1. A continuous batch fermentation feeding method for cake meal feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the cake meal feed raw material with other fermentation raw materials, and then adding water to adjust the water content of the fermentation raw materials to the water content required by fermentation for later use;
(2) dividing the fermentation tank into a plurality of layers, wherein the number of the layered layers is not less than the number of days for fermenting the cake meal feed;
(3) then the mixed fermentation raw materials are filled into a fermentation tank, the lowest layer of the fermentation tank is filled at least by the amount of the mixed fermentation raw materials, and then the fermentation is carried out in a sealing way;
(4) adding a layer of fermentation raw material into the fermentation tank every day, and then sealing and fermenting;
(5) when the fermentation raw materials are added to the uppermost layer of the fermentation tank, the cake meal feed at the lowermost layer is fermented to be mature,
(6) conveying the fermented liquid cake dregs to a feeding terminal through a pipeline by a discharging device below the fermentation tank for feeding, and adding a new fermentation raw material into the fermentation tank through a feeding device after feeding is finished or at the same time of feeding;
(7) and (5) repeating the step (6) to realize continuous batch fermentation, fermentation and maturation of the cake meal feed and continuous feeding.
2. A continuous batch fermentation feeding method of cake meal feed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the addition of the fermentation raw materials of the fermentation tank at each time can meet the requirement of meal feed of a farm or a plurality of pigsties.
3. A continuous batch fermentation feeding method of cake meal feed according to claim 1, characterized in that: the strain in the fermentation raw material in (6) can be mature fermentation cakes.
