一种超薄粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:基体树脂25‑30、固化剂12‑15、固化促进剂10‑15、填料20‑30、石墨烯粉末5‑10、金属组合物10‑20、助剂10‑25;助剂以质量份数计包括以下组分:流平剂1‑3,分散剂1.0‑1.5,防沉剂0.1‑0.3,消泡剂0.5‑0.8,防霉剂0.1‑0.3,增稠剂:0.5‑0.7,复合稀土0.01‑0.03,成膜助剂5‑8;流平剂的组成原料按质量份计为:聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚15‑20、改性粉煤灰2‑3、聚氧化乙烯1‑2、聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯1‑2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.5‑1、预胶化淀粉0.5‑1、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠0.3‑0.5、二茂铁0.05‑0.1;本发明产涂料和基材表面的粘结强度高,不易脱落,涂膜厚度在30~50µm。

一种超薄粉末涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种超薄粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料,具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。但粉末涂料涂薄层困难,溶剂型涂料很容易形成超薄涂层,但粉末涂料在涂装时却难以达到这样的效果,平均最低膜厚50-70μm,当涂膜厚度小于40μm时,由于膜层太薄,涂膜的流平性差,因而外观装饰效果不好,呈现严重的桔皮或毛孔现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供粘结强度高,不易脱落的一种超薄粉末涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种超薄粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:基体树脂25-30、固化剂12-15、固化促进剂10-15、填料20-30、石墨烯粉末5-10、金属组合物10-20、助剂10-25。
进一步的,所述助剂以质量份数计包括以下组分:流平剂1-3,分散剂1.0 -1.5,防沉剂0.1-0.3,消泡剂0.5-0.8,防霉剂0.1-0.3,增稠剂0.5-0.7,复合稀土0.01-0.03,成膜助剂5-8。
进一步的,所述流平剂的组成原料按质量份计为:聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚15-20、改性粉煤灰2-3、聚氧化乙烯1-2、聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.5-1、预胶化淀粉0.5-1、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠0.3-0.5、二茂铁0.05-0.1。
进一步的,所述复合稀土的组成原料按质量份计为:Y2-5、Sc10-13、Gd10-15、Sm7-9、Pr11-13、La 40-60。
进一步的,所述基体树脂为溴化环氧树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液及亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂混合而成。
进一步的,按质量比计所述溴化环氧树脂乳液:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂=2:2:1。
进一步的,所述填料为钛白粉及硅灰粉的等比例混合物。
进一步的,所述石墨烯粉末为氧化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯或者氟化石墨烯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述金属组合物为金、银、铜、锌、铝或合金中中至少两种物质的任意组合。
本发明的有益效果是,涂料和基材表面的粘结强度高,不易脱落,涂膜厚度在30~50µm。

实施例1:一种超薄粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:基体树脂25、固化剂15、固化促进剂15、填料20、石墨烯粉末5、金属组合物10、助剂10;助剂以质量份数计包括以下组分:流平剂1,分散剂1.0,防沉剂0.1,消泡剂0.5,防霉剂0.1,增稠剂0.5,复合稀土0.01,成膜助剂5;流平剂的组成原料按质量份计为:聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚15-20、改性粉煤灰3、聚氧化乙烯2、聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.5、预胶化淀粉0.5、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠0.3、二茂铁0.1。
复合稀土的组成原料按质量份计为:Y5、Sc10、Gd15、Sm9、Pr11、La 60;基体树脂为溴化环氧树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液及亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂混合而成;按质量比计所述溴化环氧树脂乳液:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂=2:2:1;填料为钛白粉及硅灰粉的等比例混合物;石墨烯粉末为氧化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯或者氟化石墨烯中的一种或多种;金属组合物为金、银、铜、锌、铝或合金中中至少两种物质的任意组合。
实施例2:一种超薄粉末涂料,其涂料各组成原料按质量份计为:基体树脂30、固化剂15、固化促进剂10、填料30、石墨烯粉末5、金属组合物20、助剂10-25;助剂以质量份数计包括以下组分:流平剂1-3,分散剂1.5,防沉剂0.3,消泡剂0.8,防霉剂0.3,增稠剂:0.5,复合稀土0.03,成膜助剂8;流平剂的组成原料按质量份计为:聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚20、改性粉煤灰3、聚氧化乙烯2、聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1、预胶化淀粉0.5、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠0.3、二茂铁0.05。
复合稀土的组成原料按质量份计为:Y5、Sc10、Gd15、Sm9、Pr11、La 60;基体树脂为溴化环氧树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液及亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂混合而成;按质量比计所述溴化环氧树脂乳液:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂=2:2:1;填料为钛白粉及硅灰粉的等比例混合物;石墨烯粉末为氧化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯或者氟化石墨烯中的一种或多种;金属组合物为金、银、铜、锌、铝或合金中中至少两种物质的任意组合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂以质量份数计包括以下组分:流平剂1-3,分散剂1.0 -1.5,防沉剂0.1-0.3,消泡剂0.5-0.8,防霉剂0.1-0.3,增稠剂0.5-0.7,复合稀土0.01-0.03,成膜助剂5-8。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述流平剂的组成原料按质量份计为:聚天门冬氨酸/聚乙二醇单甲醚15-20、改性粉煤灰2-3、聚氧化乙烯1-2、聚二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯1-2、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛0.5-1、预胶化淀粉0.5-1、月桂醇磺基琥珀酸酯二钠0.3-0.5、二茂铁0.05-0.1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述复合稀土的组成原料按质量份计为:Y 2-5、Sc 10-13、Gd 10-15、Sm 7-9、Pr 11-13、La 40-60。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述基体树脂为溴化环氧树脂乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液及亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂混合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,按质量比计所述溴化环氧树脂乳液:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂:亚氨基丁醚化氨基树脂=2:2:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为钛白粉及硅灰粉的等比例混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述石墨烯粉末为氧化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯或者氟化石墨烯中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种超薄粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述金属组合物为金、银、铜、锌、铝或合金中中至少两种物质的任意组合。
