本发明公开了热致变色材料组合物,它涉及热致变色材料技术领域,由以下物质组成:A物质、B物质和C物质;A物质至少含有一种胆甾醇烷基酸酯,所述胆甾醇烷基酸酯的烷基碳链长为1‑20;B物质含有胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯;C物质含有至少一种对应于下式的化合物

技术领域
本发明涉及热致变色材料技术领域,具体涉及热致变色材料组合 物。
背景技术
热致变色材料通常是指当暴露于温度变化时经历颜色变化的材 料。热致变色材料用于增加或创造美学效果,或者用作分类指示剂, 以识别产品的温度变化。已知的有机热致变色系统由一种基础成色剂 例如一种无色染料和一种酸性显色剂例如一种苯酚类化合物组成,在 冷时,这些成分是一种暗色的盐,而当加热时它们在某一温度以上离 解,主要缺点是该基础成色剂和该酸性显色剂的光稳定性不良,颜色 变化可能迟滞,颜色变化区间固定不可调节。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供热致变色材料组合物,能够解决 变色显示剂光稳定性不良、颜色变化可能迟滞、颜色变化区间固定不 可调节的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:由以下物质组成: A物质、B物质和C物质;
所述A物质至少含有一种胆甾醇烷基酸酯,所述胆甾醇烷基酸酯 的烷基碳链长为1-20;
所述B物质含有胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯;
所述C物质含有至少一种对应于下式(I)的化合物:
其中R1、R2为烷基,所述烷基碳链长为1-20。
进一步地,所述A物质中的胆甾醇烷基酸酯为胆甾醇壬酸酯;所 述C物质中的具体为4-戊氧基苯甲酸(4- 戊氧基苯)酯、4-癸氧基苯甲酸(4-丁氧基苯)酯、4-庚氧基苯甲酸 (4-丙氧基苯)酯或4-辛氧基苯甲酸(4-己氧基苯)酯。
进一步地,所述A物质、B物质、C物质由以下质量比组成:A 物质57-63%、B物质35-39.5%、C物质0.5-5%。
进一步地,所述A物质、B物质和C物质组成热致变色材料组合 物,热致变色材料组合物作为包装和穿戴设备的应用。
本发明的优点在于:A物质、B物质和C物质组成热致变色材料 组合物可应用于包装和穿戴设备,通过其颜色的改变提示其所处的环 境温度,光稳定性良好,颜色变化不会迟滞,颜色变化区间可根据组 合物的变换进行调节。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合 具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。下面的实施例可以使 本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在 所述的实施例范围之中。
本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:热致变色材料组合物,由以 下物质组成:A物质、B物质和C物质;
A物质至少含有一种胆甾醇烷基酸酯,所述胆甾醇烷基酸酯的烷 基碳链长为1-20;B物质含有胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯;C物质含有至少一 种对应于下式(I)的化合物:
其中R1、R2为烷基,所述烷基碳链长为1-20。
A物质、B物质、C物质由以下质量比组成:A物质57-63%、B物 质35-39.5%、C物质0.5-5%。
实施例一:
热致变色材料组合物,由以下物质组成:胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯35%、 胆甾醇壬酸酯60%、4-戊氧基苯甲酸(4-戊氧基苯)酯5%,其颜色随 温度变化如下表所示:
实施例二:
热致变色材料组合物,由以下物质组成:胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯 39.5%、胆甾醇壬酸酯60%、4-癸氧基苯甲酸(4-丁氧基苯)酯0.5%, 其颜色随温度变化如下表所示:
实施例三:
热致变色材料组合物,由以下物质组成:胆甾醇油醇碳酸酯36%、 胆甾醇壬酸酯60%、4-庚氧基苯甲酸(4-丙氧基苯)酯4%,其颜色随 温度变化如下表所示:
A物质、B物质和C物质组成热致变色材料组合物,热致变色材 料组合物可制作包装物和穿戴设备,通过其颜色的改变提示其所处的 环境温度。
本具体实施方式的热致变色材料组合物可应用于包装和穿戴设 备,通过其颜色的改变提示其所处的环境温度,光稳定性良好,颜色 变化不会迟滞,颜色变化区间可根据组合物的变换进行调节。
