Abstract
本发明公开了一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,属于前围竖板加工领域,包括焊接台和收集箱,所述焊接台上开设有下料孔,下料孔内设置有栅板,焊接台上表面对称设置有定位块,焊接台的上表面固定有防护装置,焊接台的顶壁上通过支撑杆固定有顶板,顶板的上表面安装有液压缸,液压缸活塞杆连接有安装板,安装板下表面的中间位置安装有焊枪,安装板的下表面通过安装杆固定有吸烟管,顶板的上表面安装有吸风机、吸附箱和吹风机,吸风机的出气口与吸附箱相连通;本发明设计新颖,结构巧妙,在焊接时可以吸收净化产生的烟气,降低烟气对工作人员的身体损坏,且焊接完成后快速对产品散热,清理焊渣,方便后续加工,简单实用,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明属于前围竖板加工技术领域,具体涉及一种前围竖板总成焊接工装。
背景技术
在车辆生产过程中,车辆的前围竖板通常采用焊接方式焊接一体,目前在焊接过程中会产生大量的烟气,烟气中含有大量的有害气体,操作人员在焊接时烟气会被吸入到体内,影响工作人员的身体健康,且焊接完成的工件温度高,影响后续的加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,包括焊接台和收集箱,所述焊接台上开设有下料孔,下料孔内设置有栅板,焊接台上表面对称设置有定位块,焊接台的上表面固定有防护装置,焊接台的顶壁上通过支撑杆固定有顶板,顶板的上表面安装有液压缸,液压缸活塞杆连接有安装板,安装板下表面的中间位置安装有焊枪,安装板的下表面通过安装杆固定有吸烟管,顶板的上表面安装有吸风机、吸附箱和吹风机,吸风机的出气口与吸附箱相连通,吸风机的吸气口连接有吸气管,吸气管的一端与吸烟管连接,且吸气管上安装有阀门一,吹风机的出气口连接有吹风管,吹风管的一端与吸烟管连接,且吹风管上安装有阀门二。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述收集箱为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构,且收集箱位于下料孔的正下方。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述防护装置包括两块防护板一和两块防护板二,且两块防护板一和两块防护板二均对称分布,两块防护板一和两块防护板二位于定位块的外部。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述吸烟管为圆环形结构,且吸烟管上阵列开设有多个吸烟孔,且吸烟孔内设置有滤网。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述吸附箱顶壁的一侧连接有排气管,吸附箱的内部固定有生物酶过滤层和活性炭吸附层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该一种前围竖板总成焊接工装通过设置吸烟管、吸风机、吸附箱、定位块和防护装置等结构,利用定位块将前围竖板固定,在焊接时,防护装置可以避免火星飞溅到操作人员身上将工作人员烫伤,同时焊接时可以吸附产生的烟气,降低烟气对工作人员的身体损坏;
该一种前围竖板总成焊接工装通过设置下料孔、栅板、收集箱、吹风机、吹风管和阀门二等结构,在焊接完成后,可以快速对前围竖板进行冷却降温,方便后续的加工,且吹风时可以将焊渣吹入收集箱内,方便清理焊渣,值得推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的保护范围。实施例中的条件可以根据具体条件做进一步的调整,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明的方法简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,包括焊接台1和收集箱2,焊接台1上开设有下料孔3,收集箱2为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构,且收集箱2位于下料孔3的正下方。
下料孔3内设置有栅板4,焊接台1上表面对称设置有定位块5,焊接台1的上表面固定有防护装置6,防护装置6包括两块防护板一61和两块防护板二62,且两块防护板一61和两块防护板二62均对称分布,两块防护板一61和两块防护板二62位于定位块5的外部。
焊接台1的顶壁上通过支撑杆固定有顶板7,顶板7的上表面安装有液压缸8,液压缸8活塞杆连接有安装板9,安装板9下表面的中间位置安装有焊枪10,安装板9的下表面通过安装杆固定有吸烟管11,吸烟管11为圆环形结构,且吸烟管11上阵列开设有多个吸烟孔111,且吸烟孔111内设置有滤网112。
顶板7的上表面安装有吸风机12、吸附箱13和吹风机14,吸风机12的出气口与吸附箱13相连通,吸附箱13顶壁的一侧连接有排气管133,吸附箱13的内部固定有生物酶过滤层131和活性炭吸附层132,吸风机12的吸气口连接有吸气管15,吸气管15的一端与吸烟管11连接,且吸气管15上安装有阀门一16,吹风机14的出气口连接有吹风管17,吹风管17的一端与吸烟管11连接,且吹风管17上安装有阀门二18。
在使用时,将待焊接的前围竖板通过定位块5固定在焊接台1上,固定完成后,通过液压缸8带动焊枪10改变位置,对前围竖板进行焊接,焊接时,打开吸风机12和阀门一16,关闭阀门二18,通过吸风机12的吸力,将焊接产生的烟气通过吸烟孔111吸入吸附箱13内,滤网112避免将杂质吸入,烟气进入吸附箱13内后,通过生物酶过滤层131和活性炭吸附层132对烟气进行净化,然后通过排气管133排出,降低烟气对工作人员的身体损坏,焊接完成后,关闭吸风机12和阀门一16,打开吹风机14和阀门二18,出风机14将空气通过吸烟管11排出,对前围竖板进行均匀的散热,方便后续的加热,同时吹风可以将焊渣吹落,焊渣通过下料孔3进入收集箱2内收集,方便清理,简单实用,值得推广。

1.一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,包括焊接台(1)和收集箱(2),其特征在于:所述焊接台(1)上开设有下料孔(3),下料孔(3)内设置有栅板(4),焊接台(1)上表面对称设置有定位块(5),焊接台(1)的上表面固定有防护装置(6),焊接台(1)的顶壁上通过支撑杆固定有顶板(7),顶板(7)的上表面安装有液压缸(8),液压缸(8)活塞杆连接有安装板(9),安装板(9)下表面的中间位置安装有焊枪(10),安装板(9)的下表面通过安装杆固定有吸烟管(11),顶板(7)的上表面安装有吸风机(12)、吸附箱(13)和吹风机(14),吸风机(12)的出气口与吸附箱(13)相连通,吸风机(12)的吸气口连接有吸气管(15),吸气管(15)的一端与吸烟管(11)连接,且吸气管(15)上安装有阀门一(16),吹风机(14)的出气口连接有吹风管(17),吹风管(17)的一端与吸烟管(11)连接,且吹风管(17)上安装有阀门二(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,其特征在于:所述收集箱(2)为顶部设置有敞口的长方体结构,且收集箱(2)位于下料孔(3)的正下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,其特征在于:所述防护装置(6)包括两块防护板一(61)和两块防护板二(62),且两块防护板一(61)和两块防护板二(62)均对称分布,两块防护板一(61)和两块防护板二(62)位于定位块(5)的外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,其特征在于:所述吸烟管(11)为圆环形结构,且吸烟管(11)上阵列开设有多个吸烟孔(111),且吸烟孔(111)内设置有滤网(112)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种前围竖板总成焊接工装,其特征在于:所述吸附箱(13)顶壁的一侧连接有排气管(133),吸附箱(13)的内部固定有生物酶过滤层(131)和活性炭吸附层(132)。
