Abstract

本发明提供了一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂,包括日用增效剂和特效清洁剂,其中日用增效剂包括增效剂有机溶液和增效剂二茂铁乙醇溶液;特效清洁剂包括清洁剂有机溶液和清洁剂二茂铁乙醇溶液。增效剂有机溶液包括二甲苯、乙醇、正丁醇、甲基叔丁基醚、多乙烯多胺;增效剂二茂铁乙醇溶液包括二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈、乙醇。清洁剂有机溶液包括二甲苯、乙醇、正丁醇、二乙醇胺、甲基叔丁基醚、多乙烯多胺,清洁剂二茂铁乙醇溶液包括茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈、乙醇。本发明采用两种添加剂搭配使用,能够有效提高发动机的动力,使发动机工作更稳定,同时使汽油燃烧的更充分,减少发动机内积炭的产生,节约燃油降低排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂。
背景技术
汽油是用量最大的轻质石油产品之一,是引擎的一种重要燃料。
汽油燃料在引擎燃烧室内以极短的瞬间燃烧,容易燃烧不充分,不仅会使燃料的使用率降低,也会产生大量的有害气体,污染环境,同时导致发动机燃烧产生积炭,影响发动机工作,动力不足,费油等现象的产生。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂,本发明提供的汽油稀土纳米添加剂能够有效提高发动机的动力,使发动机工作更稳定,同时使汽油燃烧的更充分,减少发动机内积炭的产生,节约燃油降低排放。
本发明提供了一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂,包括日用增效剂和特效清洁剂;
所述日用增效剂包括增效剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液;
所述特效清洁剂包括清洁剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液;
优选的,所述增效剂有机溶液包括以下组分:二甲苯、乙醇、正丁醇、甲基叔丁基醚、多乙烯多胺;
所述增效剂二茂铁乙醇溶液包括以下组分:二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈、乙醇。
优选的,所述清洁剂有机溶液包括以下组分:二甲苯、乙醇、正丁醇、二乙醇胺、甲基叔丁基醚、多乙烯多胺;
所述稀土抗爆增效剂溶液包括以下组分:二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈、乙醇。
优选的,所述增效剂有机溶液的制备方法为,将原料按以下重量份比例混合:
二甲苯45-55份,乙醇10-20份,正丁醇15-25份,甲基叔丁基醚5-10份,多乙烯多胺5-10份。
所述稀土抗爆增效剂溶液的制备方法为:
将二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈按照重量比为6:3:1的比例溶于乙醇,配制2%浓度的溶液。
优选的,所述清洁剂有机溶液的制备方法为,将原料按以下重量份比例混合:
二甲苯25-35份、乙醇10-20份、正丁醇20-30份、二乙醇胺15-20份、甲基叔丁基醚5-10份、多乙烯多胺5-10份;
所述稀土抗爆增效剂溶液的制备方法为:
将二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈按照重量比为6:3:1的比例溶于乙醇,配制1%浓度的溶液。
优选的,所述日用增效剂的制备方法为:
将增效剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液按如下10:1的重量份比例混合,静置24小时。
优选的,所述特效清洁剂的制备方法为:
将清洁剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液按如下10:1的重量份比例混合,静置24小时。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂的使用方法,所述日用增效剂按0.1wt%的比例直接加入燃油内,每次加油都添加;所述特效清洁剂按0.2wt%比例直接加入燃油内,汽车每行驶5000公里添加一次。
与现有技术相比,本发明汽油稀土纳米添加剂的优点是:本发明利用的芳香族有机物、二茂铁等能有效提升汽油的辛烷值,使汽油能够充分燃烧,提高汽油燃料的使用率,减少积炭的产生,同时降低排放,减少对环境的污染;同时在原料中添加二乙醇胺可有效活化发动机内积炭,提升发动机的动力、让发动机工作更稳定。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明提供的汽油稀土纳米添加剂进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种汽油稀土纳米添加剂,具体制备方法如下:
(1)日用增效剂的制备:
将原料按以下重量份比例混合互溶,配制成增效剂有机溶剂:
二甲苯50份、乙醇15份、正丁醇20份、甲基叔丁基醚6份、多乙烯多胺8份。
将原料按以下重量份比例混合,溶于乙醇,配制2wt%浓度的稀土抗爆增效剂溶液:
二茂铁6份、乙酸镍3份、氧化铈1份。
将上述增效剂有机溶剂与增效剂二茂铁乙醇稀土抗爆增效剂溶液按重量比为10:1的比例混合,静置24小时得到日用增效剂。
(2)特效清洁剂的制备:
将原料按以下重量份比例混合互溶,配制成清洁剂有机溶剂:
二甲苯30份、乙醇15份、正丁醇25份、二乙醇胺16份、甲基叔丁基醚6份、多乙烯多胺8份。
将原料按以下重量份比例混合,溶于乙醇,配制2wt%浓度的稀土抗爆增效剂溶液:
二茂铁6份、乙酸镍3份、氧化铈1份。
将上述清洁剂有机溶剂与稀土抗爆增效剂溶液按重量比为10:1的比例混合,静置24小时得到特效清洁剂。
将日用增效剂按0.1wt%的比例直接加入燃油内使用,驾驶野马越野车进行性能试验,动力感觉动力明显提升,测镇仪表测量发动机的震动频率有改善,但是经过长期使用,对发动机的积炭检测并无明显的清洁效果。
将特效清洁剂按0.2wt%的比例直接加入燃油内使用,驾驶野马越野车进行性能试验,动力感觉动力明显提升,提速超车动力强劲,进行平均油耗计算,添加汽油稀土纳米添加剂后可节约燃油15%以上,测镇仪表测量发动机的震动频率也明显改善,对发动机的积炭情况进行检清洁效果非常明显。
将日用增效剂与特效清洁剂配套使用,日常采用日用增效剂,特效清洁剂成本和剂量较大,且清洁效果突出,每五千公里添加一次,搭配使用效果更佳。
对比例1
配制0.5wt%浓度的二茂铁乙醇溶液,静置24小时后按0.1%比例添加到油箱内,驾驶体验汽车动力,节约燃油情况并无明显改善,测镇仪表测量发动机的震动频率也无改善。

所述日用增效剂由增效剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液组成;
所述特效清洁剂由清洁剂有机溶液和稀土抗爆增效剂溶液组成;
所述日用增效剂中增效剂有机溶液的制备方法为,将原料按以下重量份比例混合:二甲苯45-55份,乙醇10-20份,正丁醇15-25份,甲基叔丁基醚5-10份,多乙烯多胺5-10份;
所述日用增效剂中稀土抗爆增效剂溶液的制备方法为:将二茂铁、乙酸镍、氧化铈按照重量比为6:3:1的比例溶于乙醇,配制2wt%浓度的溶液;
所述特效清洁剂中清洁剂有机溶液的制备方法为,将原料按以下重量份比例混合:二甲苯25-35份、乙醇10-20份、正丁醇20-30份、二乙醇胺15-20份、甲基叔丁基醚5-10份、多乙烯多胺5-10份;
