Background
With the increasing popularization of electric vehicles, the application of electric vehicle charging systems is more and more extensive. In order to meet the requirement of simultaneously and quickly charging a plurality of electric automobiles, the new energy electric automobile adopts a high-voltage, large-current and multi-interface mode to charge the electric automobile, and the safety and the reliability of the charging process are very important, so that a locking device is added for protecting the charging safety of a charging gun.
At present, charging gun manufacturers in the market all adopt an electromagnetic lock as a locking device of the charging gun, most pulse type control schemes are adopted, two control pins output pulses in a high-low level mode, the simultaneous high-level output or the simultaneous low-level output is avoided in the control process, and the conventional scheme only performs mutual exclusion protection in the aspect of software and does not design a special mutual exclusion protection circuit on hardware. If the software fails due to the fault, the mutual exclusion protection can be failed. Therefore, it is necessary to design a charging pile remote control interlock control circuit to achieve a mutual exclusion protection effect on hardware, and ensure that the hardware mutual exclusion is maintained under the condition of software failure.
