first seating body 210, may be formed along the length direction of the first seating body 210, may be formed along all directions of the width and the length, but is most preferably formed along the width direction as shown in fig. 2 and 5.
As shown in fig. 9, in the case where the first folding portion 210G is formed along the width direction of the first drop seat body 210, the first drop seat body 210 is folded and deformed into a shape in which the width pitch is the same and the length is shortened, and thus the portability can be improved.
In addition, according to the embodiment, the first seat body 210 may also have a plurality of first folding portions 210G folded in multiple layers, and thus various embodiments of the first folding portions 210G are provided so that a user can set the portable toilet seat 200 according to the shape or size of the bag.
Here, the first folding portion 210G is a groove shape in which a part of a region in a length direction or a width direction of an upper surface of the first seating body 210 is formed to be downwardly recessed to provide an extra foldable space, and further divides the first seating body 210 into 2 regions, and each region can be folded or unfolded while facing each other.
As described above, the groove structure of the first folded portion 210G is only one embodiment, and as shown in fig. 5 and 9, it is most preferable that a Hinge of a Hinge (Hinge) structure is realized or magnetic members having different poles are provided for the seat ring regions of the respective sections, depending on the implementation, and the groove structure is not limited to a specific structure.
Specifically, the first seating body 210 may include: a first coupling portion 211, a second coupling portion 212, at least two first fixing portions 213, a first stiffener portion 214, a first movement prevention member 215, and a first cover coupling portion 216.
First, the first combining portion 211 is formed at one end of the first seat body 210, and as shown in fig. 2 and 5, at least one first combining portion 211C is provided, the first combining portion 211C is a structure capable of being connected with the first connecting portion 242C, and the first connecting portion 242C is provided with at least one first connecting portion 242 of the first connecting body 240 to be described later.
Here, it is preferable that two or more first coupling portions 211C of the first coupling portion 211 are arranged for the following reason: in the connection structure of the first drop body 210 and the first connection body 240 to each other, the adjustable distance and angle give structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
The second coupling portion 212 is formed at the other end of the first seat body 210, and as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, at least one second coupling portion 212C is provided, the second coupling portion 212C is configured to be capable of being coupled with a third coupling portion 252C, and at least one third coupling portion 252 of a second coupling body 250 to be described later is provided on the third coupling portion 252C of the third coupling body 252C.
Here, it is preferable that two or more second coupling portions 212C of the second coupling portion 212 are arranged for the following reasons: in the connection structure of the first and second seat bodies 210 and 250 to each other, the adjustable distance and angle give variability to the structure, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on any size or shape of toilet seat.
Then, as shown in fig. 5, the first fixing portion 213 has the following structure: a pair is formed on a mounting region of a lower portion of the first drop seat body 210 with a first movement preventing part 272 of the first cover 270 to be described later to be fixedly coupled to each other in a state that the first drop seat body 210 is folded by the first folding part 210G, and is configured in a shape of a recessed coupling groove corresponding to the first movement preventing part 272 of a convex shape.
Here, as shown in fig. 5, the first movement preventing portion 272 of the first cover 270 and the first fixing portion 213 of the first drop seat body 210 constituting a pair are symmetrical to each other with respect to the first folding portion 210G of the first drop seat body 210, are formed at positions facing each other in the folding structure of the first drop seat body 210, and are arranged in a shape that can be fixedly coupled to each other by male/female structures.
However, not limited thereto, but according to the implementation, the form in which the first movement prevention portion 272 of the first cover 270 and the first fixing portion 213 of the first seating body 210 constitute a pair is not limited to a specific male/female fixing combination structure, but may be variously implemented, such as a form of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted correspondingly thereto, a form having opposite magnetism to each other, or a structure of an engaging structure (a latch, an engaging protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or a hole) providing an engaging space correspondingly thereto, and the like.
Then, the first reinforcing rib portion 214 is a structure in which reinforcing ribs are formed to vertically protrude on the installation area of the lower portion of the first drop seat body 210, and the formation structure of the reinforcing ribs is not limited to a specific structure, but as shown in fig. 5, it is preferable that at least 2 reinforcing ribs are formed to be perpendicular to the reinforcing ribs formed in parallel with the first folded portion 210G as a reference.
In more detail, as shown in fig. 5, the first stiffener portion 214 effectively reinforces the overall strength of the first drop seat body 210 by locating the intersection of the stiffener formed in parallel and the stiffener formed vertically at the center of the first fixing portion 213 with reference to the first folded portion 210G.
Then, the first movement preventing member 215 is formed of an elastic material that provides a predetermined frictional force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, and is a separate added member that is fitted to a part of the reinforcing ribs of the first reinforcing rib portion 214.
As shown in fig. 8, the first movement prevention member 215 is formed to be vertically protruded on the installation region of the lower portion of the first drop seat body 210, and has a coupling groove recessed in correspondence thereto in order to be fixed and coupled to the first stiffener portion 214 forming the strength stiffener and the rim, thereby providing a higher level of frictional force than the lower portion of the first drop seat body 210 at the time of coupling, and further providing more stable movement prevention when the first drop seat body 210 is installed.
Accordingly, the user can further improve the movement prevention by combining the first movement prevention part 215 with the lower portion of the first seating body 210 as necessary in consideration of the smooth state of the toilet seat to which the portable toilet seat 200 of the present invention is mounted.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the first drop seat body 210 has at least one first insertion hole 210H, and the first cover body portion 271 of the first cover 270 covers the first movement preventing portion 272 of the first cover 270, which will be described later, inserted into and fixed to the first insertion hole 210H at the upper portion of the first drop seat body 210.
Specifically, when the first movement prevention portion 272 is coupled through the space of the at least one first insertion hole 210H, not only the coupling force between the first seating body 210 and the first cover 270 can be increased, but also more importantly, the first movement prevention portion 272 protrudes toward the lower portion of the first seating body 210 to contact the surface of the toilet seat on which the portable toilet seat 200 is mounted, thereby providing a predetermined friction force and movement prevention.
Accordingly, the number of hole shapes of the open space of the first insertion hole 210H preferably corresponds to the structure of the first movement preventing portion 272, which is formed by extending the first cover 270 to have a convex structure.
Finally, as shown in fig. 5, the first cover coupling portion 216 is a coupling space having a predetermined hole shape opened in the vertical direction of the first drop seat body 210, and is inserted into a first detachable portion 273 of a first cover 270 to be described later, so that the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270 can be stably coupled.
Accordingly, when the first detachable portion 273 is inserted into the first cover coupling portion 216, the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270 are coupled to each other, and when the first detachable portion 273 is released from the first cover coupling portion 216, the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270 are separated from each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, the second seat body 220 is formed in a plate shape, and a seating area directly contacting the body part of the buttocks of the user is disposed at an upper portion thereof, and a mounting area directly contacting the toilet seat is disposed at a lower portion thereof.
Here, the second seating body 220 preferably has the same structure and structure as the first seating body 210 described above, but is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the second seat body 220 has at least one second folding portion 220G, and the second folding portion 220G is used for folding or unfolding the whole seat body.
According to the embodiment, such a second folding portion 220G may be formed along the width direction of the second seating body 220, may be formed along the length direction of the second seating body 220, may be formed along all directions of the width and the length, but is most preferably formed along the width direction as shown in fig. 2 and 6.
As shown in fig. 9, when the second folded portion 220G is formed along the width direction of the second seating body 220, the second seating body 220 is folded and deformed into a shape in which the width pitch is the same and the length is shortened, and portability can be improved.
In addition, according to the embodiment, the second seat body 220 may have a plurality of first folding portions 220G folded in multiple layers, and the various embodiments of the first folding portions 220G are designed to allow a user to set the portable toilet seat 200 according to the shape or size of the bag to be carried.
Here, the second folding portion 220G forms a portion of the region in a shape of a groove recessed downward in a length direction or a width direction of an upper surface of the second seating body 220 to provide an extra space for folding, and divides the second seating body 220 into 2 regions, so that the regions can be folded or unfolded facing each other.
As described above, the groove structure of the second folded portion 220G is only one embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6 and 9, according to the embodiment, it is most preferable that the Hinge (Hinge) structure is implemented or the magnetic members having different poles are provided for the seat body regions of the respective sections, and the structure is not limited to a specific structure.
Specifically, the second seating body 220 may include: a third combining portion 221, a fourth combining portion 222, at least two second fixing portions 223, a second bead portion 224, a second movement preventing member (not shown), and a second cover combining portion 226.
First, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the third combining portion 221 is formed at one end of the second seating body 220, and at least has one third combining portion 221C, wherein the third combining portion 221C is a structure that can be connected with the second connecting portion 243C, and at least one second connecting portion 243 of the first connecting body 240 to be described later is configured on the third combining portion 221C.
Here, it is preferable that two or more third coupling portions 221C of the third coupling portion 221 are arranged for the following reason: in the mutual connection structure between the second drop body 220 and the first connection body 240, the distance and angle can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the fourth combining part 222 is formed at the other end of the second seating body 220 and has at least one fourth combining part 222C, wherein the fourth combining part 222C is connected with the fifth connecting part 262C, and at least one fifth connecting part 262C is disposed on the fifth connecting part 262 of the third connecting body 260 to be described later.
Here, it is preferable that two or more fourth coupling portions 222C of the fourth coupling portion 222 are arranged for the following reason: in the mutual connection structure between the second seat body 220 and the third connection body 260, the distance and angle can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Then, as shown in fig. 6, the second fixing portion 223 is formed as a pair with a second movement prevention portion 282 of a second cover 280 to be described later on a mounting area of a lower portion of the second drop seat body 220 to be fixable and coupled to each other in a state where the second drop seat body 220 is folded by the second folding portion 220G, and is configured in a shape of a coupling groove recessed corresponding to the second movement prevention portion 282.
Here, as shown in fig. 6, the second movement prevention part 282 of the pair of second cover 280 and the second fixing part 223 of the second drop seat body 220 are symmetrical to each other with respect to the second folding part 220G of the second drop seat body 220, and are formed at positions facing each other in the folding structure of the second drop seat body 220, and are arranged in a state of being fixable and coupled by male/female structures.
However, not limited thereto, but according to the implementation, the form in which the second movement prevention part 282 of the second cover 280 and the second fixing part 223 of the second seat body 220 constitute a pair is not limited to a specific male/female fixing combination structure, but may be variously implemented, such as a form of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted correspondingly thereto, a form having opposite magnetism to each other, or a structure of an engaging structure (a latch, an engaging protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or a hole) providing an engaging space correspondingly thereto, and the like.
Then, the second reinforcing rib portion 224 is formed to vertically protrude on the installation area of the lower portion of the second drop seat body 220 to constitute a reinforcing rib, and the formation structure of the reinforcing rib is not limited to a specific structure, but as shown in fig. 6, it is preferable to form at least two reinforcing ribs perpendicular to the reinforcing ribs formed in parallel with the second folded portion 220G as a reference.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the second stiffener portion 224 effectively reinforces the overall strength of the second drop seat body 220 by locating the intersection of the parallel-formed stiffener and the vertically-formed stiffener at the center of the second fixing portion 223 with reference to the second folded portion 220G.
Then, a second movement prevention member (not shown), which is a member having the same properties as the first movement prevention member 215 described above, is formed of an elastic material that provides a predetermined frictional force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, and is a separately added member that is fitted to a portion of the reinforcing ribs of the second reinforcing rib portion 224.
As described above, the second movement prevention member (not shown) is coupled in the same manner as the first movement prevention member 215, but is coupled differently, and specifically, has a coupling groove recessed corresponding to the second stiffener section 224 to fix and couple to the second stiffener section 224, the second stiffener section 224 is vertically formed to protrude on the installation area of the lower portion of the second drop seat body 220 to form a strength stiffener and a rim, and provides a higher level of friction force than the lower portion of the second drop seat body 220 when coupled, thereby providing more stable movement prevention when the second drop seat body 220 is installed.
Accordingly, the user can further improve the movement prevention by combining a third movement prevention member (not shown) to the lower portion of the third seat body 230 as necessary in consideration of the slippery state of the toilet seat on which the portable toilet seat 200 of the present invention is mounted.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the second seating body 220 has at least one second insertion hole 220H, and the second cover body part 281 of the second cover 280 covers the second movement preventing part 282 of the second cover 280, which will be described later, inserted and fixed in the second insertion hole 220H at the upper part of the second seating body 220.
Specifically, when the second movement prevention part 282 is coupled through the space of the at least one second insertion hole 220H, not only the coupling force between the second seating body 220 and the second cover 280 is increased, but also more importantly, the second movement prevention part 282 protrudes toward the lower portion of the second seating body 220 to be in contact with the surface of the toilet seat on which the portable toilet seat 200 is mounted, thereby providing a predetermined friction force and movement prevention.
Accordingly, the shape and number of the open space of the second insertion hole 220H preferably correspond to the configuration of the second movement prevention portion 282, which is formed by extending the second cover 280 to have a convex configuration.
Finally, as shown in fig. 6, the second cover coupling portion 226 is a coupling space having a predetermined hole shape opened in the vertical direction of the second seating body 220, and is inserted into a second detachable portion 283 of a second cover 280 to be described later, so that the second seating body 220 and the second cover 280 can be stably coupled.
Accordingly, when the second attaching/detaching portion 283 is inserted into the second cover coupling portion 226, the second seating body 220 and the second cover 280 are coupled; when the second detachable portion 283 is released from being inserted into the second cover coupling portion 226, the second drop seat body 220 and the second cover 280 are separated from each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the third seat body 230 has a plate shape, and a seating area directly contacting the buttocks of the user is disposed at an upper portion thereof, and a mounting area directly contacting the toilet seat is disposed at a lower portion thereof.
Here, as shown in fig. 1, 7 and 9, the third seat body 230 has at least one third folding portion 230G, and the third folding portion 230G is used for folding or unfolding the whole seat body.
According to the embodiment, such a third folding portion 230G may be formed along the width direction of the third seating body 230, may be formed along the length direction of the third seating body 230, may be formed along all directions of the width and the length, but is most preferably formed along the width direction as shown in fig. 1 and 7.
As shown in fig. 9, in the case where the third folding portion 230G is formed along the width direction of the third drop seat body 230, the third drop seat body 230 is folded and deformed into a shape in which the width pitch is the same and the length is shortened, and thus the portability can be improved.
In addition, according to the embodiment, the third seat body 230 having the plurality of third folding portions 230G can also be folded into multiple layers, and the various embodiments of the third folding portions 230G are such that the user can set the portable toilet seat 200 according to the shape or size of the bag to be carried.
Here, the third folding portion 230G forms a groove shape in which a part of the region in the length direction or the width direction of the upper surface of the third drop seat body 230 is depressed toward the lower side to provide a foldable vacant space, thereby dividing the third drop seat body 230 into 2 regions, and the respective regions can be folded or unfolded facing each other.
The groove structure of the third folded portion 230G as described above is only one embodiment, and according to the embodiment, it is most preferable that a Hinge of a Hinge (Hinge) structure or a magnetic member having different poles is provided for each of the seat ring regions of the respective sections as shown in fig. 1 and 7, and the groove structure is not limited to a specific structure.
Specifically, the third seating body 230 may include: a fifth combining portion 231, a sixth combining portion 232, at least two third fixing portions 233, a third stiffener portion 234, a third movement prevention member (not shown), and a third cap combining portion 236.
First, the fifth combining part 231 is formed at one end of the third drop seat body 230, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, and at least one fifth combining part 231C is provided, the fifth combining part 231C is a structure capable of being connected with the fourth connecting part 253C, and at least one fourth connecting part 253 of the second connecting body 250 to be described later is provided on the fourth connecting part 253.
Here, it is preferable that two or more fifth coupling portions 231C of the fifth coupling portion 231 are arranged for the following reason: in the mutual connection structure between the third seat body 230 and the second connection body 250, the distance and angle can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Then, as shown in fig. 7, the third fixing portion 233 is formed in a pair with a third displacement prevention portion 292 of a third cover 290, which will be described later, on a mounting region of a lower portion of the third drop seat body 230 so as to be fixable and coupled to each other in a state where the third drop seat body 230 is folded by the third drop seat body 230, and is configured in a shape of a coupling groove recessed corresponding to the third displacement prevention portion 292.
Here, as shown in fig. 7, the third movement prevention portion 292 of the pair of third cover 290 and the third fixing portion 233 of the third drop seat body 230 are symmetrical to each other with respect to the third folding portion 230G of the third drop seat body 230, are formed at positions facing each other in the folding structure of the third drop seat body 230, and are arranged in a state of being fixed and coupled by male/female structures.
However, it is not limited thereto, but according to implementation, the form in which the third movement prevention part 292 of the third cover 290 and the third fixing part 233 of the third seating body 230 constitute a pair is not limited to a specific male/female fixing combination structure, but may be variously implemented, such as the form of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted corresponding thereto, the form having opposite magnetism to each other, or an engagement structure (a latch, an engagement projection, etc.) and a groove (or, a hole) structure providing an engagement space corresponding thereto, and the like.
Then, the third reinforcing rib portion 234 is formed to vertically protrude on the installation area of the lower portion of the third drop seat body 230 to constitute a reinforcing rib, and the formation structure of the reinforcing rib is not limited to a specific structure, but as shown in fig. 7, it is preferable to form at least two reinforcing ribs perpendicular to the reinforcing rib formed in parallel with the third folded portion 230G as a reference.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the third reinforcing rib portion 234 is effective to reinforce the overall strength of the third drop seat body 230 by locating the intersection of the reinforcing ribs formed in parallel and the reinforcing ribs formed vertically at the center of the third fixing portion 233 with reference to the third folded portion 230G.
Then, a third movement prevention member (not shown), which is a member having the same characteristics as the first movement prevention member 215 described above, is formed of an elastic material that provides a predetermined frictional force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, and is a separately added member that is fitted to a portion of the reinforcing ribs of the second reinforcing rib portion 224.
As described above, as shown in fig. 8, the third movement prevention member (not shown) is coupled in the same manner as the first movement prevention member 215, but is coupled differently, specifically, has a coupling groove recessed corresponding to the third stiffener portion 234 to be fixed and coupled to the third stiffener portion 234, and the third stiffener portion 234 is formed to be vertically protruded at a mounting region of the lower portion of the third drop seat body 230 to form a strength stiffener and a rim, and provides a higher level of friction force than the lower portion of the third drop seat body 230 when coupled, thereby providing more stable movement prevention when the third drop seat body 230 is mounted.
Accordingly, the user can combine the third prevention moving part (not shown) to the lower portion of the third seating body 230 as necessary in consideration of the slippery state of the toilet seat on which the portable toilet seat 200 of the present invention is mounted, thereby further improving the movement prevention.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the third drop body 230 has at least one third insertion hole 230H, and the third cover body 291 of the third cover 290 covers the third movement prevention portion 292 of the third cover 290, which will be described later, inserted into and fixed to the third insertion hole 230H at the upper portion of the third drop body 230.
Specifically, when the third displacement prevention portion 292 is coupled through the space of the at least one third insertion hole 230H, not only the coupling force of the third drop body 230 and the third cover 290 is increased, but also more importantly, the third displacement prevention portion 292 protrudes toward the lower portion of the third drop body 230 to be in contact with the toilet seat surface on which the portable toilet seat 200 is mounted, thereby providing a predetermined friction force and displacement prevention.
Accordingly, the shape and number of the open spaces of the third insertion holes 230H preferably correspond to the configuration of the third movement prevention portions 292, which are formed to extend from the third cover 290.
Finally, as shown in fig. 7, the third cover coupling portion 236 is a coupling space having a predetermined hole shape opened in the vertical direction of the third drop seat body 230, and is inserted into a third detachable portion 293 of a third cover 290 to be described later, so that the third drop seat body 230 and the third cover 290 can be stably coupled to each other.
Accordingly, when the third detachable portion 293 is inserted into the third cover coupling portion 236, the third seat body 230 and the third cover 290 are coupled; when the third detachable portion 293 is released from being inserted into the third cover coupling portion 236, the third drop seat body 230 and the third cover 290 are separated from each other.
First coupling body 240 is a separate body for coupling or separating one end (first coupling portion 211) of first drop seat body 210 and one end (third coupling portion 221) of second drop seat body 220, and is formed of a flexible material compared to first drop seat body 210 and second drop seat body 220.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first connector 240 has at least one first suction pad 240S at a lower portion thereof, and the first suction pad 240S is sucked and coupled to the toilet seat installation object by vacuum pressure.
Here, it is preferable that the first connection body 240 is composed of a material that can provide a predetermined elastic deformation force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, for the following reasons: by the structural deformation of the first connecting body 240 based on the elastic deformation force, the structural variability is imparted to the connection form of the first and second seat bodies 210 and 220, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly mounted on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Further, the material properties of the first coupling body 240 as described above improve the convenience of operation and can perform folding of the form of the effective compression space when folding is performed to store the portable toilet seat 200 in a storage container (not shown) to be described later, and eventually can also improve the portability of the portable toilet seat 200 itself.
Meanwhile, the material properties of the first coupling body 240 as described above have a predetermined adhesive force and frictional force, and thus, the anti-moving property of preventing the movement of the installation position is provided even after the portable toilet seat 200 is installed on the toilet seat, which properties are further enhanced by having at least one first adsorption disk 240S as described above.
Such a first connection body 240 includes: a first corrugated portion 241, a first connection portion 242, and a second connection portion 243.
First, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first wrinkle part 241 is a central portion of the first connecting body 240 having at least one first wrinkle groove 241H, and the first wrinkle groove 241H is depressed from the upper portion to the lower side or from the lower side to the upper side.
Here, the plurality of first corrugation grooves 241H are alternately formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the first corrugation part 241, and thus structural deformability (such as bending, folding) of the first coupling body 240 is improved, so that folding of the first and second drop seat bodies 210 and 220 coupled to each other with the first coupling body 240 as a reference is more flexible and easy, ultimately contributing to improvement of portability of the portable toilet seat 200.
Then, the first connecting portion 242 has at least one first connecting portion 242C, and the first connecting portion 242C extends from one side of the first folding portion 241 to form one end (the first combining portion 211) that can be connected to or separated from the first seat body 210.
Here, it is preferable that the first connection portion 242C of the first connection portion 242 is configured with two or more, in order to adjust a distance and an angle in a mutual connection structure between the first seat body 210 and the first connection body 240, to impart structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly mounted on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
In addition, the second connecting portion 243 has at least one second connecting portion 243C, and the second connecting portion 243C extends from the other side of the first folded portion 241 to form one end (the third combining portion 221) that can be connected to or separated from the second drop seat body 220.
Here, it is preferable that two or more second connection portions 243C of the second connection portion 243 are arranged for the following reason: in the mutual connection structure between the second drop body 220 and the first connection body 240, the distance and angle can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Meanwhile, the connection forms of the first connection portion 242C and the first coupling portion 211C and the second connection portion 243C and the third coupling portion 221C to each other are not limited to a specific male/female connection structure, but may be variously embodied, such as shapes of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted corresponding thereto, forms having opposite magnetism to each other or an engagement structure (a latch, an engagement protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or, a hole) structure providing an engagement space corresponding thereto, and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, it is preferable that the above-mentioned at least one first suction pad 240S is disposed at the lower side of the first wrinkle part 241, but it is not limited thereto, and according to the implementation, the disposition may be additionally or variably changed at least at one of the lower side spaces between the plurality of first wrinkle grooves 241H and the first connection parts 242C of the first connection parts 242 or between the plurality of first wrinkle grooves 241H and the second connection parts 243C of the second connection parts 243.
The second connecting body 250 is a single body for connecting or separating the other end (the second combining portion 212) of the first drop seat body 210 and one end (the fifth combining portion 231) of the third drop seat body 230, and is made of a flexible material compared to the first drop seat body 210, the second drop seat body 220 and the third drop seat body 230.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the second connection body 250 has at least one second suction pad 250S at a lower portion thereof, and the second suction pad 250S is suction-bonded to the toilet seat attachment object by vacuum pressure.
Here, it is preferable that the second connection body 250 is formed of a material that can provide a predetermined elastic deformation force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, for the following reasons: by imparting structural variability to the connection configuration of the first and third drop bodies 210 and 230 through the structural deformation of the second connecting body 250 based on the elastic deformation force, the final portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly mounted on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Further, the material properties of the second connection body 250 as described above improve the convenience of operation when folding for storing the portable toilet seat 200 in a storage container (not shown) to be described later, and folding of the form of the effective compression space can be performed, eventually also improving the portability of the portable toilet seat 200 itself.
Meanwhile, the material properties of the second coupling body 250 as described above have a predetermined adhesive force and frictional force, and thus, the removability of the movement of the installation position can be provided even after the portable toilet seat 200 is installed on the toilet seat, which properties are further enhanced by having at least one second adsorption plate 250S as described above.
This second connector 250 includes: a second corrugated portion 251, a third connecting portion 252, and a fourth connecting portion 253.
First, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second corrugated portion 251 is a central portion of the second connection body 250 having at least one second corrugated groove 251H, and the second corrugated groove 251H is recessed from the upper portion to the lower side or from the lower side to the upper side.
Here, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of second corrugation grooves 251H are alternately formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the second corrugation part 251, thereby improving structural deformability (such as bending and folding) of the second connection body 250, making folding of the first and third drop bodies 210 and 230 connected to each other with the second connection body 250 as a reference more flexible and easy, and finally contributing to improvement of portability of the portable toilet seat 200.
Then, the third connecting portion 252 has at least one third connecting portion 252C, and the third connecting portion 252C extends from one side of the second folded portion 251 to form one end (the second combining portion 212) that can be connected to or separated from the first drop seat body 210.
Here, it is preferable that the third connecting portion 252C of the third connecting portion 252 is configured with two or more, which is adjustable in distance and angle in the mutual connecting structure between the first seating body 210 and the second connecting body 260, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly mounted on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
In addition, the fourth connecting portion 253 has at least one fourth connecting portion 253C, and the fourth connecting portion 253C extends from the other side of the second folded portion 251 to form one end (the fifth combining portion 231) that can be connected to or separated from the third drop seat body 230.
Here, it is preferable that two or more fourth connecting portions 253C of the fourth connecting portion 253 are arranged for the following reason: the distance and angle can be adjusted in the mutual connection structure between the third seat body 230 and the second connection body 250, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on any size or shape of toilet seat.
Meanwhile, the connection forms of the third and second coupling portions 252C and 212C and the fourth and fifth coupling portions 253C and 231C to each other are not limited to a specific male/female connection structure, but may be variously embodied, such as shapes of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted correspondingly thereto, forms having opposite magnetism to each other or an engaging structure (a latch, an engaging protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or, a hole) structure providing an engaging space correspondingly thereto, and the like.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the at least one second adsorption disk 250S is disposed at the lower side of the second wrinkle part 251, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and depending on the implementation, the disposition may be additionally or variably changed at least at one position of the lower side space between the plurality of second wrinkle grooves 251H and the third connection portion 252C of the third connection part 252 or between the plurality of second wrinkle grooves 251H and the fourth connection portion 253C of the fourth connection part 253.
The third connecting body 260 serves as a separate body for connecting or separating the other end (the fourth combining part 222) of the second drop seat body 220 and the other end (the sixth combining part 232) of the third drop seat body 230, and is formed of a flexible material compared to the first drop seat body 210, the second drop seat body 220, and the third drop seat body 230.
According to an implementation, the third connection body 260 may have at least one third adsorption plate (not shown) at a lower portion, which is adsorbably mounted on the toilet seat installation object by vacuum pressure.
Here, it is preferable that the third connection body 260 is formed of a material that can provide a predetermined elastic deformation force, such as silicon, rubber, or cured liquid urethane, for the following reasons: by imparting structural variability to the connection configuration of the second and third drop bodies 220 and 230 through the structural deformation of the third connection bodies 260 based on the elastic deformation force, the final portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly mounted on any size or shape of toilet seat.
Further, by the material property of the third connecting body 260 as described above, the convenience of the operation is improved when the folding is performed to store the portable toilet seat 200 in a storage container (not shown) to be described later, and the folding of the form of the effective compression space can be performed, and finally, the portability of the portable toilet seat 200 itself can also be improved.
Meanwhile, since the material properties of the third connecting body 260 as described above have a predetermined adhesive force and frictional force, it is possible to provide movement prevention after the portable toilet seat 200 is mounted on the toilet seat.
This third connecting body 260 includes: a clamping portion 261, a fifth connecting portion 262 and a sixth connecting portion 263.
First, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the grip portion 261 is a central portion of the third connector 260 having a grip hole 261H, and the grip hole 261H is opened up and down to provide a space in which the user can easily grip the portable toilet seat 200 in the folded shape as shown in fig. 9 with the fingers.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the open-shaped clamping hole 261H disposed in the clamping portion 261 improves structural deformability (such as bending, folding), so that folding of the second and third drop seat bodies 220 and 230 connected to each other with the third connecting body 260 as a reference is more flexible and easy, ultimately contributing to improvement of portability of the portable toilet seat 200.
Then, the fifth connecting portion 262 has at least one fifth connecting portion 262C, and the fifth connecting portion 262C extends from one side of the clamping portion 261 to form another end (fourth combining portion 222) that can be connected to or separated from the second drop seat body 220.
Here, the fifth connecting portion 262C of the fifth connecting portion 262 is configured of two or more, for the following reason: the distance and angle in the mutual connection structure between the second seat body 220 and the third connection body 260 can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
In addition, the sixth connecting portion 263 has at least one sixth connecting portion 263C, and the sixth connecting portion 263C extends from the other side of the clamping portion 261 to be connected to or separated from the other end (sixth combining portion 232) of the third drop seat body 230.
Here, the reason why the sixth connecting portion 263C of the sixth connecting portion 263 is arranged in two or more is as follows: the distance and angle in the mutual connection structure between the third seat body 230 and the third connection body 260 can be adjusted, giving structural variability, and finally the portable toilet seat 200 can be correspondingly installed on a toilet seat of any size or shape.
Meanwhile, the connection forms of the fifth and fourth coupling portions 262C and 222C and the sixth and sixth coupling portions 263C and 232C to each other are not limited to a specific male/female connection structure, but may be variously embodied, such as shapes of a convex structure and a concave structure fitted correspondingly thereto, forms having opposite magnetism to each other or an engaging structure (a latch, an engaging protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or, a hole) structure providing an engaging space correspondingly thereto, and the like.
As shown in fig. 5, the first cover 270 covers the upper portion of the first seat body 210, and at least two seat body regions are arranged in the number corresponding to the number of seat body regions partitioned by the first folded portion 210G so as to cover the upper portion of each seat body region.
That is, the first cover 270 covers the respective seat body regions by arranging the number corresponding to the number of seat body regions of the first seating body 210 divided by the first folded portion 210G.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, when the first seating body 210 is partitioned into 2 regions by the first folding portion 210G, the first cover 270 may be configured to cover each region by 2 pieces. The reason for this is as follows: when the first seating body 210 is folded by the first folding portion 210G, the problem of a defect caused by falling or stretching due to the size of the first cover 270 not corresponding to the size of the entire side of the folded first seating body 210 is prevented, and unnecessary volume is reduced, contributing to improvement of portability.
The first cover 270 is in the form of a cushion cover member, a woven cover member, a leather cover member, or the like, and is not limited to a specific form, but may be variously realized by using a material and a form that can provide predetermined elasticity and heat.
The first cover 270 may be integrally covered on the upper portion of the first seating body 210, and may be detachably disposed according to the embodiment.
Specifically, it is preferable that the first cover 270 is detachably disposed on the upper portion of the first drop seat body 210, so that the user periodically separates the first cover 270 directly contacting the skin, thereby easily performing the washing and sterilizing operations.
Here, the first cover 270 includes: a first cover body 271, a first movement preventing portion 272, and a first attaching/detaching portion 273.
First, as shown in fig. 3, the first cover body 271 is a body structure that covers upper portions of the respective seat body regions of the first seat body 210 partitioned by the first folding portion 210G, the upper portions are directly exposed on an upper side of the first seat body 210 to be in direct contact with the skin of a user, and lower portions extend to form a first movement preventing portion 272 and a first detachable portion 273 to be described later.
Then, as the projecting structure extending from the lower portion of each of the first cover main body portions 271 to form at least one of the projecting shapes, it is preferable to use an elastic material that can provide a predetermined frictional force in terms of material.
As described above, when the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270 are correspondingly inserted and fixed into the first insertion hole 210H according to the combination of the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270, the first movement prevention portion 272 protruding below the first cover body portion 271 protrudes on the installation area of the lower portion of the first drop seat body 210, and then contacts the toilet seat installation object (toilet seat) in a state where the first drop seat body 210 is unfolded by the first folding portion 210G, thereby providing a predetermined elastic deformation force, an adhesion force, and a friction force.
Specifically, after the first movement prevention portion 272 is stably mounted on a toilet seat mounting object (toilet seat) due to its material property, the cushion pad is acted based on a predetermined elasticity and the movement prevention action is also acted based on the adhesion force and the friction force.
Finally, as shown in fig. 3, the first disassembly portion 273 is formed as a plurality of protruding structures extending from the lower portion of each first cover body portion 271 to form a protruding shape, and establishes a male/female coupling structure with the first cover coupling portion 216 described above to fix or release the first cover 270 at the upper portion of the first drop seat body 210.
Here, the detachable coupling form of the first detachable portion 273 and the first cover coupling portion 216 is not limited to a specific detachable coupling structure, but may be variously implemented, such as a form of a round hair surface and a barbed hair surface for hook and loop fastener (Velcro), a form of a patch which can be repeatedly attached, a form of a protrusion structure and a recess structure corresponding thereto, a form having opposite magnetism or an engagement structure (a latch, an engagement protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or a hole) structure providing an engagement space corresponding thereto, and the like.
Then, as described above, as shown in the enlarged portion of fig. 5, the first cover body portion 271 is preferably arranged in a curved shape 271R whose height gradually decreases from the first folded portion 210G-side end toward the first folded portion 210G side.
The reason for this is as follows: if the first folded portion 210G side end of the first cover body 271 does not have a free space formed in accordance with the shape of each seat body region when each seat body region of the first drop seat body 210 is unfolded with respect to the first folded portion 210G, even if the user moves slightly in a state where the user maintains the seated state after mounting the portable toilet seat 200, the skin of the user contacting the first drop seat body 210 and the first cover 270 is injured or scratched by the space between the first folded portion 210G side ends of the first cover body 271 of each seat body region, respectively, and thus inconvenience may be caused.
As shown in fig. 4, the second cover 280 covers the upper portion of the second seating body 220, and the number of the seating body regions partitioned by the second folded portion 220G is equal to or greater than the number of the seating body regions.
That is, the second cover 280 covers the respective seat body regions by arranging the number corresponding to the number of seat body regions in which the second seat body 220 is divided by the second folded portion 220G.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, in the case that the second seat body 220 is divided into 2 regions by the second folding portion 220G, the second cover 280 may be configured to cover each region by 2.
The reason for this is as follows: when the second drop seat body 220 is folded by the second folding portion 220G, the problem of the second cover 280 being out of correspondence with the overall size of the side of the folded second drop seat body 220 to cause a defect due to dropping or stretching is prevented, and unnecessary volume is reduced, which is helpful to improve portability.
The second cover 280 is formed in a cushion cover member, a knit cover member, a leather cover member, etc., and is not limited to a specific form, but may be variously formed using a material and a form that provides predetermined elasticity and heat.
The second cover 280 may be integrally covered on the upper portion of the second drop seat body 220, and may be configured to be detachable according to the implementation.
Specifically, the second cover 280 is detachably disposed on the upper portion of the second drop seat body 220, so that the user periodically separates the second cover 280 directly contacting the skin, thereby easily performing a washing and sterilizing operation.
Here, the second cover 280 includes: a second cover body 281, a second movement prevention portion 282, and a second attachment/detachment portion 283.
First, as shown in fig. 4, the second cover body 281 is a body structure covering upper portions of the seat body regions of the second seat body 220 partitioned by the second folding portion 220G, the upper portions are directly exposed on an upper side of the second seat body 220 to be in direct contact with the skin of a user, and lower portions extend to form a second movement preventing portion 282 and a second detachable portion 283 which will be described later.
Then, the second movement preventing part 282 is preferably formed of an elastic material that can provide a predetermined frictional force in terms of material as a protruding structure extending from a lower portion of each second cover main body part 281 to form at least one of protruding shapes.
As described above, when the second drop seat body 220 and the second cover 280 are combined and correspondingly inserted and fixed into the second insertion hole 220H, the second movement prevention part 282 protruding below the second cover body 281 protrudes on the installation area of the lower portion of the second drop seat body 220, and further contacts the toilet seat installation object (toilet seat) in a state where the second drop seat body 220 is unfolded by the first folding portion 210G, thereby providing a predetermined elastic deformation force, adhesion force, and friction force.
Specifically, the second movement prevention part 282 is stably attached to a toilet seat attachment object (toilet seat) due to its material property, and then functions as a cushion pad based on a predetermined elasticity and also functions as a movement prevention based on a sticking force and a frictional force.
Finally, as shown in fig. 6, the second removing portion 283 serves as a plurality of protruding structures extending from the lower portion of each second cover body portion 281 to form a protruding shape, and establishes a male/female coupling structure with the cover coupling portion 226 described above to fix or release the second cover 280 at the upper portion of the second drop seat body 220.
Here, the detachable coupling form of the second detachable portion 283 and the second cover coupling portion 226 is not limited to a specific detachable coupling structure, but may be variously embodied, such as a form of a round hair surface and a burred surface for Velcro (Velcro), a form of a patch which can be repeatedly attached, a form of a protruding structure and a recess structure corresponding thereto, a form having opposite magnetism or an engaging structure (a latch, an engaging protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or a hole) structure providing an engaging space corresponding thereto, and the like.
Then, as described above, as shown in the enlarged portion of fig. 6, the second cover main body portion 281 is preferably arranged in a curved shape 281R whose height gradually decreases from the second folded portion 220G side end toward the second folded portion 220G side.
The reason for this is as follows: if the second folded portion 220G side end of the second cover main body 281 does not have a curved shape according to each seat body area and no extra space is formed when each seat body area of the second drop body 220 is unfolded with reference to the second folded portion 220G, even if the user moves slightly in a state where the user maintains the seated state after mounting the portable toilet seat 200, the skin of the user contacting the second drop body 220 and the second cover 280 is damaged or scratched by the space between the second folded portion 220G side ends of the second cover main body 281 of the second folded portion 220G or each seat body area, respectively, and inconvenience may be caused.
As shown in fig. 7, the third cover 290 covers the upper portion of the third seating body 230, and the number of the seating body regions partitioned by the third folded portion 230G is equal to or greater than the number of the seating body regions partitioned by the third folded portion 230G.
That is, the third cover 290 covers each of the seat body regions of the third seat body 230 by arranging the number corresponding to the number of seat body regions of the third seat body 230 partitioned by the third folded portion 230G.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, in the case where the third seat body 230 is partitioned into 2 regions by the third folding portion 230G, the third cover 290 may exhibit a configuration in which 2 covers each region.
The reason for this is as follows: when the third drop seat body 230 is folded by the third folding portion 230G, the problem that the dimension of the third lid 290 does not correspond to the dimension of the entire upper side of the folded third drop seat body 230, which causes a defect due to dropping or stretching, is prevented, and unnecessary volume is reduced, contributing to improvement of portability.
The third cover 290 is formed of a cushion cover member, a woven cover member, a leather cover member, etc., and is not limited to a specific form, but may be variously formed of a material and a form that can provide predetermined elasticity and heat.
The third cover 290 may be integrally covered on the upper portion of the third drop seat body 230, and may be disposed in a detachable manner according to the embodiment.
Specifically, the third cover 290 is detachably disposed on the upper portion of the third drop seat 230, so that the user periodically separates the third cover 290 directly contacting the skin, thereby easily performing the washing and sterilizing operations.
Here, the third head cover 290 includes: the third cover body 291, the third movement prevention portion 292, and the third attachment/detachment portion 293.
First, as shown in fig. 1, the third cover body 291 is a body structure that covers upper portions of respective race body regions of the third drop seat body 230 partitioned by the third folding portion 230G, the upper portions being directly exposed on an upper side of the third drop seat body 230 to be in direct contact with the skin of a user, and the lower portions extending to form a third prevention movement portion 292 and a third detachable portion 293 to be described later.
Then, the third movement prevention portions 292 are preferably formed of an elastic material that can provide a predetermined frictional force in terms of material as a protruding structure that extends from the lower portion of each third cover body portion 291 to form at least one of protruding shapes.
As described above, when the third movement prevention portion 292 protruding downward of the third cover body 291 is inserted and fixed into the third insertion hole 230H in accordance with the coupling of the third drop body 230 and the third cover 290, it protrudes on the mounting area of the lower portion of the third drop body 230, and further contacts the object (toilet seat) to which the toilet seat is mounted in a state where the third drop body 230 is unfolded by the third folding portion 230G, thereby providing a predetermined elastic deformation force, adhesion force, and friction force.
Specifically, after the third prevention movement portion 292 is stably mounted to a toilet seat mounting object (toilet seat) due to its material property, the cushion pad is acted based on a predetermined elasticity and the prevention movement is also acted based on the adhesion force and the friction force.
Finally, as shown in fig. 1, the third detachable portion 293 serves as a plurality of protruding structures extending from the lower portion of each third cover body 291 to form a protruding shape, and establishes a male/female coupling structure with the third cover coupling portion 236 to fix or release the third cover 290 at the upper portion of the third drop seat body 230.
Here, the detachable coupling form of the third detachable portion 293 and the third cover coupling portion 236 is not limited to a specific detachable coupling structure, but may be variously embodied, such as a form of a round hair surface and a barbed hair surface for hook and loop (Velcro) coupling, a form of a patch which can be repeatedly attached, a form of a protrusion structure and a recess structure corresponding thereto, a form having opposite magnetism or an engagement structure (a latch, an engagement protrusion, etc.) and a groove (or a hole) structure providing an engagement space corresponding thereto, and the like.
Then, as described above, as shown in the enlarged portion of fig. 7, the third cover body portion 291 is preferably arranged in a curved shape 291R whose height gradually decreases from the end portion on the third folded portion 230G side toward the third folded portion 230G side.
The reason for this is as follows: if the side end of the third folded portion 230G of the third cover body 291 does not have a free space in accordance with the shape of the respective seat body regions when the respective seat body regions of the third drop body 230 are unfolded with reference to the third folded portion 230G, even if the user moves slightly in a state where the user maintains a seated state after the portable toilet seat 200 is mounted, the skin of the user contacting the third drop body 230 and the third cover 290 is pinched or scratched by the space between the side ends of the third folded portion 230G of the third cover body 291 of the third folded portion 230G or the respective seat body regions, which may cause inconvenience.
Then, as shown in fig. 9, the portable toilet seat 200 may further include an antibacterial storage container (not shown) for antibacterial storage of the folded first drop body 210 (in combination with the state of the first cover 270 as the case may be), the folded second drop body 220 (in combination with the state of the second cover 280 as the case may be), the folded third drop body 230 (in combination with the state of the third cover 290 as the case may be), the first connection body 240, the second connection body 250, and the third connection body 260.
Here, the antibacterial storage container (not shown) has a predetermined storage space therein and is arranged in an openable/closable manner.
Meanwhile, the antibacterial storing container (not shown) contains an antibacterial component to perform antibacterial treatment on at least one of the first drop body 210, the second drop body 220, the third drop body 230, the first connector 240, the second connector 250, the third connector 260, the first cover 270, the second cover 280 and the third cover 290 received in the storing space.
For example, the antibacterial storing container (not shown) is not limited to a specific method, but the antibacterial function may be added by various ways, such as adding an antibacterial agent (such as antibacterial copper or ions) to a resin composition that becomes a base for manufacturing the container before injection molding or irradiating ion beams (such as argon or nitrogen, etc.) on the inner surface of the container to form an ion layer, spraying a polymer coating solution containing a natural antibacterial extract (such as antibacterial enzyme or propolis) on the inner surface of the container to form an antibacterial coating layer, disposing a separate antibacterial sheet layer containing antibacterial particles (such as cypress particles) inside the container, etc.
Accordingly, at least one of the first drop body 210, the second drop body 220, the third drop body 230, the first connection body 240, the second connection body 250, the third connection body 260, the first cover 270, the second cover 280, and the third cover 290, which are stored inside the antibacterial storage container (not shown), overcomes the unsanitary problem of bacteria, molds, and viruses, which are exposed to the environment of the toilet due to the repeated use of the portable toilet seat 200, and can maintain the sanitary state.
The embodiments disclosed in the present invention are for illustration and not for limiting the technical idea of the present invention, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention should not be limited by such embodiments. The scope of protection should be construed as being indicated by the scope of the claims, and all technical ideas within the scope of equivalents thereof should be construed as being included in the scope of the claims.
