Abstract
The invention discloses a behavior observation research device, which comprises at least three independent movable rooms and a public movable area, wherein: each movable chamber comprises a top surface, a bottom surface, a front surface, a rear surface and two side surfaces; the side surfaces of adjacent movable chambers are connected with each other, so that each movable chamber surrounds the middle part to form a hollow public movable area; the top surface and the back surface are transparent structures, and the side surfaces and the front surface are openable and closable structures. In order to solve the technical problem of poor social influence experimental research effect in the prior art, the invention discloses a behavior observation research device so as to observe and research social behaviors of an experimental object better.

Through the device, social pressure can be simulated, relatively stronger experimental animals and weaker two experimental animals are put into the device, the experimental animals are firstly put into the device to be raised for one day to adapt to the environment, then two lateral surfaces are opened, so that three experimental animals can be contacted with each other, the stronger animals and the weaker animals are separated after one hour, the lateral surfaces are closed, and the animals are limited to move only in own areas. The front face is opened so that the three can move in the common area. And starting a video acquisition device, acquiring the motion track and the avoidance condition of the experimental animal every 4 hours, and when the weak and small experimental animal shows the behavior such as panic, appetite reduction and the like, establishing the model. Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the behavior observation and research device of the invention comprises three independent movable chambers 1 and a public movable area 2, wherein the side surfaces 12 of adjacent movable chambers 1 are connected with each other so that each movable chamber 1 surrounds the middle part to form a hollow public movable area 2; the movable chamber 1 is an isosceles trapezoid movable chamber which is independently arranged, the three isosceles trapezoid movable chambers are integrally surrounded to form an equilateral triangle annular structure, and the public movable area 2 is in an equilateral triangle shape.
As shown in fig. 2, each movable chamber 1 includes a top surface 11, a bottom surface 13, a front surface 14, a rear surface 15, and two 12 side surfaces; the movable chamber 1 is an isosceles trapezoid movable chamber which is independently arranged, the three isosceles trapezoid movable chambers are integrally surrounded to form an equilateral triangle annular structure, and the rear face 15 is positioned on the outer edge of the equilateral triangle annular structure.
Preferably, the side 12 is a shutter type sliding door structure. The front face 14 is an electrically controlled door structure. The bottom surface 13 is a grid-shaped bottom plate. If the experimental animal No. 1 in the A cage is depressed or anxiety due to stress, social behavior of the experimental animal No. 2 and the experimental animal No. 3 in other B, C living rooms is reduced, and the stress states of the other two animals can be analyzed similarly.
By means of the device, social pressure can be simulated, relatively stronger experimental animals and weaker two experimental animals are placed into the device, the experimental animals are fed for one day to adapt to the environment, then the shutter type sliding doors on the two sides are opened, so that three experimental animals can be contacted with each other, the stronger animals and the weaker animals are separated after one hour, the shutter type sliding doors are closed, the animals are limited to move in the area of the animals only, and the three animals can see each other but cannot be contacted with each other. The three can be moved in the public area by opening the front door. And starting a video acquisition device, acquiring the motion track and the avoidance condition of the experimental animal every 4 hours, and when the weak and small experimental animal shows the behavior such as panic, appetite reduction and the like, establishing the model. The model was further validated by plasma corticosterone levels.
Example 2
The experimental procedure and the structure composition of the movable chambers 1a are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the common movable region 2a is also a triangular region, except that the outer shape of each movable chamber 1a is different so that the whole device is surrounded into a circular ring structure.
Example 3
The experimental procedure and the structural composition of the movable chamber 1b were the same as those of example 2, and the common movable region 2b was also a triangular region. The difference is that the different shapes of the movable chambers 1b enable the movable chambers to encircle the whole device into a hexagonal structure.
In summary, the invention solves the technical problem that the social behavior of animals cannot be effectively researched in the prior art, can simulate social pressure, and is effectively used for social influence experiments of a social experiment, alpha-malee recognition and disease animal models, in particular to behavior observation research devices for modeling and model verification of depression models and anxiety models.
