Description

Preparation process of skin-moistening non-irritant makeup remover
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a preparation process of skin-moistening non-irritant makeup remover.
Background
With the development of cosmetic technology, cosmetics play an increasingly important role in people's daily life. After the face is made up, if the face is not cleaned completely, the residual cosmetics can cause the pore of the face skin to be blocked, so that the oil and water secretion of the skin is disordered, and the puzzling skin problems of acne, comedo, blackhead and the like are caused. Meanwhile, the residue of the cosmetics has great harm to the skin, and if the cosmetics cannot be cleaned in time, the cosmetics can enter hair follicles along with the breathing of pores to form cysts, and the cosmetics are difficult to clean out after being present in the surface layer of the skin for a long time. Therefore, the makeup removing link of the skin is very important, and the selection of the makeup removing product is very important.
The makeup removing products mainly comprise the following products: 1. soaking the face and cleansing milk: make-up removal relies primarily on the cleansing power of the surfactant component therein; 2. cleansing oil: based on the principle of similar intermiscibility, the makeup is removed by vegetable oil (such as olive oil) or other oils with similar shapes, and the disadvantages that the makeup removal is not complete and the phenomenon of initiating acne is caused are overcome; 3. removing makeup: the makeup removing cream is applied on the face and then forms a mixture with the cosmetics, and after the makeup removing cream is slightly kneaded and emulsified by adding water, the emulsifier can dissolve the makeup removing cream mixed with the cosmetics in the water; 4. removing makeup: the cleansing cream is obtained by fusing an aqueous phase and an oil phase through an emulsifier and a surfactant, and the cleansing power of the cleansing cream depends on a formula; 5. cleansing water: the makeup removing is carried out by the principle of micelle solubilization, the makeup removing water is combined with dirt on the skin by water-insoluble components in the product, the purpose of quick makeup removing is achieved, the makeup removing is relatively mild, the irritation is small, and the makeup removing lotion is suitable for various skin types.
The makeup remover is becoming the choice of more and more consumers, and the texture of the makeup remover is fresh and cool, has the feeling of moistening and removing the makeup simultaneously, and is suitable for removing the makeup in a large area. However, the main purpose of any makeup removing product is to remove residual makeup on the face, the moisturizing effect is not good, and dry skin and excessive degreasing force are easily caused after makeup removal.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: most of commercially available cleansing water is mild in property and small in irritation, is suitable for various skin types, but is poor in moisturizing effect, and easily causes dry skin and excessive degreasing force after cleansing. In order to solve the problems, the honeysuckle, the aloe and the ginseng extract are extracted by a special extraction process and added into the cleansing water, and under the combined action of the moisturizing agent, the active nutrient components, the vegetable essential oil and the like, the cleansing water can nourish the skin, balance the secretion of grease, remove endotoxin impurities and free radicals of the skin, promote the normal metabolism of skin cells, diminish inflammation, relieve itching, remold the barrier function of the skin, greatly improve the moisturizing effect of the cleansing water and enable the skin to be in a fine, smooth and compact state.
In order to realize the purpose, the method adopts the following technical scheme: the invention provides a preparation process of skin-moistening non-irritant makeup remover, which comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning fresh honeysuckle, aloe and ginseng with clear water, naturally airing, then respectively adding into a stirring ball mill, and mechanically grinding at 650rpm under 500-;

(3) respectively concentrating the three filtrates obtained in the step (2) under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists, adsorbing the concentrated solution by an AB-8 macroporous resin column, eluting with distilled water, eluting with 60-80% ethanol water solution, respectively collecting ethanol eluates of the three filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure until no alcohol smell exists to respectively obtain flos Lonicerae extract, Aloe extract and Ginseng radix extract;
(4) mixing the honeysuckle extract, the aloe extract and the ginseng extract according to the mass ratio of 1:1-2:1-3 to obtain a plant extract;
(5) respectively weighing 10-15% of humectant, 3-5% of hydrophilic surfactant, 5-12% of plant extract, 0.5-1% of phenoxyethanol, 5-10% of active nutrient component, 3-8% of essential oil, 5-8% of PEG-20, 1-3% of neutralizer and the balance of purified water according to mass percentage;
(6) sequentially adding the humectant, the hydrophilic surfactant, the plant extract, the phenoxyethanol, the active nutrient component and purified water with the volume fraction of 1/3-1/2 weighed in the step (5) into a vacuum emulsifying pot, stirring at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to ensure that the components are completely and uniformly mixed, wherein the stirring speed is 800-;
(7) adding the essential oil weighed in the step (5), PEG-20 glyceryl stearate and the rest purified water into a stirring pot, and stirring at 45-50 ℃ to completely and uniformly mix the essential oil, PEG-20 glyceryl stearate and the rest purified water to obtain an oil phase mixed solution B;
(8) and adding the oil phase mixed solution B into the water phase mixed solution A at the speed of 2500-.
Specifically, the mixed solvent is composed of ethanol and dichloroethane according to the mass ratio of 3-1: 1.
