Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, an automatic wiping apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a conveyor 1, a spraying device 2 and a wiping device 3.
The transfer device 1 is used for transferring the electronic equipment 10 to a wiping station; the spraying device 2 is arranged at one side of the conveying device 1 and is used for spraying a cleaning agent to the electronic equipment 10 in the process of conveying the electronic equipment 10 to the wiping station by the conveying device 1; the wiping device 3 is disposed at one side of the transport device 1, and a wiping head 31 is disposed at an end of the wiping device 3, so that the wiping device 3 can move along a set track in a state where the transport device 1 transports the electronic device 10 to a wiping station, so that the wiping head 31 can wipe the electronic device 10.
In the embodiment, in a specific operation, the electronic device 10 in the previous process is firstly conveyed to the wiping station by the conveying device 1; spraying a cleaning agent to the electronic equipment 10 by the spraying device 2 in the process of conveying the electronic equipment 10 to the wiping station by the conveying device 1; after the electronic equipment 10 is conveyed to the wiping station, controlling the wiping device 3 to move along a set track so as to wipe the electronic equipment 10 through the wiping head 31 at the end part of the wiping device; after the wiping is completed, the transfer device 1 is controlled to transfer the electronic apparatus 10 to the next process. Therefore, automatic operation of electronic equipment wiping is realized, labor cost is saved, and wiping efficiency of the electronic equipment is improved.
In the above embodiment, the conveying apparatus 1 is not limited. Preferably, the conveying device 1 can select a belt conveying manner, and in a specific use, the electronic device 10 can be directly placed above the belt, and since the electronic device 10 has a certain weight, the electronic device 10 can be relatively fixed by a sliding friction force between the electronic device 10 and the belt, so as to avoid that the electronic device 10 slides relative to the belt during the process of wiping the electronic device 10 to affect the wiping effect. It is easy to understand that the conveying device 1 in this embodiment is in an intermittent motion, that is, the conveying device 1 may stay for a period of time after conveying the electronic device 10 to a certain station, so that the electronic device 10 can complete corresponding processing at the station, therefore, a servo motor may be used as a power source of the conveying device 1, and the belt is connected to the servo motor, so that the servo motor can drive the belt to move intermittently. In other embodiments, the conveying device 1 may also be a pallet, roller conveyor, or the like.
Preferably, the automatic wiping device further comprises a third position sensor (not shown in the figures) capable of sending a third signal to the control system of the automatic wiping device when the electronic device 10 is transferred to the wiping station, the control system receiving the third signal and controlling the transfer device 1 to stop transferring, so that the electronic device 10 can stay at the wiping station. After the wiping device 3 finishes wiping the electronic device 10, a fourth signal is sent to the control system, so that the control system controls the transferring device 1 to start again to transfer the electronic device 10 to the next process.
Referring to fig. 2, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that the injection device 2 includes a liquid pump 21, a nozzle 22, a first position sensor (not shown), and a second position sensor (not shown). The first position sensor can send a first signal to a control system of the automatic wiping equipment when the electronic equipment 10 is conveyed to a first position, and the control system receives the first signal and controls the liquid pump 21 to start so as to drive the spray pipe 22 to spray the cleaning agent to the electronic equipment 10; the second position sensor is capable of sending a second signal to the control system when the electronic device is transferred to the second position, and the control system receives the second signal and controls the liquid pump 21 to be turned off so that the spray pipe 22 stops spraying the cleaning agent. The first position is a position where the electronic device 10 has just entered the spraying range of the spraying pipe 22 in the process of conveying, the second position is a position where the electronic device 10 has just left the spraying range of the spraying pipe 22 in the process of conveying, when the conveying device 1 drives the electronic device 10 to enter the spraying range of the spraying pipe 22, the spraying pipe 22 starts spraying the cleaning agent, and when the conveying device 1 drives the electronic device 10 to leave the spraying range of the spraying pipe 22, the spraying pipe 22 stops spraying the cleaning agent. Therefore, the injection amount of the cleaning agent can be adjusted according to the speed of the conveying device 1, when the conveying device 1 conveys quickly, the injection pipe 22 can inject relatively less cleaning agent to the electronic equipment 10, and when the conveying device 1 conveys slowly, the injection pipe 22 can inject relatively more cleaning agent to the electronic equipment 10, so that corresponding adjustment can be made according to different models of electronic equipment 10.
